After preaching the object "recite the breath in - breath out", the Buddha taught the Bhikkhu khưu that:

"Bhikkhu khưu, (or practitioners), another object, Bhikkhu khưu:

-      While going, there is mindfulness, clear awareness that: "body go" or "go away".

-      While standing, there is mindfulness, the clear awareness knows that: "the body stands" or "the color stands".

-      When sitting, there is mindfulness, wisdom knows that "sitting body" or "excellent sitting".

-      When lying, mindfulness, mindful wisdom to know that: "Friendly lies" or "identity lie".

-      Or the whole body of the practitioner is present in the posture (figure) like, the practitioner should have mindfulness, clear awareness, knowing the whole body is present in such position (shape). .

-      Thus, practitioners with mindfulness, wisdom, awareness often follow clearly and know the whole body in their inner body.

-      Or practitioners with mindfulness, wisdom, awareness often follow clearly and know the whole body in their outer body, of others.

-      Or practitioners who are mindful, intellectually aware often follow clearly, know well when then the whole body in their inner body, sometimes the whole body in their outer body, of others.

-      Or practitioners who are mindful, intellectually aware often follow clearly and know the state of birth due to predestined birth.

-      Or practitioners have mindfulness, wisdom, awareness often tracks clearly, knows the state of passing away because of predestined karma.

-      Or practitioners have mindfulness, wisdom, awareness, often follow clearly, know clearly when the state of birth due to predestined karmic origination, sometimes the state of cessation due to predestined karma.

-      Mindfulness (wisdom awareness) of the practitioner knows that: "just the body", the current object, just to generate mindfulness, to develop the awareness wisdom. Practitioners do not have craving and wrong view depending on (object and subject), there is no clinging (mine and mine) in the five aggregates.

This letter Bhikkhu khưu (or practitioners), so called Bhikkhu khưu has mindfulness, wisdom awareness often follow direct perception, intuition clearly see, know the whole body in the body.

Kāya Meaning In the Four Foundations of Mindfulness

The noun  kāya  in the Mahasatipatthana Sutta, the concept of body,  kāya :  Means sum of polluted components such as hair, feathers, nails, teeth, skin, etc., according to each type of sentient being, is called  kāya .

Definition:  Kucchitānaṃ āyo'ti kāyo  1  .

"The body is a place where all the pollutant components are aggregated according to the nature of each being."

Kāya : The  body  in the mindfulness of the body, according to the true meaning  (Paramatthadhamma)  belongs to the rupa  (rūpadhammma), which  is composed of 28 rupas, with the mind of dependence, the  mind that dominates  all activities of the body as breathing in - exhale, walk, stand, sit, lie ...

The body of an ordinary person consists of 27 rupas.

- If it is a man, then minus femininity.

- If a woman, then subtract masculine identity.

If the case of a person with blind eyes, deaf ears, etc., he has a number of chromatograms in his body is reduced according to his disability.

In the Mahasatipatthana Sutta, the body of mindfulness, the Buddha taught:

“Idha bhikkhave bhikkhu, kāye kāyānupassī viharati ātāpī sampajāno satimā vineyya loke abhijjhā domanassaṃ…”  2  .

"Bhikkhu khưu, Bhikkhu khưu or practitioners in this Buddhism, who have a mind of continuous effort (burning up afflictions, not burning afflictions), mindfulness directly, with intellectual awareness sense, intuition clearly see the  body in the body , to eliminate the  mind of greed  (contentment) and the  mind of anger  (dissatisfaction) in grasping the five aggregates, ... "

In this passage there are two terms  kāye  and  kāyānupassī  associated with each other, according to the commentary that:

-      Kayanupassi :  Intellectual Property meditation often track clear, clear body.

-      Kāye :  Recall again in the sentence  "kāye kāyānupassī"  noun  kāya  a second time, to explain clearly distinguish each individual object, not confused with other objects. That is, the wisdom of meditation meditation often observes clearly, knows the  whole body in the body,  not the insight meditation wisdom wisdom, knows the  feeling of  "vedanānupassī"  in the  body  or the wisdom of insight meditation, the  mind, the dharma  " cittadhammānupasī ”  in the  body .

In fact, the wisdom of insight meditation only sees clearly, knows the  whole body in the body  of rupa, the wisdom meditation wisdom does not have to see clearly, knows the  feeling, the mind, the dharma  in the body.

Tu Oai Nghi

Four postures:  postures, postures, sitting postures  are the normal postures of each being, the Buddha taught the four postures as objects in the mindfulness of the body, because, for statues of 4 majesty is the  rupa  arising from the mind, can be the object of the practice of insight meditation.

*      Four majesty to make refuge thanks to wrong views

There are some people who are not close, close to the wise in Buddhism, not learning, research  Legs legal sense,  ignorance of  the list  method   , material    is  legal selflessness; so the  number of those who, when walking, standing, sitting, lying, cannot kill the attachment to sentient beings  (sattūpaladdhiṃ na pajahati)  and also do not give up the mistaken perception that we are  (attasaññā na ugghāṭeti: falls);  Therefore, the object of walking, standing, sitting, lying on a refuge for the  wrong  view arises wrong, accept that:

- When the  body goes  or  goes,  the  wrong  view sees wrong, accept the wrong  color  as  "we go".

- When  relatives stand  or  excellent standing,  then  evil is  found wrong, accept mistakes from  identity stand  for that  "we stand".

- When the  body sits  or  the seat sits,  the  wrong  view sees wrong, accept the wrong word  sitting  for  "we sit".

- When the  body lies  or the  color lies,  then the wrong view sees wrong, accept the wrong word   for lying as  "we lie", ...

When  identity away , then  evil  is  rely on  color to go  to see the wrong, wrong accepted that:  "we go".  Actually,  "we go"  does not have, but only  "sharpness".  But due to the  wrong  view of the wrong view, the wrong word for  "sharpness"  is given as  "we go".  When the mind with  wrong view  arises, it must surely have the  mind of ignorance  (ignorance)  as a cover-up, covering up the true nature of that nama and rupa.

True to the true nature of the name of materiality is the  method of non-self,  without  self.

Thus, the  fall is not real,  then certainly can not  kill the self  . The reason for having the  attachment  is the  wrong  view, wrong view from  the legal title  is  falling  ( ta ) and from  the legal  attachment is  ego  ( we ). As such,  the wrong view is real,  so the practitioner practices meditation and can  eradicate that wrong view  . When the mind is  wrong  perish by  the district is  found correct, the true nature of what is right according to  the nomenclature material  is  legal selflessness,  then the ego is no more.

*      Four majesty to do refuge thanks to the right view

There are some people often close, close to the Buddhist wise, learned, studied  Chan legal definition,  a clear understanding of  nama, rupa,  is  legal self. They have pure faith in the Three Jewels, have a pure moral conduct, practice the practice of insight meditation using four majesty as objects; so  whenever  walking, standing, sitting, lying, we can  get rid of the attachment to sentient beings ( sattūpaladdhiṃ pajahati ) and abandon the mistaken perception that we are ( attasaññā ugghāṭeti: falls ); Therefore, the object of  walking, standing, sitting, lying down  as a place of refuge for  the  right view of arising to see rightly, knowing that:

- When  relatives go  or  colors go,  the  district is  found correct, know right from  walking postures, gait  called  "color travel".

- When  relatives stand  or  excellent standing,  the  district is  found correct, know right from  posture to stand, pose  called  "excellent standing".

- When  relatives sat  or  color sat,  the  district is  found correct, know right from  posture sitting, sitting  called  "identity sit".

- When the  body is  or  color is,  the  district is  found correct, know right from  lying posture, appearance is  called  "identity is" ...

Right understanding  is  wisdom. The mind of goodness and wisdom with the  wisdom meditation  is the mind that clearly sees and knows according to  the true nature  of the  nama and rupa.  Therefore,  practicing the four foundations of mindfulness  or  meditation practice wisdom  is core to return to see the right, said right under  the true nature  of  nama, rupa  is the  law of selflessness,  not us ,  not the people, not the man, not a woman, not any sentient being, not this thing, that thing ...  but the truth according to the true Dharma is:

-       What nomenclature is that nomenclature.

-       What color is the color .

Four dread suspected meditation object like?

The Buddha taught in the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, the object of "four statues  of majesty"  is one of the 14 objects in  mindfulness of the body.  4 dread:  walking, standing, sitting, lying  are the  rupa arising from the mind , called  cittajarūpa  also belongs to the true  Dharma  (Paramatthadhamma).

Indeed, in the Commentary on the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, in regard to the mindfulness of the body, it is taught:

“Paramatthato hi dhātūnaṃ yeva gamanaṃ, dhātūnaṃ ṃhānaṃ, dhātūnaṃ nisajjaṃ, dhātūnaṃ sayanaṃ”   .

Indeed, according to the true meaning of the law, the "imposing posture" is only of the four elements, "standing posture" is only of the four elements, "sitting posture" is only of the four elements, "lying posture" is only of the four elements.

Thus, the four postures of dread  , standing, sitting and lying  are  rupas arising from the mind,  belonging to  the four elements , so it does not belong to any other person or being.

Four great colors, there are four rupas:

-       Great color and soil.

-       Water color, water quality.

-       Great fire and flame.

-       Great wind and wind.

This great rupa is the four principal  rupas  , which underlie the 24 dependent rupas.

Object 4 Dread:  Walking, standing, sitting, lying  are  the material body,  not a part of the body, but in the body of each ordinary person, there are 27 elements , including  the four elements and  23 elements.  dependent.

Therefore, called:  Sac go, stand, sitting, located  in the colors of  identity arising from the mind is the object of the practice of insight meditation.

Center  may arise 4 postures called:  Lust go, excellent standing, excellent seating, excellent located,  and the majesty sub called  excellent step forward, sharp step backward ,  etc ...  consists of 32 mind, that is:  8 Center greed + 2 mind centers + 2 mind si + 8 great mind good sex education + 8 great mind only sex education + 1 mind goofy + 1 mind mind the mind + and especially 2 mental powers.

For example:

-       Going, standing, sitting, lying  born of  a greedy mind,  then walking, standing, sitting, lying ... with a gesture of gentle, lovely ...

-       Going, standing, sitting, lying  born from the  center of the yard,  then go, stand, sit, lie ... with a hot-tempered, aggressive attitude ...

-       Going, standing, sitting, lying  born from the  mind of ignorance,  then walking, standing, sitting, lying ... with a bewildered posture, dazed, distracted ...

-       Going, standing, sitting, lying  from the  mind of goodness,  not moving  , then walking, standing, sitting, lying ... with posture, natural posture, with memory, but without the mind, knowing reality Tanh of nomenclature, materiality

-       Going, standing, sitting, lying  born of the  mind of goodness and sexuality, suitable for wisdom,  for those who practice meditation,  go, stand, sit, lie ...  with posture,  natural posture,  with  memory,  have  intellectual awakening  can know  the true nature  of  nama, rupa.

-       Going, standing, sitting, lying  born from the  eight minds of the sex, the  mind of arahant, then walking, standing, sitting, lying ... with posture,  natural posture,  always having memory,  when appropriate intellect, when not intellectual, depending on the object, etc.

Practice Methods For The Four Objects Of Oai Nghi

The object of majesty: To  walk, stand, sit, lie,  is one of the 21 objects of the four foundations of mindfulness, one practices the noble object that can lead to the realization of the truth of the Four Noble Truths, attained 4 Saints, 4 Saints and Nirvana, eradicating all defilements, all craving, becoming anrahant.

The four majesty is:

-        Postures go is rupa arising from call center  excellence go .

-        Dread standing is a rupa arising from the mind called  rupa

-        Dread suspected sitting is a rupa arising from the mind called  rupa sitting

-        Dread lies is a rupa arising from the mind called  rupa .

1.        Postures go  as  posture dynamic , whole body moving step, the material arising from call center  excellence go . To practice insight meditation with a sharp object  , one should not walk too slowly, nor should it walk too quickly, lose its natural gait, obscure its true nature, because the true nature of dharmas is always in a natural state. So, practitioners just walk naturally serene, relaxed only.

Practitioners have  mindfulness  ( mindfulness ) directly recognize the object of majesty, is every gait, every posture, the  whole body moves step  by step, step by step naturally.

How does the whole body move?

For example:

Seeing a car running on the road is the whole car moving, not seeing 4 wheels rolling on the road. Similarly, the practitioner has righteous mindfulness to recognize rightly the whole body moving object  evolving with each gait, each posture naturally.

Practitioners should not pay attention to any part of the body, ... as the foot steps step by step, there should be no  concept of gait, posture to walk  in the mind; and should not recite in mind that:  Lust ... sharp ... or left foot step, right foot step ...  Because, the concept of gait, walking posture or mindfulness of sharpness, left foot step, right foot step ... in such a mind, the sharper object  ... becomes the Paññatti  object  The legal practice,  not the paramattha  object  True meaning. So that object is  not the object of insight meditation.

According to the true  meaning , the object  "sharpening"  that is each  gait, walking position  clearly shows the whole body moving away. The present sharp object is  not in the mind . If the practitioner recites  sharpness  in mind, then the mind comes into contact with the material object  at the  wrong place (position), the practitioner cannot see clearly and know the  true nature of that sharp object.

Therefore, the practitioner has  mindfulness to  perceive the right object of each  gait, the whole body walking position moves step by step, step by step  naturally within the body (not in the mind).

* Practitioner is a person with   clear awareness , knows every  gait, the whole body posture  moves away; every gait, posture,  called  sharpness;  There are countless gaits, postures, so there are  countless colors.

Meditators practice meditation wisdom with  intellectual awakening  clear, familiar gait, posture called  identity go  was right under the  district is meditating wisdom,  and can kill the  wrong follow ego  mistaking that:  " we go ”  and other afflictions (passing away in time).

In summary, the practitioner who is  chief  concept,  have  intellectual awakening  discern, intuitively obvious, knew  each gait, each posture body moving step was a transient  one  (such as shooting shape of each walking position is different).

* The practitioner is someone who has  the diligent mind to  support  mindfulness, wisdom , and continuous meditation practice, so that the wisdom of insight meditation can be developed,  the  more right understanding the better  insight  will become. At the same time the  wrong view according to the ego, the "  wrong " idea   is faded away, until the wrong view according to the ego is completely destroyed, due to the power of the  wisdom meditation wisdom.

Above separated for 3 types of mental states:  Mind Base  concept  is  mindfulness;  intellectual concomitants:  Intellectual awareness  is  primary  is;  concomitants  effort  is  right effort  under 3 different duties, along with other good mental states, and born in a  mind of great good  sex education  have a common object insight meditation. But each mental state has its own mission, at the same time, not before, not after.

2 -        Standing  posture is  standing posture  2  , the whole body stands still without moving, in every standing posture, every standing posture, is the rupa arising from the mind called the  vertical stand.  In order to practice insight meditation with a sharp object  , one should not stand this way and that way, it should not stand for long, respectfully lose its natural posture, obscure its true nature, because the true nature of dhammas are always in a natural state. So, standing posture, standing posture, full body standing still does not move in every standing posture, every standing posture, the current object is short-lived. If the body moves, then the posture, standing posture no longer, becomes dread extra.

Practitioners have  mindfulness  ( mindfulness ) directly recognize the right object each standing position, every standing posture, the whole body stands still without moving in the current object.

Practitioners should not focus on any part of the body, ...; there should not be a concept of standing, posture standing in the mind, and should not conceptualize in the mind that:  Verticality, ... verticality, ...  or  standing, ... standing well ...  Because, the concept of standing, standing; or standing in mind like that, the object  of verticality  becomes the object of  the Dharma,  not the true  meaning . So that object is  not the object of insight meditation.

According to the true  meaning of dharma , the object  of verticality  is each  posture, the natural standing posture clearly shows the whole body  standing still without moving. The present object  of  rupa is  not in the mind . If thoughts practitioner  excellent standing  in the center, the center object exposed  sharp stand  not in place (location),  the practitioner can not see clearly, we realize the  true nature of the object was excellent stand.

Therefore, the practitioner has  mindfulness of  perceiving the right object of each  posture, the standing posture of the  whole body standing still, not moving  naturally in the body (not in the mind).

* Practitioner is a person with  clear awareness  , who knows each  standing position,  full body standing pose, each standing posture is called  "excellent standing",  there are countless standing, standing postures , there should be  countless colors standing.

Meditators practice meditation wisdom, have  intellectual awakening  clear, clear  stance, posture  called  color stand  was right under the  district is meditating wisdom,  and can kill the  wrong follow ego  mistaking that  " we stand ”  and other afflictions (passing away in time).

In a nutshell, the practitioner is a person with  mindfulness, intellect, which is perceived  intuitively, visually aware, aware of  each standing position, the whole body pose,  transiently  (such as taking pictures of each other standing posture separated).

* Practitioners who have  heart diligently  support for  mindfulness, wisdom mindfulness  meditation practice wisdom continuous non-stop, to intellectual meditation skill is developed,  of right meditation wisdom  increasingly clear  identity stand,  then copper the wrong time  according to the accept ego the  idea of  "we stand"  is dimmed, until the wrong view according to the ego is destroyed completely, due to the power of  wisdom meditation wisdom.

3 -        Sitting  posture is  dreadful posture, the  whole body sits still without moving, the upper body sits upright, the lower body shrinks according to each sitting shape, each sitting posture, is the rupa arising from the mind called the  sitting seat.  To practice insight meditation with a sitting object  , one should not sit this way or that, lose its natural sitting posture, obscure its true nature, because the true nature of dhammas is always in the state of natural state. So, the sitting posture, the sitting posture, the whole body sitting still does not move in each sitting posture, each sitting posture, that short current object. If the body moves, then the sitting posture, the sitting posture no longer, becomes the extra majesty.

Practitioners have  mindfulness  ( mindfulness ) directly perceive the object of each sitting position, each sitting posture, the whole body sits still without moving in the current object.

Practitioners should not focus on a part of the body, ... there should not be the concept of sitting posture, sitting posture in the mind, and should not recite in mind that:  Sac sit, ... excellent sitting, ...  or  sitting à , ... sitting ...  Because, the concept of sitting posture, sitting posture; or to recite the mindfulness of sitting in the mind like that, then the object  of sitting sharpness  becomes the object  of Dharma,  not the true  meaning . So that object is  not the object of insight meditation.

According to the true  meaning of dharma , the object  of sitting  is each  sitting position, the natural sitting posture clearly shows the whole body sitting still. The present object of  rupa is not in the mind . If the practitioner recites the perception of  rupa sitting  in the mind, then the mind contacts the sharp object  sitting in the  wrong place (position), the practitioner cannot see clearly and know the  true nature of that sharp object sitting.

Therefore, the practitioner has  mindfulness of  perceiving the right object of each  sitting position, the sitting position of the whole body sitting still, not moving  naturally in the body (not in the mind).

* Practitioners who have  intellectual awakening  clear, know each  sitting, posture,  body sit  still then, each sitting,  posture  called  "identity sit",  there are countless sitting, posture Sitting, there should be  countless sitting.

Meditators practice meditation wisdom, wisdom awareness evident, clear shape sitting posture called  color sitting  was right under the  district is meditating wisdom,  and can kill the  wrong follow ego  mistaking that  " we sit ”  and other afflictions (passing away in time).

In a nutshell, the practitioner is a person with  mindfulness, intellect, which is perceived  intuitively, visually aware, knows  each sitting position, full body posture,  transiently  (such as taking pictures of each  other sitting position separated).

* Practitioners who have  heart diligently  support for  mindfulness, wisdom mindfulness  meditation practice wisdom continuous non-stop, to intellectual meditation skill is developed,  of right meditation wisdom  increasingly clear  color sat , then copper the  TA under ego  mistaking  "sit"  diminishes, until evil is according ego must be destroyed, because the capacity of  intellectual insight meditation.

4-        Dread lying  posture is  dread static , the whole body lies still, not moving, according to each lying posture, every lying posture, is the rupa arising from the mind called the  lying rupa.  In order to practice insight meditation with a lying object  , one should not lie this way or that, lose its natural sitting posture, obscure its true nature, because the true nature of dhammas is always in the state of natural state. Therefore, the lying posture, the lying posture, the whole body lying still, not moving in every lying posture, every lying posture, the present short object. If the body moves, then the lying posture, lying posture no longer, becomes dread extra.

Practitioners have  righteous thoughts  ( mindfulness ) directly recognize the object of every lying position, every lying posture, the whole body lies still and does not move in the current object.

Practitioners should not pay attention to any part of the body, ... there should not be the concept of lying posture, posture lies in the mind, and also should not recite in mind that:  Sac is located, ... Sac lying, ...  or  lying à , ... lying ...  Because, the concept of lying, lying posture; or recite the rupa which is in the mind like that, then the material object  falling away  becomes the object of  the Dharma,  not the true  meaning . So that object is  not the object of insight meditation.

According to the true  meaning of the dharma,  the main object  is  the shape of  each  lying, lying posture clearly shows the whole body lying still,  not moving; The present object of  rupa is not in the mind . If the practitioner recalls the  rupa which is located  in the mind, then the mind which is in contact with the material object  is in the  wrong place (position), the practitioner cannot see clearly and know the  true nature of that material object lying there.

Therefore, one has  righteous mindfulness to  perceive the right object, to keep track of each  lying posture, the lying posture of the whole body lying still, without moving  naturally in the body (not in the mind) .

* Practitioners who have  intellectual awakening  clear, know each  shape lying, recumbent  body is  still that each design is,  posture is  called  "identity is",  there are countless designs located, posture lying, there should be  countless colors lying.

Meditators practice meditation wisdom, have  intellectual awakening  clear, know you are lying posture is called the  color is  her right under the  district is meditating wisdom,  and can kill the  wrong follow ego  mistaking that  " we lie ”  and other afflictions (passing away in time).

In a nutshell, the practitioner is a person with  mindfulness, intellectually aware  directly, visually aware, aware of  each lying position, the whole body lying posture, transiently  (such as taking pictures of each  other lying position separated).

* The practitioner is a person who has  the diligent mind to  support  mindfulness, the wisdom of awareness  of meditation practice continuously, so that the wisdom of insight meditation is developed,  the right  view of insight meditation sees clearly  ,  then simultaneously  wrong views according to accept ego  mistaken idea  "we lie"  is gradually faded away, until the wrong view according to accept ego is completely destroyed, due to the power of  wisdom meditation wisdom.

Causal Causes Each Dignification

Each nomenclature, each rupa arising from the predestination of each dharma, therefore nomenclature and rupa is the true self.

Dread majesty  goes, stands, sits,  belongs to the rupa arising from the mind, so it is called  rupa, the rupa stands, the rupa sits, and the rupa lies,  each rupa arising due to its conditions.

In the commentary of  the Mahasatipaṭṭhānasutta  ( Mahāsatipaṭṭhānasutta ) teaches:

1-     What causes and conditions to arise?

The rupa  which arises from the mind through a continuous process of many causes and conditions is as follows:

-        Mind "go" .

- Do the mind go to work that generates  wind .

- The wind generated  by the mind makes the  whole body move and move step  by step due to the power of the wind generated from that mind.

Therefore, it is called " body go " or " go away " is the  rupa arising from the mind  ( cittajarūpa ).

2-     What causes and conditions to arise?

The rupa  which arises from the mind through a continuous process of causes and conditions is as follows:

-        Mind "standing" .

- Due to the standing mind makes wind arise  .

- The wind generated by that mind makes the  whole body move , the  whole body from the feet to the head stands still  in every standing position, standing posture, due to the power of the wind generated from that mind.

Therefore, the so-called  vertical body"  or  "vertical form"  is the  rupa arising from the mind.

3-     What causes and conditions to arise?

The rupa  which arises from the mind through a continuous process of  causes and conditions is  as follows:

-        Mind "sitting".

- Due to the mind of sitting makes wind arise  .

-        The wind  generated by that mind makes the  whole body move,  the upper body  sits upright, the lower body shrinks with each sitting shape, sitting posture, due to the power of the wind generated from that mind.

Therefore, the  "sitting body"  or  "sitting beauty"  is the  rupa arising from the mind.

4-     What causes and conditions to arise?

The rupa  which arises from the mind through a continuous process of  causes and conditions is  as follows:

-        The mind  "lies".

- Due to the mind that makes the wind arise  .

-        The wind  generated by that mind makes the  whole body move, the whole body is horizontal  in each lying position, the position is still, due to the power of the wind generated from that mind.

Therefore, called  "body lying"  or  "rupa lying",  is the  rupa arising from the mind.

If the case  lacks  a predestined relationship,  the  rupa, the rupa, the rupa, the rupa, etc.  cannot arise.

For example:

The reason why people who are paralyzed, though their  mind  wants to go, wants to stand, wants to sit, wants to lie ... in one position or another, they cannot walk, stand, sit, lie ... according to their wishes, such as normal person; is because  the wind generated from the mind is  not capable enough to make the whole body  move  according to their will.

Normal human walking, standing, sitting, lying, ... movement is easy due  to the power of the wind generated from the center  of the four elements ( earth, water, fire, wind ).

For example: Dread suspicion, or  "sharpness".

-       When lifting your feet :  Great wind  and  fire  are powerful, and  earth  and  water  are weak.

-       When the pedal down :  Location University  and  fishery agency  with strong capabilities, but  the wind  and  the fire  have weak capacity.

Therefore, so,  excellent color, vertical color, excellent sitting, excellent lying,  shrinking hands in, shrinking legs in, outstretched arms, outstretched legs, ...  is the work of the  four elements, by the initiative and control of the mind.

Buddha likens this  "body"  to a  car;  This "mind"  is like  a driver.  Indeed, the car goes fast, slows down, turns left, turns right, stops, ... is driven by the driver.

Also,  this  body  goes, stands, sits, lies, steps forward, backwards, turns right, turns left, arms in, arms in, out arms, outstretched legs, ...  are  controlled by the  mind , so called  "rupa arising from the mind" (cittajarūpa).

Thus,  sharpness, sharpness, satness, lyingness, etc.  are  caused by many  different causes and conditions ,  therefore, materiality  , uprightness, sittingness, lyingness, etc.  is  the non-self  ( not self). go, not we stand, we do not sit, we do not lie, ... ) .

Distinguishing object from the dread of Paññatti - Paramattha

4 majesty:  Sac go, stand, sitting, identity  is the legal identity arises from the  mind  (cittajarūpa)  of  Paramattha  (Truthfulness of Dharma).

A meditator who practices insight meditation uses objects as an object, first of all, he needs to learn and study clearly how the four statues belong  to the Paramattha object,  and how they belong. about  the object of Paññatti  (French legal institution);  This is crucial, because each object will result in a completely different result.

*      Four majesty belongs to Paññatti: The legal regime

Legal institution  is the law that people set up, based on the true  meaning of the Dharma,  having conventions with each group of people, each nation, handed down from one generation to the next.

There are 2 types of legislation.

1-     Atthapaññatti :  Meaning and shape of the institution.

If one practices the wisdom meditation, there is  a concept  of  gait, posture; standing position, standing posture; sitting posture, sitting posture; lying posture, lying posture are  conceptual shapes  in the mind,  then these objects belong to  Atthapaññatti:  Meaning, institutional form.

2-     Nāmapaññatti :  Noun, institutional language.

If a practitioner practices insight meditation based on these mental concepts:

-       About gait, that posture,  which  recites in mind  that:  "sharpen", "sharpen", ...

-       About the posture, the standing posture,  that  mindfulness remembers in the mind  that:  "sharpness", "sharpness" ...

-       Regarding the sitting posture, the sitting posture,  which  recites in mind  , is:  "excellent sitting", "excellent sitting" ...

-       About the lying position, lying posture,  but  mindfulness in mind  that:  "excellent lying", "excellent lying" ...

Then these objects belong to  vijjamānapaññatti: nouns, institutional language based on the true nature of the dharma as the basis.

When practitioners  thoughts in mind  to  object colors go, excellent standing, excellent sitting, color is what ...  , the mind can dwell on  that object,  as  the object of meditation,  but  not the practice of meditation ,  because four majesty is not in the  40 meditation subjects;  furthermore, the practice of meditation has only  one subject as the object,  but here every majestic change is changing the object. Therefore, one  does not practice meditation  nor  does it meditate on wisdom,  because that dreadful object belongs to  the Dharma Law , which will result in the following:

-        Unable to see clearly, knowing clearly the true nature of nama and rupa.

-        Unable to see clearly, knowing the specific state of each nomenclature, each rupa.

-        Unable to see clearly, knowing the birth, the cessation of nama, rupa.

-        Unable to see clearly, know clearly three general states: the impermanent state, the state of suffering, the non-self state of nama, rupa, etc.

*      Four majesty belongs to Paramattha: True meaning

Legs that law  is a legal no man-making, It has  real qualities existing  in a natural way of them, but no one can see clearly known to us, because  ignorance  covers covered  discriminative measures  of them, until the Buddha appeared on earth, he destroyed the  ignorance , so  the truth of truth is obviously evident;  then He taught sentient beings to understand the  Truthfulness of the Dharma.

4 majesty belongs to the true Dharma:

-       gait, pure natural walking posture   .

-       Standing, natural standing posture.

-       Sitting posture, pure natural sitting posture.

-       Posture, purely natural posture.

The gait, the walking posture ... these are the evolving states of the four elements arising from  the pure and pure goodness,  completely free from disturbing emotions, then the gait, the walking position ...  are really pure. naturally  is  expressed whole body;  Absolutely not through a  concept in mind  or a  language noun  that can describe its true nature. Therefore: The  gait, the walking posture, the standing posture, the standing posture, the sitting posture, the sitting posture, the recumbent posture, this lying posture ...  belong to  Paramattha: The true meaning of the Dharma.

If meditators practice meditation wisdom, with  mindfulness  discern,  intellectual awakening  intuition directly object paramattha of 4 majesty:  "gait, posture; standing position, standing posture; sitting posture, sitting posture; shape lying, lying down ",  to be  shown the whole body,  not through  concepts in the mind  and  word statutory language,  then that object can lead to the following results:

-       Can see clearly, know the  true nature of nama and rupa.

-       Can clearly see, know the specific  state  of each nomenclature, each rupa.

-       Can see clearly, know  the birth, the destruction  of each nomenclature, each rupa.

-       Can see clearly, know clearly  3 general states:  The state of impermanence, the state of suffering, the non-self state of nama ,  rupa.

- It is possible to realize the  truth of the Four Noble Truths , to  attain the  Noble Path - Holy Fruits  and  Nirvana .

Thus, choosing the right object is very important, so, one who practices wisdom meditation must go through three important stages:

*      The first stage:  Practitioners  need to learn, learn, clearly distinguish the four postures from  the Paññatti object  and how they belong  to the Paramattha object. ,  with wise wisdom choose the right  object 4 dread in the true meaning.

*      The middle stage:  When one practices wisdom meditation with  direct mindfulness  , the  intellect of  direct awareness directly  objects the gait, walking  or  standing posture, standing  or  sitting posture, sitting posture  or  lying posture, lying posture ...  belongs to the Paramattha object  expressed  whole body  in the body ,  absolutely  not a concept in mind  or any  noun noun  .

*      The final stage:  Wisdom in insight meditation, knowing the  true nature  of  nama and rupa; the birth and destruction  of nama and rupa; the state of impermanence, the state of suffering, the state of non-self  of the name, the materiality, leading to the realization of the  truth of the Four Noble Truths,  attaining the  four Noble  Truths, the Four Noble Truths and  Nirvana.

Dread Nghi Chinh - Dread Nghi Phi

Main posture  and  posture side  to be associated with each other. The main majesty is achieved by the support of the majesty, but the majesty depends entirely on the main posture that arises. When the main majesty is clear, the extra majesty is no longer visible and vice versa, when the majesty is clear, the main majesty is no longer visible.

How to distinguish between main and secondary majesty?

Primary postures  there are 4 postures:  postures, postures, postures, and holdings are considered to be main postures, because they have many postures and postures self in the same majesty, so, it is regarded as a majesty.

4 postures of this  identity  arise from the mind is clearly shown in  gait, posture; standing position, standing posture; sitting posture, sitting posture; shape lying, recumbent  belong to  sharp  measures  should make the object of meditation Property.

The main majesty is achieved through the support of the majesty. When the main posture is clear, the secondary posture is no longer visible.

Dread majesty : There are innumerable apprehensions, which are the movements and movements of the body that occur in a very short time related from a certain majesty. Secondary postures usually assist in completing the main posture, while sometimes the unacceptable extra postures are unrelated to the main posture such as:  Step forward, backward step, turn left, turn right, turn arms, With the legs in, the arms are stretched, the legs are stretched out, and so on,  it takes a very short time. All of these extra postures belong to the  rupa  arising from the mind.

When the majesty is clear, the main posture is no longer visible; dread dependence on France, should also be the object of the practice of insight meditation (in Sampajaññapabba).

Change

Change from one  posture the  this  into a  majestic major,  should have the support of the  posture side,  through continuous progression until completion of the new posture.

Want to regulate 4 postures, then need to change the posture. Practitioners who practice insight meditation have the object 4, when changing their posture should have a valid cause as follows:

*      Dreadful change due to forced suffering

For example: A yogi who practices mindfulness meditation  , intellectually  intuitively observes his  gait, his posture, his whole body moving and walking for  a long time feels the  suffering  arising from his  majesty  , need to change to  posture sitting posture  to reduce misery in posture. Practitioners have  mindfulness, wisdom awareness  tracking undergo progression continuum of imposing extra support until completion of  majesty sat new  in  sitting, posture, body sit him . Between the posture of sitting posture to sitting posture, every movement of the body belonging to the  sub-postures  is  the materiality arising from the mind.

Thus, the  main posture  and  the secondary postures  are  the material  arising from the mind, so, the practitioner with  mindfulness  and  wisdom awareness  continuously monitors the old main posture to the secondary postures until completion new majesty.

*      Dreadful change due to personal needs

For example: A practitioner is practicing the sitting meditation  , sitting posture  as an object, if he needs to  urinate  or  defecate,  he can change the posture of sitting to posture ,  to  reduce suffering  due to that. Practitioners are  mindful, intellectually aware  intuitively follow the process of continuous development of  auxiliary postures  to change from sitting posture to posture, to carry out the necessary. When done, the practitioner changes to a new posture.

*      Dreadful deformation due to objective factors

For example: Practitioners are practicing insight meditation  , sitting position  as an object; if a mosquito bites or is bitten by an ant, etc.  ,  then itches uncomfortably, then mindfulness, intellectually conscious awareness cannot see clearly, knows the  sitting posture, the sitting posture can  not move anymore, practitioners need to stick up  scratching itch  or  rub oil sore, etc ...  In that case, one has  mindfulness, wisdom awareness  tracking  the movement of the body  that  is the  posture side,  not interested to the arm scratching the itchy area or rubbing the sore spot, etc. ... When done, the practitioner has  mindfulness, wisdom back majestically sitting in a sitting posture, sitting in   full body sitting still does not move in the present.

Practitioners who practice insight meditation have mindfulness of awareness, intellectually intuitive awareness not only see clearly, know the  true nature of  the object  of materiality,  but also see clearly and know the  true nature of  the  naming- object (mind-knowing-object) material objects)  with method of meditation practice insight.

Thus,  the materiality of the main posture  or  sub-posture of the majesty  is also the  rupa which  belongs to the  Truth of Dharma  . Therefore, one should not attach importance to  material  this should not be taken lightly  rupa  other, to practice meditation in accordance Property  practice of the Middle Way. Practitioners have  mindfulness, intellectually aware intuitively  follow clearly, know the true nature of nomenclature and materiality; see clearly, know the birth, the destruction of rupa and nama; see clearly, know the state of impermanence, the state of suffering, the non-self state of rupa and nama; leading to the enlightenment of the truths of the Four Noble Truths, to attain the four Noble Truths, four Holy Fruits and Nirvana.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).GOLDEN AMITABHA MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.1/6/2020.
