T O heard something like this:
At one time, the Buddha traveled in Champa, at the lake Hang Gia [02] .
Now was the fifteenth day of the month, the day the World-Honored One preached liberation and sat down in front of a group of bhikkhus. When the Buddha had finished sitting, he immediately entered samadhi, and with his mind freed his mind, he observed the mind of the assembly. After observing the mind of the crowd, until the end of the first day, he remained silent.
At that time a bhikkhu got up from his seat, shrugged his shoulders, adjusted his robe, and folded his hands, facing the Buddha, saying:
"World-Honored One, at the end of the first day of the day, the Buddha and a group of bhikkhus gathered here to sit for a long time, hoping that the Blessed One would speak about the doctrine of Tung's liberation."
At that time, the Blessed One was silent and did not answer.
Then, until the middle of the night, the Buddha remained silent. The other monk arose from his seat again, shrugging his shoulders, fixing his robe, clasping his hands toward the Buddha, and said:
“Venerable Sir, the first day has passed, the middle of the night is also about to end; The Buddha and a group of bhikkhus gathered here for a long time, hoping that the Blessed One would speak about the doctrine of the Song of Liberation."
The Blessed One again did not answer.
Then, until the end of the night, the Buddha remained silent. That bhikkhu a third time got up from his seat, shrugging his shoulders, fixing his robe, clasped his hands together towards the Blessed One, and said:
“Venerable Sir, the beginning of the day is over, the middle of the night is over, and the end of the night is almost over, it's almost morning, soon the sun will rise; The Buddha and a group of bhikkhus have been gathered here for too long, hoping that the Blessed One will speak about the doctrine of Tung's liberation."
Then the Blessed One said to the other bhikkhu:
"Among this assembly there is a monk who has done an impure deed."
At that time the venerable Maha Muggallana was also in them. Then the venerable Mahāmāyayana thought thus: “For which bhikkhu does the Blessed One say in this assembly there is a bhikkhu who has acted impure? One should enter samadhi with such form, the cause in such form in concentration, observing the mass of thoughts by letting go of the mind.”
Venerable Dai Muc-kien-liang has such a form in the absorption of concentration, and the cause in such concentration has such a form. By letting go of his mind, he observes the mind of the masses.
The venerable Maha Moggallana immediately knew the bhikkhu for whom the World-Honored One said in this assembly there was a monk who had acted impure.
Then, Venerable Maha Moggallana emerged from concentration, went in front of that monk, grabbed his hand, pulled him away, opened the door and dragged him outside, saying:
"You fool, go away, don't live here, don't come back to meet a large assembly of bhikkhus, from now on you're not a bhikkhu."
He closed the door, bolted it, then returned to the Buddha, bowed his head to the Buddha's feet, then sat to one side and said:
“The bhikkhu for whom the Blessed One said in this assembly there was a bhikkhu who did an impure act; I chased him away. White World Religion, the beginning of the day has passed, the middle of the night has also ended, and the end of the night is also coming to an end, it is almost morning, soon the sun will rise; The Buddha and a group of bhikkhus have been gathered here for too long, hoping that the Blessed One will speak about the doctrine of Tung's liberation."
The Buddha said:
“Great Moggallana, a fool will commit a great sin if he causes trouble for the Blessed One and the bhikkhus. If, in the midst of them, the Tathagata was unclean, he preached liberation, the head of the other person would break into seven pieces, great Maha Muggallana. Therefore, Maha Muggallana, from now on, teachers should teach Tung liberated, the Tathagata will not teach Tung liberated. Why is that? [03]
“Because of this, Maha Muggallana, or there are people who are stupid when they go in and out with right knowledge [04] ; when bending and stretching, when bending and raising, they are well-differentiated and observe; mature and mature, wearing an upright-old-lean; holding y, bowl neatly [05] ; walking, standing, sitting, lying down, sleeping, waking, speaking, and being silent all know it clearly, just like a true holy person, but he does not know the actions of a true holy person.
“If the holy ones knew about him, great Moggallana, they would think, 'This is uncleanness to a recluse, a disgrace to a recluse, an abomination to him. to him, a thorn in his side'. After knowing that, together, they released that person [06] . Why? Because I don't want the holy ones to be polluted.
“Great Māgānyalian, for example, in a lay field of sorghum, or in the luxuriant rice field of a layperson, there was a grass called buckwheat weed [07] . This grass has roots, stems, nodes, leaves and flowers all exactly like ordinary rice plants. But after the grain was harvested, the other layman saw it and immediately thought: 'This is a disgrace to ordinary rice, an obnoxious thorn to ordinary rice'. After knowing that, the other layman immediately uprooted it and threw it all away. Why? Because we don't want the real rice variety to be polluted.
"In the same way, Maha Muggallana, there are people who are ignorant when entering and leaving with right knowledge; when bending and stretching, when bending and raising, they are well-differentiated and observe; think mature, put on a straight up-gadget, holding a robe, a bowl of neatness; walking, standing, sitting, lying down, sleeping, waking, speaking, and being silent all know it clearly, just like a true holy person, but he does not know the actions of a true holy person.
“If the holy ones knew about him, great Moggallana, they would think, 'This is uncleanness to a recluse, a disgrace to a recluse, an abomination to him. to him, a thorn in his side'. After knowing that, then together they took that person out. Why? Because I don't want the holy ones to be polluted.
“Great Moggallana, for as in the autumn, that layman brought a grain of rice. From above, rice is poured down slowly. If it is a firm grain, it will stay; if it is thin rice or husk, it will fly away with the wind. Then the other layman took the broom and cleaned it up. Why? Because I don't want the rice grain to be contaminated.
“Great Moggallana, for example, that layman wanted water from a stream, so he built a trough for water. He took a hammer into the forest and knocked on the trunks of the trees. If the tree has a hard core, the sound will be low, and if the tree has a hollow core, the sound will be loud. After knowing that, the layman immediately cut the tree and brought it back to make a water trough.

After knowing that, then together they took that person out. Why? Because I don't want the holy ones to be polluted."
At that time, the Blessed One spoke the chant:
Gather together, should know,
Evil, evil, evil, unclean [08]
Concealment, hatred, stinginess [09] ,
Jealousy, laziness, when stalking;
In them, pseudo-moral;
Concealedly confessing to Sammon,
Silently doing evil;
Evil ant, unguarded;
When lying and lying.
Should know, such a person,
Train them not to let them in;
Departure, not living together.
They lie, lie;
Not enlightened said enlightened.
Knowing the time, practicing pure conduct,
Chase them, stay away from them.
Be with the pure,
Live in harmony with each other;
That will be fine,
And the end of suffering.
Buddha said so. The Bhikkhu-stilts, after listening to the Buddha's lecture, joyfully served.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).WORLD VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST ORDER=BUDDHIST DHARMA WHEEL GOLDEN MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.13/12/2021.
