XV. Annotation of the Buddha ATTHADASSIN.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.
[215] After Buddha Pupil, Piyadassin, Nirvana and his Dharma disappeared, and when the life span of sentient beings after an indefinite period of time has decreased, they have gradually increased and decreased. At the time of the one hundred thousand year limit, a Buddha named Atthadassin, the supreme Truth prophet (paramatthadassin), appeared in this world. After he had completed the paramitas, he was reborn in the world of Tushita. Then passed away from that realm and descended into the rebirth of Sudassanā, the regent queen of the king Sāgara, reigning in a very magnificent city (paramasobhana) named Sobhana. After ten months in his mother's womb, he was born at Sucindhana. At the same time that the Great Lord was born, he thought, "Property owners who have seized enormous treasures that have been hidden for a long time now appear in families." On the day of naming, relatives named him Atthadassin. He spent ten thousand years living in a harem, Amaragiri, Suragiri and Girivhana were the names of his three very beautiful palaces. There were thirty thousand women (assistants) serving him in the palace headed by Empress Visākhā.
When he witnessed four phenomena and the prince named Sela[388] was born by Queen Visākhā, the Buddha climbed on top of a horse in the palace named Sudassana and made the Great Monk's ordination, he set out for renunciation. Up to nine ten million people who followed his example left home that same day. When the Great One, surrounded by people who had worked hard to perform ascetic striving for eight months, and on the full moon day of Visakha, he received sweet milk rice, which was given by a female dragon king named Sucindharā. The people offered him, along with a golden bowl offered by her. Their entire bodies were shown to show him spending a day in the young forest of Sāla, adorned with hundreds of thousands of Sāla trees. In the evening he received eight bundles of kusa hay offered to him by the Dragon King Dhammaruci, and then approached the Bodhi tree of Campaka.[389] he spread kusa hay on a large area of about fifty-three cubit. Sitting cross-legged under a tree, he attained Right Enlightenment. Then he uttered statements that matched all the Buddhas. And then he spent seven weeks near that Bodhi tree.
When he accepted the Brahma's request to explain the Dharma and he himself saw that ninety million bhikkhus who were ordained with him, were able to comprehend the Dharma. He moved in the air, and landed in Anoma's entertainment district near the city of Anomā, surrounded by accompanying bhikkhus. He turned the Falun there. Then, a first Fa conference was held there, with a total of 10,100,000 people.
Also, when Buddha, the ruler of the whole world, was on his journey to the realms of gods and preached there. A second round of Fa-rectification took place with 10,100,000 people present. And when Atthadassin Buddha entered the city of Sobhana, it was like our guru joined Kapila. And he interpreted the Dharma there. Then there was a third Falun Dafa persecution, involving 10,100,000 people present. So there is an explanation as follows:
216 ] XV1. In the same life Maṇḍa[390] Thtadadassin is very famous[391] have eliminated the vast darkness gloom, and attained the supreme Right Samyutta.
At that time, requested by Brahma, he turned Zhuan Falun and refreshed immortality for life for both the gods and sentient beings in ten thousand of the world's women.
And under this protector of this world, there have been all three penetrations of the Fa conference. The first event included 10,100,000 attendees.
When Atthadassin Buddha was making a trip to the world of the gods, there was a second insight into the Dhamma meeting for 10.1 million sentient beings.
And longer. while the Buddha was preaching the Dhamma in the presence of his father, an insight of the Third Dharma Assembly for 10.1 million sentient beings was realized.
1. In this case  in the same lifetime it  means in the same Maṇḍa lifetime. But here the great life Vara means the great life Maṇḍa. In one life, up to three Buddha appear, that life is called the great Vara life. As explained above.[392] In the commentary on the Annals of the Buddha Padumuttara. That is why the great Vara lives mentioned here are Maṇḍa.
Destruction  means destruction[393], Or this is just an explanation.
That  means then[394].
2.  Eternal immortality  means tasting the immortal taste to attain the fruits of the holy path.
2.  Refreshing  means refreshing.[395] The meaning here is that he is energized.
2.  Ten thousand  means ten thousand of us World.
4.  Travel the world of the gods: The  meaning here is: make a journey into the realms of the gods to lead them out of that realm.
It is said that in the city of Sucandaka, the son of the king, Santa, and the son of a monk, Upasanta, for not realizing the essence of Tam Phe Da during the two learners' study, arranged four knowledgeable and knowledgeable people at the city entrance and instructed, "Any knowledgeable monk or any brahmin teacher whom you meet or hear, please return and tell us information about this person. ” At that time Atthadassin, the protector of the world came to Sucandaka. And as received instructions they have returned and informed them, there is a Tathagata Ten Force has come and is present in the city. It is very calm to hear that there is a Tathagata, with their entourage of about one thousand people, these two have fun in their hearts and come to Tathagata the Tenfold Path,[396]When they greeted and invited him to visit the city, they held an incomparable alms test within seven days for the Sangha with the leading Buddha. On the seventh day together with all the people living in the city, they heard a sermon of the Tathagata. It is said that there were ninety-eight thousand that day[397] who was ordained as a renunciate "Thien Lai Bhikkhu" and attained Arahantship. The Buddha chanted the Precepts in this Sangha, it was the first gathering.
217 ] And when Buddha the Buddha  was interpreting the Dharma for his son, Elder Elder Sela. And he made eighty-eight thousand people super heart, and he gave them renunciation under the slogan "Good hybrid Bhikkhu khưu" and they have attained Arahantship. He chanted the Precepts. That was the second gathering.
Also, when he was interpreting the Dharma for both the devas and sentient beings in an assembly on the Great Sutta (Maha Maṅgala)[398]) on a full moon day of Māgha, he also caused seventy-eight thousand people to attain Arahantship. He chanted the Precepts in this Sangha. That is the third Sangha. So there's a saying about this:
XV 6. And this great hermit also gathered the three Sanghas of faithful people who ended up smuggling or, becoming immaculate and peaceful in the mind.
The first Sangha consists of ninety-eight thousand beings; The second Sangha has eighty-eight thousand participants.
The third Sangha consists of seventy-eight thousand[399] participants. They belong to those who have been liberated without remnants (rebirths remaining) and have become flawless and great hermits.
They said that our Bodhisattva at that time was a very wealthy Brahmin, whose name was Susima, residing in the city of Campaka. He gave all his possessions to the poor, to those who were not protected, to beggars, etc. He went to the Himalayas and became a monk. The eight-year-old prime minister of Zen and the five victories and attained great magical power, majestic, after having explained to the masses about innocence and guilt of the good and evil deeds. He went to the throne at the feet of the Buddha and stayed there.
On another occasion when Buddha Atthadassin, the protector of the world, appeared in this world and rained down on earth a rain of Dharma was present to eight congregations in the big city of Sudassana, he, ( susima) listened to the Buddha's Dhamma go to heaven and from many gods there brought so many mandarava flowers, lotus flowers, agarwood etc ... his body was shown by his own magical power himself, while causing the rain of flowers to fall like a hurricane covering four continents everywhere. Forming flower groves everywhere and pillars adorned with gold garlands and welcome gates. He honored the Tathagata Cross with a mandarava flower exposition and the Buddha also declared about him as follows, In the future this person will become a Buddha whose name is Ga Dam. " Therefore it is said that:
XV.
At that time I was a stern chignon named Susima, considered to be the most perfect man in the world.
When we bring back the mandarava flowers. The lotus, and the agarwood trees, from the realm of the devas, have paid homage to the Infinite Path of Enlightenment.
218 ] 11. Right[400] even him, Atthadassin, the great sage, signed me as follows: “After 1800 lives he will become a Buddha.
  12. When he was determined to pursue the struggle ..... "" ... we will be facing him. "
When I heard his words like that, I was very excited, and I resolved to pursue more practice to complete the ten paramitas.
9. In this case, a Taoist  monk  means a chignon, with hair for a chignon.
To be regarded as the most perfect person in this world  means that he is considered and appraised so even in this whole world, he is the best, sublime and glorious.
That Buddha city was named Sobhana, his father was Sgara and his mother was Sudassanā. Santa and Upasanta are the two supreme men of his writing. The attendant for him was named Abhaya. Dhammā and Sudhammā are his two female superior writers. His Bodhi Tree is called Campaka. His body was eighty cubit tall. The radiance of his body radiated always shined brightly by a week (yojana) from all sides. His life span lasted one hundred thousand years. Visākhā is the name of his official wife. His son's name is Sela. He ordained on horseback. Therefore it is said that:
XV.
The name of the city he lives in is Sobhana[401]Sāgara is the name of a Noble Slayer Sudassanā the name of his mother Atthadassin is the master.
22. And that Buddha, eighty cubit tall[402] shining like a king Sāla tree, like the king of celestial bodies, shone comprehensively.
23. Hundreds of thousands of Aura since his natural state have been shining in all ten directions for a week (yojana) both up and down.
24. And this Buddha, an extraordinary person,[403]a great sage. transcendence in every human being. The eye man has remained in this world for about one hundred thousand years.
After revealing the light and shine throughout the world to the gods. he also attained impermanence like a fire consuming all raw materials.
22. In this case it  is like a king of all celestial bodies  which means the king of stars when his spotless celestial body shines on the full moon of the autumn.
219 ] 23.  Starting from his natural nature. This means that it is due to the natural state, not the status quo. As Germany Tathagata this wish so. he can shine his aura as far as hundreds of thousands and ten million of us World.
23.  Aura  means light rays.[404]
25.  Fuel consumption[405] means the fire destroys the material caused by the destruction caused by the fire.[406]
Concerning the eradication of the four heads, even this Buddha Patriarch passed away in the Nirvana Precepts and was not reborn in the city of Anupana in Anoma Temple.
And due to his relics decision is divided everywhere.
What is left in the verse verses every sense has been clarified.
