Lesson 7:  TEN RELIGION OF BUDDHISM IN CHINA (CONTINUED)
FRENCH HOA TON or THIEN THAI TON.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH CHAN TANH.

I. STARTING UP TON RESERVATION
Thien Thai Ton was initiated from Bac Te by Hue Van Zen master based on the set of Reasoning that established the law "Nhut tam tam bar". This custom is transmitted to the Southern Musician Zen Master Zen Master. Hue Hui passed to Tri Gia again in Thien Thai mountain. Mr. Tri Gia is a great teacher, according to the Lotus Sutra, in addition to the legal "Nhut Tam Tam Quan" was completed and established a prestigious sect at Thien Thai Mountain. Therefore the new name Thien Thai Ton (or call France Hoa Ton). The great disciple of Tri Jia, Mr. Chuong An Dai, recorded the words of the teacher, made many valuable treatises, to be the basis for Thien Thai Ton, such as the Dharma Flower of the Legendary, the French Pattern. owl, Ma ha only shop. From Chuong An, the teachings of this religion have been propagated forever through the great disciples, in the following order: Mr. Tri Oai, Mr. Hue Oai, Mr. Huyen Minh and Mr. Tram Nhien.
In the lifetime of Tram Nhien, also known as the Venerable Kinh Khue, the teachings and principles of Thien Thai revered and spread many more influences, because Mr. Tram Nhien was a high monk, educated, understood, and supplemented. Additional commentary and commentary for the basic treatises of religion are completed. From Tram Nhien onwards, there have always been disciples who have the virtue of spreading the meaning of this religion.
Thien Thai scriptures of many religions, of which three can be selected as the basis for this religion are: France Hoa Huyen Nghia, France Hoa owls, Ma ha shop. In addition, five more small sets, though not as important as the three ones above, are also essential for cultivators: Quan Yin Legend, Quan Yin Meaning, Kim Quang Minh Legend, Kim Quang Minh Literature. owls and shops.
II. RELIGION AND BASIC TEACHING
Like other religions in Buddhism, Thien Thai religious does not go beyond the basic teachings of Buddha. That is: "The only method of mind". The greatest merit of Thien Thai Ton is to clarify the above doctrine by a method of very sophisticated interpretation.
Why is it called "The only method of mind"? According to Thien Thai Ton, there are no dharmas outside the mind. The mind is necessarily the dharma, necessarily the dharma. The two are not different, but they are not the same. The mind embraces everything. Mind means being, the mind is also Bodhisattva, Buddha. Birth and death are also in that mind, Nirvana is in that mind.
But how to perceive the aspects of the mind, which just heard through the seemingly contradictory, contradictory.
In order to see the whole mind, the observer must stand in many aspects, many different points of view and look at:
- If we take the absolute aspect and consider things (or say in the Buddhist term, in terms of the base), then seeing things in the universe, there is no thing that can stand on its own. and existence, everything depends on each other that exists, everything cannot be separate, everything is predestined. The "yes" of things is a temporary false, "yes" but also like "no". Standing on the aspect of absolute that there is no one method is absolute at all. So it is called "no".
But if you consider the relative aspect (or say the Buddhist word is a mundane aspect), then it is impossible to say that everything is completely "no". Before our eyes, there must be everything, and each thing has a limit, a separate life, why say it is completely "no"? So in terms of treatment, everything is not missing something.
Standing on the absolute side, all things are "no?"; On the relative side, everything is "yes". "No" and "yes", these are the two aspects of mind. Taking this aspect and leaving that aspect, or on the contrary taking that aspect, abandoning this aspect are all natural attachments and shortcomings. A complete teaching is to accept both. That is the middle way. Must be the middle way, can declare: "The mind is the most necessary, the most practical is the mind; the mind is samsara, which is also pure Nirvana. "
Thus the mind is full of attributes: good and evil, pure and impure, Buddha and sentient beings. In the realms of birth and impermanence, there is still the reason of not being eternal; in Ta ma realm, there is still the realm of Buddha. That is the meaning of the sentence "dharma disciplines" that this religion often advocates. "Tanh Tánh" means that nature always has enough dharma, such as wholesome and evil, pure and impure, etc. Because of all the dhammas, how will the result be like that? . Want to become a Buddha, then tu Nhon Buddha, and want to be sentient beings then create Nhon. Beings who want to become Buddhas only eliminate bad karma and return to cultivate good karma.
And also because there are all dharma s, so in each of the dharmas there are all six dharmakaya precepts (hell, hungry ghost, animal being, tu la, Nhon, Thien) and four saints (Thanh) Literature, Pratyekabuddha, Bodhisattva and Buddha).
Because of the policy: "The dharma disciplines' nature", and each of the ten precepts, there are ten dharma precepts, so the concept of austerities of Thien Thai religious is more optimistic than other religions. In any dharma realm, even in the dark, any suffering can be practiced and accomplished. So there is no need to give up one realm, to be born in another realm to be able to practice and become a Buddha.
III. METHOD OF COMPLIANCE
The part of Thien Thai's religious policy as mentioned above is somewhat optimistic and easy: in the current realm, there are enough realms and saints who want to become Buddha, Bodhisattvas just sow (cultivate) to become Buddhas. , Bodhisattva. That is about theory. But in practice is not so easy.
First of all, we have to identify the real situation of beings as a situation that is covered with many delusions, or in Buddhist terminology, it is "obstacle" or "or". Eliminating those "obstacles" or "or" is the main job of austerities. But to eliminate those dangerous aggressors, we must first find out how they are, their actions and the scope of their activities. Obstacles, delusion or these are numerous, but can be divided into three categories, from shallow to deep, from narrow to wide. That is either opinion, or sa sa and or ignorance.
1. Private  opinion or: Private opinion or nouns are for or or private opinions or. Ants or delusions to reason, which obscure our minds, do not make it clear that truth is rational; from or ie the delusion about things, that is the attachment of attachment to things, circumstances. Because of the two things that are deluded in reason and this, sentient beings must be reborn between three worlds. These delusions are often referred to as internal delights, that is, the sentient beings of the three precepts. The Second row has only discovered this type of delusion, but it does not recognize further delusions or "or". Therefore, when they practice and eliminate these "or", they will only get out of the three realms.
2. Tran sa or:  Tran sa literally means dust. Tran sa is either one or more uncountable, like dust. Indeed, the dhammas in the world and in the world are immeasurable, so much delusion is also immeasurable. Those who are narrow-minded and unable to find the cause of those "or", should panic before the death or dare to generate great compassion to save sentient beings. Only the Bodhisattva ranks except for that fascination, so Tran sa or also called or; and because it is vast, outside of all three worlds it is also called the foreign or.
3. Ignorance or: The  word ignorance generally means delusion. The delusion also has many shallow and deep, narrow and broad, coarse and subtle steps. Theravada goods also use the word ignorance, but Mahayana goods also use ignorance. But ignorance in the concept of Hinayana is the delusion that obscures the sentient beings from seeing the root of suffering, sorrow, the cause of samsara. And ignorance in the sense of Mahayana and Thien Thai Ton's special is the delusion that obscures the true truth of the Middle Way. Ignorance or here has such a broad sense, so called the foreign or; and only the Bodhisattva goods can eliminate it, so it is also called or.
For treatment with three or this, Thien Thai established three legal shops are: No shop, Quan and Trung Quan.
THREE FRAMEWORK : These three dharma sins were originally Tue Văn drawn from the shelves in the Chinese Commentary of Long Tho Bodhisattva. That shelf is as follows:
The predestined cause of birth
Self-depreciation theory
Her name is fake
Herons Central religion means.
(The French name being predestined, so I said no, but also a fake name, which is also the meaning of the Middle Way).
For Thien Thai Ton, the three legal management is a key part of the practice. If you do not practice these three customs, there is no way to achieve it. Three measures, as mentioned above: No shops, fake shops and Central shops; meaning the legal means also No, also means Fake, also means Chinese.
1. No consistent:  Not consistent is on the stand of the feet that contemplate things. According to the feet of truth, the dhammas are not, but beings because of delusion is not clear, accept is real. So that there are private ideas or, and forever reeling in samsara of samsara. Now must use Not consistent but destroy the delusion of attachment, cut off all attachments (except for comments and opinions) to be free from samsara.
2. Fake restaurant:  Fake restaurant is on the mundane aspect that observes things. The law, though not and not possessed, but standing on the secular view, then see the nature of capital that is enough of the law, like thousands of states, not lacking any dharma. This custom may be able to eradicate Tran Sa or, because the practitioner knows that or though it is as much as dust, but all are fake, so do not be afraid of that many, and persevere in the vow to give birth to all beings. .
3. Central Consent: The  Central Consensus is standing on the aspect of truth to contemplate the Dharma. Middle or First means that the truth is the most truthful, nothing more, the truth of truth, summed up, including all other truths. When standing on the feet or mundane contemplation of things, it is not without reaching the truth; but that truth is only revealed in one aspect or another. And those facts, if there is no consensus, become contradictory. Thanks to the Trung Quan, we can see the same aspect of both Yes and No at once, clearly realizing the dhammas, which are neither Chon nor T customs, Chon, or Continuous, through both, without obstacles. This custom will eliminate ignorance or ultimate, ultimate.
These three customs can be practiced in many ways:
- Or shop by class, from No to fake China. This style of shop is called the three empires of the calendar, the second, or the Prime Minister, or the Special Church.
- Or shop according to the general way. According to the latter way, consistent one empire that three bases are enough, three ie one. For example: contemplation of No, all times are None; China and China are also not; fake France, all are fake; No, Trung is also Jia; consistent with the Chinese Method, all of Trung's time; No, Jia is also Zhong.
- Or shop in the way of Vien Dung; Vien means full, Dung means harmony. According to this custom, using one mind at the same time cultivating the three methods, that is, in one mind, all three methods are sufficient and not preventing each other. Such a shop is called "Nhat Tam Tam Quan", a custom of teachers. The three best minds are the most marvelous. It is through this custom that the practitioner receives directly for a moment all aspects of the mind (which is also of all things), as clear as when we stand in the mirror and have just realized the light of the mirror (for example free), the mirrors reflected in the mirror (for example), and the nature of the mirror quality (for example). Three things: light, reflection and the nature of the mirror are all full, all shown at the same time but still content, not hindering each other. The logic of the three truths is that virtue is available in the ten dharmas, not a thing,
Practitioners when mature, will come to the following conclusion:
Truthfulness, mind and matter, intimate relationships such as wetness, water and waves. Legs for example, for wet, Mind for water, Materials for waves. In addition to the wet nature, there is no water; abroad no signal. In addition to the legs as without mind, in addition to the mind there is no thing. Truth like, mind and matter are not separate, nor is it one, nor is it different.
IV. TOO TU TUAN
As mentioned above, due to the discovery of "One-Tam Tam Quan", Thien Thai Ton has an optimistic concept of evidence. Indeed, when you have realized that your legs are as if they were right in any object, ordinary, holy, pure, impure mode, you don't need to be born in another pure realm to practice, nor can you It takes a long time for spiritual practice to become a Buddha. Even in the present time, if you understand the meaning of the Middle Way and start cultivation, you will be Buddha already. This is the meaning of Thien Thai Ton proposed in the policy of "Six Buddhas".
1. News of the Buddha , including: Ly News of Buddha, Name of the Buddha, Quan Hanh, Buddha, Equivalent news, Buddha, News, Buddha.
a) Buddha's  reason : That is the meaning. Understand the meaning that the Buddha taught in the sentence "Beings are sufficient Buddha nature, and the Tathagata are no different"; or in the sentence, "All beings are Buddha"; understand that reason is Buddha.
b) The name of the Buddha:  The name here is the sutras, or sermons that he has learned or heard, and he has clearly understood, "All dharma s are Dharma." The name of Buddha means the meaning of receiving the nature of the universal universe through scriptures and texts, that is, the Buddha.
c) Quan Hanh Buddha:  Quan is contemplation. Happiness is austerities, actions; say a general way: contemplation of the Buddha means to practice according to the Buddha's teaching ie Buddha.
d) Similarity to Buddha: The  similarity here means that while we are practicing, we have not yet been able to realize the nature, but our mind has been quiet, where reason has imagined that Tuong has witnessed it. should call the equivalent of Buddha. Coming here is the Buddha's 10 followers, which belongs to the inner world (the inner wife of the interior religion).
d) The Buddha's testimony:  According to Thien Thai Ton, ignorance is like a dense curtain of 41 layers; every time thanks elaborately austerities, breaking a class, that is a part of the Middle Way. That is the meaning of the Buddha's witness. Coming here is up to the levels of 10, 10, 10 and 10.
e) The end of the Buddha is the end:  The end means gaining the last anger, witnessing the ultimate miracle, that is, to the Noble sense, The mind is full. Coming here means that you will be confused with the Buddha or Buddha.
We should remember that this "Sixth Buddha" distinguishes Li and Difference. About Ly, the newcomer began to step on the first and the first to each Friday, are equally equal, nothing more, because nature is one and all sentient beings are Buddha. The reason gives practitioners excitement, on the way to practice, not being depressed, not sad to blame yourself for being a fruition and rotten.
But about the matter, the higher and lower ranks are orderly, the new practitioner and the one who has attained Buddhahood cannot be equal and equal. A spiritual practitioner understands this way so that he does not generate the upper heart, claiming to be Buddha as a Saint on his spiritual path.
Regarding the truth, only those who have attained the sixth fringe, that is, the salvation, are truly Buddhist names, because only the Buddha has three, three, Buddha.
2. Three positions:  Three positions ie necessarily Tri, Dao racial position and necessarily strains.
a) Necessity:  This position knows all things are not born; Know the name, general measures of the interior and exterior, know no self and fall. This position the tu Hinayana, after the results were obtained. And according to Thien Thai Ton, it is due to the practice of No Consistency.
b) Dao  Tri position: This position clearly knows it is all legal, but there is a false way, due to the predestined harmony. The mind above (necessarily consensual) just smoothly over the legal not being. Instead of distinguishing the Dharma from dependent origination. Because it is unclear the cause of the arising of such dharmas, it is impossible to use the dharma of the Buddhas to initiate good varieties for all sentient beings, and do not dare to make a broad vow to save sentient beings. So there must be a new moral race to destroy the world sa, or have a strong mind to save sentient beings. This position only the Bodhisattva can have, and by that fake.
c) Necessity of knowledge: This mind knows that all dhammas are the right path, knows the dhamma of the Buddhas and all the races (the seed when creating the karma) of all sentient beings, clever or, thorough truth of the law. This position is the location of Buddha, due to achievements that Consistency.
Proof of this three positions is thanks to the practice of three methods: No, Fake, Chinese. Because these three customary customs have different schedules and members, so when the evidence is clear, there are also different classes and classes. Three positions have a class, meaning achievements sequentially from necessarily set, to the ethical race, finally to necessarily strains.
Three classes are not class ie three simultaneous achievements, due to the practice of "One mind one member".
The following paragraph, in the Ma ha Only one can summarize fully the meaning of the three positions mentioned above:
"The Buddha's wisdom enlightens the logic of No, as the realization of the Hinayana is called Necessity. Wisdom Buddha enlightened reason, as the perception of the Bodhisattva, known as Dao racial position. Tri-hue clarifies the whole reason No, Fake, Trung, thoroughly understands the dharmas, called Necessity of knowledge ... Three positions are given by one mind at the same time cultivating the three dharmas which become, knowing the three scenes of real concern. , the position that due to religious practices, so called location. That position is also Buddha. ”
3. Three virtues:  The tu tu results of Thien Thai Ton, not only have three Tri but also three Germany. The word "virtue" here is not understood in the ordinary sense of the world, but the virtue of Nirvana realm, meaning that it is sufficiently ordinary, blissful, self-falling and pure. These three virtues are:
a) Dharma body:  Dharma means the right form with the root of the universe. The Buddha thanks to relying on that framework that austerities become Buddha, the physical evidence of the universe, so called legal body.
b) Virtue Bat Nha:  That is the insight of the Buddha's senses, knowing that the dharmas are not eradicated, metaphysical tranquility, an equal level, no more or no less.
c) Duc Liberation:  Solving is not bound; Escape is beyond, is freedom at fear. Here, the Buddhas have been removed from the karma of binding karma, which is a realm of great liberation.
V. CONCLUSION
The four above representations of Thien Thai religion (predestined to establish the principle, principles and basic teachings, methods of practice, and enlightenment results), but do not elaborate on all aspects of religious design, but also gives readers a general idea of Thien Thai religious, a religion especially established in China and has spread influence to the countries of Mongolia, Japan, Cao Ly and Vietnam.
A special feature of this religion is in the dharma of "One-pointed mind of three contemplations". Thanks to these three disciplines, one clearly realizes the three aspects of the universal universe: Animals, Mind, and Truth-like things. Three things for example, waves, water and nature. The three things are not separate, nor is it one or the other and are still in communication, together in harmony: There is one all three, all three but can be reduced to one; if it is from a wave perspective, then water is also a wave and a wetness is also a wave; If standing in the water to consider, then waves are also water, but wetness is also water; If standing in terms of wetness, then the wave is also wet, but the water is also wet. If all three dimensions are considered, the three dimensions can be reduced to one; If you consider one aspect, you can still see all three.
Hopefully readers will ponder thoroughly, to realize the perhaps "first three news, first three". And that also means gradually going into the "first mind". END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).WORLD VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST ORDER=GOLDEN AMITABHA MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.12/1/2020.
