A. OPENING
Of the 37 assistants, the Noble Eightfold Path is one of the main disciplines, most reminded of. Therefore, whenever it comes to the Noble Truth, people think of the Noble Eightfold Path. Some people even mistakenly believe that the Noble Truth and the Noble Eightfold Path are one.
The Noble Eightfold Path is considered to be the main discourse of the Noble Truth, because it is very complete and can include other disciplines of the Noble Truth. It is very suitable for all bases, all ages, all facilities; for Hinayana as well as Mahayana, both Eastern and Western people all recognize the utterly high value of the Eightfold Path, and all apply this method in their practice to eliminate troubles. suffering brain, in order to step up the path of liberation, joy, and freedom
B. BACKGROUND
I. DEFINITIONS BUDDHISM
The Eightfold Path is the eight righteous paths or eight miraculous means that lead sentient beings to a wonderful life.
One can also translate "Eightfold Path" as the main path with eight branches, to lead sentient beings to the Noble status.
Sometimes people call the Noble Eightfold Path "the Noble Eightfold Path" because of its use:
a) The ordinary people study the religion, follow this method and cultivate, so that they will not stray into dangerous ways, and will experience the Holy Sage in return.
b) The Sage, the Holy depending on these eight means will go to the scene of Nirvana.
The Eightfold Path includes:
1. Right Understanding
2. Right Thought
3. Right Speech
4. Right Action
5. Right
Livelihood 6. Right
Effort 7. Mindfulness
8. Right Concentration
II. CONTENTS AND VALUES EVERY COMPOSITION OF THE CHURCH
1. Right view:  Right view is right and right; Ants are seeing, aware. Right view or right view is seeing, hearing, or knowing righteously and fairly, in accordance with objective truth. The right viewers see how they get right like that, not getting black and white, bad doing good, bad at doing, or vice versa. The remarks of his things are not hindered by habits, prejudices, desires or falsehoods. People with right view can distinguish which ones are fake. And when you know the fake scene, the deceit, the eyes don't care, the mind doesn't pay; And when knowing the real scenery, the true words, focusing on the true truth makes the lily glow, the ceiling cannot be obscured.
2. Right thinking:  Thinking is thinking, testing; It belongs to consciousness. Right thought is thinking, testing true, thought right with reason.
People who practice according to the Chief Justice's mindset often consider superior morality, seek miraculous nature, consider faulty acts, bad thoughts to repent; know how to think about the three illicit dishes: About, Dinh, Hue, to practice liberation; know the ignorance and the cause of suffering, the source of evil, and find the right method to practice in order to liberate oneself and others.
3. Right Speech:  Speech is the word; Right speech is true, righteous, righteous and reasonable words.
Practitioners in the right speech, never say wrong, unbiased, find bad to speak, do not misrepresent, hear a line say a reclining way. The right speech is very careful with words; Before I want to say anything, I need to think about whether it is helpful and honest. Formerly Confucius visited the ancient temple, saw a picture of a person clamping his mouth three times, He taught his disciples to be careful about what he said.
Once upon a time, before the Buddha was about to enter Nirvana, a disciple asked:
- Venerable Buddha, when Buddha entered Nirvana, the next life met many non-religious books that were indistinguishable from Buddhist scriptures, like that, according to which words to practice?
Buddha taught:
- No matter whose words are provided as long as the words are true, true, then just believe and cultivate.
So, every word that is right, reasonable, and beneficial for all sentient beings is right speech. Those words we must believe and practice saying so.
4. Right Career:  Karma is caused by the Chinese who translate Sanskrit Karma Karma or Karma means the act of artifact.
Right action is action, righteous deeds, righteousness, in accordance with truth, with benefits for both people and things.
The righteous "righteous" is a person who is always vigilant, preserving all his actions, so as not to harm the rights, career, position, prestige, happiness, or life of others. Moreover, people who follow righteous actions always respect their professional conscience and always act in the interests of everyone and everything; and if necessary, he can sacrifice his life or his life to free suffering for others.
Also known as right action, when using wisdom to visualize the true dharma, or meditate, recite Buddha's name, or recite Buddhist scriptures, to preserve the body, speech, and mind of the three karmas for purity.
5. Right Livelihood:  Life is life and life. Right livelihood is a true way of living by your honest, honest career. People who follow right Livelihood live a righteous life, space of greed, do not get rich in the sweat and tears of others, do not make people and things suffer for their careers. People who follow Right Livelihood live a meaningful life for their benefit, good for people, worthy of the bowl of rice they eat, the clothes they wear, not eating and not sitting and living on others.
People follow Right Livelihood right Dharma, not superstitious, and know the four great capital inherent impermanence, should take the pure world as possible, get the brain to do the network, give up the concept of prayers, happy with the Dharma.
6. Right Effort: The  word diligent here is the same meaning as the diligence mentioned in the previous article, meaning diligence, diligence, and straight forward of the set goal not for any reason but to back down. Right Effort is diligent and diligent in the work of righteousness and benefit for yourself as well as for people and things.
People who follow right Chanh diligently, first, always energetically correct themselves, resolutely eliminate evil, determined to develop all happiness (see all four righteous needs). People who follow right Chanh diligently, bravely move on the path to liberation, until they achieve the noble and supreme goal only see (the "Attack" in the Pentateuch).
In short, people who follow right Chanh diligently, decide to create smuggled karma into the world, take right mindfulness to power, Nirvana as a direction, a heart that is not late, forever not moving, elaborately determined , to direct the results to the previous level, after chemical beings.
7. Mindfulness:  Mindfulness is remembering (as well as the meaning of  mindfulness  in previous lessons). Mindfulness is remembering things that are right, things that benefit oneself, noble moral values.
Mindfulness has two parts:
a) Mindfulness of mindfulness:  thinking of the wrong things to sincerely repent, and thinking of the four noble gifts: the gift of parents, the gift of fatherland, the gift of sentient beings, and the gift of the Three Jewels to repay the temple.
b) Mindfulness:  using the mind of compassion to think that life is suffering, sickness, delusion that sentient beings are suffering, in order to expand love and decide to save.
People who follow righteous thoughts, often contemplate the base and the ability to remember the legal assistance; No matter where and what you do, remember to think of the illegitimate fruit coming into the world, no matter how many lifetimes you will not be distracted.
8. Right concentration: The  word "samadhi" here is also the same as the  definition  in previous lessons, meaning to focus on something, to see clearly. Right concentration is to focus the mind on a legitimate issue, true to the truth, that benefits oneself and others.
People who follow Right Concentration, often concentrate on observing the following main issues:
- Consistent body impurity:  (impure contemplation) is contemplating the impure body image, except for craving, craving (see the passage: "Contemplating body impure" in the four foundations of mindfulness).
- Compassionate compassion:  (compassionate compassion) is to visualize all sentient beings as one true mind, equally equal to eliminating hatred, and extending love to save sentient beings.
- Contemplating causality:  (contemplating predestination) is visualizing all tangible phenomena such as all things, intangibles such as the mind, which are fake, interdependent, but have, but not in a sincere, non-permanent way so that except the foolish, legal accept.
- Distinctive precepts:  (discriminative precepts) means to distinguish and visualize the assumption of 18 precepts: 6 faculties, 6 ceilings, and 6 consciousness to see that there is no "self, dharma" in order to eliminate the ego , lawful.
- Breathing the breath:  (instant book) means visualizing by focusing on counting the breaths in and out, to counteract the scatteredness of the mind.

As mentioned in the opening paragraph, the eightfold Path is a very common method. This common use is due to its practical and precious benefits to the individual life of austerities, to society, and to the future life. Can summarize the benefits or functions of the Eightfold Path in the following three points:
1) Self-improvement:  If a person practices this eight main ways, he can correct all injustice and all the sins in his present life, such as deluded notions, crazy language , sexual harassment, immoral life. When these things have been improved, each person's personal life will be true, beneficial and good.
2) Improve the situation:  If everyone in the society adheres to these eight righteous paths, then the world will be peaceful, peaceful, and no more war will kill each other.
3) Will witness the Bodhi fruit:  The practitioner who follows these eight main paths will not only have many benefits in his present life but also create a bright future for himself, cultivate himself with Bodhi seeds to the next day reaped the unsurpassed fruit of Nirvana, full of four virtues of Thuong, Lac, Nga, Tinh.
Because of such valuable benefits, we would like to advise all Buddhists to make a vow to resolutely follow the Eightfold Path.
SUMMARY OF DIRECTORS
We have just learned through the content of the Noble Truth, or 37 assistants: The four foundations of mindfulness; The Noble Truth has occupied four of the ten talks about the Four Noble Truths. Only that amount is enough to speak about the importance that the Buddha wanted for the austerities method to enter Nirvana. But we should not see too many disciplines but hurry to get discouraged and rotten. Because the basis of sentient beings is not equal, the Buddha needs to invent many disciplines, so that each person can base on his or her base to choose the appropriate disciplines to practice. Of course a person can practice many dharma disciplines if he has the ability, the intellect and the health; But if you don't qualify, then you can practice a method. When cultivating into a dharma, the other dhammas become, because it has photography belonging to each other and supports each other.
So Buddhists should not be discouraged rot. With determination, with diligent virtue, we progressively advance into the Path, without fear, without doubt, without being too impetuous, impatient, and then slowly or quickly, we must reach our destination.
Buddhists! The ten directions of Tathagata, the first are thanks to these disciplines that gradually become members of Buddhahood. All the Saints in the three vehicles, relying on them here to practice until the end date. We, the Buddha's children, who are guarding and embracing the contentment of becoming a Buddha, in order to save and save sentient beings, perhaps while the Buddha prepared compassion for us all the way By the way, all the luggage to proceed to the rescue, we are hesitant, hesitant or withdraw!
So let's hurry and take the road to liberation. END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).WORLD VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST ORDER=GOLDEN AMITABHA MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.7/1/2020.
