I- BODY:VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.
He was born in the family Doan on November 2, 1921 (Tan-Dau), in Ninh Binh, North Vietnam , Vietnam . He is the youngest son of the four brothers in the family. He entered the religion at 11 years old. The-monk was Venerable Thich-Thanh-Kinh, aka Linh-Quang, belonging to Tổ Phượng-Ban (Yên-Liêu, Yên-Khánh, Ninh-Bình). After five months of studying , he ordained Sa Di at the place of Dong-Dac (Kim-Son), ordained Bhikkhu (1941) at Bat-Long pagoda (Ninh-Binh), and took the precepts of Bo-slap at Venerable-Venerable Thich-Thanh-Thieu, or Venerable Thich-Duc-Nhuan. He attended school at Dong-Dac pagoda, Phuc-Chinh pagoda, Phu-Lang pagoda, Quan-Su pagoda (Hanoi).
II- ACTION :
In the North: He is responsible for the position of Duy-Na, Tri-Khach in Buddhism-school. He often attended ceremonies, gave lectures at invited places . He often dwells in the places of Dong-Dac and Phuong-Ban; Abbot of Phuc-Dien Pagoda (Kim-Son); to build Quang-Nghiem (Ha-Tu) and Hoang-Hoa pagodas in Hong-Gai, Bai Chay, Ha-Lam and Ha-Tu areas of Quang-Yen province, North-part and Vietnam. And, He has assumed the following positions:
1951 - Member Founder General Buddhist Vietnam in Hue, held-for Commissioner Rite Board Tri The General Buddhist Vietnam .
1952: Participated in establishing the Nation-wide Buddhist Sangha Church of Vietnam, led by Venerable Tue-Tibet as Thuong-Thu, Venerable Tri-Hai as Tri-Su-Truong. He served as the Tri-Pho-Pho and Hoa-Thuong Cuong-Lien as General Secretary.
1955: In the South: He created Giac-Minh Pagoda, founded the North Vietnamese Monks Church in the South and assumed the position of Giac-Minh Pagoda Master and President of the Church. After that, he created Tu-Quang pagoda and established it The Quan-Yin Festival and the Phung-Buddhist Association. He established more temples in many places throughout the South (from Da Nang to the south). These pagoda scenes, the first name is the word "Từ", such as Từ-Ân (Nha-Trang), Từ-Hưng (Ban-mes-thuot), Từ-Thắng (Vũng Tàu), Từ-Khánh (Quận Tư, Saigon), Tu-Tan (Tan-Binh district), Tu-Tho (Phu-Tho), Tu-Dinh (Tan-Dinh), Tu-Minh (Phan-dinh-Phung), Tu-Long (Thu-Duc, now it is changed to Thien-Minh pagoda, Tu-Quang pagoda (Vung Tau), Quan-Am pagoda (Phu-Nhuan) and in 1964 am the throne of Vietnam-Vietnam Quoc-Tu, Tran-Quoc-Toan Street, Saigon.

In December 1963, he became Head of the Organizing Committee of the Great Congress, founded the Unified Buddhist Church of Vietnam and was elected as the Head of the Institute for the Conversion of the First Unified Buddhist Church of Vietnam .
1966: Founding member and Vice President of the Buddhist Church Sangha World in Sri- Lanka
1969: He organized the General-Assembly Church Sangha World Term 2 and the Buddhist-Catholic World CSS Xa-Hoi at Saigon, he was elected Chairman of the Buddhist Liturgy The Social World About .
1970: President of the Buddhist Union World (Seoul, South Korea).
In 1975, he went on a religious trip to France, created Tu-Quang pagoda in Nice, France, established the Dharma-World Buddhist Association-Society in France, and the Buddhist Spirit-Leader. Dharma Teaching of Hong-Hien Pagoda (Fréjus - France)
1976: Leader of Spirit-Leaders and President of Dharma Association of Việt-Việt and actively constructing the setting of the temple of Hồng-Terrace. 1977: Together with Buddhists-Buddhists build Lien-Hoa pagoda, recite Buddha-Foot-Nhu (Toronto), guide Buddhists and encourage the creation of Quang-Quang Pagoda (S. Houston, Texas).
1978: Spiritual Instruction of Lien-Hoa Pagoda (Brossard) and Amitabha Temple (Toronto).
1979: Presiding over the Congress to establish Overseas Vietnamese-Vietnamese Sangha Church at Giac-Hoang Pagoda (Washington DC, USA) and assuming the position of Thuong-Thu Church . Spiritual leader The Community Church of Giac-Hoang pagoda and Buddha-Quang pagoda (Houston, Texas). And, from this year onwards, he often lectures, transmits the rules, encourages the building of Buddha-streets like Giac-Quang pagoda (Oklahoma), etc.
1981: Spiritual leader and President of the Church Council of Giac-Hoang pagoda (Hoa-Thinh-Don) and Lien-Hoa pagoda (Canada). This year visiting Australia-Asia.
1984: Established Vietnam Buddhist Church in the World and assumed the position of Thuong-Thu. He established Members for Churches in other countries, such as Buddha-Quang pagoda and Buddha-Da pagoda in Australia; Giac-Hoang pagoda, Buddha-Quang, Phap-Quang, Nam-Quang, Quan-Am, Phap-Hoa ... in the US; Hong-Hien, Tu-Quang and Quan-Am pagodas in France and Lien-Hoa, Tu-An, Di-Da, To-Dinh Tu Quang and Chan-Quang temples in Canada.
1989: First most of member Council Presbyterian Church Sangha World .
2008: Creating Vien-Quang Monastery in South Carolina, USA, etc.
2000: He proved masters Khanh Thanh Bao Tuong Duc Quan at Center Buddhist - Temple Vietnam , Houston, Texas, United States. and for 14 years he was also popular throne Prove Guru for Festival of Guanyin - On Pilgrimage and Prayer .
2012: On the occasion of the 10th Great Buddhist Congress of Vietnam Buddhist Church in the World , he demonstrated the Supreme Grand Opening Ceremony of Vien Quang Monastery .
2013 He organized the first Dharma Compassion Conference at Vien Quang Monastery .
In 2014 he organized the Congress Annual 30th and the celebration of the 30th anniversary of establishment of Buddhist Church of Vietnam World .
In August 2015, after holding the nuns' novitiate school for the first time at Vien Quang Monastery in South Carolina, USA, he became seriously ill and returned to Tu Quang Family , Canada to recuperate. Due to advanced age and poor health, his equanimity gather god died at 10gio 20 am August 22, 2015 at abbot Patriarchal Tu Quang , Canada, at the age of 95 years, lowered the Greek 74.
