GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

UNIVERSAL BUDDHISM 1
SRAMANA=THICH THIEN HOA.
COURSE IV: ENJOYING AND BODHISATICS BUDDHISM
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
(FOR ALL FOURTH COURSE)  ..VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH CHAN TANH.

This course, like the previous courses, includes all 10 lectures divided as follows:
Five lectures on "Five Families Contemplation".
Three lectures on "Six degrees" or "Six magic Paramita".
Two lectures on "Four Immeasurables" and "Five Smart".
Among those 10 articles, except the Five-Sermons, the lecture is a general nature of the necessary insights that a true Buddhist needs to cultivate and practice in order to benefit the Dao and the people of society; The previous 9 lectures are all about the practices.
These practices will be clearly explained in the following articles. But now that you have a general idea of the fourth term, we will briefly outline its two main parts. Those are talks about the  Five Concerns of Mind  and  the  Six Paths  or the Paramita .
1. The five contemplations  of contemplation are the five methods of visualization in order to stop being disappointed. Hope is the main disease that afflicts people. It motivates people to follow the five senses, it obscures their conscience, making the mind, which is lucid, become dark, not knowing what is real, what is false, what is wrong, what is evil, what is Good, where is bad.
In order for the judgment to be lucid, to let our heart stop chasing the five desires and to suffer afflictions, we must find a method of stopping the mind. One of the methods of stopping expectations is contemplation. Consistency is the use of insight, analysis or reflection to find out the truth. There are five customs to stop expectations, to treat the five main diseases of our souls:
a) Quan The Instant News:  to treat the disorder of the mind
b) Immoral Quan Yin:  to treat sexual craving.
c) Compassionate compassion:  to treat anger and hatred.
d) The Noble Truths:  to treat ignorance.
dd) Quan About differentiates:  to treat the accept.
In that shop was called "Five Families". Each custom will be clearly presented in a lecture, in the order shown above. The reason we put  Quan So  is the top of the five shops, because in order to go into the shops, first, we have to know what the shop is, how it is, and must have a calm, calm mind. disorder. Want to be, first to have the habit of Instant Books. When the shop is already tame, the following things are easy to get results, meaning that it can eradicate the mental illnesses: greed, hatred, ignorance, and chronicity.
2. Six degrees of   cultivation or the  six paramitas: These six practices are used to treat the usual six "bad" things, but they are very dangerous, because they have caused many sentient beings to be rebirth, not knowing how much mortification. That is:
a) Greed and hatred; b) Anger; c) Infatuation; d) Lazy and late; d) Cancellation of transgressions; e) Disturbance.
In order for sentient beings to be free from the evil clutches of these six bad foods, the Buddha taught six antidotes called "Six degrees of concentration". The word "Do" means to save or overcome. The degrees include:
a) Giving:  away from the bad greed and greed
b) Patience:  from the bad temper, anger
c) Wisdom:  to avoid the delusion
d) Effort:  to avoid the bad, treat.
d) Morality:  to avoid the crime of breaking the precepts.
e) Meditation:  to avoid the bad scattering.
Because of using these six methods to subtract the six bad dishes, the sutta says, " Di hexadecimal, hexadecimal ." Bodhisattva following the six methods of practice to both for yourself, just for people, to the place completely saved, should also be called "the six paramitas."
The six facts, or six paramitas, are presented in this booklet:
- The sixth lesson, Almsgiving and Morality
- The seventh lesson, Diligence and patience
- The eighth article, Meditation and Wisdom.
