19. The Master's Immortal Epic.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH. THE SUPERIOR SONG OF THE guru Knowing that the group of five brothers Kieu Tran Nhu was living in the Deer forest in the country of Bārāṇasī, the Buddha thought: "The Tathagata will go to the Deer forest, teach the Immortal Dharma, and save the group of five Kieu Tran Nhu brothers." . Usually, the Buddhas of Perfect Enlightenment who first come to preach the immortality law often use divine powers to get there. Only the Buddha walked, because he saw the good conditions of the naked traveler Upaka (ajīvaka Upaka). The distance from Bodhimaṇḍa (the tree of Enlightenment) to Gayā is 3 gāvuta (= 12km); The distance from Gayā to the Deer forest in the country of Bārāṇasī is 15 yojanas. The World-Honored One took the bowl and robe, left Uruvelā and went to Gayā for alms; then he headed to the deer forest. Then the naked wanderer Upaka was also on his way from Uruvelā to Gayā. Seeing the Blessed One walking on the road, the wanderer Upaka was very impressed, so he approached and asked: - Sir, your six senses are so radiant, your skin color is so beautiful, can I ask who you ordained as a monk, who is your teacher, which sect do you practice in?" The Ten Powers of Wisdom replied with a verse saying: - Sabbabhibhu Sabbaviduhamasmi, Sabbesu dhammesu anupalitto, Sabbanjaho tanhakkhaye vimutto, Sayam abhinnaya kam'uddiseyyam, Na me acariyo atthi, sadiso me na vijjati, Sadevakasmim lokasmim patipuggalo natthi me, Ahanhi Araha loke sattha Anuttaro aham, Ekomhi sammasambuddho sitibhutosmi nibhuto, dhammacakkam pavattetum Gacchami Kasinam puraṃ, Andhabhutasmim lokasmim āhañcham amatadundubhin.-ti Naked Taoist Upaka: – Yathā kho tvaṃ āvuso paṭijanasi Arasahi Anantajino-ti? Lord Buddha: – Mādisā ve Jinā honti, ye pattā āsavakkhayaṃ , Jitā me pāpakā dhammā, tasmāham'Upakā Jino-ti. Pandemic: - The All-Conqueror is me, the Perfectly Enlightened One is me, The One who is immaculate in all dharmas, The One who renounces all, is liberated by the cessation of craving, The One who conquers knowledge by himself, who will teach? No one is My teacher, no one like Me can be found. In the world with the gods, there is no one equal to Me. Indeed, in the world, I am the Devoted One, I am the Supreme Master, Only I am Fully Enlightened, the Quiet One, the Pure One , I go to the city of Kasi to turn the wheel of Dharma, In the world blind, I sound the drum of Immortality (Nirvana) Naked ascetic Upaka: – So you declare yourself to be the Devotee, the All-Conqueror, right? The Blessed One eloquently asserted: - There are indeed Conquerors like Me, they are the ones who have reached the cessation of the taints, I have conquered the evils. So, Upaka, the Conqueror is I. The wanderer Upaka bowed his head, then turned to another road and went to the land of Vaṅkahāra. After conversing with the Blessed One, he seemed to doubt that "the Blessed One is not an incomparable conqueror" (anantajina), so he turned to another road, which was a short road leading to the village of Vaṅkahāra hunters. The poet hunter, the leader of the group, respected the wanderer Upaka, the wanderer Upaka lived in a small hermitage on the edge of the village. Because the village had a lot of flies, because hunters brought wild meat back to the village, Upaka had to live in a large jar. The Divyāvadana book calls Upaka Upagaṇa. Once, the leader of a group of hunters and a group of hunters were hunting in a distant forest, and he instructed his daughter, Cāpā, to protect the wandering wanderer Upaka carefully. When the wanderer Upaka came to the house to receive the food offering, the lady Cāpā brought the food offering to the wanderer Upaka. Seeing the Cāpā, the wandering mind Upaka fell in love with her beautiful beauty, returned to the hermitage, the wanderer Upaka stopped eating for 7 days. After 7 days, the leader of the hunting group returned, did not see the wanderer Upaka, so he asked his daughter: - Where is the ascetic Upaka? "Father, your teacher only came for a day and then stopped. Perhaps He had already left from place to place? The leader of the hunt went to the workshop and found Upaka lying there exhausted. After asking the reason, Upaka confessed: "If I don't have Cāpā, I would rather die than live." - Sir, do you have any profession? - Hey, owner, I don't have a job. – Sir, a person without a job will not be able to take care of his family. How can I marry Cāpā to you? - I will bring your hunted wild meat, bring it to the market to sell. – Okay, we need someone to bring wild meat to the market to sell. The leader of the hunter gave Upaka the cloak, and when he put on the cloak, Upaka became a secular person. The leader of the hunters took Upaka home, gave her Cāpā to Upaka. In the Therīgāthā nun verse, it is noted: "The abode of two people in the village of Nālā. It is a small village in Bodhgaya, which is also Upaka's birthplace." Like a verse: Pakkamisañca nāḷāto, kodhanāḷāya vacchati. Bandhantī itthirūpena, samaṇe dhammajīvino. “I will leave Nālā; who stays in Nālā. When the right way of life; there the hermit. Suffering from female beauty; tied to seduction” Also in the Verses of the Elder nuns, Upaka is affectionately referred to as "the black-eyed hermit" and Kāḷa, because Upaka has a dark complexion. Some time later, the two had their first son, Subhadda, when he cried, Cāpā often sang him lullabies with words teasing Upaka: "Sleep, son of Upaka, son of "black-eyed hermit". butcher's child, don't cry, don't cry, child of Upaka." Listening to Cāpā singing lullabies to her son, Upaka said: - Are you making fun of me? We'll leave. Knowing that Upaka had no relatives, although she saw that her husband was angry, Cāpā kept teasing her husband through lullabies. Upaka thought: "Why does Cāpā despise me so? OH! It turned out that she saw that I had no relatives, so she kept teasing me." When she heard Cāpā singing her son's lullaby, Upaka became angry and said: - Cāpā, do not think that: "I have no one to protect me, I have a friend who is "the supreme conqueror" (Anantajina). I will go to that friend to take refuge, don't make fun of me. Given that Upaka did not dare to leave, because she had no refuge, Cāpā still teased her husband with lullabies as above. Until one day, Upaka decided to leave, despite Cāpā's repentance begging. Upaka went to the city of Sāvatthi, sought out the Blessed One. Seeing the good conditions of Upaka, the World-Honored One taught the bhikkhus, "If anyone asks, 'The supreme conqueror,' come to see the Tathagata." Along the way, Upaka asked one after another about the "Supreme Victorious One," but no one knew. Someone showed understanding that: - The Blessed One is "the ultimate conqueror". - Hey, where is the World-Honored One now? - The Blessed One was staying at the Jetavana Vihara near the city of Sāvatthi. Upaka went to the city of Sāvatthi, went to the Jetavana Vihara and asked the Bhikkhus: - Venerable Sirs, do you know the "Ultimate Victor"? - This lay follower, it is the World-Honored One. The bhikkhus brought Upaka to an audience with the Blessed One. Upaka bowed down to the Blessed One and said: - Dear World Honored One, do you remember the old man? - Hey, Upaka, the Tathagata still remembers the old man, that is you. Hearing the Buddha calling his name, Upaka was extremely happy, next the Buddha asked: - Hey Upaka, how are you now. After presenting his work, listening to the Buddha taught that: - Hey Upaka, now that you are old, go forth and practice. - Yes, sir, World-Honored One. After leaving home, Mr. Upaka tried his best to practice, attaining the Holy Fruit of Non-Returning, when his life was over, he returned to the realm of Avihā No Defilement.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).BUDDHIST DHARMA WHEEL GOLDEN MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.10/9/2021.
