1. There is only one book worth reading, that is my own mind.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.

2. The Buddha taught us to throw away all that causes our mind to suffer while meditating. Disturbing sorrow, not suffering mind. We don't know what is mind, what is defilement. What does not satisfy us, we do not want to meet. Our life is not miserable! The misery here is dissatisfaction, dissatisfaction with life. Indeed, there is only misery and affliction.

3. The world is burning. In this heat, the mind changes from love to hate. Knowing how to calm the mind will bring great benefits to the world.

4. If your mind at peace happy, everywhere you are at peace. When wisdom grows in your mind, wherever you look is the truth. Truth is everywhere, just like once you can read words, you can read them everywhere.

5. If you feel dissatisfied in one place, you will feel dissatisfied everywhere. There is no place outside that makes you uncomfortable. The unpleasant place is inside you.
6. Look into your mind. People carrying heavy objects see nothing, but outsiders see heavy. Throw away everything, let go of everything, you will be relieved.

7. The mind is calm and calm. When the mind comes out of stillness, disturbance will jump in. When this disturbing disturbance is seen, tranquility will return.

8. Buddhism is the religion of the mind. That's all! Whoever trains the mind, he practices Buddhism.

9. When the lights are dim, you can't see the spider webs in the corner of the room, but when the lights are bright you can see them clearly to wipe them away. Also, when the mind is clear you will see disturbing emotions clearly for elimination.

10. Mind training is not the same as body training. Want strong body to make the body move, but want strong mind to keep the mind still.

11. Because people do not see themselves, people do everything wrong. They do not look into their own minds. When they were about to do something wrong, they looked first, looked back to see if anyone could see: Did their mother see? Does your husband see? Does your wife see? Does your child see? If no one sees it, they rush right away. That is, they insult themselves. One thing they forgot is that they themselves are seeing them!

12. Use your mind to listen to the Dharma, do not use your ears.

13. Fighting with defilements is fighting inside. Using guns and bullets to fight is to fight outside. Winning others is the way of the world. Winning oneself is the way of the Dharma. We do not fight to fight against anyone, we fight to conquer our own hearts and persevere against our own emotions.

14. Where does rain come from? It comes from the dirty water on the ground and evaporates that. How strange? As for disturbing emotions, your mind can do the same, if you let it do.

15. The Buddha taught us to judge ourselves, not judge others, no matter how good or bad they are. Buddha showed us the way and said: "Truth is like that". Is our mind like that? END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).GOLDEN AMITABHA MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.14/7/2020.
