THE MEANING OF LEGAL & LEGAL POISON ”.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.
the meaning of propaganda is to bring the teachings of Buddha throughout the world, to help sentient beings where the awakening was first. We all understand that monks and nuns have a responsibility to propagate the Dharma, and Buddhists at home have a responsibility to maintain the Three Jewels for long-term survival. In the past, during the Dharma and the Dharma sect, the responsibility of propagating the Dharma was that of the monks and nuns. But today is the time of the Dharma, we cannot stand to see or divide the responsibilities, but all Buddhists, whether ordained or at home, have the responsibility to propagate the Dharma, because this is the responsibility. of the four Buddhist disciples. Four of them, meaning two rows of renunciants are monks and nuns ; two rows disciple is Residential men and lay women.
In the past, during the Dharma and Buddha statues, the lay Buddhists could not afford to preach, because the problem of printing and translating the sutras was very difficult, so the propagation of the dharma was only dependent on the monks, Ni But today is completely different because of advanced science and technology. In addition, the full-text translation, printing, easy recording and transportation are also very quick, so all home Buddhists whether old or young, wise or rich, rich or poor are able to propaganda of the Dharma. As long as we spend less and less time, save money and time to help or print the Bible, and record tapes and discs to circulate everywhere, we can spread the practice of forgiveness. But before we want to propagate the Dharma of being, we must have wisdom, we must know how to circulate the Sutras and save the sentient beings, easy to accomplish and rebirth in one lifetime. We should not publish the scriptures or tapes ... there is no benefit to the rebirth as a Buddha of sentient beings.
If we do not have the wisdom to choose the Sūtra, we should seek the opinions of monks, nuns, and true Dharma Buddhists whom we feel confident and respectful. And if we do not have enough wisdom, we are not predestined to meet the monks, nuns and lay people, we only print the scriptures of the Buddhas, are miraculous Dharma stories. In doing so, our propagation is not mistaken, since the Patriarchs are both Buddhas and Bodhisattvas appear again, so his teachings are true Dharma. ( The Patriarchs we are talking about here are witnesses and have been recorded in the history of Buddhism from time immemorial). In addition to consulting with cultivators, we also have a way of using our minds to discern. If we read a book or listen to a certain disc and immediately become enlightened, clear our minds, abandon evil, good deeds and diligently practice, then that scripture and tape will benefit us and for beings.
After understanding what scriptures and tapes are the degree to which sentient beings save sentient beings, let us develop compassion from everywhere: From the young to the valleys, from the cities to the countryside, from the cave to the alley narrow, from jails to love camps. In short, we should not distinguish such as: Race, religion, rich and poor, believe or not believe, there is inborn or inborn, predestined or unlucky. Our responsibility is to bring the Buddha Dharma everywhere. It is important to always ask if your heart has done its best to save you? If you have done your best, you should not worry about issues such as: Praise, blame, trust, ... of the people because all these actions and words have nothing to do with them. ta. If you are preaching and the mind is worried about one end or the other, not yet people who fear people do not believe or defame, how can you save sentient beings? Please remember one thing: When Shakyamuni Buddha was alive, his words of speech also had criticism, haters, believers, and doubtful people, what are our words. Today is the time of the Dharma, the mind and morality of sentient beings are very poor, so they just like to follow greed, hatred, ignorance and difficult to accept the noble and moral. But not so that we get bored and give up. Be ignorant beings, how much more crazy, the more we practice diligently. Talking about the good roots, the merit and the predestined sentient beings of beings, there is no form, but even the appearance, we do not have enough wisdom to distinguish. Only the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas can see the cause and condition of sentient beings,
Buddhas and Bodhisattvas always appear to this world. This woman to save sentient beings relentlessly. Especially in the time of this Dharma-ending, the more ignorant sentient beings are, the more Buddhas and Bodhisattvas appear to come here. Each of them has different vows and forms of forgiveness, as ordinary as we cannot contemplate his appearance. Now, we learn about the three basic ways of preaching, which are: Wisdom of Dharma, Pure Land and Dharma.
I. Wisdom missionary
It is said that those who have wisdom and upper house receive the teachings of Tathagata, to educate sentient beings, enlightenment and delusion. (This way of preaching monks, nuns and lay people are more qualified.)
II. Pure land propaganda
It is about people who do not have enough wisdom, but try to work hard day and night to save money and time to help or print the Bible spreading widely, helping sentient beings to enlightenment and to leave. (This way of propagating Buddhism is possible at home.)
III. Meticulous propaganda
It refers to the meticulous practice of every Buddhist child. In terms of meticulous propaganda is not distinguished from home or home, because all beings have the ability to become Buddha. Talking about elaborately propagating the Dharma, we do not need to have wisdom, upper house or money, but we just need him to really recite A Mi Da Buddha is enough. He actually recites the Buddha's name, which means we deeply believe in reciting the Buddha's name and don't question or doubt. Elaborately cultivate to recite the Buddha's name as a cause, the cause will produce merit, the merit will produce the result, when the fruit is ripe, we will become Buddha. When you become a Buddha then you will save countless sentient beings, so elaborately propaganda, everyone can do it. As long as we are reborn in the Buddha realm and leave strong evidence for posterity, then our rebirth proof will be a noble non-verbal discourse, even if we don't preach a single word. (This method of preaching and renunciation at home are possible).
The three ways of propagating the above, although each person is responsible for different activities, but in terms of accomplishing merit and merit, they are no more equal, equally and are able to acquire all three basic alms of giving, that is : French giving , talented giving and fearless giving . A practitioner who wants to attain a career in Buddhism must have these three alms, because this is the luggage to help us to be a Buddha.
- Dharma of almsgiving : That is, we must bring the Buddha's teachings to all beings.
- Almsgiving : Means we take the money we have or use our strength to help people. Almsgiving consists of two parts, that is: Internal and external resources . Offering money or articles belongs to almsgiving, while giving one's energy belongs to almsgiving.
- Captain generosity : Means bring peace and peace to everyone.
Now, we look into the achievement of merit and merit of these three ways of propaganda.
I. Wisdom missionary
It is said that those who practice hard and cultivate scriptures day and night to go to the sermon to save sentient beings. Effort, belongs to the internal generosity. After becoming successful, this person brings his experience of austerities and understanding to open the mind for beings, which belongs to the dharma of giving. Beings after hearing the teachings of Buddha are enlightened, leave love and this belongs to the fearless generosity.
II. Pure land propaganda
It is said that those who bring their money to print scriptures, records, create statues, etc. spread it. Money and items that belonged to foreign financial handouts. The person who does not have the money but knows how to give his efforts to help distribute the Scriptures, records, tapes or do the works, this belongs to the internal giving. In the scriptures, the disc contains the teachings of Buddha, this belongs to the dharma of giving. Those who read the Sutras, listen to the disc, be enlightened, leave love, happiness and peace, this belongs to the fearless generosity.
III. Meticulous propaganda
It is said that those who recite Buddha's name were reborn as Buddha. After rebirth, this person leaves eloquent evidence for posterity or voluntarily returns to universal beings. Meticulous austerities belong to the internal generosity. Evidence is reborn sublime sermon without words, it belongs to the legal alms. Beings after seeing the evidence are no longer suspicious and happy to believe deeply in reciting Buddha's name, this belongs to the fearless generosity.
Although the three ways of preaching above are different, the same purpose is: " Leading sentient beings to meet Amitabha Buddha ". If we want to accomplish the karma and repay the three generations of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, we should hold hands and support each other, to save sentient beings from samsara and be reborn as Buddha.
IV. Part remind
! When looking for monks, nuns or lay people to recommend the printing of scriptures or tapes, we must know how to find the right teacher and the right disciplines to expect good results. If we want to publish the Sūtra books and tapes belonging to the Pure Land practice, we should recommend monks, nuns, and lay people who are cultivating the Pure Land method. If we want to ask about Zen or Tantra practice, then we should ask monks, nuns and lay people who are practicing Zen or Tantra. We should not take the Sutras of Pure Land to ask Zen or Tantric practitioners, because by doing so we will not get a satisfactory answer and even be distracted. Why? Because a Zen practitioner comes from the door of No Entering, and the Pure Land practitioner is from the door of Dieu Minister come in, so the understanding and practice of these two disciplines are completely different. Please be aware of this problem, otherwise you will encounter great obstacles. Just like in real life: If you want to invest in Firm A, you have to find out what belongs to Firm A, so you can get a satisfactory answer. You should not invest in Firm A but consult with Firm B, doing so only harms you at a crossroads.
When we are able and financially able to publish scriptures or tapes, we should be compassionate to help fellow practitioners who are not financially able. Let us help everyone who has the means to grow good roots and blessings.
For example: There is a Buddhist who reads a good book and wants to publish it to make offerings to everyone, but does not have the ability to print as many as the printer requires. If we can afford and find the book beneficial, we should advance the money to print a large number and then re-divide it with fellow practitioners at the cost we paid to the printer, so that they have the opportunity to preach. (If we are the printer owner, this is easier to do). But we have to see how many people want to print that book. If more then we advance financial resources before it will not affect the financial and living of his family. In short, we depend on the circumstances and conditions to help fellow practitioners, so it is not good to let families sad. Like our sisters over the years, in the United States and in Vietnam, we have done two Buddhist and charitable works, namely: One , helping to receive money from friends from everywhere sent to print the Bible and report. birth, ... Two, to help print books and send them to Buddhists who cannot afford to print. If we talk about money, our sisters are very poor. Poor to the extent, there are times when the printer to print books, Buddhist books, ... but there is no money to pay in advance for the printer. But thanks to the trust, the printer was willing to print the book first and pay later. After printing and bringing books home, we had to take care of distributing and sending books to pagodas and Buddhists everywhere. After distributing all the scriptures, Buddha pictures, etc., we were in a state of anxiety because we did not have enough money to pay for the printing press. But do you believe it? Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are very miraculous, inconceivable. Because whenever we have just gotten nervous, there are naturally sources of financial resources sent to us to pay off that debt. The miraculous thing is: These resources are sent to us from different places, but when adding these numbers together, it is enough for us to pay the debt, neither excess nor shortfall. . There were times when we felt touched and could not stop crying. Thanks to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who are always with us, we have the courage to stand up to pay debts and be a Buddha to this day. Through my years as a Buddha, I felt something truly true: Thanks to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who are always with us, we have the courage to stand up to pay debts and be a Buddha to this day. Through my years as a Buddha, I felt something truly true: Thanks to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who are always with us, we have the courage to stand up to pay debts and be a Buddha to this day. Through my years as a Buddha, I felt something truly true: " Letting go all is all there " .
If we have a missionary attitude of birth, we must know how to place the Triple Gem and sentient beings first. We must do it with a genuine mind that is not self-sufficient and self-sufficient to see the miraculous blessings of the Buddhas. And if we abuse the Dharma and abuse the money of the followers, we will be wearing horns to pay eternal debt, lifetimes cannot escape. In addition to not abusing the public's money, we also have to put our efforts to distribute the scriptures, pack, carry, ... to send everywhere to temples and Buddhists. In addition, we must also prepare mentally to endure all the compliments and blame of the people. Why? Because where there is Buddha, there is ghost, where there is righteousness, there is evil. Even if we do our best, people will criticize and criticize people. But rest assured, Just the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will understand it for us. As for the compliments or blame of the people, we should not bother because it is a normal thing for humans in our world. If it's normal, then what foolish do we let them disturb our body and mind. To be a Buddha in this Dharma age, we must have it wisdom, patience, courage and sacrifice . If one of these four things is missing, one will not be able to attain the Dharma and Dharma teachings.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).GOLDEN AMITABHA MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.16/7/2020.
