INTERPRETATION.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.
Tam Doc and Dharma Treatment - Prize About Si
MOHA is a short term for Si passion.  Infatuation is the most common language in Buddhism, so it has many meanings, unlike ordinary languages. Delusion means foolishness, darkness, ignorance and indiscrimination, must be disturbed, not aware of the truth (being impermanent, suffering and non-self), without intelligence, darkness, ignorance, misread.
STATUS OF THE SLEEP
Infatuation is harder to solve than greed and anger. Because delusion belongs to not understanding. One can distinguish intelligence more than ignorance. Because we can divide the understanding into each major, each class, such as the current baccalaureate, bachelor etc ... But about ignorance, we don't see the ignorance of this and that, nor do we see it. Does anyone stand for a degree, or certify that one is more ignorant than the other.
Such a case as well as the light can be divided into categories, such as the level of 10 candles, 20 candles, etc. but can not see class A ignorant, B class, etc. ... We can use dark language, good, etc., but don't divide the darkness.
MOHA: WHAT, WHAT?
Someone understands that: Delusion is not understanding. Understanding that is wrong. If you say ignorance is not understanding, there is no one in this universe who understands, because no intellectual position understands all industries and professions. Whoever is very intelligent, then only specialized in the third industry is the same.
If you want to know whether a person is infatuated or not, one should take a look at his place of action, not by relying on a professional qualification that he or she is intelligent, the other ignorant.
This delusion is not a misunderstanding, nor is it an understanding. A person with a high degree of wisdom or an ignorant person is not called ignorance. Infatuated or not, is due to the place where the knower applies his knowledge in the right place at the right time. The truth that people who have learned the Tripitaka can make sin is also known as delusion.
Let's look at the body we have hands to work, feet to walk, ears to listen to, eyes to see, mouth to speak etc ... Each body has its own ability, more or less. Our mind has the ability to control the outside body and work according to its ability. For example, when driving, holding hands, holding your brakes and chipping, etc., you cannot be driving and playing, or thinking about other things. The mind has to use this body in the right place to benefit us. If the mind controls this body wrongly, then it will be harmful. When doing the wrong so called delusion.
According to Buddhism, the mind is a thing that knows good, evil and evil. When the mind abandons good and evil, or does sin, it is because while the mind is deluded, it makes the mind dark, unable to distinguish good from evil. When the mind has done evil, even though he is annoyed, he has a reputation for being knowledgeable.
Question:  Why is Buddhism so critical of understanding and non-understanding as ignorance, a very great affliction, the root of other defilements?
Answer:  Because the cause makes good people become evil due to the illegal, improper action. People who do not know about other fields of expertise other than their own abilities, are not called ignorance, because he does not do anything wrong with his duty, I mean to do evil. For example, in this world, so many people do not understand the law, but they do not make any mistakes, because although they do not understand the law without making the law wrong, they are not called ignorant. If a lawyer who defeats the new law called ignorance.
The three new legal measures are nearly the same:
1.- AVIIJJÀ: Ignorance.
2.- MOSA: Delusion.
3.- MICCHÀDITITHI: The wrong view.
But consider carefully, the three measures are still very different.
1.- AVIIJJÀ:  Ignorance, meaning ignorance,  meaning, ignorance of the Four Noble Truths, is the cause for sentient beings to reincarnate. Ignorant people such as people in the forest, do not know and can not find the way out of the forest, eventually die in the forest. This ignorance is the basis of the mind. All beings have Ignorance. When attained Arahantship, or Pratyekabuddha or Right Samyaksambuddha, awareness is ignorance.
2.- MOHA:  Ignorance refers to the distinction between sin and good, good and evil. This delusion is not the basis of the mind but the straying of the mind, because it is not the use of wisdom as the basis for contemplation and then practice.
3.- MICCHÀDITTHI: The wrong view  Misunderstanding, such as thinking guilty of merit, not having fruit, making sin and losing not being born, then practicing according to your notions.
The so-called ignorant or ignorant person may sit and listen to the teachings of the knowledge-minded to obey, or at least be able to improve. The wrong view did not hear, but also presumably that he thought correctly and acted correctly, firmly attached to a thing that he had thought of.
People who don't understand and people who misunderstand are inherently different. Because people who do not understand sometimes will understand, and people who misunderstand it is difficult to correct.
Ignorance and delusion are true afflictions, because of that our mind is cloudy, but there is no action, so it is not called karma. The wrong view is really karma.
In short, Ignorance is the basis of the mind; because the mind is ignorant as a basis, delusion; Because the mind is delusion, there is wrong view. When the new wrong mind acts according to its understanding, that is to create karma.
These three states are related to each other, like the other person in the village eye, so that at night it will be very dark at night, and they will not stay still in one place, going here and there when the tree touches the eyes, the more causing eye pain. The eyes of the village people like the mind has ignorance as a basis. The delusion is like the night of thirty, which makes the person more blurry, but this is only dimmer in the case of, if the daytime is still dim. The wrong view is like the movement of a fuzzy person on the 30th night, the wrong view is karma, which is action.
DAMAGES OF THE SLEEP
In the three poisons, delusion is the most important affliction, because greed and anger are borne out by the place of ignorance, causing greed or anger to act intensely. When there is no extra delusion, it doesn't come to an extremely cruel place. As for delusion, it arises on its own, without greed, or anger. Like when we are sitting in a Buddhist ceremony, our mind is unruly or while meditating our mind is distracted or lethargic due to ignorance. Therefore, only A LA HAN will completely eradicate this defilement.
Delusion has many harmful powers:
1.- When we love and fall in love, we make us blind and forget we can make a sin.
2.- When wealth, delusion infiltrates, makes us fall in love with attachment, forget the old dead, there is more to give more, do not know enough.
3.- When we have a great authority, infatuation infiltrates into making us more passionate about that authority, which makes things not beautiful.
4.- When we are infatuated with passion, we can blindly kill people.
If we are tired of the mundane odor and want to find peace in a quiet place to contemplate meditation, we will see the ignorance of mind, such as distraction, drowsiness, poverty, laziness, entertainment, and choosing timer and so on ...
Of the 16 afflictions, delusion occupies 12 things.
Below I would like to briefly outline the defilements belonging to delusion and the antidotes.
MAKKHA: THAN THAN
MAKKHA means gratefulness. In this case, for example, is the work of the person who helped us, even though a bowl of rice and a cup of water. Grateful people never dare to think of forgetting and constantly seeking a way to repay and deserve it, even though the little favor he has already paid is still not enough.
The Buddha said that the most difficult person to earn in these three worlds is the grateful one. The easiest person to earn is the ungrateful person. In this life, many people are truly indebted, unspeakable. Moreover, the Buddha also teaches us that people have a lot of delusion over other evil dhammas.
Grateful people can be divided into three classes.
1.-  Noble , know how to make offerings to meritorious people such as father, mother, teacher, noble people such as Buddhas and Saints.
2.-  Mid-range , is to repay the people who helped you.
3.- The  low rank  is to thank the person who helped you, but you did not think of the way to repay.
The ungrateful person is divided into three classes:
1.- The  most vile class , not thinking of offering merit as parents, teachers, Buddhas, and Saints, but also despising or harming, Sanskrit is called MAKKHA: indebted.
2.-  Frustrating , not grateful, even if he gives or helps to the extent that he does not need to know, Sanskrit called AKATTANNU: not grateful.
3.-  Rank despicable , no repay, never think of repaying anyone, Sanskrit called AKATAVEDì: no response.
This blessed person is like a rock, you can't grow anything like grain on it. His heart is not bad to tell all.
Methods of elimination of multiples
If we want to eliminate defilements, we should find the source of them. The source of indebtedness is ignorance, we should use wisdom to eliminate delusion. Because the wise man never forgets his grace, constantly thinking of the harm of betrayal, is going into the four evil paths. Following wisdom is constant gratitude and trying to repay KATTANNÚ KATAVEDÌ.
PALÀSA: PASSION WITH POLISHER
This is also a harmful affliction, stinking, everyone is disgusted, but in the hearts of beings, everyone has little or much oil. Why? Because it belongs to the delusion mind, the delusion mind is the lord of the other minds.
The reason people compare themselves with higher troubles is because they think that they are just like people, their value is as high as that of a higher person.
But trying to show off or make a talented person the person you want to match, or say in words.
The calamity of "Bringing oneself up to the higher ones"
As the intellectuals are not near, you also shunned away, not learning what is the most method of eliminating disturbing emotions. Because this person is heavy in ignorance, it is difficult to enlighten the solution to liberation. In short, people who often compare themselves with higher ups are often LOST:
- Losing good things.
- Loss of a good friend.
Method of elimination "Bringing oneself up to the higher ones"
To compare yourself with higher anger is an affliction that makes the mind dim, do not see the sky high and wide, just like dogs have never seen a tiger.
People with this affliction obscure the mind, so we should use wisdom to be able to treat. After wisdom should be legal ATTANNŨTÃ, which means knowing yourself, meaning people always know themselves, do not think everyone is equal to him. When we don't know how we are and what kind of class we are, we compare ourselves with higher anger.
ISSÀ: GANH TỴ
Jealousy is an affliction, when you see people being benefited or superiorly praised, or promoted and then shown to be jealous. This is an affliction of delusion, it always makes the mind uncomfortable.
To understand jealousy, I would divide it into three parts: The state of jealousy, the harmfulness of jealousy, and the method to eliminate jealousy.
The state of jealousy
People who want to see jealousy consider the two components of being jealous and jealous. As explained above, people who see others who are doing a good job and seem annoyed are jealous. And jealousy is his or her actions, when he sees a person having a good job, cannot bear the anger, so he speaks out, such as criticism or criticism, or the past of a person who speaks ill.
People who are jealous at least find it annoying to hear that others benefit from their position. The average jealous person, when he hears that someone who has benefited from his position, does not appear happy but despised but does not speak out. The absolute jealous person is someone who, when listening to or seeing another person, benefits, etc., expresses disdain but also criticizes every aspect.
The harm of jealousy
a.-  Jealousy harms happiness.  People with jealousy are less happy because they always see or hear people who benefit from their position, etc., then they feel uncomfortable or miserable.
b.-  Jealousy loses power and reputation . Jealous people have few good friends or people under their own praises and praise. Thus reputation and authority increasingly dissipate. If the person is from the same neighborhood, few people will dare to approach and make friends.
Methods to eliminate jealousy
Want to eradicate jealousy is the only legal solution. Because good dharma is always happy and joyful for everyone to be happy and always begged for people to be happy, joy is a very effective legal treatment to eliminate jealousy.
There are many states of the following:
1.- Having happiness or rejoicing with everyone, meaning that the joy is usually for people who are happy and happy and pray for good luck for sentient beings.
2.- There is no jealousy is the duty, meaning never to be jealous when you see someone happy.
3.- If only the sad elimination in our hearts and for others, that is the result.
4.- Only the sight of others as his being human. It is said that one who has the wish to see the possessions of others as well as his own means, that is, having the mind of looking after and taking care of the possessions of others as his own, does not wish to harm anyone's possessions. both.
The one with the heart of joy is the one who never thinks of jealousy, the heart of the mind which makes the person happy, has no hatred, an injustice, and has many good friends and insane minds. When people have this dharma in their minds, devas and humankind are respected. This is one of the four immeasurable minds, constant in the minds of the Buddhas, Saints, and Bodhisattvas.
MACCHÀRIYA: READY
Omniscient is a defilement, the Buddha often reminds sentient beings to eradicate, although being a dependent branch of delusion, it also has significant consequences. The state of omission is never to sacrifice one's own things to others or to the public, such as helping people in an accident.
Please comment for how the century is omitted based on two things below.
1.-  Saving . People who know how to spend money, for example, when they realize that they should not leave this item because it can still be used or not, should not use it. Those who save when they need help from relatives or the masses do not regret their money. It is not a waste but a saving.
2.-  Phung . It is okay for people to spend money in vain, to spend for themselves, no matter how much it costs, but never sacrifices a virgin to silver to anyone other than himself, sometimes his own relatives also do not give. There are also some people for themselves who do not dare to use, even if they crave for anything, they still hold fast, let the money be considered. These two classes of people belong to the mean and miserly class.
The harm of Don
Constantly making people feel cold to life. Because the people who do not know never mourn anyone, even though they are relatives. The mind is so miserable that in this life, people must be lonely, not close to relatives, because no one likes it, even when there is an accident, no one helps. If talking about the future life, the crime of at least being a hungry ghost (hungry ghost), if being a human being, it is the poor beggar, not relatives.
France except Abnormal
As it is known that forgetfulness is a branch of delusion, the method to eliminate it is wisdom. Intellectual users observe the harm of neglect, and think that pitying for an accident or poor person can help more or less according to one's own situation; again, we should think clearly that when we die, we cannot take anything with us, even though we are the body, what good will possessions and benefits bring us, whether it is a sin and a blessing. Therefore, the intellectual can use the CAGA method: End, say the end, give and give alms to sentient beings. Almsgiving is a praiseworthy virtue, because it is the path of the holy people, especially Buddha.
DAY: LAYOUT
Sanskrit has many different meanings:
1.- If you mean means
2.- You mean giving signs to make people know what you want to say.
3.- That means cunning or unrighteous means.
The first meaning implies only predestined people, such as predestined sayings, charming laughter etc.
The second meaning is expressed by gestures, so that others know what they mean, such as squinting, pouting, etc.
The third meaning implies talking about the treachery of man, this is truly disturbing. This trick or trick often shows, makes others forget about themselves, believe in and be deceived, possessions or other things, and sometimes they lose their lives because of the trick of the crafty person.
To make it clear, cunning is a trick of the person who wants to deceive, present to make the other person believe in it, and then give what the crafty person requires.
So we should be cautious. Sometimes people see me as being honest, but inside is a poisonous yard, like the following storks and fishes:
There is a lot of fish and shellfish in the area. There was a stork who often came to catch fish to eat, but it didn't go well, because the shrimp there knew that the stork was one of their killers. On the occasion of long days without storks, there was a sad expression on the side of the boat, showing the sadness, fish did not need to be caught near fish. . "
The Stork replied, "I am sorry and pity for them now, let them know that, the sky is about to expire, the water in the baskets will dry, they will all die, I don't know how to save this situation."
The shrimp fishes heard this horrifyingly, and asked, "So what do we do?" Where to go now? ”
The Stork pretended to think for a long time, saying: “We go to the foraging to see a lake on Mount Himalayas, where there is water all year round, never afraid to dry up, can they come here to stay still? no harm ”.
The fish asked, "So how did we get there?"
The Stork replied: "This is a difficult problem, but we can take turns letting them go there."
Then a fish said, "How can we believe the trigger?"
The Stork said: "What's difficult, I take one to that place, to watch that lake, and bring her back to inform them now."
Meanwhile there is a fish sacrifice. The stork also brought the fish to a large cool lake, then brought it back. The new fish told the fish, all the fish believed as words, so they scrambled to take the trigger. So many times the fish in the back were pulled into the belly of the stork.
Last day only a crab. The stork wants to eat too, so ask the crabs okay with it? The crabs are willing to go on the condition that one stork-neckers and one more-storks. The stork was content because it calculated that when the crab was put down, it ate again immediately.
When the stork flew to a rock, it went down, the crab didn't content it, but clamped tightly onto the neck and the stork's beak. The stork did not know what to do, so it took the crabs back to its original place. The crab won't die for the stork, but the neck will sting.
This story has argued that this is a cunning finger that people always believe, should get.
This achievement makes it clear to us that the cunning man, no matter how wise, also has a day of failure like a stork.
The harm of treachery
As we have seen in the egret, the crafty person cannot avoid harm like the stork. A cunning person is often a pervert, because everyone knows that the cunning person will never trust and be entrusted with the work.
Method of eliminating tricks
The Buddha taught that in order to eliminate crafty, you need to practice True-Truth, begin to try to maintain the precepts of telling lies in a clean way, and then once you make a vow to keep the truth in your heart, you will never deceive anyone. . When you have made a promise to your heart, practice does not matter. The person who tries this practice, the deceitful deceit slowly fades and only then can we overcome the insidiousness in our hearts.
SATHEYYA: KHOE KHOANG
SàTHEYYA means showing off what you don't have, saying yes, or having little but want to show off a lot, with the intention of showing respect to people. At least make others dare not to look down on themselves.
The harm of showing off
People often show off, but they don't realize the harm of showing off. Let us notice, the bragger can only show off to ordinary people, never be fooled by the intellectuals because the intellectuals are aware that the bragger is just like an empty barrel crying out loudly. , but actually there's nothing inside.
A bragger is a person who talks a lot, but those words are of no use at all, even for themselves, such as soap bubbles, which means the more we stuffed our clothes, the more bubbles we had. those bubbles don't have water inside just air, just as the boast's words have no value, just a waste of breath.
In short, people who boast in places often bring harm to that place.
Method of bragging
A bragger is someone who does not know what kind of person he is; Such bragging is always harmful. Must have the method ATTANNOTETà means to know yourself, meaning to know your class, your class, your education, etc. ... when you know that, you do not dare to show off.
THAMBLA: FIRST HARD
Sanskrit THAMBHA (stubborn) has many different meanings. If it is a noun then Thambha means the pillar, if the verb means to help, support, in terms of words, the language of Thambha does not see anything important or damaged. But when visualizing the mind's words, Thambha means being stubborn, or meaning making the mind hard, refusing to be closed to the framework of the teachings of the ancestors. So here I would like to translate Thambha as stubborn.
Our minds can become good and evil according to our external circumstances. External circumstances as well as good fertilizer, or toxins harm the tree. Stubborn people are often bored with the teachings of intellectuals and parents. We can teach our minds to be honest, because by being diligent and easy to teach, for loving intellectuals to teach quickly becomes honest.
The harm of Stubborn
1.- Bringing harm to myself. The person who is evolved spiritually is thanks to the intellectuals who are the teachers. When the mind is depressed and not eager to learn the teachings of the intellectuals, the mind is not evolved in the study of life as well as in the spiritual and moral aspects. Stubborn people often mistakenly think that they themselves are more knowledgeable than anyone. On the contrary, the intellectuals find that the one who appears stubborn is the one who shows his ignorance. Therefore, the intellectuals are often humble and willing to listen to others' reminders.
2.- The disadvantage of being stubborn is that if the stubborn person refuses to listen to the instructions of the intellectuals who have the authority to command a facility, it will harm the people in that establishment.
Stubborn method
Want to eliminate stubbornness must act like this:
1.-  For people other than ourselves:
- Teach wholeheartedly with compassion.
- Penalty.
- Punishment according to the formula of Pham Thien, which means that when not taught, the fellow or the same mind please agree not to deal with him, but not to cause resentment. The stubborn person will be isolated and will become easy to teach.
2.-  For oneself : You must realize the harm of being stubborn and fruitful of obedience, and then anxious to study diligently to listen to the teachings of the intellectuals, your parents, and make yourself become easy to teach.
SARAMA: RACING
Competition is an affliction that causes people to suffer from many troubles or to be harmful, such as:
1.- Competition often causes  other defilements to arise sequentially , because competitive mind makes the mind frustrated, makes people decide to win, and must find enough tricks to make it no longer good. . Therefore the disturbing emotions are often followed by competing afflictions:
MAKKHA: Thanks.
PALÀSA: Bring me up against the higher levels.
ISSÀ: Jealous
THÀÀ: Cunning.
SÀTHEYYA: Breeze.
ATIMÀNA: Contempt when the intellectual.
These afflictions are waiting for the opportunity to penetrate into the mind to satisfy the mind.
2.-  Constant competition makes the mind dim. When the person who is afflicted with the competition arises, he no longer thinks of right and left, his mind is often unruly, thinks wrongly, only thinks of ways to knock down the person he is competing with, even though he has dealt with I am very good. Disturbance is the artificial creation of the mind for the mind, so the more the person is afflicted the longer the mind has no peace, but the oil that is also lost gradually. The human mind is afflicted, it is no different from the silkworms wrapped in silk which cannot be built; mind surrounded by negativity, then no longer think right.
3.-  Competition makes the person lose power.  People who compete when competing with others, of course, must have behaviors that are not good so people see it, they stay away, like sin is the intellectuals, always afraid of the competition.
In short, competitors compete in every way: loss of reputation, right to your goodness. Even though I won against the person I was competing with, I lost to my inner troubles. Therefore, the Buddha taught that: Competition is an affliction.
Methods to eradicate Competition
Methods to eliminate competition is not difficult. Should have the memory and the thinking mind to see the harm of competition, the benefits of not competing. And always satisfied with what we have, called tri tri.
COLOR: ROMANTIC
Everyone knows that conceit is a bad habit that no one likes. Chronic affliction can be divided into three categories:
1.- Rough grade (visible to the outside).
2.- Medium class (called ANUSÀ: pollution).
3.- Rank the international position (called UPAKILESA: Swiss affliction negativity, negativity sleeps underground in the mind until attained Arahantship).
The harm of conceit
The harm of conceit does not go away but can be summed up in three things:
1.-  Harm to myself . Because conceited people often depend on themselves as nobility, nobility, intellectuals, etc., while others are ignorant, vile, it makes them unfriendly to everyone by their side. The more conceited the person, the narrower the earth is, I mean no one likes to interact or be close to him, so even though the earth is big, he lives alone, it seems that the globe is very small. He found a good friend, and if he did, then those who would lean down to ask for help, if anything important they also ran away.
2.-  The conceit harms you . Anyone who remains in contact with the conceited person is criticized and shunned by other intellectuals and other good friends.
3.-  People who fall in love often feel  uncomfortable  when meeting with large gatherings, because they think that we are noble, we do not want to deal with these people. On the contrary, these people do not want to be near the romantic. Thus the conceited person feels isolated.
Methods to eliminate conceit
The person who wants to eradicate this defilement should have the intellect to look back at the truth, see carefully what kind of person I am, am I in the line of kings, intellectuals, riches, and are we more special than people? . When the courageous person realizes that he does not have these things, he should quickly stop giving up the self so that the disease does not become further infested. If we really belong to the above-mentioned categories, then we should use the wisdom to observe that: we and the person are only different in the rich, the poor, the cowardly, intelligent and ignorant, but in the same place we are inherently being beings are still in the cycle of suffering and suffering, and after death then we will not bring any privilege to follow, but only bring sin and blessing. So we have nothing noble. We should put an end to that nature. Moreover, let's think about the harmful effects of conceit, then giving up is not difficult.
ATIMÀNA: WHEN PEOPLE
According to Sanskrit, ATI means too much. Manna is conceit. We can cut the meaning  of excessive self conceit. But the meaning of ATIMÃNA is disdain. Consciousness only thinks that he is better than others. And contempt for the mouth speak, decry others: The other is not equal to me. In it there is also a disdainful personality when contempt. It turned out to be from ATIMÀNA. When considered carefully, ATIMANA is disdain for two things more pronounced than Chronic self-conceit. These two things are self-centered and disdainful. So the harm of ATIMANA (despising people) is like that of Diaa (conceit).
Here I would like to recall the harm of contempt for Shakyamuni.
Twenty-six centuries ago, the Shakyamuni lineage was the most prestigious lineage in the realm of Jambja, and was very good at ruling and fighting. So who dares to like that the Shakyamuni clan must be killed in a flash, just because of disdain. The whole morning, the King of Persia, reigning in Sàvathà, stood on a high floor and saw monks going alms, and wondered how monks came to be honest early, divided into groups more or less. together. He thought that monks should go to see where anyone would invite them, so he asked the officials to say:
- Behold, gentle, who invited the monks to live?
-My Lord, United Kingdom, there are many monks invited to the real life.
The king asked:
- So how many families are there?
-My Lord, United Kingdom, sometimes sometimes, sometimes less. Depending on the strength of each family.
- So the ones who invite the monks are the most numerous?
-My Lord, United Kingdom, as the gods know, the Chief of the Solitary Level alone invited 2,000, Mr. Culaanàthapandika invited 500, Ms. Visàkhà invited 500, Ms. Supavàsà invited 500.
- If so, sometimes monks come to real life in the inner palace, or know how much!
-My Lord, United Kingdom, really happy.
That afternoon, King Anonymous came to Ky Vien temple, Bach Duc The Ton, saying:
- Bach Duc The Ton, the disciple wants to make offerings to monks every day.
- Heal instead! The Buddha said.
- If so, the disciple would ask the Blessed One to bring his son to a thousand monks every day.
- Heal instead!
- Particularly for the Blessed One, his disciples would like to invite him to eat daily in the royal palace, while other Venerable Buddhists depend on the intention of the monks.
The Blessed One said, "My Lord, naturally, a Chief Justice of the Mindfulness will never have a real house forever, because all mankind wishes to be offered to Buddha, so Tathagata must because of humanity. "
The White King: "Venerable Buddha, if the monks take turns taking real life in the palace, it will be difficult for you to not be familiar with him, so ask the Blessed One to come to the permanent place, because that way he will. fluent in travel and real life. "
The Blessed One replied, "That is the Tathagata in answer!"
In the morning, a thousand Buddhist disciples came to the real life. This is the first time the king has risen, so he is not leading and the charitable giving is advertised to the public. So the King himself came out to offer monks. He did that for 7 days, He left that task to the caregivers, and He took care of other things, so the more and less the offering of respect and the real thing was not enough and the officials did it. non-roundness. At that time, the monks increased and decreased, not coming to the palace in real life anymore, but only Anan and Buddha persisted in patience and patience.
The King of Anonymous saw monks becoming less and less in the royal palace like that, He suspected that because the officials in charge of such things did not fulfill their duties or because he was not a member of the Buddha, they Increase not like to. Then he thought silently: "So we have to do to become a relative of Buddha. I have to marry the Shakyamuni to become a queen, then the monks and the Buddha will live to that extent. ”
Then he sent an envoy to the city of CA DIE to marry the daughter of Thich Ca.
When the Shakyamuni received the request of the King of Concubine, he immediately gathered to discuss the marriage for the son of the King of Concern. The truth is that the Shakyamuni never wanted to marry a child to another lineage, but if he did not, then he feared that the King of Persia would send his soldiers to trouble. Therefore they married the daughter of a maid named Andsabhakhattiyà. Neither the emissary nor the king of Persia knew about it.
Sixteen years later, Crown Prince Vidùdabha thought that his mother was a noble Sakyamuni lineage, so asked his mother to allow him to visit his mother's homeland. The Empress found that she decided to visit her hometown so she did not know what to say, so let the people report to the Shakyamuni newspaper and ask for a warm welcome.
When Prince Vidùdabha returned to Ca-La La citadel with his dignified servant, the Shakyamuni sang to the women, and the prince went away, for the Shakyamuni would never accept anyone's sacrifice even with a hand grasp.
When he arrived at the court, Prince Vidùdabha was introduced by a great god from the upper patriarch, Ca. Prince Vidùdabha finished the ceremony and asked the brothers where they were going, without any presence. The chief replied,
Those who have gone to school far away, have gone hunting yet. Prince Vidùdabha believed in words.
On the fourth day, Prince Vidùdabha reported from leaving. The maidservants in the palace were very upset, who wanted to let the prince go quickly, so when the prince was gone, the maids took fresh milk to wash the prince's seat and said, "My son's servant but also makes us work hard! ”
Right then, there was a servant of the crown prince who came back to take the prince's sword and forgot to hear that word, and asked him again. Crown Prince Vidùdabha said in anger, saying: "One day I will take the blood of Shakyamuni to wash the ground!"
Last time, when Prince Vidùdabha was reigned in Sàvat, the most powerful country in that period, what he remembered first and foremost was the disdain of the maidservants of the Sakyamuni lineage, so he transmitted the army and the righteous His Excellency.
The Blessed One knew beforehand that the Shakyamuni lineage would be destroyed by the hand of King Vidùdabha. He thought that pity for both the victors and the defeated would be destroyed, so he came to the border of Sàvatthì and Ca Bi La Ve.
When seeing the Blessed One, King Vidùdabha came close to the ceremony and asked, "Why are you living under the sparse branch of a sparse leaves during this hot afternoon?" Please invite Him to come and stay under that other cooler column. ”
In his heart, King Vidùdabha wanted to invite the Blessed One to dwell across another tree as he wanted to leave the road empty for his army to pass through. He was afraid when the army saw that the Blessed One would be discouraged, because all the military officers who respected and were very clean to the Blessed One would not kill the Shakyamuni lineage.
The Blessed One replied, "My Lord, the shadow of that tree is so cool, but the shade of the kin is even cooler than the shade of that tree."
The king heard immediately and understood that the Blessed One came here to prevent him from killing the Shakyamuni lineage. Out of respect and love for the Blessed One, and thinking that he was his uncle, the king worshiped him and then withdrew and sent the troops back to the city.
But King Vidùdabha could only stand in that instant; later he sent soldiers again. So three times that every time he met the Blessed One, the king returned three times.
The Blessed One welcomed King Vidùdabha all three times but knew he could not stop it, so He did not come in to the Fourth. He knew that if it were karma and unjust, it could not be solved, even though he was Buddha.
So for the fourth time, King Vidùdabha sent troops to destroy the Sakyamuni lineage. Because the Shakyamuni lineage was a very pure monastic life, so it did not resist, leaving King Vidùdabha's army to slaughter it easily.
The suffering of the Sakyamuni lineage is caused by contempt for others.
People contempt for others can be divided into two classes, one contempt for others in words and second contempt for the underground in his mind. The second class does not despise the poor or the illiterate or the ignorant or the downstream family but despises for everything without showing it to the public. This disease is really hard to treat like any cancer inside. This disturbing is very harmful to the mind.
In order to eliminate such afflictions, we should realize that the result of contempt for people like the Sakyamuni lineage, we must make the mind respect the elders no matter what class the person is, don't forget that they are like people anyway I, when the same dead end. Let's see if we have anything more precious than people, when we spit in a glass asking if we can lick that saliva back? Of course not. Where we are noble and pure of others, our own things and things that we still disgust as usual. In short, in order to eliminate contempt for people, there must be ATTANNOTETà means that there is always awareness of what we are.
MADA: SAY
This defilement means drunkenness, but drunkenness of mind is not drunkenness of body. The drunkenness of the body is drunkenness, betel nutism, drunkenness, heat stroke, etc. These drunkenness can be cured without treatment. But the drunkenness of the mind, the cure is also not good, but rest is also gone.
People when having a party or friends invite drinking alcohol, miss drunk, this belongs to relatives drunk. And anyone who doesn't have alcohol can't handle it, must have alcohol to drink, otherwise it's depressing and so on. This belongs to the mind of being drunk. In short, when we see a drunken man falling back and forth, we are not sure whether he or she is drunk or mind. Must wait and see their behavior, because drunkenness takes many forms, must carefully watch the action can be determined.
The harm of drunkenness
Every human being was drunk, even though an object was drunk, it was also the cause of harm to us more or less depending on the circumstances. Things that make people drunk often cause loss of reputation, distrust, criticism, intellectuals and shunned friends; business was delayed; The smallest harm is in a disturbed family, such as a disrespectful wife, disobedient children, nor domestic servants.
Methods to subtract Say
All wise men should see their harm, their families and their children, so shunned what makes us drunk like alcohol, drugs, gambling, prostitutes. According to the Buddha's teachings, the disciples should not fall in love with the five sensual pleasures, because that is the cause of reincarnation. The Blessed One often taught to think about the harm of the five senses and to stay away. He likened the five elements to a burning torch, the one who loves following the five elements is like the one who holds the torch running against the wind, or the five elements are like a sharp knife with honey, and we are like children who do not know. It was a sharp knife, which brought up licking. Ngu tran such as honey is poison, we are less intellectual desire to drink sweet, should be poisoned. The Buddha used to teach the five senses to be beautiful, good-sounding, good-smelling, aromatic, and soft emotions which sentient beings often like, being causes people to suffer much less joy. If there is fun, then only happy moment but suffering for many years. We are like people sitting in the middle of a burning fire around us who are unbearably uncomfortable, but when the wind blows past we feel cool, so we forget how long the heat. That fire is the harm of the five elements, and the wind is the joy of the five elements.
People who want to eliminate passion should have memory and wisdom to realize our suffering because of passion for talent, color, fame and benefit, and suffering cannot be freed.
PAMÀDA: EASY TO DUO
Being easy means working without a memory, or being able to say to work carelessly. When a person lacks memory and carelessness, the job is often damaged but it is only minor details, visible in the actions of the easy-going. And the more important details that we can't see, because they don't show them to the outside, are the true truths of our ability. Referring to this ease, the Blessed One refers to the person lacking in memory and intellect, never thinking that he is old, that he is going to the place of annihilation, that is, he dies waiting for him. People never see the real death close to us, we can die in every way or because of a car accident or other unspeakable accidents. But people because of easy life, should never think they have such things. The Buddha taught: Every minute we go to death. Those who died then could not bring anything, although they were rich and luxurious and had a lot of money left over. The person who is only diligent in his talents, colors, benefits, and self-sacrificing names, is called a person who lacks in memory, lacks of intellect, is a person who is easily carried.
The Buddha taught that: PAMÀDOMACCUNOPADAM means that duchiness is the path to death.
YE PAMADA YATHÀMATA: People who are easy to walk like a dead person. This sentence means that although the person is alive but does not do anything to benefit himself in this life and future life is no different from the dead.
Elimination method Easy to bear
The easy way to eradicate outside is to try to train for memory. Memory is the most important dharma so the Buddha taught the four foundations of mindfulness to recite the body, mind life, mind and mindfulness.
Mindfulness has two different aspects: a) outside, and b) inside.
a.- The person who recites the body is the one who remembers the body, knows that we are walking, standing, or sitting, or doing something, always have observing memory, because we have no observing memory, so when we do What is done then we forget, or when we are doing, but we lack memory to make it not fully thoughtful. In satipa niệm niệmhāna, saying mindfulness of the body is saying that when you go up, you also know that you are lifting your feet, when you come down, you know you put them down, but put your heels down first or table first. Memory so thoroughly in every job, we never fail. You try to follow these words, and you will definitely see your memory grow; If people don't practice, the mind gets farther and farther away from us, so we say that we forget or forget because of that. That is the Buddha who teaches us to practice external memory.
b.- Sanskrit KAYA means (body) meeting. What meeting? Meeting 32 can be presented as hair, feathers, nails, teeth, skin and so on.
KAYA also means the birthplace of filthy things, this means the body is made up of the impurities of the mother's father, and it constantly produces foul odors. Moreover, this body produces more filthy things than all filthy things, which is the HAPPY of the human being.
The word KA due to the letters KU and DAYA, KU means filthy; ÒA means meeting.
When the Buddha taught to recite the body inside the body, he deliberately taught to think of each separate small part in a large mass, dividing this body into parts such as hair, feathers, nails, teeth, skin, flesh, etc. we realize that each part has its own name, what is mine, who I am, who is; This object we still accept is our body.
When we divide into such different parts, we see that the components are under the ownership of the four dharmas:
1.- ANICCATO: This body is impermanent (unstable).
2.- DUKKHATO: This body is suffering.
3.- ANTTATO: This body is not self (not mine, not mine).
4.- ASUBHATO: This body is very dirty.
The Blessed One taught: The practitioner should observe this body like this: “Regarding the upper part from the hair down to the skin of the feet, about the bottom up from the skin of the feet to the hair, my body is covered with a layer of skin and this body There are 32 possible forms. Behold the Bhikkhu khưu should visualize seeing our body like that. "
When a person sees gross memory, he remembers all his actions outside to eliminate the easy-going, not making mistakes at work. It is mindfulness outside. And thinking that the body as thought inside has taught up there to make people not easily indulged in their talents, materiality, profit, fame, is the important part, the way to go out to the ocean of Samsara. When the mind is not easy to bear, it is not running after the ceiling, it will be relaxed, not impatient because of craving, anger and delusion. This is not easy to bear and eradicates the easy.
* * *
As above, you have seen that delusion is the source of all other defilements. Greed or hatred has only a couple of limbs connected to the main defilements, and ignorance has only 12 genera, each of which is very important. If you understand the aforementioned afflictions and try to observe and see where they arise, in any case, then you will eliminate it in accordance with the appropriate antidote, then you will surely do it. happily in this life and future life. END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).GOLDEN AMITABHA MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.14/3/2020.
