People went near them to listen to the dharma. They have affection and faith in the pagans; heathen monks get them. Or should the great virtues also gather on the fourteenth day, on the fifteenth day, and on the eighth day of each half month ? ” After that, the king Seniya Bimbisāra of Magadha went to see the Blessed One, after he came to pay homage to the Blessed One and sat down at one side. When sat down on one side, King Seniya Bimbisāra of Magadha told the Blessed One:

What is the first part of the assembly? Great virtue declare purity and I will recite the precepts of Pātimokkha. All of us present (us) listen seriously and pay attention to it. [150] Pātimokkha : this is the first, this is the entrance, this is the head of the good, so called " Pātimokkha ."
The great virtues : this is a polite speech, this is a speech of respect, this is a speech of reverence and obedience, that is, " great virtues ."
I will recite : I will tell, I will preach, I will show, I will show, I will develop, I will analyze, I will clarify, I will show.
That : is called the duty Pātimokkha .

[155] At the time, the Bhikkhu khưu group Lu Professor (think): "The Buddha allowed the fixing of boundaries " and then set the boundaries too large four by week (yojana), [ 2] week by week, six by week. [158] At that time, in the stay there there were two Uposatha ceremonies designated. The Bhikkhu khưu gather in both places (think): " Uposatha ceremony will be performed here. Uposatha Ceremony will be performed here . ” They have reported it to the Blessed One.
-The Bhikkhu khưu, Uposatha should not appoint two houses in a stay stay; would anyone designate the crime dukkaṭa (World). The Bhikkhu khưu, we allow after canceling one and then performing Uposatha in one place (the other). And the Bhikkhu khưu should cancel like this:
The assemblies should be notified by experienced, qualified bhikkhus:
" Gentlemen, please listen to the congregation. If the time is right for the assembly, the congregation should cancel the Uposatha ceremony house (like this). These are suggestions.
Sirs, please listen to the congregation. The congregation canceled the Uposatha ceremony's name (like this). Virtue would agree to cancel the Uposatha ceremony house name (like this) please shut up; any person who disagrees can speak up.
Uposatha ceremony house name (like this) has been canceled assembly. The incident was agreed by the congregation so it was silent, I noted that this is so . ”
[159] At the time, staying in the land of the Uposatha ceremony was set too small. On Uposatha Day , the Bhikkhu khưu had gathered. [160] At that time, staying in that country on the Uposatha holiday, new monks and nuns gathered first (thinking): " The elders have not come yet " so they left. Uposatha ceremony has been delayed. They have reported it to the Blessed One.
-The Bhikkhu khưu, we allow the Bhikkhu elders khưu first gathering on Uposatha .

These are suggestions.
