A. OPENING
1. The harm of dissonance:
In daily life, nothing is as damaging as disharmony. Dissonance is poisoning life and forcing people to be apart, if they do not want to be near to suffer for each other.

If husband and wife do not get along, then their family will not succeed, their children must suffer because close to their father, they must be far away from their mother and close to their father. Villagers do not get along well or give birth to troublesome, suing, killing each other. National disordered, born rebellious disorder, miserable people. Humanity is at odds, the war goes on, human life is depressed and decline.
2. The importance of peace
Having seen how disharmony is, of course it is also necessary to see how the virtue of peace is necessary for the collective life.
We often hear: " Take peace for you " (take peace for you). Those four simple words have an extremely beneficial use. Those who take it as a guideline, no matter how big or small, are they easily accomplished. On the contrary, those who despise it, the common work never pays off.
The Confucian Book also says: "Good times, not equal to advantageous terrain; advantageous terrain, not equal to the human mind " (natural weather is not favorable, favorable terrain is like harmony). See that then know enough: the factor is the most important factor in all things, every organization. Family harmony, the family is happy; when the country was united, the country would be ruled out; If kind of peace, the world peace.
Knowing more than anyone else the importance of the virtue of harmony in collective life, the Buddha invented the "Six Elements" dharma for Buddhists.
B. BACKGROUND
I. DEFINITIONS
Six contents are six methods of behaving together for harmony from matter to spirit, from speech to work. Draw here is the harmony with the purpose of advancing to the beauty, to the path of liberation, of perfection and perfection, rather than a feeble and passive way of reconciliation. Draw here is also not a means in the stage to draw victory on yourself, then fight again. Draw here aims to benefit all, to make happiness for all, including the silhouette "self and tha" no comparison "me and people".
II. WHAT IS HAPPINESS?
Luc air consists of the following six points:
1. Friendly with the same stay (Friendly family stay):
It means being together under one roof, within a range, an organization, having an early morning together, eating and sleeping together, studying together.
When living together daily touch like that, they must get along with each other, do not use strength, force to bully, beat each other. If you are brothers, spouses and children in a family, you must be on the peace and harmony, you will become brothers, you will be younger, you will be married, and your wife will not be in disorder and disorder. punish each other.
If you are Buddhists, living together studying under a temple, then even though they are not blood relatives, but you are also the common children of the Buddha, with the same ideal of purpose, you must also get the peace as the first, not divided factions, rely heavily on weak rape, depend on her rape, strong everyone.
If they are compatriots, living together in a social country, they must take the solidarity as the head, not to cause the skin to be broken and split, to be divided into seven divisions, to become an adversary or an enemy; kill each other, kill each other. The people of our country have very meaningful folk verses:
" Gourd loves and squash with you,
But that is different but the same rig ".
Unlike breeds, which live on a platform, they must get along and love each other; let alone a people, a race!
Also, being human, living together on this planet, whether white, black, yellow or red skin is also "four marine brotherhood" at all. If it was the same people who brought each other to the battlefield to shoot and kill each other, massacre each other, as bait for guns and bullets, it would be extremely absurd.
In short, living together in a position, a limit, a situation, always have to get along with each other.
2. Words of harmony, no quarrel with each other:
Want your body not to beat each other, not to fight each other, when being together, the words must be kept to be gentle and gentle; In any case, it is necessary not to fuss and bicker.
There are relatives but the password is not in harmony, losing each other sentences, trying to sarcasm, joking with each other, interrogating each hour, eventually giving birth to each other.
In a family, also because of a word of dissonance, many brothers and sisters are separated from each other, couples separated, father and son see each other, become strangers, hate each other.
In society, because of a word of dissonance, many times when the nation is in war, humanity must be pushed into a catastrophic slaughter.
Therefore, the body harmony is not enough, but the Buddha taught to draw the mouth also. Means Buddhists have to say softly, graciously with each other, necessarily not arguing, fighting each other. If you have any questions, need to argue for reason, you absolutely must use calm and gentle words to discuss.
3. Italy harmonized with fun (Italy harmonized approval):
The only way to say it is: The most important thing is that it motivates the mouth and the body. When it is counted, it leads, and condemns, it also comes first (offense, offense). Therefore, in a family, a group, each person needs to preserve his or her mind and mind. If the idea is peaceful, fun, the body and words are easy to maintain harmony. On the contrary, if the mind is at odds, often against each other, and jealous of each other, it is difficult for the body and the mouth to keep perfect. No matter how hard you try, so that your body and mouth can be harmonized, or because you are afraid of some authority above, and have to eat and live in harmony with each other, this harmony is like a beautiful paint. onto a rotten wooden board. Once the internal conflict had reached a level no longer contained, it would all explode in words or in kicks; as well as the wooden board when it is too rotten then how the paint outside also cracked, broken.
The Buddha clearly understood that, so he taught to have a happy mind of harmony while living together.
Want to be in harmony, must practice happy discharge. Hy discharge means leaving out the sadness, anger, not grasping in the hearts of others. In this way the soul is relaxed, joyful, and the thought is pure and clear. So let us Buddhists try to cultivate happy new conduct.
4. About the same monk (About fellow practitioners):
In an organization, an organization that is orderly, all have strict discipline.
In Buddhism, each Buddhist person, depending on his or her religious rank, receives more or less the precepts. The laypeople take the five precepts; who ordained as a monk then takes 10 precepts if he is a novice monk;
When Buddhists gather, or when living together to study, every day, according to their rank, holds the precepts. Having had the same level of frustration with each other, they must take the same precepts and keep the same precepts. If there is no such discipline, the organization will naturally disintegrate. Therefore, the Buddha taught: when Buddhists have lived together, it is absolutely necessary to practice the same rules together, keeping the rules of the annoyed level.
Broadly speaking, in a school, a Buddhist family, an association, for example, always take discipline as the head. In the school, if a student does not keep the school discipline, who wants to go out, who wants to come in, who wants to study and learn, who wants to play and play, then that school must collapse. In a Buddhist family, each of them will do his own thing, disobey the five rules of the family, and not follow the instructions of the elder brother, the Buddhist family will disintegrate. In an association, the member does not respect the rules of the association, divides the class, gives himself to no need to keep the precepts like a coward, makes himself rich, does not keep the precepts like the poor, claims himself to be educated. keep precepts like the uneducated; If there is such a situation then all the associations will disintegrate.
In short, in a group, religion or life, if we do not keep the precepts, discipline and rules together, we can never live together. Buddhists, in order to work together to practice, each person needs to uphold the same precepts.
5. See how to explain to each other understand (Kien reconciliation):
In common life, each person understands what, discovers what points, has to explain and instruct others to understand. Thus, the new level of knowledge is not different, and the new study progresses equally in the spirit of equality, easily sustaining among people in the same organization.
When we discover something new, or have a good idea, if we don't explain it to people around us, then not only are we selfish, but we create a choking between sympathy for others. Selfishness and congestion are the bonds of division, discord, and conflict. Facing a problem, each person will think, will see each way, and therefore, will cause doubts and bewilderment in the group, because most people do not know who to trust.
Especially in the Buddhist scriptures, there are many, both sublime, all kinds of Buddhists, who can discover a different aspect, find a meaning that may be right, but may be wrong. In such cases, without urgently exposing our views and opinions to people in the corporate body, it is difficult to live in harmony with one another.
6. Loi harmony with each other evenly divided ( Loi harmony with troops):
In terms of resources, real objects and utensils must be divided among themselves or used together, not occupied as their own, or won much of their share.
While living together, if someone gives food, clothes, blankets, medicine, etc. Good people are bad, but it is important to have fairness. Keeping that, even in thousands of people still happy. On the contrary, if because of private, personal interests greed, even if only a few three people living together, can not be reconciled.
In society, there is a fierce conflict, class division, also because of the lack of "peace and harmony" at all. The rich are too rich, the poor are poor, the palatial mansion is fluttering with wings, others do not have a hut on the wall. Therefore, there can be no peace: the proletarians conflict with the wealthy, the poor country has a life with rich countries.
If mankind understands that the richness of life and wealth in the world, such as the dew drops on the flowers, the glory of life in the world like bubbles on the surface of the sea, then the difference between rich and poor will be lessened. many, and humanity will be less in conflict with each other.
With a spirit of equality of mercy, compassion and suffering, and a wisdom that reflects the impermanence and impersonation of life, the Buddha taught, "There is wealth, so it depends on each other to share with each other", or more thoroughly: "Loi harmonizes with the army".
So we are Buddhists, so we should try to practice that teaching.
C. CONCLUSION
In order to have a general idea of the Six Heroes, let us review once again the main ideas of the Buddha's six articles:
1) Let's live together harmoniously, let's fight hard, cover each other, not to use force to suppress each other.
2) Speak to each other gently, graciously; If there are any questions to discuss, they must be discussed peacefully and politely.
3) Cultivate good intentions for each other, cultivate the virtue of joy; Never hate, envy each other.
4) Keep the same discipline, take discipline as head. Undisciplined no group can exist.
5) Explain your insights and ideas to those around you. The person who understands much, must have the duty to show the rear and guide them to keep up with him.
6) Distributing equally the resources collected for those who live with us, so that everyone can be satisfied and happy.
The six things taught above, if we do it thoroughly, in our family, parents, spouses, brothers and sisters, we all have peace, happiness and prosperity every day; the nation is prosperous and prosperous, the world is peaceful and peaceful.
Particularly in the Buddhist world, if we properly apply the "Six-Six-Leaf Dharma" method, our cultivation will quickly improve, the path of liberation will be closer, and the realm of Ultimate Bliss is not just one wish.
