Having passed away from that realm, he descended into the rebirth of a queen named Sudattā, the regent queen of the Sudatta king who now rules the city of Sudassana. After ten months in the mother's womb, it was like the new sun that tore through a gap in dense clouds of cloud,[255] He was born from his mother's womb in the Sudassana entertainment district. He lived in the king's palace for nine thousand years. It is said that he had three castles, Sucanda,[256] Petersberg,[257] Sirivaḍḍha.[258] The king's harem had forty-eight thousand women residing with the great emperor Sumanā.
When he witnessed four phenomena after Empress Sumanā gave him a prince named Punabbasumitta, Buddha The Buddha made a monastic ordination, sat on an elephant's back and he left the palace. . [ 199 ] The yaksha immediately turned the head into a mountain, turning its eyes like two fireballs of the sun. the fangs are long and wide and sharp like plowshares.[274] The belly rubbed, blue, swollen, arms like a coconut tree, his nose flattened, hideous bent down, his mouth drooped and red like a deep pit.[275] next to the cliff; his hair was disheveled, his hair dark and shaggy; he made a terrible expression and stood in front of the Buddha Sumedha. Even if spitting fire burned everything and raging storms and even rain fell nine games like pouring water[276] setting rocks, mountains, and fires on fire, water, mud, weapons, coal. And all that cannot shake even a hair on Buddha's head. That's why Yakkha thought, "After I ask a question to the Buddha, I will kill him." And the goblin asked a question just like lavaka asked.[277] Then, while Buddha answered that question, he took Yakkha out.[278] It is said that the next day the residents of that city brought a prince and offered yakkha yakkha with many vehicles full of food and drink. But the Yakkha gave the prince to Buddha, who was standing at the gate of the forest and approached the Buddha. Then while the Tathagata Cross Force was still preaching the Dharma in accordance with that yaksha's mind. Dharma eyes have arisen where ninety thousand and ten million residents are gathered there. This is the second insight into the conference. Therefore it is said that:
XII 5. And again, when the Victory was tame the yakkha Kumbhakaṇṇa yakkha, there was a second insight into the Fa conference and there were ninety thousand ten million beings being comprehended.
And when he explained the four bases in Sirinanda's entertainment place in the city of Upakāri, there was a third insight into the eighty thousand ten million sentient beings attending. So it is said that:
XII 6. And also, when the famous Buddha Patriarch explained the four miraculous truths, an insight into the third Fa conference took place for eighty thousand and ten million beings.
The Sumedha Buddha also had three disciples. In the first Sangha established in the city of Sudassana, there are one hundred thousand and ten million of the end of the illegal or. Again on Mount Devakṭa when the kathina cloth was officially distributed, there were ninety-ten million people present in this second sangha. At that time our Bodhisattva[280] while still a young Brahmin young man named Uttara. Best of all[281] everybody. It was given to eighty thousand things of riches. He accumulated and organized a great alms for a group of monks[282] with the Buddha topped. While listening to him lecture Dharma[283] then[284] established in the refuge. While he was ordained, and at the end of the party, the Buddha himself was blessing[285] has signed on him as follows: "In the future he will become a Buddha whose name is Ga Dam" so said that:
XII 11. At that time I was only a Brahmin young man named Uttara. I have been given eighty thousand valuable treasures accumulated in my home.
I have given all these possessions to the leader of the sangha. I have approached him to seek refuge and have found the joy of renunciation.
The same Buddha himself. While giving his blessing, he signed on me as follows: “After thirty thousand lifetimes this person will become a Buddha.

[ 201 ] And the name of the city of Sumedha Buddha is Sudassana. His father's king was called Sudatta. His mother's name is Sudatta. The two most senior men of his writing are Saraṇa and Sabbakāma. The attendant for him was called Sāgara. The two supreme female writers of his writings are Rāmā and Surāmā. His Bodhi Tree is the Old Tree of Nīpa. His body was about eighty eight cubit tall. His life span reached ninety thousand years. He spent nine thousand years in a harem. His official wife is named Sumanā, his son is Punabbasumitta. He ordained to ride on an elephant's back. The rest is found in the verse. Therefore it is said that:
XII 18. Sudassana is the name of the city, Sudatta is the name of the Aristocrat, Sudattā is the name of the mother of Buddha Sumedha. The great hermit.
23. Saraṇa and Sabbakāma are the supreme men of his writing. Nagarara is the attendant name for the Buddha Sumedha. The great hermit.
24. Rāmā and Surāmā are his two female superior writers. The Bodhi tree of this guru is the ancient tree of Nipa.[292]
26. The great sage is about eighty-eight ratana. He illuminated the whole earth like a moon in the midst of a group of stars.
27. It is like a jewel of the turning of the Wheel of Kings which shines on the whole of a week (yojana) so his gem also shines all over the four sides of the week (yojana).
28. His normal life span is about ninety thousand years. Living so long he caused many sentient beings to overcome their confession.
29. With those who have steadfastly attained three vindications, six victories, and strength. - With the a-la-drought like this is a crowd gathered.
30. And when all beings with such glorious aroma have been liberated, there is no longer being born. He radiated the light of wisdom, they passed away.

29. Acquiring powers means gaining magical power.
