The Buddha taught:

Merit merit

- Good karma, bad karma.

He declared,  "The door to sterile Tathagata has opened, everyone has the right to enter".  That is the original element of the future of Duc Tu. Throughout the history of spreading, Buddha has not shed a drop of pink blood, a hot stream of tears. Because he is the embodiment of great love, the good father of the four types of beings, the master of a lost guest.

His path is a boat of salvation, a torch of wisdom that illuminates the road, a compass of directions, and a fountain in the midst of all deserts.

His virtues are beautiful, fragrant, and absolutely safe. More beautiful than the full moon because of the character friendly, friendly, and friendly. Fragrant than agarwood because of the nature of incense, incense, and lily. Is the absolute point of safety for the results of liberation of knowledge.

Indeed, the full moon is beautiful, but if clouded, eclipsed, or blind, who dislike light, people with sadness, insane people, etc., the full moon is no longer beautiful, attractive and necessary. set. The domination of the exterior made the beauty of the moon no longer unique and effective.

Although agarwood is fragrant, it is only fragrant in the wind and aromatic in a finite distance. Therefore, the effect of the fragrance is minimized. In other cases, such as people who are seriously ill, dying, too hungry, carrying miserable feelings, too sad, or broken sense of smell, the smell for them is completely meaningless. On the contrary, the fragrance of the precepts, samadhi, and wisdom of the enlightened ones is not only human beings that the heavens also smell. The Venerable Anan has once asked the Blessed One about this matter. The Guru taught:

-Andadana, in this world there is no fragrance like the fragrance of the world. People who have the precepts are loved, praised and praised by heavenly beings, people, and virtuous people.

In other words, gender has the ability to wash away all the sins in the mind. Also no other means more effective. River water, sea water only wash out the impurities outside. The constant hot-tempered suffering of the soul cannot be extinguished with ordinary water, but must use the precepts.

People with beautiful world from small to old, live benefit, die leisurely, happy life after life, ecstasy afterlife. Those who have the luxury, cowardly, poor, rich, old, young, male and female, live in the middle of the city or in the wild mountains and forests, still alive or dead, the aroma still flies everywhere.

The beauty of the sexes is the beauty of constant beauty. No cloud of sin can obscure the magical light of the Precepts moon. Only the moral precepts are able to enlighten to the innermost, and the hot heart makes the fresh blood flow in the conditioning of life.

People without gender are those who like to live a life of lavish frivolousness, desire for fame and enjoyment. These worldly pleasures are scum that obscure conscience and delay the path of liberation.

Ethics is an effective security agency for society and humanity. But people who are aware and actively practice morality are few. Therefore, humans make themselves miserable, full of exile, cruelty of themselves and others. Purpose of peace, peace was strangled. Unethical people are a disaster to the family, society, and humanity. A moral person is great happiness for all.

The Venerable Ananda is the type of aforementioned person who cares and cares about the well-being and benefits of the community. Typical stories like this:

In the early days, the Buddha only allowed the monks to use the three types of medicine: Y increase the old age to two or three layers to cover the cold. Y-da-la-la-increase to cover, and an-da-da to wear inside. In addition there is no right to keep medicine. One day, Venerable Anadana had some spare medical wishing to make offerings to Venerable Xa Loi, who was staying in the town of Saddam, but did not know what to do, so he requested the Buddha's will. The Guru asked:

When given the opportunity, Venerable often talks with Venerable Xa Loi. In the Sangha has mentioned the dialogue of the two. Such as the issue of nirvana and meditation. The problem of the unwise and intelligent monks etc.

In the field of ethical discourse, Venerable Xa Loi professes that Venerable Anan has many good qualities to be praised:

1- Listen to a wide variety of studies.
2. There is a gift of a person who claims to be complete and accurate.
3- Able to solve confusing things.
4- likes to be quiet
5- Like to travel, close to the level of economic law.
6- Actively learn to be more fluent.

Truly the Venerable Ananda deserves the gratitude, offerings and contemplation of Buddhist monks at home and at home.

 

The last meeting was

The Venerable Anadha served the Venerable Master very carefully, thoughtfully, despite the rain and the sun, day and night of hardship and dedication of his life to Buddha. Virtuous soul always gentle but resolute, ready to sacrifice but not presumptuous, thorough but not arrogant.

The Guru did not answer Vassakàra (Vassakàra), but only asked Venerable Anani, did the people of Vajji still actively practice indestructible law?

- Bach The Ton still.

- Hey Ananda, there are 7 elements:

1- Regularly having large meetings.
2- Unite in meetings, meetings and missions.
3. The rule of law. Do not abolish the old humanitarian laws, do not enact new laws, too strict.
4- Respect and lead the elders.
5. Consolidating the most traditional morals is not forcing women and girls to live with foreign people.
6. Maintaining the ancient culture, such as famous temples, worshiping shrines for heroes, martyrs and gods.
7- The treatment of worthy talents, feet of practice to be collaborated or supported.

Ananda, as long as the people of Vach-chi still actively practice these seven indestructible measures, they will not only be destroyed but also prosperous and mighty.

The Buddha said to the high priest:

-This Vás-sa-ka-rá, a Tathagata once lived in the tower of Stone (Sàranda) near the town of Vesali, have taught these seven indestructible methods for the people of Vajji and Tathagata believe that they will not to be destroyed if still actively practicing the seven measures.

- Bach Duc The Ton, according to the fool's disciple, the people of Vach-chi, even if they only practice one dharma, will be victorious, prosperous and mighty, and will never be destroyed.

After the great god Vás-sá-ka-rá said goodbye, the Guru taught Venerable Anani to summon the monks and he said:

- Bhikkhus, the monks will be promoted, the benefits will not be destroyed, if the teachers regularly meet, unite glue, strictly observe the precepts, respect growth, do not abstain from craving, like The place is quiet and looking forward to meeting with the steps.

- Again, monks, the masters will be absolutely evolved, not perished

If the teachers are not too busy working, do not like to talk crap, do not like to sleep much, do not like living in a pub, do not want despicable, not close to evil friends and actively work diligently to realize .

The Venerable temporarily stayed at Ky Ky mountain, for a while, and Venerable Ananad pointed out the kingdom of Veseli, through many villages such as Amphoe-la-thi-ka, Na-roller-da, and Pataligama. are tactical bases established by the king of Achisham to besiege and isolate the land of Vách-chi.

In this town of Nà Lan-da, Venerable Shariputra has expressed absolute admiration at the Guru that in the past, present and future there is no sa, Brahmin more. Buddha on the chief justice district awareness.

When coming to the town of Pá-dozen-ly-ga-cheek, in front of a large number of Buddhist worshipers, the Guru taught about five crimes of breaking the precepts:

1. The person who broke the world will be bankrupt.
2- The bad reputation spread.
3- Unnaturally paranoid between masses.
4 - The general network is about to be mentally disturbed,
5 - After the public life is in trouble .

And those who have moral virtue enjoy 5 blessings in a contrasting sense.

All the way from PA-galilu to Vilalia he preached to the monastic community, at home and especially to Venerable Anadadha. The problem of the four noble truths, the matter of the dharma is the shining example, etc., all taught by him to the wall. Arriving in Vaili, he dwelt in the garden of the prostitute, the son of Apostasy. King Lic-chá-vi also asked him to live in the city but he refused.

This rejection carries a sense of compassion and equality, avoiding the political conflict between the two hostile kingdoms. Because King Aga of the Kingdom of Ra-jágá-há wanted to conquer the land of Vách-chi Vê-li-li ruled by King Páshehana-king. Therefore, if he accepted the invitation to dwell in the inner city, he would lose the heart of King Agagasy and the king might think that he was harassing that he was on his side or supporting King Pelesia.

This summer is the last season. The Venerable Master has serious dysentery. But he knew that it was not yet time for his death, so he used the power of samadhi to eliminate sickness by means of Asia-of-the-sa-ná-khan-ti (1). Venerable Ananda, a cool afternoon in the Buddha:

- Aladdin, look at Tathagata, looking at Tathagata. Tathagata is old, teeth fall, gray hair, cheeks, wrinkled skin, frail body, like old cars repaired and then repaired, the period of complete impotence is only a matter of time. Time to brutally destroy all existence. No power or miracle could stop the flow of time. You should rely on the Dharma because only the Dharma island is not submerged in reincarnation.

Comment:  (1) Adhìvasanakhanti suffered all the pain of the body. Dhitikhanti suffered from extreme heat. Tìtikhàkhanti endures all phenomena that arouse craving.

Veeru-ga-mum of the land of Vá-ji-chi until the end of winter, the Guru knew in his true weakness and life was only a lamp before the wind. However, he kept silent, not letting Venerable Ananda know. 3 months before Nirvana, at that time, the Guru almost lost his health, constantly sick. Even so, the Guru because of great compassion for all sentient beings, so He had to accept the extremely hard journey.

Leaving Vúlú-ga-má Đức Tôn came to Ku-ta-ga-rá-sa-la in the forest of Great Forest (Mahàvana) created by the king of Lich-am-vi. When the place was not exhausted, the Venerable Anan taught Venerable Anan to summon them around Vesali. He taught the method of willow enlightenment as the passage of defilement, including: The four foundations of mindfulness, the four principalities of enlightenment, the four gods of enlightenment, the five faculties, the five faculties, the five factors of enlightenment, and the Noble Eightfold Path.

The next morning, he entered the city of Vesali alms. The people were extremely happy to see how much the Guru offered to the Guru, so their instincts also informed them that this was the last meeting. Therefore, they suffer so much.

The Venerable Master consoled and reminded:

-The Buddhists, the owner of the French are impermanent, there is birth to kill, that is the general law for the world of beings. Sadness does not last spring when autumn leaves fall.

Then the Guru went straight to the suburbs. Just outside the gate, the Guru turned to Vesali for the last time, like a statue of the Lord facing away from the mountains and forests before being led to the palace as a statue. Moment of silence, sacred passing. The Venerable Master said to the Venerable Ananda:

- Hey Ananda, this is the last time Tathagata to see Vesali. Aladda, all beings have arising and falling away. No one can avoid that law of flatness. Going to Albania, we go to the tower of Pa-la.

Venerable Anandan followed the Buddha and his heart broke with sorrow.

 

The decisive moment

When coming to the tower of Pa-la, the Venerable resided under the life expectancy and taught Venerable Ananda:

Hey Anadha, who mastered four divine powers like Tathagata, if desired, can live to be 120 years old.

Hey, Aladdin, you look so tired, you should think for a moment. Tathagata also need to rest a little bit.

Venerable went to find a tree not far from sitting nourishing. At that moment, the Reverend recalled the process of evangelization for 45 years long from the date of his righteous attainment. Any fear that beings do not receive the teachings of liberation, that they are afraid of not being predestined to establish the ashram church, that they are afraid of renunciation and home-stay disciples can not afford to talk with the opposite pagan doctrines, He has not rushed to Nirvana. But now the majority of sentient beings have received the doctrine of liberation, the church, the ashram have been formed, the four of them: bhikkhus, bhikkhunis, good men and women have enough ability to talk with masters pagan doctrine and enough inheritance career to lead the Dharma. Therefore, He can Nirvana because the work of life is full.

After a moment of recollection, the Venerable Master came to the decision to choose the full moon day of April to pass away. This ultimate decision caused the earth to tremble, the earth to rise, the trees to bow, the ocean to scream, the sky to turn red, the birds to fly in disarray, to scream, the intestinal brains of the mountain. -Dadana, the following circumstances cause the earth to shake, that is: Buddha's birth, Buddha's enlightenment, Buddha turning Falun, and Buddha's decision to Nirvana.

- Venerable Sir, please be merciful to the disciples and sentient beings and continue to maintain the network, not to rush to Nirvana.

The excruciating pain has caused the Venerable No more words.

With his inherent calm face and eyes, the Venerable Master said:

- Aladdin, it's late. The Tathagata never acts contrary to the promise. Tathagata will enter Nirvana on the full moon day of April, which means there are still three more months left. Aladdin, Tathagata has suggested to you at least 16 times that: people with four divine power, if desired, can maintain the life to 120 years old, but you silent no response. Tathagata also determined that, in those times if you ask, Tathagata will refuse a maximum of two turns and the third Tathagata will accept. But now everything is arranged. Tathagata can no longer change his mind.

Silence for a while the Guru continued:

- Aladdin, remember? At the mountains of Ky Qatang (Gijjhakùta), at the Sú-ká-rí-kha-ta caves, and other times: at Gogjiu-mi-ní-grô-dhí, at Sit-dozen-peb-lake ná Vê Phà Rá, at the black rock of Mount Si-si-li-ly, at the mountain of Cyprus-p-pak-co-ka cold forest, at Ta-co-da-ra-cheek pagoda, at the pagoda Truc lam (Veluvana), in the mango garden of the famous Kô-rá-phắc-chá, and in the Eye-dozen-kút-chi-mí-gá-da-dá forest. It is at these 10 locations in Rà-já-gá-há, Tathagata also suggests the same and you are also silent.

Aladdin, Tathagata will not spare you. You do not worry, do not pity yourself anymore. You have fulfilled your duty well. So you have the right to rejoice and your pride will comfort you.

Aladdin, Tathagata once told you that people must be separated from all their beloved characters forever. The separation is the level of human existence.

Continuing the journey, the Venerable went to the village of Banhdúgassa (Bhandugàma) and from there he went directly to the country of Potpah. At the shelters, the Guru spent the golden hour teaching the monks on the Dharma exportation: precepts, concentration, wisdom, liberation, and liberation of knowledge.

The Buddha further explained:

Hey Bhikkhus, the precepts are the basis for happiness, as the earth is the home of animals and plants. People have a leisurely and comfortable life like a house that has cleaned and decorated art, avoiding the hassle of rubbish and unclean things.

Thanks to about birth. He is destined to live peacefully, quietly and calmly before all obstacles and adversities caused by the eight worldly dharmas (1). Burning fire, no matter how hot, does not burn the mind. Like solid houses, solid walls, private roofs are not afraid of sunlight, beams, or strong winds.

Thanks to play hue. A wise person is one who realizes the truth of all things thoroughly, without mistake. That truth is the three theorems of opinionlessness: the acts of impermanence, the method of non-self, and passing away Nirvana. The wisdom of realizing the legs is an incomparable sharp sword that can leave the root of afflictions as craving, anger and delusion. The true mind has been established by precepts, concentration, wisdom, and the result is total liberation, non-structural, immaculate, able to enter into Buddhahood: ordinary, bliss, self, self.

Bhikkhus, those who liberate will enjoy the wonderful fruits of liberation on their own. They have the feeling of a treasure seeker or a long-term patient who has recovered. He learned that the subtle subtle afflictions were completely annihilated, the condition of arising, the birth was finished and the burden of reincarnation was cast down.

Thanks to instilling the Dharma rain, a large number of monks were attained enlightenment.

The news of the Guru is about to pass away, causing intense emotion in the monks in and out of home. They gathered five gossip, lamented, sighed, lamented. Particularly the saints smuggled, deeply feel the law of impermanence of thousands of people.

A bhikkhu named Thammara thought to himself: Only three short months, the Guru will enter Nirvana. We are ordained as a Dharma but our afflictions remain. So let us actively practice the religion and by all means must attain the fruit of Han dynasty in time when the Guru is still alive. Deciding to finish, Virtue separates the ranks of the monks, finds a lonely place, and practices religion alone.

Seeing that Venerable had a strange gesture, the monks said that Venerable unknowingly dislikes the Buddha, he brought the story of White Buddha. The Venerable Master called Venerable come and said:

- Tathagata heard that you have such actions right?
- Bach Duc The Ton, right.
- Why are you acting like that?
- Bach Duc The Ton, the disciple thought that the disciple was ordained as a Dharma but the affliction still remained. So the disciple must try to practice the religion so that he can attain the effect while the Blessed One is still alive. And the disciple said that only this way of offering was called the noble offering.

The Guru gave a reward in "good instead" three times. At the same time, he advised the monks:

Hey Bhikkhus, whoever loves the Tathagata truly loves him, then he must follow the example of the visiting teacher Samma Ra-cheek. The action was worthy of being called the noble worship of the Tathagata. Bhikkhus, who like, remember and practice the Dharma will reach the end of Nirvana.

Despite this, the monks still surrounded the Buddha during the journey. Seeing that, the Venerable advised that you should find a secluded place to practice for quick release. He emphasized:

Hey Bhikkhus, in the direction only the eightfold path is the most precious; of the four noble truths is the most noble; Among the dhammas, there is only the most legal of sex; among humans, only the Tathagata is the most precious. Please follow the eightfold path because only this unique path will distract the Maou's eyes. Please actively practice to eliminate suffering. The effort is the duty of the teachers, while the Tathagata is only a teacher.

The Venerable called to Venerable Ananda:

-Andadana, we go to Kú-sí-na-ra.

Venerable Ananda loves Buddha immensely, having to embrace a bowl to scoop dirty water. But the Buddha force is truly extraordinary. Opaque water, mixed dirty mud turned into pure and sweet.

The reason for the serious recurrence is because when he was staying in Pàvà, he was temporarily staying in the mango garden of the silversmith named Chun-stone (Cunda), invited by the garden owner to take his son's life and after this meal, Duc Ton monk dysentery. The cause of his illness is due to his compassion for the monks. He taught the benefactors to make offerings only to him, and leftovers to bury them because the food was relatively indigestible. This action speaks of absolute sacrifice: it is better to lose yourself but to benefit others. Such a soul can only be found in Buddha or in the mother.

 

The Venerable Ananda cried

According to the Buddha's teaching, he offered a robe to Him and a set to Venerable Ananda. But Venerable brought his robes always to the Buddha. The Venerable Anadha was surprised to see that the Buddha's skin shone with a phenomenal light that made his yellow color completely blurred. See strange story, Venerable white asked. The Buddha taught: there are two cases where the Tathagata skin glows abnormally, that is the night of enlightenment and the night of Nirvana.

Hey Ananda, Tathagata is afraid that, after Tathagata Nirvana, public opinion can blame Cunda, making candidates regret unhelpful. Ananda, there are two cases where the host offers food to the Tathagata will be blessed immeasurably: the Tathagata Day of enlightenment and the day of Tathagata passing away. The case before, after the real life of her Sujàtà, Tathagata proved to be afflicted in Nirvana; The latter case, when the real life of Cunda is completed, the Tathagata attains the five aggregates of Nirvana. If there is any negative opinion going on in the future for Cunda, then you must release it. And if Cunda himself regrets because of that, you must also declare the Tathagata's teaching truthfully in this regard so that the benefactor can rest assured. Because Cunda's food is the last dish of Tathagata's life, a destiny dish.

Hey Anadana, the places that you can worship and admire to remember Tathagata are:

1- Lumbini, where the Tathagata is born.
2- Bodhimandala, where the Tathagata becomes enlightened.
3- Isipatanamigadàya, where the Tathagata turns Falun.
4- Kusinàrà, where Tathagata nirvana.

- White Buddha, in the ashram, female Buddhists account for the majority. So, how should the disciples behave properly?

Venerable Ananda asked:

The Buddha prevented:

- Aladdin, do not be too preoccupied with unnecessary forms of ritual, make an effort to burn the afflictions in each posture to enlighten quickly. And the issue of funerals is the duty of every Buddhist at home.

Seeing the absence of Venerable Anadda for a long time, the Venerable said. When the Venerable learned that the Venerable cried miserably, His Holiness let him in. Virtue in almost that your face listless, eyes still blurred. The Venerable Master said:

- Aladdin, don't cry too much about it. Tathagata has never told you then, that the world must be separated from all beloved characters and gone forever. In this world, there is no law of immutability. The passing away is the continual rotation of the stream of life flowing in the autumn.

-World Religion, the disciple thought for years following the Blessed One as shown with the ball, but from here on the disciple will follow almost anyone, the disciple will live alone the shadow. Thinking about it was the disciple who could not hold back his tears.

The Blessed One encouraged:

-Andadana, you have worked hard to maintain the three la security, has done its duty to Tathagata in a good way. Body, speech, and perfect ideas. Do not be sad. Be active and meticulous. After the Tathagata passed away not long, you will attain immaculate holy results.

In this priceless moment, the Venerable Master praised the German Venerable Ananda. He said:

-The Bhikkhu, Ananda multi-level intellectual, smooth and thorough, service Tathagata extremely careful, thoughtful. The attendants of the past Buddhas are no more. David ran the Buddhism with results, knew the opportunity, adapted to every class, every circumstance, lovable, worthy of everyone close. As for the sermon, the listener will not be bored. Bhikkhus, Ananda is truly a perfect man.

Venerable Ananda suppressed emotions, his voice trembled:

- Hey David, don't worry too much. Tathagata life is an exemplary life. The five aggregates, although having entered Nirvana, virtue and the Tathagata career are still alive with time. Aladdin, the purpose of the Tathagata is to provide bliss to all the dharmas of beings. The following facts you should know. That is, the Tathagata was born in the garden of Lumbini, enlightened in the Uruvelà forest, established the ashram church in Is-s-pá-dozen-ná-mí-stone-ya, and the final resting place of Tathagata is this longevity garden. All are open places. Moreover, in the past, Kú-sí-ná-rá was once a superpower ruled by the emperor to turn over Má-ha-su-rocks-sá-ná, and the Sutta was Kú-sa-pa-ti. . Rich countries, strong people, career, great careers, talented men and women to be beaten up and down, gentle parents, filial children, moral society, cultural clarity, prosperous economy, perfect politics. Emperor Má-ha-su-rocks-sá-ná conquered the colony not by force, but by morality and human love.

Ananda, the golden age of Emperor Má-ha-su-rocks-sá-ná is nowhere. It was all smog. What appears and dissipates is only a constant change of endless predestined relationships, and that impermanent law now comes to the Tathagata also must share the same fate.

At Long Tho garden

The young man begged:

Venerable Anan was deeply disturbed because the question of Su-stone-kick was completely pointless. Anadda was just about to invite Su-Phat-kick out, when the Guru taught:

-Sugar-kick, you should not care about this issue. Tathagata's time just like you is too little. You should ask things that are useful to you.

- So the disciple asks 3 things:

1- Are there any footprints in the air?
2- In addition to the Dharma is sa or not?
3- The practice often or not?

The Venerable replied:

- There are no footprints in the air; outside the Dharma there is no disciple; the acts are impermanent.

With Buddha's eyes, the Master realized the holy root of Sú-Phat-Stone, and taught:

-This Sú-phat-stone, holy path of eight branches is the noble path, capable of bringing practitioners to Nirvana. Ever longer, the person who practices the eightfold path then will see the result of the La-Han result.

Following the basic doctrine of the Buddhist monk, Su-Phat-stone, the Guru said, the tradition of the church has been prescribed: pagan wives who want to become monks must show goodwill and determination. by using a ban prohibition means that you must live separately for at least four months before you can become a renunciate.

All were silent. Because actually you just expect and wait to hear the last teaching of the Buddha. The Venerable Master tried to gather all the energy to his decay.

Hey monks, this is the last hour of the Tathagata. Tathagata reminds the masters that the acts are impermanent, the arising and falling away are the theorems. Teachers should not be easy to let go.

Millions of people, both renunciants and at home, cried out. The sobbing and the tingling sound form a ragged sound. They screamed loudly, they let go of their hair, they pulled their heads, pulled their necks, they laid face down on the ground. A great loss, a deep grief, a permanent separation.

As for the saints who are smuggled, the profound theorem of impermanence is profound. They went to comfort each other and advised Buddhists at home.

The life of the Buddha is a wonderful example.

During 45 years of serving the common good, the Guru only uses one day, no matter how hard the Buddha's work. The two great disciples of Xa Loi, Maudgalyāyana, the cardinals of the Lu Professor group, Mr. Lone, the great benefactor and the characters or friends or enemies all preceded him.

Recalling 45 years ago, the Buddha alone the shadow at the Bodhi root, the wonderful light of truth illuminated at the same time with the brilliant light of the sun. Then 49 days later, the Venerable also went alone to Bà-la-na-si for 10 days to find his five old friends. Now His disciples have reached many places. Every Buddhist at home accounts for a huge number of tens of millions.

Forty-five years ago, his base was the root of bodhichitta and little bundle of dry straw, but now temples, monasteries, lecture halls and monasteries sprout like mushrooms. Kings, mandarins, trenches, dignitaries, patrons, businessmen compete to make offerings.
