The Wise Choose Where To Take Refuge.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.
Once, when the Blessed One came to the Kosala region with 500 monks and nuns living in a mango grove near the bank of the Aciravatī river north of the village of Manasākaṭa, teaching the Tevijjasutta (1) which is summarized as follows:
At that time, there was a group of well-known intellectuals such as the Brahmin Vaṅkī, the Brahmin Tārukkha, the Brahmin Pokkharasāti, the Brahmin Jāṇusoṇī, the Brahmin- Todeyya and other intellectual Brahmins.
At that time, Mr. Vāseṭṭha and Mr. Bhāradvāja went for a walk together and discussed the matter of "maggāmagga: the way and the not."
* Mr. Vāseṭṭha said: “Only the path taught by the Brahmin Pokkharasāti is the right way, and those who practice this path lead to living with Brahma.
* Uncle Bhāradvāja said: “Only the path taught by the brahmin Tārukkha is the right way, and those who practice this path lead to living with Brahma.
Mr. Vāseṭṭha could not persuade Mr. Bhāradvāja to listen to him and Mr. Bhāradvāja could not convince Mr. Vāseṭṭha to listen to him.
At that time, Vāseṭṭha proposed to Bhāradvāja, saying:
- Hey Bharadvaja! The recluse Gotama, who had gone forth from the Sakya lineage, was living in a mango grove near the Aciravati river north of the village of Manasākaṭa, the fame of the recluse Gotama resounded everywhere, saying:
“1- Arahaṃ: The Arhat is the Noble One whose body, speech, and mind are completely pure and pure, worthy of receiving the offerings of human deities and brahmas. .
2- Sammāsambuddho: The Buddha is the One who personally realizes the truth of the Four Noble Truths without a teacher's instruction, attains the 4 Noble Paths, the 4 Noble Fruits, Nirvana, and eradicates all defilements. -brain, all craving, all evil-dhamma have no residue left, especially destroy all pre-disadvantages (vāsana), become the first Arahant in the entire three worlds of them- born. Therefore, it is called the unique and unique Buddha-Buddha.
3- Vijjācaraṇasampanno: Duc Minh-Happiness is the one with full Tam-Minh, Eight-Mind and 15 noble virtues.
4- Sugato: Duc Thien-speak is the One who preaches the truth and brings real benefits to sentient beings.
5- Lokavidū: The All-Three-Dharma Insight is the One who clearly sees and knows the sum total of all sentient beings (sattaloka), the sum total of sentient realms (okāsaloka), the sum of all dharmas (saṅkhāraloka).
6- Anuttaro purisadammasārathi: The Supreme Being who teaches sentient beings is the one who teaches sentient beings to correct evil and correct evil, to do good from evil, from ordinary people to saints.
7- Satthā devamanussānaṃ: The Divine-Sphinx is the Master of mankind, the gods, the brahmins, ...
8- Buddho: Buddha is the One who personally realized the truth of the Four Noble Truths without being taught by a teacher, attained the 4 Noble Paths, the 4 Noble Fruits and Nirvana, becoming the first Arahant. in the entire world of the three worlds of beings, called the unique Buddha of Perfect Enlightenment, then the Buddha preached the Dharma to instruct sentient beings with good conditions to also realize the truth of the four Noble Truths. Following the Buddha, he also attained the 4 Noble Paths, the 4 Noble Fruits and Nirvana depending on the capacity of the perfections of the Dharma, and the 5 dharma masters: faith in the dharma, and the dharma master. , mindfulness of the dharma-master, the dhamma-master, and the wisdom of the dharma-master of each living being.
9- Bhagavā: The Blessed One is one who possesses the six special virtues due to the complete and complete practice of the 30 perfections of the Buddha's conduct."
- Hey Bharadvaja! We should go to the recluse Gotama, and then ask this matter to the recluse Gotama. As the recluse Gotama teaches, we obey like that.
Hearing Mr. Vāseṭṭha suggest so, Mr. Bhāradvāja immediately agreed, the two of them went together to serve Germany-World-Honored One. At that time, Vāseṭṭha and Bhāradvāja finished greeting the Blessed One, sat in a reasonable place, and then Vāseṭṭha said to the Blessed One:
- Dear recluse Gotama, the two of you went for a walk and discussed the issue of "maggāmagga: the way and not the way.
* I said: "Only the path taught by the brahmin Pokkha-rasati is the right way, and those who practice this path lead to living with Brahma."
* And Bhāradvāja said: "Only the way taught by the Brahmin Tārukkha is the right way, and those who practice this path lead to living with Brahma."
– Dear recluse Gotama, the two of you do not agree with each other on this matter of 'the way and not the way', so you come to the recluse Gotama to teach the right and wrong way. White Sir.
The World-Honored One asked:
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! Do you say, "That way leads to living with Brahma"?
"Dear Lord-World-Honored One, you are right. White Sir.
- Hey Vāseṭṭha! All brahmins are familiar with the 3 sets of Vedas (1) , is there a brahmin who has seen Brahma and then testify?
- Dear World-Honored One, there is no one. White Sir.
- Hey Vāseṭṭha! Has any brahmin teacher familiar with the three Vedas have seen Brahma and then testified?
- Dear World-Honored One, there is no one. White Sir.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! Has any teacher of a brahmin master who is familiar with the three Vedas have seen Brahma and then testify?
- Dear World-Honored One, there is no one. White Sir.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! Has any teacher of the brahmin's successive predecessors, familiar with the three Vedas, saw Brahma and then testified?
- Dear World-Honored One, there is no one. White Sir.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! The Taoist Taoist teacher was an ancient teacher such as the ascetic Aṭṭhaka, Vāmaka, Vesāmitta, Yamataggī, Aṅgīrasa, Bhāradvāja, Vāseṭṭha, Kassapa, Bhagu, who wrote down the three Vedas, the transmission of which today the group of Mrs. -la-mon know 3 sets of Vedas, then transmit, teach those 3 sets of ancient Vedas to the next generation.
The group of Brahmins who were familiar with the three Vedas said: "We don't see or know where the Brahma is, but we teach the way that leads to living with that Brahma, saying: " This Tao is right, and the person who practices it will lead to living with Brahma.”
- Hey Vāseṭṭha! How do you perceive that?
Thus, the teaching of the group of Brahmins who are familiar with the three Vedas is not beneficial, is it?
- Dear recluse Gotama, the teaching of the Brahmin group familiar with the three Vedas does not bring any benefit, yes. White Sir.
- Hey Vāseṭṭha! That's right, the group of Brahmins who were familiar with the three Vedas did not see Brahma, did not know Brahma, but taught the Way leading to living with Brahma, saying: "This religion is right, man. practicing this religion will lead to living with Brahma.” That is impossible.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! Like a herd of blind people, walking shoulder to shoulder, the person in the front can't see, the people in the middle can't see until the last person can't see. Just like the teaching of the group of Brahmins who are familiar with the three Vedas, it is a teaching that brings no benefit at all, just empty words.
- Hey Vāseṭṭha! The group of Brahmins familiar with the 3 sets of Vedas did not see, did not know Brahma, and did not have any witnesses. Even if the teacher of the group of Brahmins does not see, does not know the Brahma, even if the teacher of the next teacher of the group of Brahmins does not see, does not know the Brahma, although the The monk is the teacher of the ancient ancestors such as the ascetic Aṭṭhaka, Vāmaka, Vesāmitta, Yamataggī, Aṅgīrasa, Bhāradvāja, Vāseṭṭha, Kassapa, Bhagu, who wrote the three Vedas, which are now in the groups of Mrs. The brahmins, familiar with the traditions and teachings of the Brahmins, did not see or know the Brahma, and they all said:
"We don't see, we don't know what realm Brahma resides in, what nature is, we don't know."
The group of Brahmins who were familiar with the three Vedas all said: "We teach the way that people who practice this religion will live with Brahma, but we don't see it, we don't know it."
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! How do you perceive that? The teaching of the group of Brahmins who are familiar with the three Vedas is worthless, is it true or not?
- Dear World-Honored One, the teachings of the Brahmins who are familiar with the three Vedas are worthless, it is true. White Sir.
- Hey Vāseṭṭha! That's right, the group of Brahmins who were familiar with the three Vedas did not see or know the Brahma, but taught the Way leading to living with Brahma that: "This Tao is right, people who practice it follow it. This religion will lead to living with Brahma.” That is impossible.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! For example, a son says something like this: I love that wonderfully beautiful girl.
The son was asked:
- Hey son! Do you know that gorgeous girl? Is she of royal or brahmin lineage, or is she a prostitute?
When the son was asked such a question, he replied that:
- Ladies and Gentlemen! I don't know at all.
The son was asked:
- Hey son! What is the name of that beautiful girl? Where is it now? What is the shape?
When the son was asked such a question, he replied that:
- Ladies and Gentlemen! I don't know the girl's name, nor do I know where she is? I don't even know what she looks like.
The son was asked:
- Hey son! You love the absolutely beautiful girl you've never seen, never known, right?
When the son was asked such a question, he replied that:
- Ladies and Gentlemen! Right.
- Hey Vāseṭṭha! How do you perceive that? The son's words are worthless, is it true or not?
- Dear World-Honored One, that son's words are worthless, it is true.
- Hey Vāseṭṭha! For example, the river Aciravatī is full of water, and the crow can drink the water. At that time, a person wanted to cross the other side of the river, he stood on one side of the river and called to the other side, saying, "Hey, on the other side of the river, cross this side of the river!"
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! How do you perceive that?
Does the other bank of the Aciravati river cross to this side by the call, by the supplication, by the desire, or by the satisfaction of that person?
- Dear World-Honored One, it cannot be. White Sir.
- Hey Vāseṭṭha! In the same way, the group of Brahmins who renounce the practice of practice become brahmins, and adhere to the practice do not become brahmins, often practice like this:
“We pray to the God-King Sakka, the gods, Brahma, etc.…”
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! The Brahmin group who were familiar with the three Vedas gave up the practice of becoming a brahma, adhering to the practice did not become a brahma, often practiced like that.
After that group of Brahmins, after their death, they will live together with Brahma by calling, by supplication, by desire, or by satisfaction. That is impossible.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! For example, the river Aciravatī is full of water, and the crow can drink the water. At that time, a person who wanted to cross to the other side of the river, he tied his hands behind his back with a strong rope and stood on this side of the river.
- Hey Vāseṭṭha! How do you perceive that? Can he cross the Aciravati river on the other side?
- Dear World-Honored One, it is impossible. White Sir.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! In the same way, the five kāmaguṇa objects in the Dhamma of the Noble One are called "strong ropes" called "strong ties".
The five kāmaguṇa: binding-objects are:
– The rupa-object is seen by the eye (eye-consciousness-mind).
– The sound object is heard with the ear (ear-consciousness-mind).
- The object of incense is smelled by the nose (consciousness-mind).
– The taste-object is tasted with the tongue (truth-consciousness-mind).
– The tangible object is touched by the body (body-consciousness-mind). These are the five objects that are desirable, agreeable, and enthralling among the five kāmaguṇa objects, which the sage's teaching calls "a strong rope, a strong bondage". The group of Brahmins who were familiar with the three Vedas were infatuated with those five bound kāmagua objects, so they did not see guilt, did not have the wisdom to think out of those five bound kāmagua objects.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! group of brahmins who are familiar with the three Vedas, give up the practice of practice to become a brahma, cling to the practice of practice without becoming a brahma, often indulge in sensual pleasures among the five desirable kāmaguna objects, gratifying, enthralling in those five bound kāmaguṇa-objects. That group of Brahmins, after they die, will live together with Brahma. That is impossible.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! For example, the river Aciravatī is full of water, and the crow can drink the water. At that time, a person who wanted to cross to the other side of the river, covered his head and lay on this side of the river.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! How do you perceive that? Can he cross the Aciravati river on the other side?
- Dear World-Honored One, it is impossible. White Sir.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! In the same way, the five nivaraṇa in the Dhamma of the Noble One are called "attachment, hindrance."
The five nivaraṇa: dharma-obstacles that are:
– Kāmacchanda nivaraṇa: Lust is a dharma obstacle
– Byāpāda nivaraṇa: Anger-hatred is the dharma-obstacle.
– Thīnamiddha nivaraṇa: boredom, sleepiness is the dharma-obstacle.
– Uddhaccakukkucca nivaraṇa: Distracting mind, regret is dharma-obstacle.
– Vichikicchā nivaraṇa: Doubt is dharma-obstacle.
These are the five obstacles to all good dharmas, especially the practice of meditation, which the sage's teachings call "the dharma of binding, the dharma of obstruction".
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! The group of Brahmins familiar with the 3 sets of Vedas were covered by these 5 obstacles, bound, and tied. The group of Brahmins who were familiar with the three Vedas gave up the practice of becoming a brahma, adhering to the practice did not become a brahma, their practice was covered by these five obstacles, bound, tied tight.
That group of Brahmins, after they die, will live together with Brahma. That is impossible.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! How do you perceive that? I have heard that the old brahmin is the master, and the master of the master says:
– Does Brahma have lust in female objects?
- Dear World-Honored One, no. White Sir.
- Does Duc Pham Thien have injustice or not?
- Dear World-Honored One, no. White Sir.
- Does Brahma cause suffering to sentient beings?
- Dear World-Honored One, no. White Sir.
- Does Brahma have a polluted mind?
- Dear World-Honored One, no. White Sir.
- Can Brahma keep the mind pure or not?
- Dear World-Honored One, yes. White Sir.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! How do you perceive that? The group of Brahmins familiar with the three Vedas have lust in the female object or not?
- Dear Germany-World-Honored One, yes. White Sir.
- Is there any wrong-doing?
- Dear Germany-World-Honored One, yes. White Sir.
- Does it hurt sentient beings?
- Dear Germany-World-Honored One, yes. White Sir.
- Is there a polluted mind?
- Dear Germany-World-Honored One, yes. White Sir.
- The group of Brahmins who are familiar with the 3 Vedas keep their mind pure or not?
- Dear World-Honored One, it is not possible. White Sir.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! With such things, the group of Brahmins familiar with the three Vedas had lust in women, but Brahma did not. Compare the group of Brahmins who are familiar with the 3 Vedas with lust in women with Brahma having no lust in women?
- Dear World-Honored One, it is not possible. White Sir.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! That's right, a group of Brahmins who are familiar with the three Vedas who have lust in a woman after death will live with Brahma without lust in a woman. That is impossible.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! The group of Brahmins familiar with the 3 sets of Vedas had wrongdoings, but Brahma did not. Compare the group of Brahmins who are familiar with the 3 sets of Vedas, are they unjustly wrong with Brahma's without wrongdoing or not?
- Dear World-Honored One, it is not possible. White Sir.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! The group of Brahmins who were familiar with the three Vedas could have afflicted sentient beings, but Brahma did not. Compared with the group of Brahmins who are familiar with the 3 Vedas, can they afflict living beings with Brahman who does not afflict sentient beings?
- Dear World-Honored One, it is not possible. White Sir.
- Hey Vāseṭṭha! The group of Brahmins who were familiar with the three Vedas had polluted minds, but Brahma did not. Compare the group of Brahmins who are familiar with the three Vedas who have a polluted mind with Brahma without a polluted mind?
- Dear World-Honored One, it is not possible. White Sir.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! The group of Brahmins who were familiar with the three Vedas had impure minds, but Brahma had a pure mind. Compare the group of Brahmins who are familiar with the 3 Vedas with impure minds with Brahma keeping their minds clean or not?
- Dear World-Honored One, it is not possible. White Sir.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! That's right, a group of Brahmins who are familiar with the three Vedas who have impure minds after death will live with Brahma to keep their minds pure. That is impossible.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! In this life, the group of Brahmins who are familiar with the three Vedas are being sunk, bogged down, and harmed, thinking that they can easily reach a noble place. Therefore, these 3 Vedas are called tevijjā iriṇa (3 sets of Veda like a great forest without neighbors), tevijjā vivana (3 sets of Veda like a great forest without water).
When the World-Honored One taught thus, Vāseṭṭha respectfully addressed the Blessed One, saying:
- Dear World-Honored One, I have heard that the recluse Gotama knows the way (the way) to come and live with Brahma.
- Hey Vāseṭṭha! The Tathagata knows the Brahmas and the Brahma realms, and practices to become a Brahma, will be reborn as a Brahma and live together with the Brahmas in the brahmin form-world.
Listening to this teaching by the Blessed One, Vāseṭṭha respectfully addressed the Blessed One, saying:
- Dear World-Honored One, I respectfully request that the Blessed One, with great compassion, teach us the practice of becoming a brahma, living with the brahma, and others also becoming a brahma. become a blasphemy again.
The Blessed One taught that:
- Hey Vāseṭṭha! If so, listen, the Tathagata will speak here.
- Hey Vāseṭṭha! In this Buddhism, a bhikkhu is a person who is fully virtuous….
When a bhikkhu-practitioner observes that the five hindrances are destroyed in the mind, joy arises in the mind.
When there is a joyful mind, a joyful mind arises. When there is a happy mind, a peaceful body arises. When there is a peaceful body, a peaceful mind arises.
When there is peace of mind, steady concentration should arise.
* A monk practicing mindfulness spreads loving-kindness throughout the East, West, South, North, East-South, West-North, West-South, Northeast, Downward, Upward directions. Loving-kindness spreads over all sentient beings immeasurable, without wronging each other, without causing suffering to each other.
For example, a healthy person blows the horn and, how the sound of the horn spreads everywhere. Just as a bhikkhu is mindful, spreading his loving-kindness throughout all sentient beings immeasurable, leading to the attainment of mettācetovimutti, which is the attainment of wholesome mind-body jhāna.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! That is the practice to become a brahma, to be reborn as a brahma, to live with the brahmins in the brahma world of form.
- Hey Vāseṭṭha! There are other dharma-practices:
* A monk practicing mindfulness spreads compassion throughout the East, West, South, North, East-South, West-North, West-South, Northeast, Downward, Upward directions. Compassion spreads over all sentient beings immeasurable.
* The bhikkhu-practitioner of mindfulness spreads the mind of joy throughout the East, West, South, North, East-South, West-North, West-South, Northeast, Downward, Upward directions. The mind of joy spreads over all sentient beings immeasurable.
* A monk practicing mindfulness spreads equanimity throughout the East, West, South, North, East-South, West-North, West-South, Northeast, Downward, Upward directions. The mind of equanimity spreads over all sentient beings immeasurable.
For example, a healthy person blows the horn and, how the sound of the horn spreads everywhere. Just as a monk practicing mindfulness scatters equanimity throughout all sentient beings of immeasurable beings, leading to the attainment of upekkhācetovimutti, which is the attainment of kusala-consciousness-material jhāna.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! That is the practice to become a brahma, to be reborn as a brahma, to live with the brahmins in the brahma world of form.
- Hey Vāseṭṭha! How do you perceive this?
– Does the bhikkhu meditator often practice in this way lust for the object of a woman?
- Dear World-Honored One, no. White Sir.
- Is the bhikkhu unjust or not?
- Dear World-Honored One, no. White Sir.
- Do bhikkhus afflict sentient beings?
- Dear World-Honored One, no. White Sir.
- Does a bhikkhu have an impure mind?
- Dear World-Honored One, no. White Sir.
Can a bhikkhu keep his mind pure or not?
- Dear World-Honored One, yes. White Sir.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! With such things, a bhikkhu has no lust in a woman, nor does a brahmin. Is it possible to compare a bhikkhu who has no lust in a woman with a brahman who has no lust in a woman?
- Dear World-Honored One, yes. White Sir.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! Yes, that bhikkhu who has no lust in a woman after death will live with a brahmin who has no lust in a woman. That is possible.
- Hey Vāseṭṭha! There is no wrong-doing for a bhikkhu, nor is there any Brahma-god. Is it possible to compare a bhikkhu who has no wrongdoing with the brahman who has no wrongdoing?
- Dear World-Honored One, yes. White Sir.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! A bhikkhu does not afflict sentient beings, nor does Brahma. Is it possible to compare a bhikkhu who does not afflict sentient beings with a Brahman who does not afflict sentient beings?
- Dear World-Honored One, yes. White Sir.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! A bhikkhu has no impure mind, nor does Brahma. Is it possible to compare a bhikkhu without a defilement with a brahmin without a defilement?
- Dear World-Honored One, yes. White Sir.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! That bhikkhu keeps his mind pure, and Brahma also keeps his mind pure. Is it possible to compare a bhikkhu who maintains a pure mind with a Brahman who maintains a pure mind?
- Dear World-Honored One, yes. White Sir.
– Hey Vāseṭṭha! Yes, a bhikkhu who maintains purity of mind after death will live with the brahma, keeping his mind pure. That is possible.
When the World-Honored One taught thus, the young Vāseṭṭha and the young Bhāradvāja said:
- Dear World-Honored One, your teaching is so clear!
- Dear World-Honored One, your teaching is so wonderful! Like a person who turns an object upside down, opens a closed object, shows the way to a lost person, shines a lamp into a dark place so that a person with bright eyes can see things, Germany-World- Ton preaching, teaching in many ways is the same.
The two of us respectfully take refuge in the Blessed One, take refuge in the Dharma, and take refuge in the monks of the Sangha.
I respectfully ask the Blessed One to recognize that my two sons are near-masculine (upāsaka) who have taken refuge in the Three Jewels from now on for the rest of their lives.
Mr. Vāseṭṭha and Mr. Bhāradvāja after becoming close men (upāsaka) 2-3 days later, Mr. Vāseṭṭha and Mr. Bhāradvāja brought each other to pay respects to the Blessed One, and then asked for permission to become a monk. bhikkhus.
The Blessed One allowed him to become a monk, and shortly after becoming a monk, the monk Vāseṭṭha and the monk Bhāradvāja practiced dharma-practice-meditation-wisdom leading to the realization of truth. the four Noble Truths, attaining the 4 Noble Truths, the 4 Holy Fruits, and Nirvana, eliminating all craving, all afflictions without any residue, becoming a noble Arahant in life. The teachings of Buddha Gotama, then will pass away Nirvana, freed from suffering, birth and death, samsara in the three worlds and four species.
(Summary of the Tevijjasutta Sutta)

* His Holiness the Elder Sugandhatthera
In the Therāpadāna, the Venerable Sugandha (1) recounts his past life, summarized as follows:
During the time of Buddha Kassapa, the only One who appeared in the world, was the highest of all sentient beings of all kinds in the three worlds. The Buddha has all 32 good signs of great people and 80 good signs, has a bright aura emanating from the golden body, clear and magical like the moon, the light of the halo is as bright as the sun. for all sentient beings of all kinds with cool scenery like being bathed in a heavy rain, helping all sentient beings have good conditions to develop all kusala dharmas.
The Buddha has absolutely pure and pure moral virtue as the foundation of the earth, has unshakable concentration and virtue like the Himavanta mountain range, has wise wisdom-virtue, as vast as space, ...
The Buddha is the One who is free from attachment, free from attachment, like the wind.
The Buddha's great compassion extends to all sentient beings. The Buddha preached the teachings, saving sentient beings with good conditions to save in the human realm or other realms.
At that time of the Buddha Kassapa, I was the son of a wealthy and famous rich man in the city-city of Bāraṇasī. One day, while walking in the forest, I saw Kassapa Buddha giving a sermon teaching sentient beings the path of immortality, Nirvana.
The Buddha is a deity superior to all gods, a Brahma superior to all brahma. His teachings are perfect in the beginning, middle, and end, full of meaning, pure literature, and the pronunciation of the Buddha is extremely ethereal and magical, when listening to it makes the mind strangely calm. , silence all afflictions.
When I listened to the teachings of Buddha Kassapa, I immediately generated pure faith, decided to give up my house and possessions, respectfully ask Kassapa Buddha for permission to leave home to become a bhikkhu in the teaching - His law.
After becoming a bhikkhu, I have learned a great deal, as a bhikkhu with many knowledges and skills, as a mage with excellent communication skills, and excellent in all circumstances, I often praise the virtues of the Threefold. -said: the Buddha's grace, the Dharma's grace, the Sangha's grace among the shravakas.
Precious Fruits Praise the An-Dharma-Three-Bao
At the end of a bhikkhu's life, after death, great wholesome kamma extolls the virtue of the Three Jewels for the fruit of rebirth as a god in the Tusita realm, enjoying all things. peace in that heaven.
At the end of the celestial-male kalpa, after death, the same great wholesome kamma gives the fruit of rebirth as a man with extraordinary fragrances:
- The breath is fragrant.
- The mouth has a fragrant smell.
– The whole body has a fragrance that radiates throughout the day and night, …
These fragrances, more fragrant than the scent of lotus, jasmine, other fragrant flowers, more than all the scents of agarwood, ... this magical fragrance is the fruit of the praise of grace. -The Buddha's teachings, the grace of the Dharma, the grace of the Sangha, the noble virtues of the Three Jewels in my previous life.
Now, in this present life, by good fortune, I have come to pay homage to Gotama Buddha, asking him to allow me to become a monk in his teachings. I also often praise the grace of the Buddha, the grace of the Dharma, the grace of the noble Sangha.
The sentient beings who listened to me praised the noble virtue of the Three Jewels, causing them to generate pure faith in the Three Jewels, their bodies and minds being at peace.
Due to the power of exalting the noble virtues of the Three Jewels, I practice the subject of recollecting the virtues of the Three Jewels as the foundation, and then I practice the practice of meditation, leading to realization. The truth of the four Noble Truths, the attainment of the Four Noble Truths, the Four Noble Truths, and Nirvana, has eradicated all afflictions and depressions, has eradicated ignorance and craving without residue. moreover, become an Arahant, no longer be reborn in the next life, freed from the sufferings of birth and death in the three worlds and four species.
I have the good fortune to become a monk in the teaching of Gotama Buddha, that is the best thing. I have become an Arahant along with the three-mind, the four-wisdom-analysis, the six-compassion, etc.
I have fulfilled my duty as a bhikkhu, and have practiced according to the teachings of the noble Gotama Buddha (1) .
Those who have pure faith in the Three Jewels, often extolling the noble virtues of the Three Jewels, will surely obtain good treasures. On the other hand, if anyone criticizes, insults, or slanders the throne of the Three Jewels: the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha, but does not know how to repent of his sins, that person will There will be bad consequences in this life and many future lives.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).BUDDHIST DHARMA WHEEL GOLDEN MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.11/10/2021.
