BUDDHIST ROB MONKS AND NUNS COLOR
IN  THE BUDDHISM.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.

House
Dhammapada  dedicated much a product called "Phẩm monks" to refer to the person  ordained . The  characteristics  of people  left home  is  clean ,  totally  celibate , living voluntarily  poor , humble,  simple ,  serve  a  selfless , patient, compassionate and  gracious  courteous . In addition to  learning  the teachings ,  the religious  "morality, meditation and wisdom" who  left home  also has  the task  to transmit the  essence  of Dharma for  everyone , giving them  faith  in the  Dharma .
Yellow Y, or  robe  is an  excellent minister  symbolizes  happiness refuse, rid,  renunciation . Staining yellow medicine to make them look good with no  material value  . Appearances  outside of  life sacred piety  no  sense  what  if  there is  clean  inside.
The story tells that the majority of  good faith  agreed to  offer a precious robe to  Venerable  De Ba Dat Da  instead of offering to  Venerable  Xa Loi Phat  , the  great disciple  of  Buddha . A few  good believers  have  a religious mind , see  Devadatta  put on robes ,  suggesting  that the teacher does not deserve that  honor  . On the occasion,  the Buddha  taught that in a  past life  De Ba Dat Da  was an elephant hunter in the forest. He found elephants often kneel down and  pay homage  whenever a Buddha was  enlightened passing. He then devised a plan to hunt elephants. The next day when the Buddha took off his bathing suit by the stream, he stole the yellow robes to disguise it so that he could easily kill the elephants. Number of elephants  killed  die  gradually . When the leading elephants  discovered  that devious plan, the elephant rushed forward using a hose to knock down the hunter, intending to kill, but saw the yellow robes on his body should spare him dead. The Buddha  taught that when the mind has not left its  desires , cannot  control  itself and is  dishonest  , it is not worthy to wear monastic robes  :
Dhammapada  9)
If you wear a  cassock
The heart is still unclean and the mind is evil
Not homemade, lack of  sincerity
Where is it worthy to put on the other shirt.
Realizing  that  material luxury   is  illusory  and material pleasure   does not create   true happiness , the  monk  voluntarily  leaves  all  careers  in life to put on a golden robes and try to fit himself into  life completely clean . However , not  appearances outwardly  but inside the purification and  life exemplary  makes  people  become  clean . The change from the inside out, not outside.
One he  lords  after  suppress  rebels  triumphantly  returned to  be king  rewarded  gold  very much the dancer offered a  stunning . For seven days and nights he enjoyed  material pleasures  , partying jubilantly. The dancer is happy. The next day the whole group pulled together to wash the river bank. After bathing, I finished singing and drinking alcohol Afternoon  return to  the palace banquet happy to  continue . The gorgeous costume dancer, while singing and falling, fell unconscious, foamed at the mouth and died. He was very  sad , and listened to almost Buddha  Buddha  preached  dharmaAfter hearing he  attained  Arhat  and  death  always,  though  at that time  he was  dressed  very  chic . The master  monks  prospectus asked  the Buddha  whether he is called  recluses  not. Buddha  taught that one should not  assess  people  in  robes  "holy attributes  depending  on  the shape of  the surface . The  clean  from the inside, it is the  purity  inside is essential ":
 ( Dhammapada  142)
Who lives so  solemnly
Peace of mind and body ,  preserve  the spiritual path
How much  desire  eradicates
No indifferent indifference  senses
More of  morality  fulfilled
Life is  not harmful, always  peaceful
Whether for  dressing  lavishly
Still a  monk , is  Brahmin .
Germany  Maudgalyayana  used  Kabbalah  offers the couple a loincloth he Attorney very  rich  but as  stingy  to the  front of  the Buddha . After listening to the  sermon  , the two  took refuge . Hear monks another  extolling  the virtues of his  Moggallana ,  Buddha  noted  that even the good as Germany  Maudgalyayana  must make others put  faith  his place without causing  harm  to anyone, go maintenance begging for  alms,  without causing  trouble  to anyone:
Dhammapada  49)
Sam  beggar alms  in the village
For example, the  bee glides smoothly beside the flower
Looking for pistil extract
Finished and then flew to the end of the garden
A monk  abbot  heart  envy  with two guests which is  great disciples  of  the Buddha  from afar to visit, because these two greenhouse are all grave. The landlord scolded the teacher. He insulted the host and brought  the story  back to  the Buddha . The Buddha  advised him to  repent , not to be  selfish  and  ambitious , not to accept what is "I" and "mine". He further taught that “  Anesthetist  often  looks for  fame and fortune  that they do not deserve. Wanting  a  high position in the  Sangha , authority  in pagodas,  fame  in society ":
Dhammapada   73)
Fools often want to be nominal
Sitting in the  Sangha they  want to take the top spot,
In the Sangha wants  authority ,
Want respectful people   to come and make  offerings .

Dhamma  74)
For the profane, the Sangha
Respect us and must think that we are:
"I can do this myself!"
Or: "I order that to be executed!"
The foolish man  hopes to  boast,
Greed, arrogance increase rapidly with life.
The   other  novice came  from a   respectable family , was  faithful  to the  offering  of  offerings . But he did not care, refused all,  accepted a  lonely  and  poor life   in the forest. A bright day it because  novice successful attainment Arhat . The  monks  fully  praised their exemplary  conduct   . Listening to  the story ,  Buddha described  two  paths     differently, one leads to  profit  and one to  Nirvana . He taught, "One should not indulge in the smell of worldly interests,  but must cultivate the mind of giving  up":
 ( Dhammapada  75)
A  list of  worldly advantages
A path  to   higher nirvana
Monk  disciple  Buddha Da
Remind yourself clearly to take steps,
Do not be greedy for the ceiling,
Dao color  liberation  dedicated to  cultivating!
The're  ordained  as masters  didactic , real live  life  consistent  with the teachings of the  Buddha . Therefore, in order  to tame  the  craving for  real things, in  order for the mind to  be gently refreshed, the  monk  must  live a  simple and  frugal life . Life  of luxury  will make  people  become  slaves  of  ambition . Should stay  single , because all  the capacity  whereby been  preserved  entirely so that we can use it to cultivate  the spirit  and  morality  for ourselves and for others. Must  control verbal  action   and end the six doors tightly. Thus,  diligence  will  motivate  the   renunciate to renounce   worldly pleasures and  accept the  life of a  monk , wandering, wandering here and there, without  attachment to  a certain place   ,  completely  free .
A  monk steals  food for later use. Buddha  advised teachers not to do so and  explain  more style  true  of a  Bhikkhu  devout :
 ( Dhammapada  92)
No film   filled property
Drink eat  in moderation  and day to cultivate
Round exit  distressed ,  anxious
Relaxed  under the wind to bring  Nirvana
Like a bird flying in the middle of  space
Find birds, countless traces are difficult to replace.
Because  good faith  brings real food  in abundance  to a  Venerable  , some  monks have  discussed  that  Venerable  has advised the  benefactors to  do so to  show that  they have much  prestige . Buddha  taught that  the mind  pure  generosity  of  devotees  naturally  arises not by  Venerable  instigators and not  pollution  do not  take the time  to talk about the "four things" are four items  necessary  for  life living Bhikkhu . He taught, "He who has eradicated  desire , no longer thinks of good taste, has  achieved  liberation , is no longer stimulated by  sensual pleasures  , then their path is as  wide ,  free  and  comfortable  as the road. of birds flying in midair ”:
 ( Dhammapada  93)
Pollution ,  desire to  kill immediately
Drink eat  in moderation  and day to cultivate
Round exit  distressed ,  anxious
Relaxed  under the wind to bring  Nirvana
Like a bird flying in the middle of  space
Find birds, countless traces are difficult to replace.
A Bhikkhu is a  true monk The monks just  silently  stood in front of the door so that people could put  their food  in the bowl and just live with whatever food the  benefactor  kindly  put into the bowl  innocently . But it is not just for  the  simple reason that you are asking others that you are a  bhikkhu . A monk  must have  accepted the  whole  precepts . is  related to the  life of  monks . A  Brahmin  renounced  the world  to live  the  wandering  alms mendicant lifeOne day he met  the Buddha  and  asked the  Buddha to  call him a  bhikkhu  because he also went to beg for  alms  like the  Buddhist monks  . The Buddha  replied that not only begging for  alms,  but  becoming a monk :
Dhammapada  266)
Just beg for  alms  from house to house
How can we call it  monks ,
Genuine  practitioners  must follow
How many  rules  is  supreme
Call  Bhikshu  value how,
Only  real begging begging for alms  .

Buddha  also  stressed  further that the great virtues, beyond good and evil both with  intellectual  smoothly , the new merit as monks. Exceeding good deeds is diligently doing good things, doing good deeds, used to work hard, so you do not need  to try , do not find hard to read, so called good deed. Overcoming evil done is give end to this  immoral :

Dhamma  267)
How much good, evil overcome
Austerities of  purity , great style
Live  knowledgeable  in life
Worthy name is called  Bhikkhu .
Taking advantage of a group of monks while in  retreat  in an area  plotted  to pretend to  flatter each other. One person shows off the other person  accomplishing  one  or  the  other, but no one really  attains  anything. They do so to  lay  offerings  plentiful  while regions that are hungry,  food  is scarce. The Buddha  reproached that  attitude of  "rising upper side". Increased upper side " is the boast of the  austerities , not yet  attained  the position  that claims to have  attained"Increase" is  the incremental increase  . "Upper" is on. "Chronic" is  arrogant , arrogant , egotistical:
 ( Dhammapada  308)
Or  break the world , do not  practice
I'd rather swallow red iron on my chest
As for fire burning body
More than  life  , people make  offerings .
The   other monk was meditating in a play garden. A prostitute also dated a man in the garden, but this person did not come. Waiting for the appointment forever but not seeing, she met  the monk  sitting  alone . Seeing the handsome appearance   of the   new monk she was  attached to  and approached teasing  and seduction . The monk  was agitated, both  frightened  and  feeling his  whole body  was filled with an overwhelming delight. Using  natural eyes  see,  Buddha  appears in  front of  the  monk and teach that when  meditating in  time, choose a place in a remote, deep forest from  falling . People who have renounced  desire , prefer to  stay in  seclusion, where  mortals  do not like to live in:
 ( Dhammapada  99)
 Pure forest mountains , poetic
But mortals don't like this place,
Particularly the   other freed instead
Be  like here  immensely
Because the  sex drive is  over.
A certain monk had a  habit , whenever he  argued  with someone, he felt tired of inviting him to another  place , at an appointed time, to  continue to  discuss  . But on the day of the appointment, the teacher went to the appointment before the time and  declared that  the other had  lost his  reasoning  because he could not see the appointment. When the  story  was transparent with  the Buddha ,  the Buddha  explained  the attitude  of people who are truly  monks  "Not shaved head that is  nominally  recluses . Who has finished exclusion malice  is Sa Mon ":
Dhamma  264)
Who  lied , said wrong
More  broke the world ,  let go of the lung
Though head  hair shaved  off always
Also not worthy of calling  Sa Mon  austerities
Case also   full of greed
How to value  become  Samana .

Dhamma  265)
How much evil in life
No matter who is big or small, whoever stops
It is because evil no longer exists
Deserving called  Samana  practice .

Few're  monks  were  successful  the  progressive  spirit  is high but not  persistent  effort  to  attain  Arhat  immediately. They thought that they had  succeeded  in such a  practice and  could easily  become an  Arhat  at any time. They went to  see  the Buddha  and said  that thought  . He advised, "It is not because of the rules of  the discipline , to  study broadly , to listen to many, to  realize  meditation , to live  alone  but to be contented when accomplishing  the  final goal , when  delusion ,  affliction is  still in the mind ”. The  bhikkhus  thus  diligently practice  more and  witness :

Dhamma  271 - 272)
Not because  the rules  always follow
Not because  of broad learning , listening to much better
Not because  of enlightened  meditation
Or  lonely  living  alone
Which is said to have been successful
"The joy  of liberation , fresh flavor  ordained
Ordinary  can not compare the past! "
Bhikshu  shalt have  proved  willing
When the  extermination is  not finished
Maze ,  affliction is  still in my mind.
In five  monks , each master makes his own  senses . The white teacher asked  the Buddha  for  the senses  yet difficult  to tame  than before. The Buddha  taught  that conquering the  senses  , whichever is the same, is difficult, but the  practitioner   must  at the same time overcome  all the bases to  reach liberation :
Dhammapada  360 - 361)
Who can  tame  right away
Eyes, ears, nose, tongue:  fresh rather  very shy!
More  conquering the  body
Just like my  words  and my mind
Overall  really  ingenious!
Bhikkhu  does  himself  alone Unlimited
Tame  all these points
Suffering pain  freed ,  damaging  dissipated .
One  bhikkhu  has the ability to throw stones, hundreds of hits hit a hundred. One day he went to the river with some  fellow practitioners . Wanting to show off his talent, he threw the stone at the head of one of the two  swans  swimming nearby, killing him. To counsel,  the Buddha  explained  the status  appropriate  that a  Bhikkhu  should  have:
 ( Dhammapada  362)
Those who  tame  limbs
Keep your  words  and mind in check
Loves   zealous meditation
Single ,  carefree ,  cultivate  lonely
Know enough, not much desire
Worthy of rank is  extremely Bhikkhu  .
A  monk  insulted the two great disciples  of  the Buddha  , the  venerable  Xa Loi Phat  and  Maudgalyayana,  so they went to  hell . The Buddha  took this opportunity to teach that a  bhikkhu  must  control  his speech , speak  meekly words  , and be not presumptuous, so when expressing  the meaning  of  the scriptures the  words will be  clear and clear . Speaking smartly here means  wisdom :
Dhammapada  363)
The  language is  pure Bhikkhu already
Speak wisely, avoid pride
When  teaching the Fa  is sweet
All  mellow, clear how tight

A monk knows that  the Buddha is  about to  enter Nirvana ,  trying to avoid  following others. He retreated to  his retreating  retreat , taking the  teaching  as the  object  of meditation in order  to attain the attainment  of  Arhat . Because of  misunderstanding   of the teacher's attitude , others brought  the story  to  the Buddha . Upon hearing that teacher  explain  his intention  ,  the Buddha  praised  him:

Dhammapada  364)
Chief  Justice of the Dharma  obey
A heart of  thinking , loving   color director
 Deep Dharma  thinking
Will not fall. Never leave
Always follow  the  great Dharma .
A  monk  accepted  the invitation  of a  disciple  of  De Ba Dat  to  De Ba Dat  's private  monastery  and lived for a few days in the   warm welcome of his master. When they  returned to the  temple, the others brought  the story  to  the Buddha . The Buddha  advised the teacher and others to "know enough" and "do not despise what you have received":
Dhammapada  365)
What I got was okay
Do not  look cheap ,  let  despise,
People are receptive
Don't crave, don't want anyone's,
Monks are  jealous  of outsiders
It is difficult to  reside in  your own mind
How  good meditation  .

Dhammapada  366)
Bhikkhu  longevity field  offerings
Nor much less  despise  despise
Always  living  every surface
Diligence,  purity  never let go
The gods  praise all words.

The compassion  contained  in the mind and the  Bhikkhu  always bring joy to  everyone ,  save suffering for  all species. Monks  taken  from center  to treat  people ,  delighted  with  the teaching , will  reach the  realm of  peace  and  be freed  from  sorrow :

Dhammapada  368)
Monks  contained  in the mind
Compassionate  flowers bloom away compassionately
Fun in the  teachings of  Buddha
Will soon reach the point of sublimation  Nirvana
Quick  escape , soon  peace
No more  negativity , countless joys.

Those who abandon the  urge  will  overcome  the flood, "cross the immense flood water", which is  enlightenment  and  liberation :

 ( Dhamma  370)
Any monks  will cut it off
Five  afflictions no  longer have  problems ,
The five  preconditions are  always over,
Five  good roots find good ways to cultivate,
Five things  tied  reached then
Deserve to be called successful people
"Cross the flood"  immense .

Cutting off the five  afflictions  are: ego,  skepticism ,  bigotry,  mistake  in  ritual of  sacrifice,  attachment  and  hatred . Remove the five  defilements  :  craving ,  anger ,  distraction ,  pride  and  ignorance . Cultivating the five  good roots  is:  faith  in the "Four Noble Truths",  the concept of  the Dharma , the  determination to  practice , the  mind not  to be disturbed, and the  thinking to  understand clearly truth . Overcoming the five things that are  bound  :  craving ,  anger ,  delusion ,  conceit  and  wrong view .

The Buddha  taught that  monks  should be  diligent  in meditation, do not be  distracted , be  very  attentive and focused on  thoughts ,  follow the  breath , keep  mindfulness and awareness , do not  let your mind  run after  sex . Not because  liberals  swallow hot iron ball  sensual . Fire at new simulation  repent ,  complaining  it was too late:

Dhammapada  371)
Bhikkhus  , try to  meditate
Do not let go, should not  neglect
His mind  craving  away
Don't wait to swallow hot iron and complain:
"My body burns countless suffering!"

Monks  live in tranquil,  tranquil mind . Understanding  the Dharma  will enjoy the greater joy of the  mortals :

Dhammapada  373)
Bhikkhu  recluse  leisurely life
Always  tranquil  immeasurably in mind
How the Chief Justice of  France  received the foot
Will  enjoy superheroes  more  interesting  people.

Failure  concept know  clearly perhaps arising and passing away of the "five aggregates" of five  elements  blend  to create  a friendly  and interested  people , they will  imagine  the joy and  happiness  of those who  escape  samsara  rotation anise :

Dhammapada  374)
Who  thought , received foot
The  birth and death  of   this body and mind already
Body and mind  khandhas  humans ,
Enjoy right  happiness , good joy
Of people  escaping from  life and death .

Intellectual monks  have   to take  control of the six  senses  (eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind), know enough about themselves, strictly observe  the  rules,  and associate  with those who are  virtuous ,  clean  and  diligent . Must  be  friendly ,  presentable and noble. That monk  will eradicate  unhappiness and have lots of fun:

Dhamma  375 - 376)
Bhikkhu  has wisdom that
Have to worry about  tame the  six bases  for good,
I know all of myself.
Mystery religion  precepts  strictly  preserve
Friendly  with gentle friends
Talented, virtuous, more  diligent .
Sincerely  communicate  near and far
The main  manners  of all are  noble,
Was so good is the cover
Dispel  negativity , welcome happiness.
Five hundred  monks  went into the  forest to  practice meditation  . Here they  observe  the beautiful blooming jasmine petals in the morning and then fall in the afternoon to fall to the ground. They meditate and heat up,  diligently  meditate. The Buddha  knew that, illuminated   His  image in front of  the teachers and taught, "Monks! Get rid of  all  greed and hatred, like jasmine, let go of the petals of the dead ":
Dhammapada  377)
As jasmine flowers  wither
Let go of the wings falling under the wind,
Bhikkhu  according to that other chi
Greed and anger all the way.
At that time,  there was a  monk  at Ky Vien pagoda   very  calm and leisurely. Temperament  calm , away  stood  a page, often sitting, lying quiet location and  quiet , at conversing with  fellow practitioners . Styles  himself in  his make  people  note . Every  newcomer reported to  the Buddha . Buddha  said  previous life  teacher  Bhikkhu  is a  lion  Princess,  posture  is stately, hunting prey, eating instant located silent  . He taught the  monks  to follow that example:

Dhamma  378)
 Pure  Bhikkhu itself
Mild  language ,  peace,  soul
Cavalier  himself in  always
No  sex  worldly common sense
Human  peace  worthy worthy!
A  monk who is  passionate about the virtues of  the Buddha , keeps  contemplating   his face . The Buddha  advised him not to do so and taught that anyone who sees  the Dharma  means to see Buddha. The discontented teacher  , climbing on a rock, attempting to jump from there to the birth,  the Buddha  saw that he  appeared  before  him. When he met  the Buddha , he  overcame his  sorrow and  felt  happy . Take the opportunity  Buddha  recited the following verse. He  tried to  meditate and later to  achieve Arhat :

Dhamma  381)
Bhikshu  joy  itself
Believe in  Buddhism  to the  center leg  of
Will soon reach a peaceful scene
Body and mind  negativity  soon  pure  .

The Buddha  declared  the following when  praising  a   young monk who had many magical powers  :

Dhammapada  382)
The monks  are young, though
But  Buddhism is a  time of diligent practice
Will be the glorious light
Soi Rang whole of  worldly  uncertain
As the moon came out of the clouds.
Buddha  did not forget to remind you  recluses  ordained , must know  to respect  robes  and  preserve  morality . Germany  Moggallana  saw a hungry demon has  shaped  like a skeleton. Other times I saw the Sa Mon- shaped  demons   on fire. He returned to the Buddha for   listening. He  explained  that it was the monks  pollution  in existence in  the past  now bear  the consequences  of this:
Dhamma  307)
Although wearing a lot  of sa
But that evil,  evil does  not prevent
After so  bad karma  you do
Die into  hell  arduous  torment .

A  monk  inadvertently  cut off  a handful of  grass, breaking  the rules of  banning tree felling.  Although  he had followed  the  confession procedure  with  a fellow practitioner,  that question still remained in his mind. A  Bhikkhu  other suggest that it is the  precepts  small, not worth  attention , you can count  blatantly  pretentious to suggest he finished himself bent over to spit  up a handful  of grass, consider it trivial. Buddha  taught is not to  neglect  in  maintaining  discipline . The same, similar like sharp blades of grass like blades, if not well-kept will cut off his hand. A  practitioner  who does not  keep  morality seriously will fall into  hell . According to  wrong conduct  will lead to  suffering :

 ( Dharma Owl  311)
The grass is as sharp as a blade
The clumsy people   grab their fingers,
The  unfortunate Sa Mon is  still full
Of course  hell  immediately.

Dhamma  312)
Who wandering  loose
Not following the  precept ,  extremely  polluted
Live  the  suspicious conduct
Never mind the  results , it is difficult  to succeed .
Meet things worth doing must be  devoted . Practicing  without   observing the precepts seriously, you will be  exposed  and  desires  lured  into  sin . Buddha  taught:

Things to do, must do
Do your  best ,  dedicated , enthusiastic,
Renunciation  without holding himself
Acts of  wanton,  spiritual  slack off
Only sow dust for life.
Having  learned  some of the teachings of  the Buddha  to  the monks and nuns,  we  have  envisioned  some of the  true life   of those who are wearing   venerable robes . Returning  to the  very image  of  Buddha  from time immemorial,  we  see on the roads of  alms  and alms , He always walked  barefoot  and walked with  a bowl  in his hand. Simply that. Dungeon  in a  robes, in the yellow sheet of medicine there are times only algae medicine  Sitting pads made of woven weed. There were times when he sheltered the rain overnight in a leafy cottage of a potter  alone . He was born under a tree, and  entered Nirvana  also under a tree,  simply  lying  on the hammock hanging between two  trees  . Life  simplicity  but how romantic! How beautiful  ! How emotional! These  photographs , drawings that  simplicity  that is the  halo  supreme  and  magic  to give  us admire . Content  teachings of  the  Buddha  will always be factors, Tue through body and speech teacher teaching.
It must be  emphasized  again here that  the Buddha  defined  the ideal values  of a  monk on  the  basis of  personality and  attitude , rather than  appearance , rather than the  robes  that you are outer coat.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).GOLDEN AMITABHA MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.9/4/2020.
