It is volition that creates karma. Once we agree that: "I have to be careful about my actions", then there is the question: "What actions will have consequences". There are three kinds of actions: bodily, verbal, and mental actions. A general, common understanding holds that bodily actions are important, speech acts less important, and mind actions unimportant. That is very short-sighted. But when one has begun to observe the inner truth, as he has done and become enlightened, it becomes clear that the action of the mind is of the utmost importance, neither of the speech nor of the body. The actions of the body and the mind both have an effect, but the most important is the action of the mind and the mind. Things arise from the mind and they increase in intensity, and then the actions of the mind become words. As words increase in intensity, it becomes the action of the body. The actions of speech and body are nothing but the manifestation of the mind. They are only a measure of the intensity of the mind, so the mind is the most important. As an example, I met someone with whom I had a conflict. I see him, my mind starts to work, full of anger. A bad idea in the head arises, then becomes stronger and it manifests itself in words: "I cursed him, insulted him", resulting in unwholesome words. Then increase the intensity even more and so on, it spawns the action of the body: “I slap his hand, if I have a gun I will shoot him dead too”. It is an unwholesome act. So what are the unwholesome actions of speech and body? They are just actions of the mind, a measure of the intensity of the unwholesome mind. Just like unwholesome actions, so are good deeds. I meet someone unhappy, suffering, my heart began to pity. As compassion becomes more, this wholesome mind manifests in verbal actions: "I say a few words, words that are kind, affectionate, and merciful." And then the good deed of speech increases in intensity, increases further, and it turns into physical action: “I really help that person. I gave him something." A good deed by deed. Actions of the mind are most important Whether wholesome or unwholesome, all actions of speech and of body are manifestations of the mind. This is the realization and enlightenment of the Enlightened One: “Mind is most important. Everything begins in the mind. Everything is created by the mind. Mind precedes all actions.” His Holiness described his own experience when he said, “Mind leads all things. Mind mastering, mind creating. Therefore, the mind is the most important, the most influential. Whatever we experience in life is nothing but the product of our own mind. If, on the basis of an unwholesome, impure, or bad mind, we act in deeds or words, suffering will follow us like a wheel behind a drawn animal. Wherever the car and the animal go, the wheels always follow. Because we were fundamentally wrong, suffering still follows us. Likewise, If, with the basis of pure mind, holy Zen, we act in deeds or words, then all happiness will follow us like a shadow to a figure. Wherever we go, wherever we go, the ball will follow and stay there. This is the law of nature.” The foundation of the mind is the most important. That is where our actions form first, at the level of the mind, then at the level of words, and finally at the level of deeds. The results we get, The result we reap is the result of the action of the mind, the mind, not the action of the speech or the body. For example, I see someone I've had contact with. I got angry, I yelled, then I insulted and insulted: "Dog, pig, donkey ...". In this case, “Dog, pig, donkey…” I mean to insult the person. In another case, when I saw my nephew running after him playing in the dirt, soiling his clothes, I said: "Dog, pig, donkey...". The same words, I have used them with the same act of speech, but from the perspective of the mind the two intentions are one heaven and one different. When I use these words towards the enemy, it is full of malice. When I also use these languages for my grandchildren it is full of goodwill. Nature focuses on the mind, not deeds or words. The result that we receive, the fruit that we reap depends on the mind, not on the words or actions of the body. Another example, a rich man had a lot of money and jewels, etc., and was walking alone through the forest. There is a thief going in the opposite direction, knowing this man has a lot of money and he wants to rob. This rich man didn't want to lose money and said, "No". The robber got angry, pulled out a knife and stabbed the man in the stomach and as a result, he died. In another case, there was a person who had a stomach ulcer and was in great pain. Doctors treat it in many ways but no relief. Finally, the Surgeon said, “Wow! So, I have to surgically cut the ulcer, maybe the pain will go away." Then the person was taken to the operating room, the surgeon took out the knife, poked the patient's stomach, unfortunately, this time the patient died. The Doctor and the robber do the same action on the physical level. Both used knives to stab the same person in the stomach and as a result, that person died. Now, to nature or to God almighty both receive the same result? Oh no! The intention of the mind is really important. The robber's intentions were full of malice, but the Doctor's intentions were full of goodwill. Nature only focuses on the motivation of the mind, the intention of the mind and the result of the action are consistent with that intention, not wrong. What is the basic foundation of the mind? The foundation of the mind is more important. The intention of the mind is more important than the actions of the body and words. Therefore, let us be very careful with our mind and intention. Therefore, we must understand what is mind? How does the mind work? Vipassana meditation will help us. Understand that the whole method is to divide, dissect, disperse, disintegrate this whole body structure. You don't have to do anything but just observe. Nature will begin to divide, dissect, disperse.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST DHARMA-EYE TEMPLE.GOLDEN ZEN BUDDHIST MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.27/6/2023.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.
Mọi sự đều do tâm tạo ra.
Another Paramita is loving-kindness. Tomorrow, we will learn this method, love for all sentient beings, compassion for all beings. From childhood, we are taught to love our neighbors. On the surface, we keep saying, “May you be happy. OH! My neighbor friend. I wish you happiness.” But I have a lot of grudge against this neighbor, in my heart I say, “May your family fall to hell. Hey, my neighbor. May your family fall to hell, your house is so evil." There is no use, this is not a Pārami. Inwardly, our unconscious mind is much stronger than the surface layer of our mind. When we just scatter Mettā to others outwardly, it has no effect at all, it does not become a Pārami. When doing this method, During the nine days, we continue to purify the mind and break down the barrier that separates the surface of the mind from the interior. Then tomorrow, the tenth day, we learn how to practice this Mettā. May all beings be happy, may all beings share my happiness, my harmony. Then there will be no negativity left, and we will learn the real Mettā. This parami will be recorded in my merit. Upekkhā Pāramī (Equanimity of mind, equanimity) With all that we experience here is equanimity, equanimity, balance of mind. Whatever sensations you experience, pleasant, unpleasant, neither pleasant, nor unpleasant, remain equanimous. Here we have the wonderful opportunity to practice this Pārami. Usually, when life's ups and downs happen, we can remain calm, but that equanimity is only on the surface. Now, We are experiencing things at the depth of the mind. Feelings are experienced at the deepest level of the mind. And we're practicing keeping the innermost layers of the mind balanced. This practice becomes my Pārami. Dāna Pārami (The conduct of giving) And the next perfection is the quality of giving. It is difficult for the layman to reach the final destination. Why so? The main difficulty is that lay people are not allowed to go out for alms. A monk or nun has to go for alms but a layperson has to work very hard. Lay people must work honestly to earn a living, to support themselves, to feed those still under their protection, and to support others. That is the responsibility of a layperson. When we work and start making money, the ego is easily inflated: “Look! I am a very intelligent person, clever, wise. So that's how I succeeded. Others don't succeed and make that much money." By making a lot of money, people inflate their egos. As long as conceit is there, we are far from the ultimate goal of complete liberation. Now how to stop this conceit? on the one hand one has to earn money, on the other hand earned money gives rise to conceit. This is why the Saints, the Enlightened Ones have advised: "Whatever money you make, understand that you don't just earn it for yourself". Of course, we make money to keep for ourselves and the people who depend on us, but we also make money to help others: “Others must have a share in what I earn.” That way, that conceit becomes less, that ego will no longer be so strong. Coming to a meditation course like this, We practice non-stop for 10 days. Practice eliminating ego and purifying the mind. Then when 10 days are up, we contribute and donate according to our ability, more or less insignificant. People give with a pure heart, without expecting anything in return. Even this Dāna item will become very impure, when we expect something in return. Our love becomes very impure, when we expect it to be reciprocated. Our merit in serving others becomes impure, when we expect to be rewarded. In the same way the Dāna that is donated becomes impure, when one expects something in return. “I have contributed many Dānas there, so there is a special little house for me. Whenever I come, I have to be there with full facilities. When I'm not there, that's fine, let someone else use it, that's okay. But when I come, I have to be there, it has to always be my priority.” All of these are expectations that pay off. Or: “I have given many Dānas. Therefore, on this little house or building, it must be labeled Donated by Goenka, Great Goenka.” All that madness happens because people don't understand what Dhamma is, this is what we've been doing all our life. Practicing for 9, 10 days here, I eliminate my ego and I feel, “Oh! Whatever I donate is for the benefit of others, just as I get many benefits. Because someone donated to me, someone donated these things, I have this wonderful Dhamma, which is very helpful to me." Likewise, may more and more people benefit from this Dhamma. Therefore, philanthropic contributions come from a pure mind, the desire to help others, the desire for others to be free from suffering. This wish is recorded in my Pārami merit. On the contrary, when the ego is built up, this contribution is no longer Pārami. Coming to a meditation course like this one has a wonderful opportunity to develop all these 10 Pārami. I practice Zen, purify my mind, develop all 10 Pārami. People also come here to donate 10 days of service in these courses. Those who come here to serve are practicing the development of those 10 Pārami. They have the wonderful opportunity of serving here to add drop by drop in 10 bottles, large or two small, we grow those 10 Pārami. If one is going to become a Sammā Sambuddha, an omniscient Buddha, the bottle is very large, requiring a lot of time. Complete deliverance comes even the small bottle but all 10 of these bottles must be filled. All these 10 Pārami must be completed and to be like that, We have a great opportunity to come to a course like this. Take advantage of the opportunity you get! Next time you come to a Zen course, keep in mind that: “I will not come to a Zen course for a religious ceremony, but to complete a Pārami. I will make a difference in my life. , a change for the better”. Continue to apply Dhamma to your daily life. All these 10 Pārami will come to help us in our daily life, not just when we reach our final destination. All these 10 Pārami, always help us in daily life. When there are difficulties, we will find that without this Pārami, another Pārami will come to our aid. These are all good Pāramis, a pure mind, must have all these good qualities. And through meditation itself, we are developing these qualities. May all my 10 Pārami be developed and perfected. May I achieve the final goal, may I experience liberation from the bonds, the extravagance, the shackles of all unwholesomeness, so that I may enjoy real peace, real harmony, happiness. really.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST DHARMA-EYE TEMPLE.GOLDEN ZEN BUDDHIST MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.27/6/2023.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.
What is the 7 Laws Against Smuggling Or What? Monks, I teach the cessation of the stumbling blocks or to those who know, ② to those who see, not to those who do not know, to those who do not see. And, the Male-stilts, what is the extinction of the contraband or let ① people know, ② show people: ③ has reasonable attention and ④ does not like reasonable attention. Not According to Reason, Monks, due to unwise attention, cankers or unborn cankers arise, and cankers that have arisen are increased. According to the Mindfulness of Mind, monks, due to rational attention, the unborn or unborn cankers do not arise, and the already born cankers are eradicated. This Male-stilts 1. There are contraband either due to KNOWING to be eliminated 2. There are contraband or must by PROTECTION be cut off 3. There are contraband or must by USE be cut off 4. There are contraband or must be due to CLIENT to be deducted 5. There are contraband either due to avoidance to be eliminated 6. There are contraband or must be eliminated by EXCEPTION 7. There are gonorrhea or must be eliminated by TRAINING. Section Except Due to Knowledge 1. This Male-stilts, and how is the contraband or must by KNOW to be eliminated? The worldlings rarely listen, monks, here are ordinary people who are not well-heard. Can't see saints who are not well-versed in the Dharma. The Adepts Don't practice Dharma. The Adepts Don't know the things that need attention. They don't know the things that don't need attention. This one, because he does not know things, needs attention, because he does not know things, there is no need to pay attention, so he notices things without attention, and he does not pay attention to things that need attention. Hey monks, and what are the dhammas that do not require attention that he pays attention to? This Male-stilts, that is the French by his attention that the sex gonorrhea has not yet arisen Or sex gonorrhea has been born is increased; Either the unborn canker of existence arises Or the born canker of existence is increased Or the unborn gonorrhea of ignorance arises Or the born gonorrhea of ignorance is increased. Those dhammas are those that do not require attention that he does. And what, bhikkhus, are things that need attention that he does not pay attention to? That is, bhikkhus, whether the dhammas of his mind do not arise, the canker of sensuality that has not yet arisen, Or the canker of sensuality that has arisen, be eradicated, Or the canker of unborn existence not arise, Or the canker of existence that has arisen, is eradicated Or ignorance. Unborn gonorrhea does not arise Or ignorance has arisen gonorrhea is eliminated. Those are the things that need attention that they don't pay attention to. Because he pays attention to the things that should not be noticed, because he does not pay attention to the things to be noticed, the cankers that have not yet arisen arise, and those that have arisen are increased. He does not properly pay attention as follows: "Am I present in the past time, or am I not present in the past time? How did we appear in the past tense? How did I appear in the past? What was I before and how did I come into being in the past? Will I be present in the future time or will I not be in the future time? How will I be in the future? I will be present in the future, what shape will I be? What am I before and how will I be in the future?” Or now he has doubts about himself in the present time: “Am I present or am I not? How am I present? What body shape do you have? Where do these beings come from? And then where will it go?" For such a person who does not have such reasonable attention, one of these six wrong views arises: "I have a self", this wrong view arises for him as it really is, like the truth; "I have no self", this wrong view arises for him as it really is; "Due to myself, I think I know I have a self", this wrong view arises for him as real, as true; "By myself, I perceive myself as having no self," this wrong view arises for him as it really is, as it really is. "Not by myself, I think I have a self", this wrong view arises for him as real, as true; Or this wrong view arises to him: "It is my self that says, feels, enjoys the retribution of good and evil deeds done here and there, that very self of mine is permanent, permanent, eternal, immutable, and will endure forever.” This, bhikkhus, is called the wrong view, the forest view, the wild view, the argumentative view, the disputed view, and the false view. Bhikkhus, bound by the view of fetter, the ordinary person of little hearing is not freed from birth, old age, death, sorrow, lamentation, pain, grief, and despair. I say he is not free from suffering. The holy disciple hears a lot, bhikkhus, and the noble disciple hears a lot: Seeing the sages who are well-versed in the dhamma, the saints, practicing the dharma, the saints, seeing the sages Dharma practice of the Adepts, who know the dharmas that need attention. This one, through the knowledge of dhammas that need attention, through the knowledge of dhammas that are not to be noticed, he does not pay attention to things that are not to be noticed, and he pays attention to things that need attention. And, bhikkhus, what is the dharma that does not need attention and this taste does not pay attention? The Male-stilts, what French by his attention that the sex gonorrhea has not yet arisen, Or the sex gonorrhea has been born is increased; Or unborn gonorrhea… (as above)… Or ignorance gonorrhea has not yet arisen, Or ignorance gonorrhea has arisen growth. Those are the dhammas that should not be noticed and that he should not pay attention to. And what, bhikkhus, are dhammas to be observed and he is attentive? What, bhikkhus, are the dhammas under which the canker of sensuality that has not yet arisen does not arise, Or the canker of sensuality that has arisen is eradicated, Or the canker of unborn existence does not arise, Or the canker of existence that has arisen is eradicated, Or the canker of ignorance that has not arisen does not arise, Or that the canker of ignorance that has arisen is eradicated, Those are the dharmas that need attention and that he pays attention to. Because he does not pay attention to dharmas, there is no need for attention, attention to the dharma should be noticed so that the cankers or unborn do not arise and the gonorrhea or have arisen are eliminated. As Li Zuo means: "This is suffering", as Li-consciousness: "This is the origin of suffering", Such attention: "This is the cessation of suffering", Tathagata observes: "This is me. the way leading to the cessation of suffering". Thanks to his attention like that, three fetters are eradicated: 1. Body ant, 2. Nghi, 3. About prohibition. These dhammas, bhikkhus, are called cankers or must be eliminated by KNOWLEDGE. Section Except Due to PROTECTION And this Male-stilts, what is the contraband or right d. PROTECTION is deducted? Here, there is a bhikkhu who, as rationally aware, lives guardingly with eye protection. Monks, if that bhikkhu lives unguarded with eye protection, defilements or damage and brain heat may arise. If you live on guard with eye protection, the evils or damage and brain heat are gone. He is like a sensible person, Protective living with ear protection… (as above) Protective living with nose protection… (as above) Protective living with tongue protection… (as above) Living rationally with protection against protect the body… (as above) Live as reasonable protection with the protection mind. If, bhikkhus, that bhikkhu lived unguarded with guarding of the mind, such defilements and fervor could arise. If you live with the mind, the gonorrhea or damage and the heat of the brain will no longer exist. These dhammas, bhikkhus, are called contraband or must be eliminated by PROTECTION. Subtracting Due to USE And this Male-stilts, how is the contraband or must by USE be eliminated? Clothing, monks, here a bhikkhu, like rationally aware, uses clothing to prevent cold, prevent heat, and prevent the contact of flies, mosquitoes, wind, and the heat of the sun. , reptiles, only for the purpose of covering up the nakedness. The taste of almsfood is like a rational mind, using alms food Not for fun, Not for passion, Not for decoration, Not for self-beautification, But just for this body to live. For a long time and to be maintained, To prevent this body from getting hurt, To support the holy life, thinking: "Thus, I will destroy old feelings and not allow new sensations to arise, and I will not be guilty of any fault. make mistakes, live in peace." Sieve Calamity He, like rational awareness, uses a sitting sieve, only to prevent cold, prevent heat, prevent the contact of flies, mosquitoes, wind, heat from the sun, reptiles of all kinds, just to relieve except for the danger of the weather, only for the purpose of living a peaceful solitary life. Medicines for Diseases That person is like rational understanding and uses medicines to treat illnesses, just to stop the feelings of suffering that have arisen, to be completely separated from suffering. If, bhikkhus, he does not enjoy life in this way, defilements or defilements and heat in the brain may arise. If he uses such a life, his destructive or harmful defilements and brain heat will no longer exist. These dhammas, monks, are called contraband or must be eliminated by USE. Section Except by CONSIDERATION And, monks, how is the contraband or must be eliminated by KHANGE? The Male-stilts, here, there are Male-stilts as rationally, patiently cold, hot, hungry, thirsty, touched by flies, mosquitoes, wind, heat of the sun, reptiles; Be patient with slanderous speeches. He has patience with bodily sensations, painful, intense, throbbing, aching, unpleasure, displeasure, and numbing sensations. If he is not so patient, bhikkhus, the defilements or damage and heat of the heart may arise. If he is so patient, the gonorrhea or damage and the heat of the brain is no more. These dhammas, bhikkhus, are called contrabands or must be eliminated by KEEPING. Abandonment By Avoidance And, bhikkhus, how is the contraband or must by avoidance to be eradicated? Here, bhikkhus, a bhikkhu, as he wisely observes, avoids a wild elephant, a fierce horse, a wild ox, a fierce dog, a snake, a log, a thorn, a pit, a cliff, muddy pond, puddle. There are seats that are not worthy of sitting, places that should not be visited, evil friends who, if socialized, are suspicious and despised by wise companions; He, as wise, avoids that unworthy seat, that abode where he should not go and his wicked companions. If, bhikkhus, he does not avoid such defilements, the defilements and fervor may arise. If he avoids like this, the gonorrhea or damage and the heat of the brain is no more. These dhammas, bhikkhus, are called contraband or must be eliminated by avoidance. Abandonment Due to the eradication And, monks, how are the gonorrhea or must by eradication be eradicated? The Male-stilts, here, Male-stilts as rationally close There is no acceptance of sexual thoughts that have arisen, given up, eradicated, destroyed, not allowed to exist (thought of that); There is no acceptance of the anger that has arisen, given up, eradicated, annihilated, not allowed to exist (that anger); There is no acceptance of harmful thoughts that have arisen, abandoned, eliminated, annihilated, not allowed to exist (harmful thoughts); Do not accept the evil unwholesome dhammas that always arise, give up, eliminate, cease, cease to exist (these evil unwholesome dharmas). If, bhikkhus, he does not eliminate in this way, the defilements or defilements and the heat of the heart may arise. If he thus eradicates, the gonorrhea or damage and the heat of the brain is no more. These dhammas, bhikkhus, are called contrabands or must be destroyed by eradication. Abandonment By Training And, bhikkhus, how is the contraband or must by TEACHING to be eliminated? The Male-stilts, here, Male-stilts as rationally practice mindfulness of enlightenment, mindfulness of this enlightenment factor is far away, y is away from greed, y is annihilated, towards giving up; such as the practice of the law of enlightenment, the cultivation of the French enlightenment chi ... (as above) The practice of diligent enlightenment The practice of the joy of enlightenment. Practice contempt for peace. Practice mindfulness. Practice discharge awareness chi; discharge this limb enlightenment y far away, y cup of greed, y cessation, towards giving up. This Male-stilts, if he does not practice like that, the contraband or harm and heat of the brain may arise. If he practices like that, the contraband or harmful and the heat of his brain is no longer there. The Male-stilts, those dharmas are called the contraband or must be eliminated by TRAINING. Conclusion This Male-stilts, for Male-stilts 1. The gonorrhea or which must be eliminated by KNOWLEDGE has been eliminated except 2. The contraband or which must be by PROTECTION is eliminated has been PROTECTED paragraph except, 3. Any contraband that must be eliminated by USE has been eliminated, 4. Any contraband that must be eliminated by KHAM LAB has been eliminated, 5. Any contraband must be AVOID has been eliminated. AVOID has been eliminated; 6. The contraband that must be eradicated has been eradicated and has been eradicated; 7. The contraband that must be eliminated by TRAINING has been eliminated by TRUONG section. apart from; This bhikkhu is said to have lived a life of protection with protection against all taints, having eradicated thirst and craving, having been freed from fetters, having rightly contemplated pride, having eradicated suffering.

Đoạn Trừ Do Tri Kiến
Hay dục lậu đã sanh được tăng trưởng;
“Ta có tự ngã”, tà kiến này khởi lên với người ấy như thật, như chơn;
“Ta không có tự ngã”, tà kiến này khởi lên với người ấy như thật như chơn;
“Do tự mình, ta tưởng tri ta có tự ngã”, tà kiến này khởi lên với người ấy như thật, như chơn;
“Không do tự mình, ta tưởng tri ta có tự ngã”, tà kiến này khởi lên với người ấy như thật, như chơn;
