AWARDS ON DELIVERY.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.

Three Poisons and French Treating - Award Back To The Field
DOSA means anger.  But in Sanskrit terms we can translate it as HAT and HARMFUL PEOPLE. Anger is one of the Three Poisons.
Question :  What is the fruit of anger?
Answer:  Very easy to understand: Angry people often have many unjustly resentment and hatred.
Question:  Where does the mind become angry?
Answer :  Anger arises due to a very small cause, like greed, like a wild fire burning only by a small fire. Therefore, the Buddha taught that one should not be easy to bear for a small fire.
Question :  So what is the anger born of a small spot?
Answer:  Due to ARATI dissatisfaction. Here I would raise the cause of being angry:
1. ARATI: Discontent.
2. PATIGHA: Exasperated.
3. KODHA: Yard.
4. DOSA: Anger.
5. BYÀPÀDA: Pillar of hatred.
When you see the above presentation, you have noticed the gradual movement of anger. Here I will explain every detail so that you can easily comment.
ARATI: REAL FOREVER
The cause of being born with anger (anger) is first of all due to the displeasure, that is, dissatisfaction, as well as the greed that arises because of the pleasure.
Question:  So where is discontent born?
Answer:  This discontent arises because of the contentment of desire; when not satisfied, or not satisfied, then born discontent. When dissatisfaction being born in our mind is not yet called a harm, it only makes our mind unsatisfied. If we don't eliminate it from now on, then it will go to PATIGHA: Irritated.
Question: What  if we want to eliminate discontent?
Answer:  YONISOMANASIKÀRA must be used immediately, which means to use the intellectual memory and observe the mind of every moment. I mean to have the memory of having a governor guarding the gate of the city, who knows who should be in the city, who shouldn't let in, and who should arrest. If the intruders invade the city, it will harass the people of the city to do nothing. And it could harm the king, it could harm the whole nation.
The country is likened to a human body, has strong fortifications and has six doors, namely, eye, ear, female, female, body and mind. And the mind is like a king. When a person with memory guards the gates, does not allow external items to enter, making the mind unclear, or the memory that this item, if brought into the mind, causes the mind to become unclear. Opaque here means dissatisfaction, anger, anger, hatred and hatred.
Question:  So what is subject-aware? What is awareness a bad subject that causes the mind to be disturbed, if not the mind?
Answer:  The awareness at the six doors is not the mind, but the consciousness. When consciousness has memory and wisdom helps, it knows that the subject causes the mind to be dissatisfied, then goes to anger and hatred. Memory and wisdom will make the mind and consciousness aware of the harm of hatred and resentment.
Question:  If the memory cannot prevent the mind from being dissatisfied, what will it be like?
PATIGHA: DIRECT
Answer : The  mind will go to the annoyance. When anger has arisen, the mind is no longer lucid, then the mind is only on one side thinking that we must. Frustrating mind makes people uncomfortable, this is the cause of anger. People who want to eliminate anger right now must have DAMA, which means teaching the mind.
Question :  How to teach?
Answer :  There are many ways of teaching the mind, but it is very difficult to make it quiet immediately, because it is hot-tempered, we have to try to get away from where we are upset, let us shun our situation, and then let's Remember to recite one of the 40 headings for meditation. When the mind calms down, one immediately realizes the harm of anger, which will bring about much concern, hatred, unjust, etc.
As for me, I went to find a cool place, or went to drink cool water from a sip to make my mind calm, so that I could think of the harm of hatred, and the retribution of being not angry. .
Question :  If we cannot control the anger, the anger arises again, how do we eliminate the anger? What is the phenomenon of the yard?
KODHA: YARD
Answer :  Anger is angry, it makes the mind very hot, lose all calm, face changes, hands and feet tremble, when speaking the voice changing voice.
The yard causes a lot of harm, because when the yard has arisen, the mind only knows to be violent, the yard brings enough harm to itself. The Blessed One taught that the yard is a very dirty, foul-smelling object, once the mind is already pitched, then it is no longer distinguishable to harass, the mind becomes dark and can cause three harms:
1.- The yard makes the mind dark.
2.- The yard makes the mind work badly, especially the loss of virtue.
3.- The yard often makes the work damaged.
If we want to identify ourselves, then we should consider how from within us (ie our mind) then consider conduct, finally consider our work. If we want to make a clear statement, then we have to consider the opposite, that is, we should consider the work, then consider the conduct, and finally consider the mind.
1.- When the mind is not clear, the mind is clean and relaxed, thinking about something is not smooth, the mind is lucid and very pure. On the contrary, when it is bad, it can not be said Talking about the mind's thought, when it is angry, never thinks of goodness. When you have risen, even though the most educated person in this world, becomes dark, then it is like a madman.
2.- The Buddha taught that when people are angry, they lose their virtues. When people are not angry, everything from the small gestures to words of deeds are courteous and lovely, but when anger is all things changed, people become brutal brute force, because the mind is no longer peaceful. cool. When the mind is angry, the action is different and your face is no longer beautiful and honest.
3.- When the yard is not when people work perfectly, because the mind no longer loves what is doing anymore.
People with a bad temper have few friends, because few dare to communicate. When he or she makes a big deal, it hurts even more, because his subordinates are less likely to be near and never dare to say anything even when they know that the boss has done something wrong.
COME YARD
As we all know, pitch is a bad habit, no one likes and wants to be close. When I wrote to this section I did not want to solve much, because I knew that talking about the pitch to you, was like talking about toothache to the hearing instruments, the instruments already knew through toothache. But what I want to say is the method to get rid of yard.
There are three methods of eliminating pitch:
1.- How to stop the pitch.
2.- When it is pitch, how to put it out.
3.- How to remove the pitch for no more courts.
First of all, I would like to remind you that  mental illness is greed, hatred and ignorance, often makes us miserable, disappointed, sad and also the cause of reincarnation, only the great physician, Germany Buddha found a method to eliminate that disease. So I explain this is the method due to the methods and remedies to treat the great doctor.
1.- Methods of preventing pitch
The first step is to prevent discontent from arising, because it is better to prevent illness than cure.
For example, if we are scolded by people, then of course we are resentful to resentment, to the yard, then to anger and finally to resentment. Discontent and frustration are only the first two steps, not really a harm, but to the third step is significantly significant. The mind is often sequential like that, but since we don't usually care for or speak easily, there is no practice of the pure method or the four foundations of mindfulness of the Blessed One, so what happens when the mind arises too quickly is not enough? Remember to observe it so it spontaneously. Because we lack memory to control the mind, we feel like aversion arises immediately, while we often encounter situations of dissatisfaction, not really, you have to go sequentially as mentioned above.
Want to stop the yard has many Venerable taught that when you know your yard, immediately recite the number of news, ie counting the breath. According to me when I came to the yard, few people are still lucid to recite anything, because of lack of memory, so for the bad subject to penetrate into the mind, no longer lucid in the beginning, how can there be enough insight? to recite when the anger has arisen in the mind already. In my opinion people need to have memory to prevent discontent arising. If when one knows that discontent has arisen, one should recite one of the 40 meditation entries. The reason that people can stop dissatisfaction here is because dissatisfaction can not make the mind vibrate strongly, the memory can restrain the mind. When we have recited a topic, that is, we are trying to bring our mind out of the situation we are in, I mean to bring our mind out of the topic which makes us dissatisfied. Discontent is like the matches of a match.
Who wants to win the pitch, should follow the law of patience.
2.- Method to extinguish the yard
When the yard arises, we extinguish immediately. For ease of understanding I would like for example. Discontent, like the matches of a match, can be extinguished; if not extinguished while the fire is still in the match state, but to get to an annoying stage, the fire will start to burn; fire can still be cured; but come here, if we do not cure in time, the fire will burn to the wall; If the fire on the wall is like a yard, if it cannot be cured, it will burn to the roof like a fire of anger. When you come to the roof without calling a fire engine, the fire will burn out the house, fire so intense, it is difficult to extinguish; Come here that fire is like resentment.
As mentioned above, when a person is angry, he is no longer lucid enough to judge anything. The person lacks the two dharmas, memory and knowing oneself, so that evil items can enter the mind. The fact that our minds act so quickly, there's nothing comparable, and we lack memory and don't know ourselves, the more dangerous. When our mind is angry, fighting with others, there is a very short moment in our mind that becomes calm, perceives everything, that is lucid, if we have enough memory and know ourselves , to take advantage of that opportunity to suppress hatred means that we avoid going elsewhere, especially to recite a meditation subject, or to observe the sins with the wisdom; and think of impermanence, suffering, non-self, when seeing our mind will be calm.
In fact, in this world, everyone has the opportunity to float, but few people can continue the pitch for 30 consecutive minutes. If so, then surely it will not be tired after that. And while such a yard also has a short time the mind is quiet.
If you want to avoid the pitch, then you should try to watch the mind to extinguish, when dissatisfied, or when the yard is right we should capture any opportunity to escape it, if we can not win it.
In short, if we want to stop standing in the yard, then we should have memory and know ourselves, to prevent it from being born in our minds.
3.- Method to eliminate the Yard
This method is a method of teaching the mind to become calm in situations and to keep the mind cool. When we teach our minds to be calm and cool in situations that make us angry, not only will we be happy and happy, but also our wives, children, relatives, friends, and associates I also happily spread.
In addition to the above three methods, to treat the yard, I would like to solve three more methods:
a) - See whether or not anything is a problem. I mean by thinking with the mind that everything that comes to us is not a concern. For example, if someone yells at you, you should think: Don't know what they say? If I did not make it in time, please say it again. If not, because I have heard clearly, we should find out why that person yelled at us? The most important thing is to admit it by yourself. Moreover, it should be thought: he is being burned by the yard of the fire, so he cannot bear to scold me; we should be patient, where to start fighting with the insane, moreover we Disciple Buddha, He taught the yard is the source of sins of reincarnation, He often taught sentient beings should give up, but I am the disciple of He should follow His word to repay all the grace, we should not allow intellectuals to criticize and disgust people. When people think like that, the heart is no longer so busy,
b) - Spread out kindness.  When our mind is caused by the case of aversion, we must immediately spread compassion to the character who makes us angry; That pity is kindness in Buddhism. We should think: hatred makes people lose their temper and do bad things, even good qualities. People because of the anger of the yard should be miserable, unable to bear it, should reveal beyond what the intellectuals criticize. So we should not be so angry, on the contrary should pity him more. If we do not avoid it, then we will enter the courtyard like that, and will make fun of the world. And that is the source of our reincarnation.
Remind you that all of a sudden, we can't spread love, when we have a problem that makes us angry. Why? Because if we want to spread loving-kindness, then at least we have to practice our mind of kindness, before meeting the situation that makes us angry, if we have to go to the place where we have to spread loving-kindness, it is redundant. Must have had kindness beforehand; one who never recites kindness, but who disperses kindness, certainly has no result, such as one who wants to fight fire, without reserves of water, or like someone who is thirsty to dig a new well.
c) - Meditation . If anyone is involved in meditation, then knowing to meditate is a method to calm the mind from aroused calm. As I said above, our mind is in a state of frustration, because it is stimulated by external circumstances, so the impatience distracts the mind.
Buddha taught the mind of a person to never be silent like a fish with water or a monkey in the forest. Monkey never sit still. The same goes for our mind, never having to stay in one place, it is still unruly in the mundane scenes, because in the mundane scene, the mind is not calm. So the only method is to calm the mind, as well as want the monkey not to jump from tree to tree, only one method is to tie it somewhere. So the practitioner wants his mind to stay in one place, then the only method is to meditate, that is, to recite one of the 40 items that the Buddha taught.
I would like for example: our mind is like a monkey, a pillar to tie a monkey is like a topic to recite, and the memory is no different from a monkey's rope, the intelligence is like a monkey columnist who always sees a monkey. must be tied further, constant wisdom observes that the mind is still motivated by something and seeks to eliminate it. When the mind has been tamed, it is rarely dominated by external circumstances, if any it is possible to awaken itself, because it is accustomed to the framework.
If you say pitch but not to UPANÃHA, it is not called completely. So here I would like to give you an extra prize.
UPANÀHA defilement means obstinate. This defilement is a branch of the yard, rarely exposed as the yard because it belongs to the dependent class. But in the middle it brought us harm a lot.
In summary, 3 important things about the mind are:
1.- KODHA: Yard.
2.- DOSA: Anger, that is, anger means harming people by all means possible. This belongs to the central part of the poisonous greed, anger, and delusion.
3.- BHYÀPÀDA: Pillar of hatred, meaning when there is anger but nothing can be done: try to keep it in mind, wait for any convenient occasion, you will do, no matter how many years.
The three afflictions mentioned above are very closely related, while there is no UPANàHA. But when the mind of anger arises, stop at that place, do not go to anger, but it is not suppressed and still holds in mind. So this defilement is not the main role in anger. Moreover, there are people who have anger and hatred, never harboring anger, so little talk about UPANÀHA: Stubborn anger in the mind.
If someone asks: What  is the origin of the obstinate? Why is UPNÀHA still being angry?
Answer :  Stubborn anger (anger) is a separate part of KODHA: anger (anger) creates. We can for example: The boss is KODHA (yard), while UPANàHA obstinate is the secretary. Then you see clearly the stubbornness of holding on to what the heart gives. When the yard receives and assigns UPANàHA to hold many things, it will go to DOSA: anger (anger will solve later). If the person cannot stop standing in the yard, then anger will follow immediately. The idea is that we need to identify how the bigotry and hatred are different . A stubborn person is someone who never thinks of beating someone they have been angry with, but never will they make up with him. Or if you talk to him just because it's social, don't be sure to never help, when the other person needs to be helped.
As for the pillar of hatred, on a stubbornly obstinate, it means not communicating with the person they are angry with but also trying to harm them, in any case, if given the opportunity to bring them.
The harm of persistent anger (anger) is:
1.-  Make the mind not peaceful , cause the mind to move, remember the person making it angry, so the mind will lose its temper. The person who allows the bigotry in his heart is no different from the one who knows that he is with the wild animals, knows that he will eat us in any case convenient for him, so he is always worried.
2.- The  mind is devastated , as in the case of someone who has persisted in anger at others, when meeting him in a deserted place, or in a public place, he feels in his heart the difficulty of breathing and wants to avoid his face. People also persevere in the heart like a person suffering from cancer, growing bigger and bigger, because the mind is increasingly obsessed with anger, losing its insight and ability to work.
3.-  Harm to life . People who are often stubbornly angry or have a lot of hatred and cause karma. At least everyone stays away, even though their relatives don't like them. People who are often angry and stubborn as a bomb explode slowly, don't know when they explode, then ask if anyone dares to get close. Therefore, his life is lonely, no friends, when there is no need to help.
4.-  Harmful for employment . The work of the yard and the obstinate is often hindered, because there are no people to help and also because the yard should not work skillfully.
The yard and the bigot is often natural, everyone knows from learning. But the method of eliminating the pitch and the obstinate must learn and the more you must try to work hard for it because this is the method of liberation.
Question :  What should people do to prevent and extinguish yard fire?
Answer :  Here I solve the most simple and effective method, if you can practice, the result will be too desirable.
Every fire-fighting person shall immediately cure the burning fire, as well as those who wish to eradicate or extinguish the yard must first extinguish the place of its arising. So first we should ask ourselves: Why are we angry? then we see: Because we accept this is us. My fame. I am a person with authority, wealth, a reputation in society, etc. ... Because we accept us like that, whoever touches on what we are, we are angry and persist in anger.
We think to ourselves: We are offended. If we do not return it, people criticize us as shy, weak, and terrified.
For fear of losing face. Because of these three arguments, people become angry and persistent. So who wants to not anger and not obstinate, must eliminate the origin of the yard in my heart first, that is to eliminate the self.
First of all we should know what we are.
According to the Buddha, we are four elements. It is because of the self that we should create good or evil karma and that karma makes samsara. Beings for this self should suffer, not to mention unspeakable. What makes us accept is that we, which are not us, because it often changes, bring us misery. When we die we cannot take that one with us. When he sees clearly like this, then he does not because of the self to do sin and not because life makes the mind of sin create sin.
If the person wants to end the game and the bigotry, they should follow two measures:
1.- Termination of the field. The first thing, want to end the yard should immediately kill our mind, because our mind is like a firefighter curing the original fire and not extinguishing the head of the fire. So we should practice patience, compassion first and always have a mind in us.
People live for life more than they live for themselves. So when a character touches me, it makes me dissatisfied, sometimes people also want to not get angry, but think that if I hold fast, people think I'm stupid, I'm afraid and so on. Therefore, he resisted and then caused an injustice and hatred, so in the end, he only lived for the world. If people endure, everything is still. But people do not know where, when we fight against the external situation to win it, we also afflicted inside, is the yard already. If we lose the external situation, it is only a little uncomfortable, if we lose the inner affliction is the yard, we will be miserable forever not know what to do, meaning when we win the character that makes the yard. , then we also cause unjust resentment and sins about the future. Buddha taught that ATTANAM JITAM SEYYO: to win over yourself is noble. The Buddha himself is mind.
So we are Buddhists should try to win our mind called absolute victory, because when winning the mind is okay, there is no injustice of hatred, no fear of revenge, the mind is relaxed, calm and to the place of resolution exit.
2.- Making up with the character you were angry about . What I mean is that when we are not angry, or already angry, but we don't accept resentment, come back to do good and help the character that we were angry (angry). If we want not to be angry, the simplest method is that we will accept everything: the fault is due to us, the reason we resent and resent us because we are afflicted, so we still reincarnate, should there be anger, hatred, etc. ... If we no longer have afflictions, there is no confusion in this world, then there is no suffering so we should try to practice quickly to run away from this pool of samsara.
Next KODHA and UPANÀHA persistence (anger) DOSA: anger. DOSA in Sanskrit means harming people. I mean to kill people or make people dissipate property such as burning houses, or buoying for prisoners, etc ... in short, makes people suffer, loss, shame.
Please understand that: It is not anger that hurts others. On the contrary, first of all, he harms himself and the angry person does not know. Why so? Because anger is the person suffering from this burning heat of disturbing emotions in the Mind, it is impossible to bear to use words or deeds to reduce the frustration in the mind, so the person who is angry is the one who suffers before harmed. There are times when we do harm to people not to be more miserable and more upset. Ordinary people who get angry quickly get old, so we can see that their life span is reduced, and how beautiful he is becomes ugly. So we should pity the anger rather than resent them, and we should also try to avoid being angry. Said to be toxic, anger never brings happiness and happiness to yourself.
To make it easier to see and understand, for example, a car has a speed of 120 or 200 kilometers per hour. A good driver never runs at full speed, he only runs 8 or 9 dozen kilometers per hour. If you run at its full speed, the car certainly can not withstand up to a month, because the car is not damaged, the driver certainly no longer.
That car is like a human. Because every person has a certain amount of potential power. If you use the full level of energy several times, then you will be sick. This is to say that when the person is not angry, the body parts of the person work normally, but when the pitch comes up, the parts of the body work increase at a faster rate. Therefore, the angry person has more power, can do heavy things that can not do when the yard is not. But after that, I felt very tired. Therefore, anger is bad for one's health.
Anger has the ability to harm such physical health, let alone the virtue of human conduct, such as filial piety, patience, compassion, etc., when anger is the anger Consciousness will often be extinguished.
The harm of greed like the flood. If the flood comes of course there is damage, but there are still few objects left. But the harm of anger is like burning houses; When the house was on fire, it was hard to have anything left, maybe there was only a pile of coal.
This anger is a kind of fire hotter than the fire, although the hot substance of the atom must not be equal. The fire outside only scorches our body hotly, don't fire the afflictions that burn our heart and make us have to be born in 4 paths of evil.
EXECUTIVE SHADOW
Buddhists sure everyone hears and learns that alms, except greed, precepts to eradicate anger, the wisdom of ignorance or delusion.
In my opinion, observance of the precepts is just a wall of anger, as well as fear of a house fire built of brick walls to prevent outside fire, or as well as building a cage to temporarily lock lions. But the truth of the fire is still fire, and the lion is still an immortal lion; but the fire did not burn the house because the wall and the lion did not eat because he was locked up: When the wall was broken, the cage was broken, the fire still burned the house, the lion still ate people. Thus anger is only prevented or restrained, don't turn off completely and not die. So, maintaining the precepts is not called quelling anger completely.
Only two methods: From and Bi, is the method to extinguish anger anger. Because Xu is want to be happy. Bi is pitying sentient beings and constantly thinking of helping sentient beings from misery.
The kind-hearted state is action in order to benefit sentient beings; the duty is to benefit sentient beings; the most noble fruit is to eliminate hatred and hatred for sentient beings; and having the place of birth, it is clear that all beings love us just like we love ourselves. Therefore, a kind-hearted person will never torment others.
Compassion has a state of helping people who are suffering, that is, helping to stop suffering for others; the duty is unbearable to see people suffering without saving; it is true that never tormenting others even though he has made himself miserable; and there is a place where birth is to see beings suffering in samsara like those who are on fire around them with no way to escape, and there is no one to be merciful to rescue them. Therefore, people with compassionate heart always take care of those who are in accidents or misery.
Compassion and compassion are methods of teaching the temper of temper and anger to become cool. One can say that the precepts are a lion's pen, and compassion is a method of teaching the lions to be gentle.
As for practice, one cannot use compassion to extinguish the mind of anger. Do not say that using compassion in the meantime, it is while anger does not remember the sound of compassion, then how to quell anger. When anger subsides, remember compassion.
That said, I did not criticize the teachings of Buddhism, because I myself tried to apply the above method to try to use compassion in the pitch, I really could not suppress the pitch easily, because the mind of ordinary compassion to the heart of anger, such as fire engines always come after the fire, when the car to suppress the fire, the damage is more or less already.
So in the teaching of compassion is the method of eradication and anger already wrong?
A:  No! But I say this in a different way. I say that people who want to eradicate anger must at least train the mind to be compassionate first. As one has to learn to meditate on the subject of compassion in order to be proficient, to make the mind cool enough to meet anger without anger, is called a person with a compassionate mind and can quench anger. People with a compassionate heart like people who are afraid of a house fire should build high walls and build houses with bricks and tiles; It is not allowed to have a fire extinguisher in the home, whereas a fire extinguisher is in the house. About such as a fence. Memory is like home, compassion is like a fire extinguisher.
People who want to prevent anger should first prevent and extinguish ARATI: grievances. Removal of grievances is not difficult. When people know that we have discontent, then leave somewhere else is smooth. It automatically stopped.
Grievances such as matches, we can blow them out easily, but unfortunately people do not put them out right away. If we let it go to anger, it is like burning matches. When the fire is burning to the wall is the yard fire, if we do not turn it off, then to the roof as if the anger is difficult to cure.
So we should be careful even though the matches are not easy to lighten, must be extinguished immediately when found.
PRESTIGE
After hatred is hatred. Sanskrit called BYÀPÀDA means anger and harm people mean to say the anger column to have the opportunity to harm people.
The fruit of hatred
There are many people who think the column of hatred is a good thing. For those who harm their relatives, they must take revenge as duty. So he tried to find a position to hurt the enemy who was angry.
Do not say but everyone knows the meaning of the column should be exempted. BYÀPÀDA means column of hatred, meaning the column that sticks with the person you have anger into mind intentionally makes him suffer any case, any situation.
When a person has already tied his hatred, the mind is always bohemian, and anxious to find a way to make the enemy suffer.
According to Sanskrit the word BYÀ means harm. PàDA is the action that is the act of making people suffer.
People because of ignorance cover up thinking that we harm people, he will suffer misery, it is worth it. He delighted with his actions. But on the contrary it is a very wrong understanding. Because the person who suffers first and foremost is the one who makes others miserable, not those who are miserable. When someone ties his hatred with another person, he has already brought harm into his heart first. So what are the things that the columnist of hatred has?
A : The columnist of enmity often loses his temper, his mood changes incessantly, when reciting Buddha's name, he cannot make his mind calm, his mind constantly dull. If a person has the mind when he sees that his mind is unclear, the happiness is greatly reduced, especially the good deeds in his mind also slowly destroy, and the moral precepts and meditation become more and more diminished, when things like rings Complaints, compassion, memory, knowing oneself and virtue are gone, so that he can harm others, because there is no good dharma in the mind. As explained above, we must have noticed the harm in our hearts first, because all our good things are destroyed, like a bomb. When the bomb exploded, it was unknown whether others were harmful or not known, or if the harm was to an unpredictable extent, But the most devastating thing is that the bomb itself is not in shape anymore. The one who holds up his hatred and harms the person knows not where he can harm him, but he is the most disadvantaged, like a bomb.
The one who ties up with someone who resists and then closes his own home does not allow the peaceful benefit to enter his home. What I mean is that when someone has a hatred for someone, he never wants to see him and his heart is clearly upset that his benefits are stopped. Therefore, the Buddha taught in the five dharmas called obstacles that there is a pillar of hatred.
The one who has already tied his hatred has fewer and fewer good friends, and the former friends are also shunned.
The greater the person should consider and realize the harm of anger and stubborn hatred; because that is the greatest harm caused by disturbing emotions. When you have done this great nature, the intellectuals are alienated, of course will not do anything other than failure. People with a lot of anger and hatred are like silkworms who spin their silk and wrap themselves up, ending their life for silk. Many people with hatred and hatred are defeated in every situation because of that.
If there is no hatred in this world, then it is a world with much joy. The Buddha taught: Is ABHÀPA JJHAM SAKKAM LOKE. Means: No harm to each other, no resentment, is peace in this world.
The column of hatred can be divided into three categories:
1.- Pillar of hatred tries to harm people, because he has harmed us.
2.- Pillar of hatred tries to harm people, because he has harmed his relatives.
3.- Pillar of hatred tries to harm people, because he helps the person we hate.
The outburst of resentment due to three other things is:
1.-  Heavy : Harming people because people offend us.
2.-  Mid-range:  Harming people because people cause trouble for their loved ones.
3.-  Light weight : Harms people because they are on the side of the people they hate.
Those who have the wisdom to realize the harm of hatred and hatred as energetic above, please try to cultivate the dharma:
1.- Memory.
2.- Know yourself.
3.- Patience.
4.- Compassion.
5.- About the world.
6.- Take meditation.
These are the treatments to the Han Xin. END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).GOLDEN AMITABHA MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.14/3/2020.
