The second fundamental of mindfulness is the sense of feeling, we feel nothing. The fourth basic (we'll talk to the third fundamental moment) is the ideological content (legal). Third basic mindfulness is the state of consciousness or potential. This is an important observation object. If we can identify the nature of evil before it developed into thinking, feeling, then reducing it will be easier. Many people carry the negative state of mind heavy that they found it hard to change. But most of us can be transformed from evil to good. If we recognize the nature of sulking, jealousy or anger leads to thoughts or feelings evil, then we can try to deal with the condition that, in the awareness that it is only a state , there is nothing more important. Yes, there is nothing that we possess, thinking, or perform a fundamental importance or profound. We simply just happens. We do not need to maintain a feeling, a legal center or, if they threaten their own happiness. Ourselves more and more happy, the more we are capable of giving to others more. We can not give what you do not.


That's four basic mindfulness: body, feelings, mind and legal. Mindfulness is a pure concentrate; without judgment. It is this awareness that a clear understanding of emotions, feelings, mind or law is good or bad, to help us transform. Each of us is capable of clear understanding; we have the wisdom to do it. Of course, we also have all the weaknesses of an ordinary man, these factors always brings unhappiness, anger, anxiety, negativity, but we do not need to hang them. With mindful attention, we can realize this and begin conversion of evil into good.
