The law of cause and effect is the immutable law of the universe discovered by the Buddha after attaining Right Fruitfulness under the root of Bodhi. It is the law of cause and effect that shatters the notion of living about theocracy, claiming that there is an omnipotent person who is powerful enough to bless disaster and control human life.

When you know, understand and live the law of cause and effect, you will take control of your life, know how to transform your suffering in the right way, and hold your destiny in your hands.

Everything in general is moving under the control of the Law of Cause and Effect, which is precisely Causal-causation. For human beings, the Law of Causation and Effects moves and forms the life of an individual, which is called cause and effect. Creating good karma will have good karma. On the contrary, sowing bad karma will surely reap evil retribution.

What are the benefits of living by cause and effect?

Proactive, positive, confident

Our present life is the manifestation of the fruits of good and bad in the past. So if we want to progress, if we want a good future, we must cultivate good causes right now. We cannot blame, blame the situation, the god, the other. You sow, you must reap. And if you want to reap something, sow it. Being optimistic, loving life, cherishing time comes from believing and living by cause and effect. The future is not a dream, the future is in deeds (good or bad deeds, good or bad karma) right in this moment.

Belief of cause and effect makes us reassured. Reasonableness, order, meaning of a life is due to awareness and living according to cause and effect. And all the chaos, even chaos of an individual's life or of society is caused by a lack of awareness of cause and effect and not living according to cause and effect.

Our present life is the manifestation of the fruits of good and bad in the past. 

Freedom and equality

With the law of cause and effect, I am equal to all living beings in my advancement. That is the absolute equality: no one cheats, bribes, counterfeits, flattering, flattering with cause and effect. Causality makes me equal in every opportunity to progress, both physically and mentally. Causality makes me the sculptor, architect of my life and the sole heir to all my good and bad deeds. This is the freedom I have. Freedom to choose, to act and to build my life freely.
