Practicing Buddhism must first understand Buddha (II) .VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.

We are Buddhist disciples, cultivating in accordance with Buddha, Buddha is our Teacher, our guide. The disciple always respect him, take the path he has followed, follow the wishes he has done.

People suffer because of self-deception, nothing comes out clearly. So there is no need to ask anyone how to solve the backlog in their hearts. Very clearly, one is to keep, the other is to let go, realize that you want to follow what you want. And of course the good and the bad will follow its own choice. As now do not want to be sad, not sad, but without eel, do not want to be sad but still sad. Definitely so, new delusions withdraw. If we are weak, we will not be able to conquer the internal ma. Internal ma was defeated, then foreign ma came to be surrounded immediately. Winning the internal ghost is conquering oneself, Buddha calls this the most glorious feat.
In meditation houses there is a beautiful story. A Zen visitor came to the Zen Master:
- Venerable White, how to give birth to old sickness?
The Zen master replied:
- Just give up.
- I can't, always think about it.
- If you can't do it, just dump it.
Practicing is observing clearly all states of mind. When anger knows it is angry, anger naturally subsides and disappears slowly.

Very accurate. We bind ourselves to birth and death, not if it can bind us. If I still lie to myself, then who can be honest with me, so don't complain in this world no-one damages me, I don't really lose to myself, whoever loses to me. I do not understand myself, who understands me? We also have to reel with ourselves, not knowing which segment is the beginning, which is the tail, which song is happy and which song is sad. A mind that is impermanent is often suffering. Hope is the shadow of the ceiling remaining in the subconscious. It is not real because it is a ball. The shadow of an image is not real, so up to twice fake. Like we watch TV, clinging to unreal images in there crying and laughing. So Buddha said sentient beings are deeply in love.

Practicing Buddhism must first understand Buddha

Practicing is observing clearly all states of mind. When anger knows it is angry, anger naturally subsides and disappears slowly. Such simple. Take one step further, we know between the state of anger and no anger, no anger better then choose not angry. Not just by choosing consciously but by practicing. This attitude is completely decided by us, no one can interfere. The story in the heart is very secret, independent. Unless you don't understand what you want, it's not okay to accept nerves.

The Buddha used his wisdom to invent and operate the mind's energy sources, so He escaped samsara, permanently escaped from the three realms, ended suffering, immeasurable beings from the sea of suffering.

The Buddha used his wisdom to invent and operate the mind's energy sources, so He escaped samsara, permanently escaped from the three realms, ended suffering, immeasurable beings from the sea of suffering.

The Buddha said that the right mindfulness is not unique to the Buddhas, but to all sentient beings. It is not outside but inside our mind. The throne of whom he sits. We have the right to be a Buddha and to give up our throne, to go out and play. Playing too far, for too long should forget the way back, turned out to be an exile, but in my heart I still knew I was home. Buddha temporarily divided beings with two minds: the mind of delusion and the heart of truth. The thought of escaping was not received but the true mind also did not come out. That is why sentient beings go in samsara.
For Buddhists to know themselves is to know everything. Mastering yourself means mastering everything, because then we have enough capacity to solve everything, including in the past three lives, present and future. Genuine wisdom comes from meditation, so that power is endless. As scientists, when inventing something, it is due to quiet reflection, study, and not learn from anyone. By his own intellect, but scientists turn to the universe of things, taking it as the object of his research. While Buddhism revolves inwardly, taking the unborn and non-dying form, or the formless form available at one's place, to receive and live with it, so if the accomplishment also does not arise, the formless form and of course of course endless. Because it does not limit in time, space. So the inventions of science cannot be compared to the inventions of Buddhist practitioners. A tangible side and an invisible side, how comparable!
The Buddha said that the right mindfulness is not unique to the Buddhas, but to all sentient beings. It is not outside but inside our mind.

The Buddha said that the right mindfulness is not unique to the Buddhas, but to all sentient beings. It is not outside but inside our mind.

Thus we know the power of the mind is great, even profoundly wonderful. If we return to get all of our family's possessions, then the power is unparalleled. The Buddha used his wisdom to invent and operate the mind's energy sources, so He escaped samsara, permanently escaped from the three realms, ended suffering, immeasurable beings from the sea of suffering. So know the power of the mind is the infinite source of wisdom, has the ability to radiate radically to the germ of ignorance.
When enlightened, the Buddha looked at a bowl of water and saw countless germs. He said that no one believed. Why not believe? Because not seen. Contemporaries do not believe does not mean that it is not, just because the capacity has not come so it is impossible to have the view of enlightened, supernatural wisdom. Until now, the sight of germs in a bowl of water is no longer strange to people, the Buddha died. However, scientists do not see directly with Buddha eyes like Buddha, but thanks to microscopes and scientific instruments. This proves that the eyes of the scientist are far away from the eyes of Buddha.
We firmly believe that we have a Buddhist disciple, including the ability to become a Buddha, if we practice as Buddha taught.

We firmly believe that we have a Buddhist disciple, including the ability to become a Buddha, if we practice as Buddha taught.

Buddha looked into the universe and saw countless worlds, unable to count. In the past, people did not believe this either. Astronomy has now seen planets in the universe, but it is unknown whether or not it is the same as Buddha. We only know for sure one thing, what Buddha said is not wrong. So we believe that we have the Buddha seed, we have the ability to become Buddha, if we practice like Buddha taught us. People who study outside without researching themselves cannot know their abilities. Studying the phenomena of arising and falling, then the results of that research must also arise. Buddha studies one that does not arise, the result will not arise.
Buddha said sentient beings have a truly sincere mind, just turn around to receive the fullness of wisdom, no clear vision at all. See clearly the body, mind and things outside. So after witnessing the path under the roots of Tat-Bat-la, the Buddha had enough Three Lions. The first was Minh Mang Minh, who knew well from the countless previous lives of Buddha and all beings. The second vidya is the Heavenly Eye, which realizes the afterlife of countless sentient beings. The third vindication is Gonorrhea, and knows clearly what causes beings to drift from place to place, which way to stop that drift. Buddha also says: What we see is like leaves in a forest, what we say is just leaves in our hands. Why does Buddha not finish? Because speaking out beings also do not believe, more makes them confused, do not know the way, no benefit. What you have to say Buddha says, Needless to say, even if you know, you don't say Unlike me, if you don't know anything, just say it!

In the past, people did not believe this either. Astronomy has now seen planets in the universe, but it is unknown whether or not it is the same as Buddha. We only know for sure one thing, what Buddha said is not wrong.

We are bored because we find it difficult. It was an obstacle. Difficult is difficult but not bored, the harder it is to practice. Buddhist monks do not necessarily have a square head like a teacher. Buddha taught in the mind.
As we sit here listening attentively to the dharma, the mind does not turn its head on the next neighborhood, if it runs and pulls back. It is a monk.
In fact, in the year when ten disasters we take care of the present. Often it is to go to the future or retreat to the past, the present moment is lost again. We live by delusion more than reality, but delusion is always disagreeable, so it is difficult for people to sympathize and find common ground, except for the true mind. The true mind is forgotten and overshadowed, so we meet each other more unhappily than happily, disagreements more than consensus.
I once taught nuns, a girl who looked at me intently, sometimes widening her eyes as if she liked something. I was also happy to think that she understood what she had said. After lecturing, she came down to my room immediately. Surprised by this enthusiasm, I don't know what she wants yet. Without waiting, she said immediately:
- Ma'am, until today I know how to put on the collar. Could you please let me see the shirt again? At that time, I started off the language path, broke the mind, then laughed and handed the shirt to her students. It is witty to discover two unexpected streams of thought. Actually this life is always so staggered. So, the Venerable Master did the poem, which most of his disciples belong to. In which there are two sentences "Dream has melted, disillusioned laugh", very true in the situation just mentioned above.
We are bored because we find it difficult. It was an obstacle. Difficult is difficult but not bored, the harder it is to practice. Buddhist monks do not necessarily have a square head like a teacher. Buddha taught in the mind.

We live and misunderstand each other a lot, due to misunderstandings that hate, due to misunderstandings that love. Looking at the image in the moment is the whole, thinking that person is like that but not really. So dreamlike. Our eyes see others without being able to see us, but the good thing is we can see ourselves through others. It is often those who are impatient to see that they are hated, because it is their own image. I often get angry, so if you see someone angry, you will be immersive. Because that model is in my stomach, I know it very quickly.
Because of their correspondence, we can recognize our own advantages through the contours of others. Like a crying person who sees others crying and crying, they often feel sad and sad. Not sure I understand the mood of people, but because this seed has its place, should meet the right charm is rooted immediately. Why do we know that people are sad and sad because we have been sad? Where people cry, I cry there but cry according to my mood. What we hate most is knowing that we have that disability the most. Most people who talk a lot don't like people who talk a lot but like people who talk a little. Honest people often go out with clever people. We can illuminate ourselves through those images and modify and practice.
As we sit here listening attentively to the dharma, the mind does not turn its head on the next neighborhood, if it runs and pulls back. It is a monk.

Realizing which set is bad, we subtract it. Bad pupils will no longer manifest their pure and pure mind. Actually, the force of cultivation is not strong so I do not dare to let go. Because too accept, we do not disassemble, let go, making industry practice deeper, the more tangled. Living in the family caused constant anger, because Buddhists do not apply the Buddha's teaching. We know we are the owner of kamma and karma, so why not create good karma? If you live in awakening, you are at peace, your family is also at peace, it is because of the Buddha emanating in life.
We follow the Buddha first to bring peace to ourselves, to regulate our breath. The breath that I've been working for so many years, please give it moments of calm. Let us breathe slowly, do not put our breath into the dead, pitiful it. So does my heart, need to be conditioned to work for a long time, don't force it to beat so fast. Don't let anger kill your body and mind, while that anger is false, we cannot be angry. Human psychology is extremely complex, while not necessarily so. Keep it simple, please. For example, two brothers are angry with each other. But when meeting, about to say peace, suddenly narcissistic intercourse so they both made a cold face. In the heart want to behave with each other so intellectually, but against the coast exposed to delusion. Why do we let ignorance overwhelm wisdom, why not boldly take the light to light the way,

We live by delusion more than reality, but delusion is always disagreeable, so it is difficult for people to sympathize and find common ground, except for the true mind. The true mind is forgotten and overshadowed, so we meet each other more unhappily than happily, disagreements more than consensus.

So between the two angry at each other, whoever apologizes first, that person wins. Winning is winning against your ego. Trying to ask what we are in this life, nothing more than dust and sand constitutes, is worth spending but doing so high. So just open your mind and live very peaceful, happy. Once the intellectual light is lit up, the practice of temperament is eliminated.
Just by awakening the light of wisdom we will live with reality, without losing ourselves.
We are predestined to meet each other in the Buddhist society, to study the Buddha, to cultivate according to the Buddha is not enough, but we still have to understand Buddha. Understanding Buddha not only understands the teachings of Buddha, but also understands oneself. Thus, it is worthy of being a Buddhist disciple, obeying the Buddha's teaching and trying to practice to attain enlightenment and enlightenment as Guru. END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).GOLDEN AMITABHA MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.15/3/2020.
