    Happiness or suffering are rooted in our past actions. Therefore, we can explain karma easily in a short sentence: if we do good deeds, then retribution will be good, if we do bad deeds, then retribution will be bad.

Karma means action. Regarding the way of action, action can belong to Body, Speech or Italy. So if we want to have good retribution, we have to cultivate the three karmic actions, Body, speech and mind. How is tu? Cultivation is repairing. When it comes to monks and nuns, many think of the sa di escaping from a family, leading an ascetic life. In fact, whoever corrected himself better, corrected the three karmic bodies, Khau and Italy were called cultivators. We can cultivate anywhere, while we are doing anything. About three career: Join, yard, wrong comments belong to the industry. Lying, talking, speaking, speaking with two tongues, speaking cruelly in password. Killing, stealing, lewdness belongs to the body. Practicing the three karma is to eliminate or at least minimize the negative karma and try to practice good karma.

The data industry includes: Slaughter, theft, lust belongs to the industry; Lying, speaking and speaking, two-dimensional tongue, speaking cruel words of export; Greed, anger, delusion belong to karma. When we avoid negative karma, we receive good karma.

Self-cultivation: In order to cure the karma of killing, stealing, and lust we need to practice the Bodhisattva conduct. No harm to life for all species from air to water, regardless of size. As for the money that others didn't give away, they didn't take it, they came to the things of the demon lord, even though the needle of a blade of grass did not try to commit it. Meeting a poor beggar, depending on what his money has, using almsgiving to make them safe, and I do not ask for gratitude. For female beauty is not infected first. Phàm phu crazy island sexually intoxicating, indulgent passion, do not know the mistake of lust, like vin stems do not know there is poisonous snakes. The location of sex as poisonous snakes mouth, claws bear lobes, fire hot iron. Having a venomous snake can be bitten to death, but love women is worse than being bitten by poisonous snakes. Why? The poisonous snake will only die once in a lifetime,

Practicing speech:  The story below is enough for us to consider and preserve each of our words.

At the time of the Buddha's life, there was a monk named Mat Thang. One day, the teacher was on his way to cultivate with fellow practitioners, feeling incredibly hot and thirsty, and everyone wished for something to drink. Mat Thang then took the bowl to the sky and then used his hands to take the bowl back. Then in a bowl filled with sweet honey, Mat Thang went to share with them to increase thirst.

Arriving at the monastery, a bhikkhu went to find the Buddha to request a teaching:

- In the past, what have the virtues and virtues of Mat Thang become, but now, anytime, anywhere, there can be sugar and honey?

Buddha answered:

- Do you remember there was a long time ago when a monkey brought honey to Tathagata and they increased? Thanks to generosity with kindness, death it was born as a human and thanks to it sincerely offering sweet honey to Buddha so this life it can be confidential anytime and anywhere.

The Buddha said, the monk asked,

- White World Religion! So, what was the predestined past life of Mat Thang?

At that time, around the Buddha, many practitioners were practicing. He looked at them for a while and replied:

-He was fallen down as a monkey due to a predestined occurrence 500 times ago, during the time of Lettuce Tathagata still in the world. At that time there was a young monk who happened to see another monk walking across a small stream, and the young man laughed mockingly, saying that the monk's posture was exactly like that of a monkey. The young monk committed a crime of speech and fell down as a monkey, but then he learned of his mistake, went to ask for penance with the monk whom he had mocked. Thanks to that predestined life, this life has met Buddha and Buddha degree, Arahantship quickly.
After listening to the Buddha, the monks all realized that an evil sentence could also be used to feel karma, so no one dared to speak badly, even a joke could not be said.

Practicing karma:  Avoid thinking evil, only thinking of good. Thoughts do not think evil, then unleashes the evil mind that hates others. Every time you practice any thought, either verbally or in action, to make sure it will bring peace without suffering, you should remember to choose the pure mind mentioned in the second part of the verse below. :

Italy leads the law I mean owner, artifact If speak or act With impure mind Suffering followed immediately As the car follows the cow                 ***** Italy leads the Dharma, I mean owner, artifact.
