A. OPENING 

After having realized the truth of the world (the four foundations of mindfulness), determined to abandon evil according to goodness (the four righteous thoughts), the practitioner wants to go far on the path, needs to give himself a certain direction and there must be a determination to aim in the right direction, without looking horizontally, not looking forward to one or the other. The practitioner is determined to go one way, concentrating all his wishes, aspirations, wills, mental powers into it until he is satisfied with the new intention. 

Want to be like that, practitioners must follow the method "Four like intention", one of the methods of the Noble Truth below. 

B. BACKGROUND  

I. DEFINITIONS AS DEFINITELY 

Four as the intention is four meditation. To clarify that there are four means to help us achieve the Samadhi tam tam: (Right concentration), so it is also called the law. "As you like" is what you want. "Tuc" is the foot, meaning to rely on it also means to be complete. From the intention, the four means of taking refuge for the merits of meditation, the miraculous accomplishment is accomplished as desired. Because of that, should also call it by the four gods. The commentary on Amnesty Volume 25 says: " Why is it called deity? Because the meritorious merits of victory are based on these four conditions and are accomplished ". 

The four are: 

- Sex as the idea  

- Diligent as the intention 

- Single-minded as the intention 

- The shop is like the idea. 

II. INGREDIENTS AND CONTENTS OF THE MINIMUM AS PROVINCE  

1. Education as the idea:  Education is the desire. Desire earnestly, desire for the miracle, desire until it is fulfilled. That is called sexual contention. But desire for what? Why was a Buddhist but also "sex", still desires? 

First, we should clearly identify the nature of desire here. There is a desire to satisfy the nature, ambitions, that is to desire sin, to eradicate. There is a desire to be cherished, pure, like a desire to live a beautiful, noble life, to be freed from the sea of ​​life and death, that is a sensible and encouraging desire. Buddhists desire to achieve the dharma that they are cultivating, in order to advance to witness the Saints. This desire is very much needed for spiritual practitioners; If you do not want to be earnest, strong, it is difficult to reach the destination of liberation. This is also a very powerful rectification to dispel the misconception that Buddhists have to eradicate sex, but to eradicate means to kill everything, to kill all life. Actually, eradication here is a desire, to destroy the despicable desires, make people fall down to the lower ranks like animals, hell, but not even kill the will, wishes, good qualities of people. The future desire, Buddhists never forget, on the contrary, they pour out their minds towards the target they are aiming at, the dharma they are cultivating. Just as the worldly people love strong physical things, spiritual practitioners wishing to accomplish their meditation methods are just as strong. In this way, the new practitioner progresses on his spiritual path. Just as the worldly people love strong physical things, spiritual practitioners wishing to accomplish their meditation methods are just as strong. In this way, the new practitioner progresses forever on his spiritual path. Just as the worldly people love strong physical things, spiritual practitioners wishing to accomplish their meditation methods are just as strong. In this way, the new practitioner progresses on his spiritual path. 

2. Effort as the intention:  Effort is the mighty, specializing in the method of meditation we are cultivating. The above is just a wish. The desire no matter how beautiful without effort, effort, always persevering mind, that is, lack of vigor, the desire for eternity is just a desire for nothing. 

We should remember that diligence is not just the enthusiasm, effervescence in a moment, like the mass and fiery of the straw fire. Effort is the strong energy to practice, constantly, without interruption. In the Buddhist Sutta, the Buddha says: "... As someone who pulls a tree to take fire, the tree is not hot already, though it is difficult to get fire, it is impossible ." 

So people who want to see the result, must often diligently complete as they wish. 

3. Single-minded as the intention:  Single-mindedly is the one who specializes in the scene, never scattered. A large river, if divided many industries of course its flow is weak. On the contrary, a small stream, if only flowing one way, is enough to puncture the rock. The practitioner, the most specialized mind, is not scattered, all things are finished. Buddha taught: " As a person who holds water, cleverly keeps the embankment, so does the spiritual practitioner, so he has to practice meditation, don't let him move ." 

4. Consistent as opinion:  Quan means using wisdom to contemplate the dharma that you are cultivating. Contemplation is due to that arises, that position is the pure mind. Because of the pure so it can really communicate the true meaning (truth) of the law (universe). 

C. CONCLUSION 

Summary of the meaning and magic of the four ideals  

The reason of Education, Diligence, Single-mindedness and Quan-karma are all called As-will, because they are things for all the austerities of merit, the divine power to rely on that arises, according to the wishes of the practitioner. 

These four spells are like four successive steps, in order to bring the practitioner from the smuggled righteous possession, to the liberated smuggling human being: First of all, due to the constant desire (Education), the practice strong (Effort); thanks to the vigorous practice, negativity, dispersion, so the mind is most specialized (Single-minded), thanks to the one-pointed mind, the mind is pure and healthy (Quan), and has the ability to break the root. root ignorance.
