In the human heart, the devil is always present in it, and they have come in through the senses of our bodies. However, if we open the doors within ourselves, the Buddha and the holy ones will come to visit us every day, and the devil will also leave.
So our spirit always has two states, the imperial burden and the quiet bar.But while we are suffering so much, we can not think at all. And what is needed at that moment, is to make the psychological disorders settle down first. And there is nothing better than to recite the Buddha, to dump these bad thoughts. When our psyche is quiet, let's go back in our minds. This means that at the normal level there is not much mental turmoil, then we should meditate. That is, we must always keep an eye on our minds, not stopping for a moment.
Because for the same practice is because of my mind only. Say what you say, if not for that it can not call it practice. Forbearance comes to rely on external means, such as chanting, tapping, digging for the sake of the day, without ever turning to your mind, but to follow it is also the deviant way, Formation to the reputation only.

So the practice is guarded six units and directed at the mind to monitor their minds continuously, rather than doing things outside such as building temples or charity. Tu is self-concern for his mind, and other things will have other people worry, if you cultivate well then do not worry, but all are full of nothing missing. Nowadays, people go to the monastery but they do all kinds of work in the world, because they only choose easy things to do, and the practice is really too difficult to avoid. Evangelism is like that.
For the most difficult thing in this life, is in our psyche. These are things that we can not understand, by way of thinking in a logical way with our reason.For example, when we face the most ridiculous things in the world, we have been suffering for so long. From there we find the deadlock, and this world seems to have stalled as well. However, with the thought of breaking the koan of the meditator, to break the nonsense stone that is blocking our path, we can clearly understand the absurdities. And we will discover in it, there is a treasure of priceless wisdom. With that mind, it allows us to understand everything in life. And here our problem is solved, just as the world has been unblocked.
Because this world is always like that, just the way we think about it. And if we always know how to change our perceptions and approaches, then we will find it always lively and attractive. And if we do not know how to change our way of thinking before reality, that life is so scary. So whoever lives always feels happy and happy before life, he knows how to live bravely beyond all the floating market of life. And whoever sees in daily familiarity with newness, it is the happiest person in the world. Those who go to many places, but still suffering the deadlock is the unhappy.
Because in reality, conditioned things are constantly moving, and they are constantly changing from one form to another, so there is nothing in this world that is boring. You are bored before the reality, because your psyche is already dry, and your inner eye has not been opened yet. So only when you truly know meditation means that you know how to explore your inner self, then you can discover and reach reality. And from that day to day you will find familiar things around you, always blooming vitality in the most freshest way. And that will bring you the greatest happiness. Because at that moment, your insights are open wide and brighter throughout the world. That insight is a kind of intellectual wisdom without limits,
Because this world is simply reflected through human perception. If we think good, it will be good, if we think evil then it will be evil. And that is what we can choose. However, each person's karma is different. If one thinks of the good, it means that they have exhausted their karma, and have had true happiness. And those who think of evil, hate life, and suffer forever, means that the karma of the person is too deep. Because the real world is still so different. Is this in our head die hard ...
Because when you comprehend, your inner peace will be. Because then you can accept things, which usually you can not bear. Because when you know how to tolerate the disadvantages of life, then you are gathering strength for yourself.
In the practice, when there are many rational issues outside that have been resolved, but in your heart is not secure, then it is not the practice. And only when you know that your inner self is safe, then the other problems are really solved, you already know how to practice. So the monk who believes in the rational thing forever, there is not a little merit. For the purpose of the practice is to have merit, but to have merit, there is no other way than to understand the absurd things in life. And of course this is the hardest.Because only when you understand, you resolved to solve all problems.
By only when you understand enough, you have enough strength. And change yourself first, and then change the world.
As spiritual practice is how to overcome consciousness, then in the unconscious then let it lead where to go, is all favorable conditions. Is living at ease in the prosperity of life, not need to do anything more to make tired.And when we still have to cultivate, we have to chant the murmur of laughter throughout the deafening day, because we have to use our consciousness to deal with our lives. It means that we must strive to reach the course of our lives, to live as it is. And that means we still do not know about the natural laws of this life. For the natural it will always fit in with our unconsciousness.And if we use too much consciousness, we will not be able to "enter the stream". And so we have to cultivate forever, but nothing.
Because only ordinary people are delusional and miserable, they need to practice meditation to purify the spirit. Since people talk about meditation very much and very well, but most are not applicable. Since it is not practical in your case to be a mere mortal, how do you practice it? So I will teach you how to meditate that I have experienced, and have succeeded, that I have reached the realm - Nirvana.

So meditation is not to get rid of delusions, or run away hope. It must be monitored to the end, and to see what it is in our minds for clarity, then of course we will uproot the root of it. Because when you spit a herb, there will be another flower that will grow right there. And if you spit clean all the grass, then you will have a beautiful flower fragrant in the heart. . So it is necessary to go back to the original, not to be missed to pick the leaves on the forest.Because you pick this leaf, it will also grow another leaf only?
From that we find that meditation is to understand the most absurd things in the world, so pure laity will not be able to understand these things. Because they only understand the logical things, because their brain structure is already. Because when I declared enlightenment, all the great monks were protesting, but there is one of the most famous professors in the world, dare to recognize me. When I say, "The sun rises with bright lights, and the moonlight is the continuation of the sunset, making everything beautiful." And the other teacher understood the problem, no doubt. Because He has already understood the unreasonable issues in the meditation house. Now there is a young man "hand horizontal" dare say so, he will understand no problem at all.
Because meditation is cultivating towards truth, towards the real things, the closest to us. The Pure Land is the ideal direction, the direction to the high heavenly place in the world. And the Pure Land is the external means, the more blessed, the exoteric. Meditation is the practice of watching the mind inside, is more wisdom, is not visible.
So the practice is to solve the end point of samsara, so it is infinite. So the true cultivator is always to cultivate, walk, sit down, work to eat sleep, go to the toilet, go to school, health or disease is also tu, then may solve the problem. The more the loser is the place to see Tanh, but no place called a few. Because you do not sit in meditation for a long time, but not at all.
However, in meditation meditation is generally meditation and meditation.Meditation is used only to stop the mind from not working, and mindfulness is used unconsciously to monitor the mind. So my way is to use the method of reciting the Buddha instead of meditation, instead of meditation "see hope not follow." Meditation "to come to the end" is just like meditation is normal now and then, nothing else. Understand that to understand so. The problem here is that the name is different, but the practice is the same. Here I meditate only by reciting the Buddha, because when the mind is too distracted meditation is not effective. Because the mind is normal, "see hope not follow" is still. But the mind is so disturbed that sitting quietly shut up mind is only crazy. So we see the crazy guy goes around all day and night, but can not sit still?
But delusion in the human spirit is infinite, if you keep thinking steadily, but that is not impossible to eliminate. From ancient times to the human leg is often very young, only under 40 years old. So do not follow the theory of others too much, but you must find the method that suits you best. To me, the practice: "Reciting the Buddha (outside) and following to the (inside)" is the most suitable for me. Since I was about 20 years old, I did not consciously, but I always live unconscious (Alaida wake).
And less than 10 years, I have eliminated all delusions and ignorance. And it was the night I witnessed the death of philosophy around 4am, which meant I had won the most noble philosophy. A triumphal victory, echoed by thousands of philosophers from the East to the West, from ancient to present. And since then, I feel very responsible for this stuck world, and at the same time I have to tell the truth that I have experienced. That many people wrong too much, in my dualistic thinking before the Dhamma Tathagata.
So now I say that the devil is the means of challenging the righteous, not all bad. Because if there is no devil, where do you go to go to the gods? And if one destroys the devil in his heart, then he will live a happy life, and always think positive, so tragedy will not be able to come near them. Simple happiness is when we always think positively, no matter what life happens. It is because we think negatively and negatively, because our karma leads us to the path of suffering. So those who have lived a miserable life, but finally found happiness, then that person will die in heaven ...
And in the practice, the most difficult thing is how to go into the stream is okay. Because when you have "entered the stream", then you live only unconsciously, then you will live only with his intense rushing thought. And it is so attractive that you can give up all the pleasures of life outside. So you need to live alone meditation quiet alone, pure quiet, to enjoy the happiness of that ideological life.
For those who can not stand with their own lines of thought, these are the unfortunate. And those who are familiar with the line of thinking as a close friend, they are happy people! And the practitioner must be the one who attains true happiness. Do not see the monk lived there alone, it is considered unhappy. Because in this life, people enjoy the life of the noisy crowd, because people are always strange to themselves. Because when people are so silent that they are familiar with the voices of their minds, then they will have a lively, rich, lonely life and no more boredom.
