THE ROLE OF BUDDHISM IN EACH LIFE.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH CHAN TANH.

Buddha never thought that He was a god or God has the power to bless people. He is only the one who finds the truth and guides the sentient beings out of suffering
Buddha's role in every sentient being
Buddha's role in every sentient being
Buddha could not make sentient beings escape from suffering, cause other sentient beings to liberate and help other beings be peaceful. He can only tell sentient beings how to get rid of suffering, how to be happy; He taught sentient beings the way to realize the truth. In short, as the Buddha said, he is only a master, a teacher.

The Buddha is a guide, a guide, still reaching the goal, achieving the goal or not, sooner or later is up to us, whether we will go or not, we go quickly or slowly.

The Buddha taught karma, karma, dependent origination, impermanence, non-self, and pointed out the nature of life. The Buddha taught the Four Noble Truths, the eightfold Noble Path, to point out the cause of suffering, the method of eliminating suffering, and the blissful happiness acquired after ending the cause of suffering. But sometimes we do not care, do not remember his teachings, do not follow his directions to get what we want, but we run after delusional delusions and blind beliefs. , we follow our emotions and come to Him with delusional beliefs and actions.

The Buddha affirms that we are the island itself, our own refuge. He taught us not to seek refuge in anyone else, including Him. The Buddha taught us to be our protectors, no one can protect us but us. "It is you who protect you, you are the refuge for you" (Dhammapada, verse 380). However, we do not have faith in ourselves, do not have the wisdom and perseverance to believe and boldly practice the Buddha's teaching, going the way that he has pointed out to us to happiness, happy.

When faced with difficulties, unhappiness, in the face of life events, because in the ordinary time there is no training and practice, not studying and practicing the Buddha's teaching, so we panic and rush to find refuge, find a place to protect me. Instead of going to the pagoda to pray for religion, to find a way to practice the transformation of suffering, to change ourselves and circumstances to get peace and happiness, we go to the temple to pray, ask for miracles, offer relief; chanting, reciting the mantra to protect the Bodhisattvas, good gods.

But, "Even though watching all the Amitabha Sutra, reciting it throughout the Great Compassion Mantra, the melon can still be planted, the beans can still be planted. Business notes compassionate, unjust how to save? Revisiting his mind this old time, whoever does it will bear it ”(Te Dien Venerable). Because of the retribution of good and evil as the shadow in the picture, the cause and effect of the three lifetimes revolves around (Kinh Nirvana).

Every person who sows seeds sooner or later reaps the fruits, sowing good karma then reaping good fruits in this life or the next life, sowing unwholesome people will reap the fruits of suffering in the future or even in the present. Good or bad deeds, good and unwholesome are born from the mind, so you should be constantly contemplating and examining your mind, don't let your mind follow evil, sin, always keep your mind clean, direct mind the righteous and good.

When the mind is kept clean, when the mind is upright, our actions become holy, our words and deeds lead to good results, which is the reaction of actions according to the law of personality. fruit. Even if we don't want it to, it goes the same way. And when we sow unwholesome causes by bad thoughts, words, bad deeds, bad actions for us, for people, or harmful to both, even though we do not want to receive bad retribution, sooner or later retribution Bad will also come.

In the Dhammapada (shelves 1, 2), the Buddha taught: "In the dharma (phenomena, things), the mind leads, the mind owns, the mind creates. If said or done with the mind pollution (unwholesome ...), then the suffering will follow along with the industry as the wheels follow the animal's foot; If you say or do with a pure mind, then the joy will follow along with the karma as the ball follows.

To be happy and happy, we must avoid evil and unwholesome, and do many good and good deeds. If you want to escape suffering, you must transform your mind (repenting of the sins and sins you have created in the past: previous or past lives of this life; actively cultivating good karmic conditions, practicing the Buddha's teaching, and practicing spiritual practice. collective three career body, speech and mind). There are no Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, or any other gods who have the power to remove karma and suffering for us, because they cannot break the law of cause and effect.

If the Buddha, the Bodhisattva, the gods can  solve the karma and cause suffering for sentient beings, the Buddha doesn't need to work so hard to open up many means, teach a variety of transformational practices, say thousands of suttas to show them born of suffering and obtain happiness and happiness.

If the Buddha, the Bodhisattva, the gods can solve the karma and resolve suffering for sentient beings, then with compassion, they will save all sentient beings from suffering, degrees for all sentient beings to become Buddhas, and attain Nibbāna. table for a long time, there are no scenes where they shrivel and drown in the sea of birth and death. Precisely because every sentient being has to resolve his own suffering by practicing transformation, no one else can do so, so far, there are still sentient beings in the six paths, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. still have to show Ta-she to educate and show the way.

As Buddhists who have right view and righteous faith, we bow to the Buddha because of the Buddha's compassionate virtue, compassion, selflessness, selflessness, and the vast benefits and benefits of Buddha. To recite the Buddha's name is to remember the deeds and virtue of the Buddha, to see Buddha as a good example to study and to follow. Reading the scriptures is to review the Buddha's teachings, study, understand the profound meaning to apply in life, practice transforming yourself, benefiting yourself and the people, the society.

Bowing to the Buddha, reciting the name of the Buddha, chanting, reciting mantras are also the means to help the mind to meditate, make the mind pure and clear, from which generate wisdom. By mastering our mind, the mind no longer being malevolent, the unwholesome externalities pull, lead, and the wisdom that arises, then we can solve the problems of suffering in our lives in a way. effective.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).GOLDEN AMITABHA MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.4/3/2020.
