The pagans often accept God or God to reward and punish souls, that reward, if any, will definitely not be fair, because those who reward and punish them will definitely not fully understand the deep mind of people and cannot help but be dominated by emotions. If the effect of good karma is only 40 percent and bad karma is 60 percent, then the karma leads to the animals. There are also the A-tu-la, which are demons, though they have divine powers, but are often angry, so they are not born into the heavenly realms. Species of A-tu-la are very complex, similar to A-tu-la with heaven, similar to animals and similar to demons.
