According to the customs of the Vietnamese people, the anniversary is a ceremony to commemorate the deceased like parents and grandparents ... held on the same day that the person died under the lunar calendar.

 

Resurrection is also called a ritual, which is the common name for ancestor worship activities, grandparents, parents ... since the death of that person. 

 

The day of death anniversary  is the day when children and grandchildren express their compassion, remembrance and expressing their filial piety to the deceased.

 

In worshiping rituals, there are three most important ones, the first anniversary, the first anniversary and the regular death anniversary.
 

-  First anniversary
 

-  Death anniversary : The death anniversary after 2 years of death, still in mourning. 2 years is still not enough for relatives to ease the sadness, so this anniversary is still solemnly organized and the funeral people are still wearing funerals.

According to worldly rituals, the death anniversary of someone usually lasts only until the end of five lives because at that time, the spirit of the deceased has passed away, reincarnated into a new life, so there is no death ceremony.

 

The death anniversary depends on the situation and the economic ability, so it is not necessary to be so flexible, the poor just need to be filial to the Ancestors.
