1. Awareness: The knowing of the eye. Because this consciousness relies on the Eye-consciousness, initiating the discriminating effect on rupa, it is called "Awakening-consciousness".

2. Auricularism: The knowing of the ear. Because this consciousness is based on the sense-consciousness, which initiates the discriminatory effect on tranquility, it is called "consciousness".

3. Technique: The know of the nose. Because this consciousness relies on the base of consciousness, which initiates the discriminating effect on the ceiling flavor, it should be called "the mind".

4. Real knowledge: The know of riding. Because this consciousness is based on Radical consciousness, initiating the discriminatory effect on mote, it is called "Loss of consciousness".

Because he wants to make it easier for learners to remember, in the Noble Eightfold Noble Method, Xuanzang Mage has made three recitations summarizing the following five formulas. The first two verses are said to say these five things while still in the human position, the third one is to say when going to the Saint.

In the realms of Education, there are all five consciousness. In the Land of Formation, there are only 3 consciousness left: Eye, Auricular and Body.

Talking about the mental state, these 5 forms correspond to 34 dishes: 5 onions, 5 scene dishes, 11 dishes of goodness, 2 dishes of Chinese depending on, 8 dishes of custom and 3 dishes of disturbing basics: Tham, yard , Si.

THE SOLUTION

THE SOLUTION

In this consciousness there is no "Basic mind" but only "Hau privileged". When the feet are like, it only transforms the parts of the two legs like (Chanh is not chon like and France is not chon like) that charming, can not directly be predestined; because it does not have "base of mind", so it cannot be predestined.

When witnessing the Holy fruits, it is also impossible to say, "The five conditions are predestined to be like," let alone in the monk.

Until the eighth consciousness has just changed into Dai Dai Canh Tri (Minh minh primary), the five forms become smuggled. At that time, these five consciousnesses had the effect of revealing three types of bodies to transform and eliminate the samsaric suffering for sentient beings.

Sentence "Venerable General is not consistent": The Prime Minister's feet are changed as if grace. The word "General does not" is General Self and not French means Chon as (second not as Chon). The word "Quan" is predestined. Meaning: This posthumous position only changes the feet as the charm.
