Anybody you body and mind , it is my wish, and from here all the attachments formed before birth and all negativity suffering.
The Buddha taught that he needed to look very carefully and deeply to see that this body and mind was dependent on arising , pretending to be, without owner, and then letting go of the attachment to self. Let go of as much as you happily. Whoever let go of enlightenment and liberation .
“At one time, Buddha was at Cap Lon's garden, the Qian lian forest and Xa-defenses. Then the Blessed One said to the monks:
- The law does not adapt to you, you should leave it all. If you let go of these dharmas, you will have lasting happiness .
- Bhikkhu-stilts, what are the unsuitable measures of you, which you must quickly leave? Sac, feeling, thought, action, and consciousness are not your adaptations , leave them all. If you finish this dharma, you will be happy for a long time .
- Like trees in the forest of Ky-completed; Some people cut the branches and leaves and took them away. They were not worried. Why? Because these trees are not us, are not our property . Also, bhikkhus, what is not your adaptation , abandon everything. If you are far from all, you will be happy for a long time . What is not your adaptation ? Lust does not have to be adapted by him, to forsake all. If we leave , we will be happy for a long time . Also, feeling, perception, action and consciousness are not adaptations of you, quickly leave . If you let go of this method then, you will be happy for a long time .

Buddha said :
- If impermanence is suffering, is the law of conversion , so does the multi- disciple of the disciple in there see the self, the other self, or in each other?

Also, feeling, thought, action, consciousness ... are not in each other. The disciple must observe this warm life year , not falling, not possessing of self. While observing that, for the world has nothing to cling . Buddha taught: Khandhas period not . Begin meditation , insight about the impermanence of matter (body) until sensation, perception, and consciousness (mind). They change, change , and kill every moment. Clear calculation dependent arising , author of each aggregate and the five aggregates is wisdom great.
