A. OPENING
There is a saying in the proverb: "Eat without worry, all of the treasures will be gone". Indeed, even if the money of the forest and the sea ate and sat down, the inheritance also had to dissipate. For rich and lazy people like that, let alone poor people, laziness is a very dangerous disease ...
- Farmers do not diligently plow, fertilize, slap water, wake up early at night, worry about everything, then in the rice season, it will surely fail, lack of money, shortage of debt, all year long. residue.
- The mechanic or the tailor is not diligent with the job, lazy to play and play for months of the year, because the money is not abundant so it is hard, until the illness becomes even more miserable.
- People who go to trade, do not diligently get up early, buy algae for sale, they must suffer losses and suffer losses for many days, bring debts to the stores, so they have to go to furniture stores and have a fortune.
In Buddhism, too, laziness is a sin. People who do not study diligently stay up late to meditate, contemplate, recite the Buddha's teachings, do not worry about propagating the Dharma. like that, I was not self-assured, how can I forgive! Currently does not benefit any religion, after death must pay debt to the owners of the na. In general, lazy people, whether in life or in religion, no matter what they do, will not succeed.
To avoid these harmful things, we must cultivate the Dharma effort.
B. BACKGROUND
I. DEFINITIONS
"Tinh" is an expert (purely) a thing without any interference. "Attack" is to move forward forever without stopping, interrupting or regressing.
The two words diligently speak in the common sense of diligence and diligence; according to the only learned method, diligence is one of eleven good mental states, not part of the crime. Therefore, those who diligently do wrong things such as diligently digging walls, gambling on alcohol are not diligent, but the only way to learn is called "distraction" (let go of lung)
II. INGREDIENT COMPOSITION
a) Diligently prevent evil. Meaning that the evils, until now I have not done, then from now on also diligently do not let it arise. For example, from when until now, we have never killed animals, robbed thieves fraudulently, teasing the moon, saying cruel lies and gambling, etc. ... then from here on we have to be sophisticated more tons, try to keep it from being born.
b) Diligent effort to eliminate evil that has arisen. Meaning that the evil that we have done before, we must strive to eradicate quickly, for example, if we accidentally create such crimes as greed, robbery, lust, and arrogant anger, now we must diligently do not let it grow any more, but must eliminate it quickly.
c) Diligence makes good things arise. Meaning that so far there have been good things we have not done, then we must be diligent for it to be discovered in action. For example, we have not done social good deeds for a long time, devoted ourselves to helping the poor and needy, or we have not taken refuge in the precepts, fasted for reciting Buddha's name, learning to listen to the sutras, etc. Today we must diligently make these good things arise.
d) Diligence makes good things grow. Means good things have arisen already, now we must diligently make it grow more. For example, we have already done charity works, now we do more, or we have taken refuge, now we must diligently take vows to uphold the precepts. If we have received the five precepts, now we must diligently cultivate the eight precepts ... In short, all the good deeds from real life to religion, what we have done must be diligent so that each day is developed. .
III. HOW MUCH TIED TO BE LEGAL?
Effort, like almsgiving and moral observance, has two aspects:
a) Being diligent in accepting generals. There are people in front of everyone, very diligent, wandering about doing this and other things, showing diligence and hard work to earn praise, but when no one looks at them, they are very helpful. There are people who fear people who scold, rebuked but diligently; but when he is free, no one can control it. There are people who are diligent with a spirit of eagerness to win, more determined than people to be proud.
Being diligent with an impure mind, such as for good name, for good, for fear, because of pride, etc. are all diligent in accepting the General, not in the spirit of Brahmin.
b) Being diligent in not accepting generals. Being diligent in not accepting the generals means being sincere in sincerity, not because of desire but because of many sins, so we are determined to correct them, feeling that we need to get out of reincarnation, so we need to urgently cultivate diligently . Diligent people do not accept generals, whether in the middle of the crowd or alone, whether someone reminds control or not, whether achieving high or low results etc. .. never change will and attitude his progress, but the goal is to free himself and his people from suffering of samsara.
IV. FORMULA OF TREE TREE OF BUDDHISM
Of all the great careers in life, or the glorious results in virtue, the only secret to success is diligent dharma. Being diligent as a petrol makes the car run. Even though the engine is good, the driver is good, the road is flat, the purpose is close, without petrol, the car is still in one place.
So, the last sentence of the Buddha Shakyamuni to his disciples before his death is, " Everyone, be diligent in your liberation.". Those who uphold the Three Precepts, diligently keep the five precepts and do the good deeds, will be reborn as a humanitarian, happy and fully alive. Those who diligently practice the 10 virtues and practice the Fourth Jhana, and the Eight Precepts will born in the world of education, gender and gender identity People see the suffering of being born boring life scene, determined to eliminate negativity, diligently cultivate thirty-seven assistants, the result will be four The person who saw the twelve conditions and conditions was the source of many rebirths of samsara, diligently cultivated, and decided to eliminate the twelve conditions and conditions, will become a Pratyekabuddha. his greed, effort diligently giving alms; is worthy of selflessness, diligently cultivates dharma to patience; Hue three la security; worthy of the pure nature, diligent practice of maintenance of the three la security;
Seeing that is enough to know the merit of great effort. Practicing the practice is the same, everyone who has diligence will be effective, if not diligent, then it will fail completely.
C. CONCLUSION
The value and benefits of diligence are inconceivable, so in the course of our work and our religious life, we must always prepare diligence, like a driver preparing petrol, before making any distant journey. If we don't cultivate diligence, fail to conquer entertainment, let go of it, then consider that the work we are about to do will fail completely. Austerities, going from the edge of the enchantment to the enlightenment, thousands of miles long, many storms and storms, if we do not have the virtue of diligence, like a talisman and the secret to proceed, then we just around forever in the sea of birth and death.
Once again, listen to what the Guru has taught and still hear in his ears: " You people, diligently strive for liberation ."
WEDNESDAY: RING THREE LAND IS
A. OPENING
Kinh Nghiem said: " Most mindfulness arises, spread all obstacles, " (a mindful of anger arises, hundreds of thousands of memories of karma doors open). Indeed, many people, for one minute, cannot control their anger, but beat their wives and children to disabled places, burn their ancestors' precious possessions, and regret for life. Sometimes, because of not being able to control the hot temper, the love of humiliation must be separated, meaning that the couple must be separated, the best friend becomes a resentment ...
People who study the same way, if facing adversity can not endure, rotten frustration, sometimes must be tormented. Like Mr. independent from the first, because a concept of anger and anger can not be patient, but must lose all five magical powers. He was angry at the head, because of anger that he had to fall to non-sperm species (flying ferrets). Should the book say: " Most fire-burning yards of ten thousand merits of Chi Son " (Meaning a yard of fire, can burn all forest samples of merit).
So in order to effectively eradicate anger, we must practice the forbearance of the Paramitas.
B. BACKGROUND
I. DEFINITIONS
"Patience" is to endure, to endure heartbreaking scenes. "Humiliation" is an insult, a shame, to hurt your pride.
Patience Paramita is patience to the end where no one can be more patient than that.
II. INGREDIENTS OF BALANCING RING
1. Body rings. For adversity such as rain, heat, hunger, sickness, or being beaten, tortured, brain-damaging in the body, we also do not complain or resist. This is physical suffering.
2. Ring password. His body endured not against the person but his mouth did not utter cruel curses, before the harsh insults, bad cursing or cruel beatings.
3. Italian rings. Patience both in the mind, not hatred, no resentment, no rebellion, dark thoughts for revenge.
Of these three rings, "mind-ring" is the hardest and most important. There are times when the body can withstand torment, but the mouth still mutters curses. One more time, though his mouth did not utter an objection, he still implicitly protested, and anger still burned his heart.
Until the "mind" did not covertly rebel protest, anger subsided to the bottom of the heart; In the face of any adversity, if the heart is still as calm as no, then patience is completely.
If inside cannot be tolerated, then anger will always appear in words and actions.
III. HOW MUST TAKE IT TO CORRECT?
1. Patience has accept generals. Patience for fear of power; patience because they are in unfavorable circumstances; patience to pray for the compliment, or for high position, high authority; endured because he despised his opponent, or made himself higher than him, did not bother to accept, object. Such patience is the patience of a general because it is still caused by desire, hatred, ignorance, and ignorance.
2. Patience does not accept generals. Practitioners of patience and patience, first and foremost, must be due to the desire to eradicate anger, arrogance, jealousy, pride, greed ... If someone scolds him, he must calmly think: " If we do something wrong, we should be humiliated, we should thank you.If I'm pure, those insults have nothing to do with me, but I have to suffer. come?"
Moreover, the cultivator of patience also aims to cultivate compassion and rejection, we endure without resentment or revenge because we love people, we want to view people as our brothers and sisters. We are patient because we don't want life to be an arena, a battlefield, a furnace of anger, and burn everything.
Let's learn to be patient like Mr. Purna in the following story: "When Buddha was still alive, a disciple of Buddha, Mr. Purna asked Buddha to go through the missionary in the land of Chronaparanta, a land with a very evil reputation. Buddha asked Mr. Purna:
- You have made a vow to bring our dharma to spread to that people, but if they do not listen, and use evil words to scold you, what do you think?
- White World Religion, I think: They are good people, because they do not beat the tree with children, or throw stones with children.
Buddha continued:
- If they hit you with a tree, or used stones to throw you, what do you think?
- White World Religion, I think: They still have compassion, because they do not kill or beat me to death.
Buddha asked again:
- If they kill or kill you, what do you think?
- White World Religion, I think: They are my benefactors, because thanks to them that I can escape the body of suffering, abandon the world, leave this miserable life.
The Buddha praised:
- Very good ! He was so patient that he could cross that land to preach!
Mr. Purna went to Chronaparanta to propagate for a short time, the people of that country all converted to Buddhism.
Patience like Mr. Purna really is the patience of the paramitas, that is, the ring from the outside to the heart, the ring without seeing yourself being patient and the patience to ring.
IV. FORMULA OF FRANCE RINGS THREE LANDS
As the prologue said, hatred of fire can burn all that precious, mankind has built in this world. Fire of anger can be extinguished only with water of patience.
Without patience, the family is separated, the friends are separated, the teacher breaks away, the people in conflict, the world of war.
With patience, the family reunites, friends and family members, faithful teachers, solidarity people, the world of peace. Particularly for himself, without patience, the fiery anger burns his heart and raging desires, his career dissipates, people are alienated, and results are difficult to round.
There is patience, kindness, purity, widespread career, people who value, direct members.
Realizing the great and precious merit of patience, the ancient people strongly told the people as follows:
Rings, rings, unjust adversity to try
How much, the most natural disasters
Wearing and wearing, infinite fairies tried
Retired retirement, the reputation of freedom
Mean:
Ring rings (body rings, mouth rings, mind rings), then the wrongful owner of the house from here is over.
Fasting (fasting, mouth fasting, mind fasting), thousands of disasters and consumption.
Hold your hold on (hold your body, hold your breath, hold your mind), the infinite realms of heaven are also here.
Only stop (body, mouth, mind are all) then the name of the world no longer free.
C. CONCLUSION
We have no doubt the great and precious merit and merit of patience. Now we are only determined to immediately practice this practice. Especially for Buddhists who have suffered from fire and anger many times over their hearts, families and careers, hurry and practice this patience technique. Do not have to repent, regret and suffer again because of the fire of anger.
Practitioners even more urgent practice this method. Nothing is harmful to your spiritual career and make people around you disrespectful and angry with the anger and roughness of a monk. No matter how much they have mastered the scriptures, how much they practice, when they see their faces turn red, their voices shout, their gestures lose control, the people around them no longer believe in the practice. their actions also, because of their eloquent denunciation of them.
We thought there was no need to say more about the harms of anger, because those who had once been angry would have seen it clearly.
To conclude this article, we sincerely wish that all of us, who practice this practice of patience effectively, will make the world more peaceful.
