Looking at things as they really are
The Buddha  taught  us to  look at anything  that appears  before the eyes  must also recognize  that things are not  everlasting . Was born, they will kill. Destroy it, they will give birth  again . Born  back  then, we will lose. But a  delusion , not guided, do not want to see things like that. When meditating, fixed,  we  want to be like that forever, do not want nothing to disturb, making  interruptions . But  thinking  like that is missing practice .  Buddha  wants  us to first of all look at things and know that this stuff is fake;then  we  truly obtain  peace . When not know how,  we  become  who  owns  them and the trap of  self concept  will  appear . So  we  have to  come back  from the root tip, learn  see how they occur.  We  have to understand things as they really are, how things  impact  on the mind and heart have  reacted  like; there so  we  get it  peace .That's what  we  need to  observe . If  we  do not want things to happen in their own way, then  we do not get the  peace . Oil  we  have  tried to  do differently, but things still happen like that; it is  the nature  of them. 
To put it  simply , it's  the truth .  Impermanence , suffering and  non-self  is  the essence of things. They are nothing more than that, but  we  make things more  meaningful than they really are. 
It is not difficult to develop  wisdom . It means  to observe  the source and  find out  the nature  of things. When the mind is disturbed , you  need to  recognize  that: "This does not last forever. It impermanence! "When the mind is  calm , do not start thinking," Oh, what bliss! "So it was not  sure . 
When someone asked, "You like to eat anything with?", Do not bother to answer that question. If you  answer  that, you really like something, then where nothing important?Try  thinking  view -if you eat it every day, you still do not like it that much? Perhaps the day will come when you have cried out, "Oh, this dish back again!"
Do you understand that? Maybe  eventually  you will become bored of the very things that you liked. That's because things are changing, and this is what you  need to  know.Pleasure is not  permanent .  Misfortune  also not  permanent . Love is not durable.  Purity  is not  sure .  Anxiety  is not  sure . Everything,  absolutely  is not  sure .So if anything happens,  we  all understand that, then  we  will not get them  tame . Allthings  are not  sure , there is nothing exceptional, because  impermanence  is  the nature  of them.  Impermanence  means that things are not fixed or  permanent , and said  simply ,  truth  this is  the Dharma .
Anica,  impermanence , is  the truth .  Truth  be present to  us  realize it, but  we  usually do not look closely, it's clear view.  Buddha  said: "Those who think that France is seen Me." If  we  recognize the  impermanence ,  the nature  is not  sure , in all things, the mental  boredom ,  detachment  will arise: "Oh, they also only can! Oh, I see! There's nothing really important too, and only that! "Mind becomes very  sure  about that:" It is only until then! "Once  awareness  is like,  we  do not  need to  do anything the difficulty in  elaborately  meditation  around. Anything  we  face, the mind will say, "That's it!" And the mind stops.  Termination  everything.  We  will  realize  that all  phenomena  are false; nothing  sure  or  permanent , but rather everything is constantly changing and has  characteristics  of  impermanence , suffering and  no-self . It's like a ball of red-hot iron was a furnace. What part of that is not hot iron balls? Try to touch it, if you want.Touching the top, it's hot. Touching the bottom, also hot. Touching both sides, also hot.Why is it hot? Since then former red-hot iron balls everywhere. Understanding this,  we will not touch it. When your mind start thinking: "This is really good! I would love to! I wish I get it! ", Do not for the  idea  that a  trusted  public; do not consider them important too. It's a hot iron ball that. If you touch any part of the ball, if you try to pick it up, you will be more  painful , blistering skin will burn, bleeding.
We  need to  always  visualize  about this: walking, standing, lying, sitting. Even when we  are in the toilet, or going  somewhere , when  we   are eating or are excreted from food waste,  we  need to  realize  that everything we experience are not  certainly , are impermanent  , but also the suffering and  selflessness . Not fixed things,impermanence  is not  sure  and  it's not . All of them are, without exception -As hot iron ball businesslike no place we touched without getting burned. All  components  are hot of it, so  we do not  seek to  touch it.
This is not something difficult without practicing it.  For example  parents  often teach children not to play with fire: "Do not  come near  the fire! Very dangerous! I'll get burned! "The child has  can not  believe it or do not understand  the parents  want to say anything. But if you touch fire only  once  and burned, then  the parents  no longer  need to  explain  anything or  try to  control  me anymore.
Whether you are fascinated center,  dominated  by what to some extent, you  need to remind it. " It's not permanent! That is not durable! "   For example , you have a cup, and think it is very beautiful. " The cup is this how beautiful! I have to take it over, do not let it tank . "Then you have to remind yourself," N manic it durable . "You can use it to drink water, to the glass down, and then  accidentally  touch it an go .
Oil cups unbreakable today, tomorrow, it will tank. If it unbreakable tomorrow, the next day again. You should not  trust  her on breakable objects.
Impermanence  is  Dharma . Things are not  stable  or actually available. Nothing about them is true, only   truth  is the truth. You  agree  not?  What is certain  is: being born, you have to grow old, to the sick and dying.  The fact  that is sure ,  constant , and  true constant  that  is based on the  truth  of  impermanence .  Observe  the exhaustive character in the eyes of the 'not  permanent , not  sure , "a  transformation  will occur a constant , and  sure , then we no longer have to worry about things anymore.
The're  disciples  of  Buddha  was  awakened  by  the truth  of  impermanence . From the  awakening  , they become  boring ,  letting go  of things, or nibbida. The  boring  is not due to  conflict ,  resentment . If there is  dissatisfaction , then it really is not  boring , can not be taken to the  path  direction. Nibbida not like the  depression under the  earth commonplace.  For example , living in the  family , if not  concord  with each other ,  we can start to think you are becoming  boring  things like  dharma  taught.  But  not like that; it was only by the  negativity , my defiled growing, making my heart  pain . " I'm  fed up  --I will shake off all! "It's  boring  because  afflictions , defiled created. When the negativity ,  frustration  for things to happen the way we want to be  too hard  to endure ours.
Like the way we  think  about metta,  metta . I think we must have  kindness  for all beings . So I said to myself, " I do not have the heart  hatred  towards anyone. I must have  compassion . Indeed, all  beings  are pitiful. "Then you start  to love  all, and outcomes are taken to craving, attachment. Be  careful  about that! That's not what the love  we often talk about. That is not  compassion  compassion of  the Dharma . It is the  kindness  mingled  with heart  selfish .  We  require,  expect  a response, but call it compassion . The "depression" usual  we  also like , "Oh, I'm so  tired of  all, I want to escape from this place!". It's just a heavy heart defiled. That is not the  boredom  or detachment; just as we used to call them the same name. That is not  the way  of the religion  Buddha . Rather, the  boring  no  contradiction ,  conflict , without  malice  to anyone. You do not  complain  or  blame  code you see everything is empty.
That means that when your mind is empty. It is no longer  cling  to anything. That does not mean that  the world  no longer have the people, animals, nothing at all. Still there are people, there are things that the mind empty. But look at them with our minds  a sense  that they are not durable.  All things  being  received  as they are,  conveniently under  flow  naturally  of  birth and death .
For example , you can have a vase. You can see that it is beautiful, but on its own, it just took a  natural . It has nothing to say; only you who have feelings about it, who will live or die because of it. If you like or dislike it, it will not be  affected . That is your problem.It  as such , but you are in love like or dislike, and then  cling  to them.  We  compare the good and bad on this stuff, try it. "Good" as a mind  agitated . "Bad" also  stirred interest. Both are defiled.
We  do not  need to  go anywhere to run; we  just need to  meditate ,  contemplate  this.That is how the mind  operates . When  we  do not like something, the object of the non-  preferred  no  influence  at all; it still only is it. When we  fancy  something, it will not be  affected  by the  fancy  that, but it also remains. All indications are that  we are hard on themselves alone.
You said to be something good, another great thing, but that's just because you yourself  thought  out. If you are  mindful , you will  sense  that all  things  are  equal .
One  example  is understandable  as the food.  We  often  feel  that this type of food or other delicious foods. When we  saw this on the table a plate in, they look very attractive ; but once everything was in the stomach, then that is another story.  We looked at the plate of food and say, "This is for me. The other one is for you. So one is of her. "But after  we  ate, and excreted, perhaps no one goes  scramble  those things and say," This is mine. That's him. "Is that right? At that time you also want  to own  or crave them?
That is to say a  brief  and  simple . If you have seen  clearly  so with  steadfast mind , then  all things  are  equal . When  we  also  desires  and  thoughts  in a way that "mine" and "yours," then  we  will go to  conflict . When we  look at things  equal , the same, then  we  do not consider that they belong to one -they just the coast  exist  as they are. 
When  we  realize  that  everything  is a law, all have the same  nature ,  we  will no longer  cling , will abandon  them down.  We  see them empty, and  we  do not trade them or hate them; we are  pure . There are  words  that, "Nirvana is  the highest happiness ; Nirvana  is the not  the ultimate . "
Listen to this carefully.  Happiness  in  this world  is not the  ultimate happiness , absolutely . What  we see as empty, empty is not  the ultimate . If it is empty  paramount, it will  terminate all  desire  and  attachment . If it is the  ultimate happiness  would have been  peaceful . But what  peace  we know, still is not  paramount . Deputy happiness  we  know it also is not  the ultimate . When  we  reach Nirvana , then that emptiness is  paramount .  Happiness  is  the ultimate . There has been a transformation .  Personality  of happiness  is  transformed  into  peace . There are happy  , but  we  do not  assign  it a  meaning  special something. There are also suffering. But when these things happen, we consider them the same.  Value  of us equally.
The emotional love or hate the same. But when they  arise  in us, we do not treat them the same. If anything  pleasant , we really  happy  with it. If uncomfortable, we want to shirk  it. So for  us , we are not the same, but  the truth  is they are really the same.  We have to practice like this: they are the same because they are not durable and the ephemeral .
Like  for example  on food.  We  believe that this type of delicious food, great with the other, the other kind of bad. But when  we were eating, and then excreted, they are the same. At that time you did not hear anyone  complaining  that, "What I was little bit too!" At that time we did not mind them being  charismatic .
