Me and Mine (Atta and Attaniya)

Buddha taught: 

Sabbe dhammā anattā: All things are non-  self".

Dhammā: Dhammas including compounded and non-compounded  dhammas . 

Vi vi vi  ( saṅkhatadhamma ) that is the  mind, mental states ; rupa  is the dharma composed by 4 causes:  kamma ,  citta, weather  and  reality  are all  non-self dhammas .

France unconditioned  ( asankhatadhamma ) that  Nirvana  and  Finished statutory , are not structural measures due by 4 reasons:  Kamma, mind, weather  and  real objects,  are  legal selflessness .

Wrong View of Self (Attadiṭṭhi) 

According to wrong views accept that ego:

Sac  is me,  nama  is me.

-When  the true  taste of mind tasted  the ceiling , the types of taste, the true  consciousness of the mind  is the selflessness, called  the tasting list,  then  the wrong mind  believes according to the  acceptions based on that  taste , and sees wrong, misleading for is  we taste  If the wrong view according to the grasping does not rely on the place  of tasting  , there is no wrong view, the wrong thought is that  we taste.

- When the  body consciousness  tactile to  touch the ceiling,  hard-soft, hot and cold ...,  body consciousness  belongs nomenclature is selfless, called  list tactile,  the  center wrong according ego  to rely on  the list touch  him, If you see wrong, accept that you are  tactile , you have a hard, soft, hot and cold feeling  If  the wrong view according to the attachment of ego  does not rely on that  tactile  name, there is no wrong view, the wrong thought is that  we touch,  we have a hard, soft, hot and cold feeling.

- When  the consciousness  knows the  dharma ceiling, it  consists of the Truthfulness-dharma object and the Legal object:

* When  the mind is  aware of the object  Truthfulness of the Dharma, that  is the  naming of the dharma, the rupa of rupa  is the selflessness, then  the wrong view of the mind falls according to the attachment  , that is wrong, and the wrong thought is that  we know the name France, we know that identity.  If  the wrong view according to the attachment of ego  does not rely on that nomenclature, that rupa, there is no mistaking  it.

Therefore, the so-called self (self) is completely unreal; If there is self (self)  , which of these self (self)  is the true self?

- We have the five aggregates

- We are in the aggregate

* The wrong view thanks to where aggregates clinging to self as follows:

- The aggregate of consciousness is us

- We have consciousness

- The consciousness in us

- I am in consciousness

Ta bi relying on the five aggregates and then accept falls include 20 types.

Practitioners meditate wisdom, when the wisdom of insight meditation sees, knows clearly the nama rupa which is  selfless,  not us, not people, not men, not women, not sentient beings, no one thing to another, etc ...; Meanwhile,  the district is Zen wisdom  (vipassanasammaditthi)  see properly, know the true nature of nama, rupa is  legal selflessness,  should kill the wrong ego from time to time in the third world, reached the  chief pure (ditthivisuddhi) .

2-       Attaniya :  Mine . The reason there is a misconception about  us  is because of the  ego . Ego has 3 types, so we have 3 types:

- Accepting the self due to  wrong  view is our  self  ( diṭṭhigāho ).

- Accept the ego due  to craving  is  for us  ( taṇhāgāho ).

- Accept the ego due to the  conceit  is for  us and  our  ( mānagāho ).

-      Ordinary people  have the attachment of ego, because they have not eradicated the  wrong mind, the craving, the craving mind , so there is always the misconception of our  self due to wrong view, ours due to craving , about us and ours due to conceit , there is still suffering.

-      Saints enter the Luu class  has destroyed the  evil views  in  4 mind with evil ties . So, Saints enter the class  no longer accept the five aggregates are mine , due to wrong views ; but there are  4 greedy minds that do not match the wrong view  , so, the Noble One still has our  attachment due to our craving and attachment and our self-conceited mind  ( we are better than people, we are equal to people, we are inferior to people ), so there is still suffering.

-      The Most Holy One Lai  has eradicated  4 mind is not suitable for the wrong view of the rough  in the sex world, so the Holy One is no longer accepting the self as  being rough  in the sex world, but still accept the ego for our kind of subtle in the realms of sex, so there is still subtle suffering.

-      The Immortal Saints  have eradicated  4 mindful greed with the wrong kind of  delusion in the sex realm, so the Precious Saint no longer accepts the ego for being  subtle  in the sex world, but There is still an  ego for our being  in tangible meditation, in the form of gender form, so there is still very subtle suffering. 

-      Noble Arahan  have destroyed rupture is  4 greed not right with wrong  and all the defilements without remainder, saint Arahan absolutely no  ego by greed and conceit in three worlds :  Sexual gender, gender identity  and  gender identity . So, the Arahan people completely liberated suffering.

Disturbance Arises In Place 6 Mon

For the ordinary, all defilements and craving can arise in the six mental processes:

1-labeled subject road mind exposed to the ceiling.

2-subject doorway mind exposed bar.

3-billion subject pathway mind exposed ceiling.

4-loss subject matter center contact with the ceiling.

5-Body subject route exposed mind exposed bare.

6-Italy subject route exposed mind with legal ceiling.

In 6 subjects divided into 2 categories:

1 - Object of Truth (France) (Paramattha).

2- The object of legal institution (Paññatti).

Among the five mind-  door processes, the mind-door process, the atrial door, the mind-door process, the mind-door process, the mind-door process, and the mind-door body door,  contacting the five objects of rupa and tranquility. , ceiling, ceiling, exposed ceiling belong to  the object  of true Dharma  in the present time (not the legal object).

Particularly,  the course of the mind-door  in contact with the dharma ceiling has a number of objects belonging to the true  meaning  that can be used as the object of the practice of insight meditation. And there are some objects of  the Dharma  that cannot be used as the objects of the practice of insight meditation, but in the Dharma, there are some legal institutions that can be used as the objects of the meditation practice.

The true meaning of the dharma  is the true nature of each dharma name, of every rupa, completely unrelated to the Dharmakaya; but the legal institution is always based on the true meaning of the dharma that makes the meaning, the shape and the language.

When legal institution is the object clearly manifested in the mind, then the true meaning of the Dharma is covered, its true nature is covered. But when one practices the wisdom meditation with the object of Truthfulness being manifest in the mind, then the Dharma Method disappears.

For ordinary people who do not know the end of the six senses, when the mind comes into contact with an object, then grasping at that object is the cause of disturbing emotions and craving. As for the class of good people is a practitioner who is practicing insight meditation, knowing to end the six senses, when the mind comes into contact with any object (nama, rupa, or Dharma), not grasping at the object then, should be prevented from arising negativity is not for arising, or removal of negativity has arisen.

For the Saints always have the intellectual memory to know themselves, to know the end of the pure land; When the mind comes into contact with any object, it doesn't cling to that object. So whether any object, negativity can not rely on that object that arises.

Thu Thu Luc Luc Non-Clinging Objects

In texts Ganakamoggallanasutta  1  Buddha taught him Brahmans Ganaka-Moggallana reads that:

Brahmin, when the Bhikkhu is pure, has a clean precepts, uphold the precepts of Bhikkhu and has all the gestures and speeches, who often see great calamity in small, serious errors. clean life precepts. Then, the Tathagata instructed and taught the Bhikkhu khưu he higher legal that:

1 -        When you see the rupa (shape) with  the mind-consciousness  (in the mind- door of mind-door), you should not be attached to the object (na nimittaggāhī) (men, women, etc.), you should not be attached. each part (nānubyañjanaggāhī) (face, limbs, talking, laughing, ...). No collection of eye-base is the cause that gives rise to evil measures: The  mind of greed  or  aversion  in the object. So, you should finish that eye, keep it, called the  person who knows how to stop eye sight .

2-        When you hear the sound ceiling (sound) with the  mind's atria  (in the atrial process of the mind), you should not be attached to the object (Vietnamese, English, etc.), you should not accept each sentence (good words , bad words, good voices, bad voices, ...). No collection of atrial atrium as the cause of the evils:  The  contentment mind or   contentious mind in that object. So, you should collect that atrium, keep that atrium, called the  person who knows how to end atria .

3 -        When you smell the ceiling (kinds of smell) by  the  mind-consciousness  (in the mind-door process), you should not be attached to the object (the aroma, the smell, etc.), you should not be attached to each type (oil). fragrance, perfume, corpse odor, ...). No collection of the root cause is the cause of the evil deeds:  The  contentment mind or  the anger  in the object. So, you should collect the billion bases, keep those billion, known as  the billion  bases .

6 -        When you know the dharmakaya (mind, mental state, rupa, etc.) by  mind  consciousness  (in mind the mind-door process), you should not be attached to the object (mind, mental consciousness of the three realms; Legal regulations, ...), should not be attached to each type (good mind, evil mind, colors, colors, colors, colors, ...). No collection is the end of consciousness gives rise to evil methods:  greedy mind  satisfied or  aversion  displeasure where that object. So, you should finish that intention, uphold that intention, called the  person who knows how to end the mind  ... ”

Through the above sutta, the one who does not end the sense-base is someone who does not have mindfulness and does not preserve the sense-base, so afflictions are likely to arise as follows:

- If the object is good enough, then the  mind of greed  arises.

- If the object is ugly, the heart of anger  arises not satisfied

2 - When the  atrium consciousness  does the task of hearing the sound (sound), the person without mindfulness does not preserve the atrium or attachment to that object:  

- If the object is good enough, then the  mind of greed  arises.

- If the object is ugly, the heart of anger  arises not satisfied  

Whether the  mind of greed  or  hatred  always has the  mental state  of being born with those two types of evil mind, not knowing the true nature of that object.

3 - When  the mind is  made to smell the ceiling (types of smell), a person who does not have mindfulness does not preserve the sense-base or attachment to that object:  The fragrance of perfume, the smell of a corpse, etc. ...

- If the object is good enough, then the  mind of greed  arises.

- If the object is ugly, the heart of anger  arises not satisfied  

Whether the mind of greed or hatred always has the  mental state  of being born with those two types of evil mind, not knowing the true nature of that object.

4 - When the true  consciousness  makes the taste of the  bare taste (types of taste), the person without mindfulness does not preserve the sense of sensuality, clinging to that object thinks:  The sweetness of the sugar, the sourness of the lemon, etc. ... 

- If the object is good enough, then the  mind of greed  arises.

- If the object is ugly, the heart of anger  arises not satisfied  

Whether the  mind of greed  or  hatred  always has the  mental state  of being born with those two types of evil mind, not knowing the true nature of that object.

5 - When the  mind and body  do the sense of contact with the exposed body  (hard, soft, hot, cold, ...), a person without mindfulness does not preserve the body and attachment to that object, saying:  Hard iron, cotton cloth soft, hot fire, cold ice, etc.

- If the object is good enough, then the  mind of greed  arises.

- If the object is ugly, the heart of anger  arises not satisfied  

Whether the  mind of greed  or  hatred  always has the  mental state  of being born with those two types of evil mind, not knowing the true nature of that object.

6- When  consciousness  do know the legal duty to the ceiling (the mind, mental states, rupa, Finished statutory) who are not mindful not to preserve the base, where the object grasping her statutory says:  I participate we have meditation, we si, we have meditation, we have meditation, ...; we go, we stand, we sit, we lie, etc. 

- If the object is good enough, then the  mind of greed  arises.

- If the object is ugly, the heart of anger  arises not satisfied  

Whether the  mind of greed  or  hatred  always has the  mind of being  co-born with those two types of evil mind, and don't know the true nature of that object.

Thu Thuc Luc Than Preventing Disturbance

Practitioners who practice insight meditation have mindfulness of gathering the six senses, seeing directly in the object of the nama, rupa of the true Dharma; have intellectually aware clearly visible, know the nomenclature, the true identity of the true nature of each dharma is anattā, so it prevents the arising of disturbing emotions or eradicates the arising afflictions as follows:

1 - When  the mind is aware of a  glimpse of the ceiling (image), one has mindfulness closing in the eye-base, so one does not grasp where the object is supposed to be a  man, a woman, etc.,  nor accept each part of your  face, hands and feet, etc.

Thus, the object of Truthfulness Dharma clearly manifesting according to the true nature of the materiality of the ceiling is materiality, so preventing the disturbing emotions from arising.

-While the object of rupa (image) is beautiful and pleasing, the mind of greed does not arise, only mindfulness, clear awareness, knowing that the rupa is the true dharma according to its true nature .

-While the object of mundane form (image) is not satisfactory, the mind of anger will not arise, only mindfulness and wisdom can see clearly and know clearly that this rupa is the true rupa according to the true nature of the mind. it.

2. When  consciousness interested  in fleeting moments ceiling bar (sound), mindfulness meditators end where atrial revenue  base, so the practitioner does not cling to the same object where  Vietnamese, English, etc ...,  as well not attached to  a good voice, a bad voice, etc.

Thus, the object of Truthfulness Dharma clearly manifesting according to the nature of that tranquility is the rupa, so it prevents the afflictions from arising.

-Whether the object of tranquility (sound) or pleasing, the mind of greed does not arise, only mindfulness, clear awareness, knowing that the bar is the correct rupa according to its true nature .

- Although the object of tranquility (sound) is not satisfactory, the mind will not arise, only mindfulness, clear awareness, knowing that the ceiling is the true rupa according to the true nature of the mind. it.

3 - When  the mind consciousness  smells  the smell of the ceiling (types of smell), the practitioner has mindfulness to end the sense of origin , so he does not grasp where the object is said to  smell the scent of perfume or the corpse of the corpse. , etc ...

Thus, the true object of the true Dharma according to the true nature of the ceiling is that the materiality, so the negativity does not arise.

-While the object of aromatic incense (types of aroma) satisfies, the mind of greed does not arise, only mindfulness and wisdom clearly perceives and knows that the smell of the ceiling is the true rupa according to the true nature of the mind. it.

-While the object of incense (smells) is not satisfactory, the mind does not arise, only mindfulness and wisdom see clearly, knowing that the smell of the ceiling is the true dharma according to the true nature of it's him.

4 - When the  mind has  tasted the taste through the bare taste (types of taste), the practitioner has the mindfulness to end the sense of origin, so the practitioner does not accept the object where he thinks  the sweetness of the sugar, the sour taste of the fruit lemon, etc ...

Thus, the true object of the true Dharma according to the true nature of the human being is the materiality, so the defilements are not allowed to arise.

-While the object of the ceiling (kind of taste) satisfies, the mind of greed does not arise, only mindfulness, clear awareness, knowing that the ceiling is a true rupa according to its true nature. .

-While the object of the ceiling (kind of taste) is not satisfactory, then the mind will not arise, only mindfulness, clear awareness, knowing that the ceiling is a true rupa according to the true nature of the mind. it.

5 - When the  body of  consciousness is briefly touched with bare contact (hard, soft, hot, cold, swollen), the practitioner has mindfulness to end in the body-base, so the practitioner does not grasp where the object is supposed to be.  hard iron, soft cotton mattresses, fireplaces, hot, ice cold, etc ...

Thus, the object of Truthfulness that clearly manifests in accordance with the true nature of the exposed ceiling is the materiality, so prevents the afflictions from arising.

-While the object of good exposure satisfies, then the mind of greed does not arise, only mindfulness, clear awareness, knowing that exposure is the true rupa according to its true nature.

-While the object exposed bare bad not satisfactory, then the mind does not arise, only mindfulness, wisdom aware clearly, knowing that exposure is the right color according to its true nature.

6. When the  conscious mind  knows bare legal transient (mind, mental states of the third world; material ...), mindfulness practitioners have collected end-base, so the practitioner not grasping that object to is where  we greed, we have anger, we si, we have meditation, we have meditation ...; I go, I stand, sit, lay, etc ...

Thus, the object of Truthfulness Dharma clearly manifesting according to the true nature of each dharmakaya is the nama or rupa, so it prevents the afflictions from arising.

-While the object of good dharma is well pleasing, then the greedy mind does not arise, only mindfulness, clear awareness, knowing that the dharma ceiling is the right name or rupa according to its true nature.

-While the object of the bad dharma ceiling is not satisfactory, then the mind does not arise, only mindfulness, clear awareness, knowing that the dharma ceiling is a nama or rupa which is true to its true nature. .

Practitioners meditate wisdom with mindfulness, purify the mind-base, have the wisdom of awareness to prevent defilements from arising, so the wisdom of wisdom meditation has the opportunity to arise and grow.

The Secret To See True Truth 

In everyday life, for ordinary people only know the legal institutions, but do not know the true Dharma is selflessness, although it always exists. Therefore, they often cling to those legal objects, which gives rise to all afflictions to torment themselves, to torment others, to suffer other beings.

For Saints who have known the true Dharma is selflessness, have realized the truth of the Four Noble Truths, attained the Noble Path - Saints and Nirvana, eradicated the defilements, depending on the ability of each Saint. In everyday life, although the Noble One often uses legal institutions, there is no attachment to them, does not give rise to all afflictions, does not hurt himself, does not cause suffering other people, don't suffer other beings.

*      Do the mortals have any secret to not grasping at the legal places?

In order not to cling to those objects, ordinary people need to be mindful and know how to finish the six bases: 

-        When the mind is aware, see briefly through the ceiling.

-        When the ear consciousness hears transient sound bar.

-        When the mind awakens, smells the smell of the ceiling.

-        When the mind is really tasted through the ceiling.

-        When the body consciousness is briefly touched with bare contact.

-        When consciousness knows the transient mind of dharma.

Because the  mind knows at first glance  no close attention to the object, so that object is still within the field of Truthfulness, not beyond the legal field.

For example: A person glimpses a car running on the road, he only knows the car moves fast, but does not know what brand it is, not paying attention to the wheels rolling on the road. 

The same: 

- When walking, the practitioner has mindfulness, clear awareness, knows the  transient gait, the whole body walking position moves away  (not paying attention to any part of the body).

-When standing, the practitioner has mindfulness, clear-minded wisdom, knows clearly  the appearance of the gait, the standing position of the whole body stands still  in the  moment for a moment (not paying attention to  any part of the body).

- When sitting, the practitioner has mindfulness, clear awareness, knows the  transient shape, the sitting position of the  whole body stays  still  for  a moment (not paying attention to  any part of the body).

-When lying, the practitioner has mindfulness, clear-minded wisdom, knows the  transient form, lies in the whole body lying  in the  present momentarily (not paying attention to  any part of the body) ...
