Therefore, Buddhist learners must be ashamed and sincerely repent, diligently bowing to the Buddha. Because bowing to the Buddha once and sincerely, sins will be eliminated like the sands of the Ganges River, bowing to the Buddha is an expression of our sincerity and reverence. The best method is shameful self-criticism. 9. Faith, Prayer and Recitation of Buddha The Pure Land Dharma-door is to rely on Buddha's power for help. Faith is believing that the Western world of Ultimate Bliss has Amitabha Buddha. I wish that I would be born soon in that Land of Ultimate Bliss, and be fed up of this Saha world. Hanh is to sincerely recite, keep a holy verse Namo Amitabha Buddha (or Amitabha Buddha). Today, people who recite the Buddha's name only wish for a long life, for good health and peace, for wealth, for a favorable job, for all the benefits in the world; but do not seek rebirth in the West. One word "Death" can test whether the person who recites the Buddha's name has full Faith and Vow? Ask ourselves, are we afraid of death? If we die immediately, Amitabha Buddha will welcome us to be reborn in the West, will we be satisfied? A person who really recites Buddha's name is one who is tired of leaving this Saha world, and wants to go to the Land of Ultimate Bliss, so death is certain to be like returning. At any time, they also want to follow Amitabha Buddha soon to the Western world of Ultimate Bliss, absolutely not afraid of death, always want to be reborn immediately. As for the people who fake Buddha names inside and out, they are different, Faith, and Vows are not really greedy people who are afraid of death, don't want to die, don't want to be reborn, want to live a long life, there are many reasons for attachment. We should know that the mind of a person who is afraid of death, does not want to die, does not wish to be reborn, is contrary to Amitabha Buddha's mind, does not have enough faith, faith, vows, Today, if one thousand people recite Buddha's name, there are nine hundred and ninety-nine people who recite fake Buddha's name.
