Māratajjanīya Sutta - Māratajjanīya Sutta. Like this I hear. Once the Venerable Mahā Moggallāna was dwelling among the Bhaggas, in Sumsumaragira, in the Bhessakalavana forest, in the Deer Park. At that time the venerable Mahā Moggallāna was walking in the open air. Then the demon entered Venerable Mahā Moggallāna's stomach, and was in his stomach. Then the venerable Mahā Moggallāna thought thus: "Now, why is my belly so heavy as if something were piled up too much?" Then the venerable Mahā Moggallāna alighted from his meditation practice, entered the monastery, and sat on the prepared seat. After sitting, the venerable Mahā Moggallāna was mindful of himself. The venerable Mahā Moggallāna saw that the Devil, having entered his stomach, was in his stomach. Seeing this, the Venerable said to the Devil —Come out, Evil! Come out, Evil! Do not disturb the Tathagata and the disciples of the Tathagata. Do not make You unhappy, long suffering! Then the Demon thought: “This recluse, who does not know me, does not see me, says thus: “Go out, Evil! Come out Evil! Do not disturb the Tathagata, and disciples of the Tathagata. Do not cause you to be unhappy or suffer for a long time." Even the Guru himself did not know me so quickly, how could this disciple know me?" Then the Venerable Mahā Moggallāna said to the Evil One again——Demon, I know thee. Don't think: "He doesn't know me". You are the Devil. This is what you think, Evil: "This recluse, who does not know me, does not see me, says thus: 'Get out, Devil! Come out Evil! Do not disturb the Tathagata and the disciples of the Tathagata. Do not make you unhappy, suffer for a long time!" Even the Guru himself didn't know me so quickly, how could this disciple know me?" Then the demon thought thus: “This recluse knows me, sees me, and says thus: 'Come out, Evil! Come out, Evil! Do not disturb the Tathagata and the disciples of the Tathagata. Do not cause you to be unhappy or suffer for a long time." Then the Evil One came out from the mouth of the Venerable Mahā Moggallāna, and leaned against the mouth of the mouth. Venerable Mahā Moggallāna saw the Evil One leaning against the mouth, and said Evil—Demon, here I also see You. You must not think: "He does not see me". O Devil, you are now standing at the mouth of your mouth. O Demon, once upon a time, I was the Demon named Dusi, and her name was Kālī. You are her son. So you are my nephew. At that time, Evil One, the Blessed One Kakusandha, the Arahant, the Fully Enlightened One was born. The Blessed One Kakusandha, the Arahant, the Fully Enlightened One, had two disciples named Vidhura and Sanjiva, the two supreme beings, the two sages. Demon, to the disciples of the Blessed One Kakusandha, the Arahant, Right Enlightenment no one here can equal Venerable Vidhura in teaching the Dharma. For this reason, Evil One, Venerable Vidhura is called Vidhura (Unparalleled). And Venerable Sanjiva is one who goes to the forest, walks to the base of a tree, goes to places without people, and realizes the cessation of perception and life without any difficulty. Demon, once upon a time, the venerable Sanjiva was sitting under a tree in the cessation of perception and life. O demon, the cowherds, herdsmen, farmers, and travelers saw the venerable Sanjiva sitting under a tree, and when they saw this, they said to each other, "This is wonderful, hey. Venerables! How rare, venerable ones! This recluse died but still sat. Let's cremate him!" Then, Demon, the cowherds, herdsmen, farmers, and travelers gathered grass, firewood, and cow dung, piled it on the venerable Sanjiva's body, set it on fire, and left. O Demon, Venerable Sanjiva, After that night was over, he immediately emerged from meditation, brushed off his clothes, put on his robes in the morning, took his bowl and robe, and entered the village for alms. Demons, cowherds, herdsmen, farmers, and travelers, seeing Venerable Sanjiva going for alms, saw this and thought, "How wonderful, venerable ones! How rare, venerable ones! This recluse died but was still sitting, now he is resurrected." For this reason, Evil One, the venerable Sanjiva is called Sanjiva, Sanjiva. Demon, then Demon Dusi thought thus: 'I do not know the arrival and departure of these virtuous and wholesome bhikkhus. So now let us join the householder Brahmin and say thus: "Come, slander, slander, reproach, and harass the bhikkhus who are virtuous and good-natured. Due to being slandered, slandered, blamed and harassed by You, they can change their minds and thus, the Demon Dusi has the opportunity to dominate them. Then, Evil One, the Demon Dusi entered the household of brahmins and slandered, insulted, reprimanded, and harassed the bhikshus who were virtuous and good-natured as follows: "Those bald-headed ones , fake sa-mon, unscrupulous slave, black slave, born from this heel. They say, "We practice meditation, we practice meditation" and with drooping shoulders, face down, foolishly enamored, meditating, meditating, ignorant meditating, foolishly meditating. Like an owl perched on a tree branch while stalking a mouse; meditation practice, passionate meditation, ignorant meditation, wild meditation; likewise, the bald ones, the false ascetics, the unscrupulous slaves, the black slaves, are born from this heel. They say, "We practice meditation, we practice meditation." And with his shoulders drooping, with his face down, foolishly enamored, meditating, meditating, ignorant meditating, foolish meditating. For example, a child pretends to be on the riverbank while watching fish; meditation practice, passionate meditation, ignorant meditation, wild meditation; so are the bald ones, the false ascetics, Unfaithful slave, black slave, born from this heel. They say, "We practice meditation, we practice meditation" and with drooping shoulders, face down, foolishly enamored, meditating, meditating, ignorant meditating, foolishly meditating. For example, a cat sitting by a pile of garbage, while waiting for a mouse; meditation practice, passionate meditation, ignorant meditation, wild meditation; likewise, the bald ones, the false ascetics, the unscrupulous slaves, the black slaves, are born from this heel. They say, "We practice meditation, we practice meditation" and with drooping shoulders, face down, foolishly enamored, meditating, meditating, ignorant meditating, foolishly meditating. For example, a donkey, the burden is put down, is practicing meditation, infatuated with meditation, delusional in meditation, foolish in meditation; likewise, the bald ones, the false ascetics, the unscrupulous slaves, the black slaves, are born from this heel. They say, "We practice meditation, we practice meditation," and with their shoulders drooped, with their faces down, foolishly enamored, meditating, meditating, ignorantly meditating, foolishly meditating. At that time, Evil One, most of these people, after the breakup of their bodies, after death, were to be reborn in the bad realms, in the bad destinations, in the lower realms, in the hells. Then, Evil One, the Blessed One Kakusandha, the Arahant, the Fully Enlightened One, addressed the monks: "—Monks, the brahmin householders were possessed by the Demon Dusi and said: “Come slander, slander, reproach, and harass bhikkhus who are virtuous and good-natured. By being slandered, slandered, reprimanded and harassed by You, they can change their minds, and thus the Demon Dusi has a chance to dominate them.” Come, bhikkhus, to perfect one direction with a mind connected with loving-kindness, and then abide, likewise the second, likewise the third, likewise the fourth. Thus throughout the world, above, below, across, all regions, and all over the boundless, abiding and pervading with a mind that is united with loving-kindness, generous, boundless, free from hatred, and without anger. With a mind that is joined with compassion… with a mind that is associated with joy…, turn one direction with a mind that is connected with equanimity, and then settle down; so is the second, so is the third, so is the fourth. Thus throughout the whole world, above, below, across, all regions, and all over the boundless, abiding and pervading with a mind that is united with equanimity, generous, boundless, without hatred, without anger." Then, Evil One, those bhikkhus, thus exhorted and exhorted by the Blessed One Kakusandha, the Arahant, the Fully Enlightened One, went to the grove, to the foot of the tree, to the places that were not deserted. , turn one-sided fullness with the mind to match with the word and then stay; so is the second, so is the third; so is the fourth. Thus throughout the world, above, below, across, all regions, and all over the boundless, abiding and pervading with a mind that is united with loving-kindness, generous, boundless, free from hatred, and without anger. With a mind that is connected with compassion… with a mind that is associated with joy… turn in one direction with a mind that is associated with equanimity and then settle down; so is the second, so is the third, so is the fourth. Thus, throughout the world, above, below, across, all regions, and all over the boundless, abiding and pervading with a mind that is united with equanimity, generous, boundless, without hatred, without anger. Mara Dusi, then Māra Dusi thought thus: "By doing this, I cannot know where the coming or going of bhikkhus who are virtuous and good-natured. Let us then enter the householder Brahmins and say thus: "Come, praise, respect, pay homage, and make offerings to these bhikkhus of virtue and good character. By being praised, respected, bowed down, made offerings, they can change their minds and thus, the Demon Dusi has the opportunity to dominate them." Then, Evil One, the Demon Dusi entered the brahmins of the householder and said: "Come and praise, respect, pay homage to, and make offerings to bhikkhus who are virtuous and good-natured. Those who are praised, respected, worshiped, and offered to you by you can change their minds, and thus the Evil One Dusi will have a chance to dominate them.” Then, Evil, householder Brahmins , being invaded by the Demon Dusi, praised, respected, paid homage to, and made offerings to the bhikkhus who were virtuous and good-natured. Demons, after a while these people die, and most of the time after the breakup of the body, after death, they are reborn in a good destination, in the heavenly world, and in this life. Then, Evil One, the Blessed One Kakusamdha, the Arahant, the Fully Enlightened One, addressed the monks: "—Bhikkhus, the brahmin householders were invaded by the Demon Dusi and said as follows: Then: "Come and praise, respect, pay homage to, and make offerings to the bhikkhus who are virtuous and good-natured. These people are admired, respected, and worshiped by you. Offerings can change their minds and thus the Demon Dusi will have a chance to dominate them.” You, bhikkhus, dwell contemplating the impurity of the body, contemplating displeasure with food, contemplating inability to please all the world, contemplating impermanence with regard to all formations." And thus, Evil One, those bhikkhus, thus exhorted by the Blessed One Kakusandha, thus exhorted, went to the grove, went to the foot of a tree, went to empty places, contemplating the impurity of the body. , (contemplation) perception of boredom for food, (contemplation) perception of inability to be happy for all worlds, contemplation of impermanence for all formations. Then, Evil One, the Blessed One, Kakusandha, an Arahant, Fully Enlightened One, put on his robes and bowls in the morning, with the venerable Vidhura as his attendant, entered the village for alms. Then Demon, Demon Dusi possessed a child, holding a stone, hit Venerable Vidhura on the head and broke his head. Then, Evil One, the venerable Vidhura, with his head broken and bleeding, was still walking behind the Blessed One Kakusandha, the Arahant, the Fully Enlightened One. Then, Evil One, the Blessed One Kakusandha, the Arahant, the Fully Enlightened One, looked around with his gaze upon the king's elephant, and thought thus: "Indeed, the Demon Dusi does not know moderation." Demon, when the Blessed One looked around, the Demon Dusi died from that place and was reborn in the hell realm. This hell, Evil One, has three names: the Six Touches of Hell, the Iron Thing of Hell, and the End of Suffering Hell. Then the hell-keepers came to me and said, "O venerable one, when the iron stake will meet the iron stake in your heart, you will understand thus: 'I will be scalded with boiling water for a thousand years in hell. ” And I, Evil, I was doused with boiling water, spent many years, many hundreds, many thousands of years in hell. Having spent ten thousand years in that great hell, I was boiled and experienced a sensation called Vutthanima. Therefore, Demon, my body is like that, body like a human, and my head like that, head like a fish. 1. How hell is that Dusi boiled Because of beating Vidhura, Disciple Kakusandha. There are hundreds of types of iron stakes. Feelings are separate. Hell is like that, Dusi is boiled. Because of fighting Vidhura, Disciple Kakusandha Male-stilts Buddha's disciples, Understanding thus. Because you beat the Male-stilts, Kaṇha suffered a long life, 2.
