Being human and living, anyone has a feeling of pleasure or suffering. Feelings may be refreshing or pleasant or not in either of them.
We can feel pleasant or refreshed depending on the object. If one feels lost due to illness, one must live a plant life without knowing anything, meaning that we will not feel refreshed or uncomfortable.
The Buddhist Sutta teaches that all sensations are non-self, because it is not a fixed entity, is not ours, is ours, mainly due to the action of an object that has pleasant or unpleasant sensations. There are cases that are neither unpleasant nor pleasant, we call it feeling.
In every moment arises all kinds of continuous feeling by the impact of comfort or discomfort or not in the two cases. These three types of feelings arise continuously, without stopping at any time, depending on the object interaction through our daily living environment. Being thirsty by the sultry summer sun, drinking a glass of orange juice, we will feel its comfort through the sweet taste.
In love, people often feel pleasure through the heartbeat, so our lives naturally have to be enjoyed, but the more we enjoy and indulge in it, the more we will become addicted to the cold. delirious sensual pleasure that becomes greedy and hated.
What comes to us that we receive is called feeling, when we receive it will lead to attachment and attachment to wanting to preserve it forever. In the old days, there was Mr. Pham Chi Truong-Trao who was the biological uncle of Ton-Xa-profit-waving. He enjoyed arguing when he was a child.
One day he argued with his sister, who was pregnant with Sariputra, and he argued not for her. He thought that the previous time she argued against me, now she is more arguing than me, maybe this time because the fetus in the abdomen affects her. I am not ashamed of losing to you right now because I am you, but I will be ashamed to lose you later!
He felt ashamed to leave home, his teacher studied the religion so that later he could become the best arguer of the world and how to argue more than his nephew could.
He went from one land to another to find a teacher. People asked him what he wanted to learn? He said: I want to learn all the scriptures in my life. It is said: He said jacket, his whole life has been studying a business has been told that now will study all the scriptures. He was annoyed to say: I was at home arguing, losing to her, when I came here people satirized and criticized.
He began ever since then, studying so much that he didn't have time to shave his hair, shave, and cut his nails. Therefore, people called him Pham Chi Truong-Lao with long nails and sloppy hair.
After he finished his studies, he found himself capable of unconditional advocacy, no one could afford to argue with him, so he returned home to visit her and ask his grandson where. My grandmother told me: My son and grandchildren have followed the monastic course with Sa-talk. He asked: Who is the disciple of Cajuput talk that can make him surrender and become a teacher, he's a smart, talented person since he was still in his fetus?
He went to search for Xa-profit-Phất. When he came to the Buddha, he thought: He convinced me to be a disciple, probably not a medium-sized hand. Now that we say anything, it will also be rejected, there is also a discussion of the language of discussion that is too unloaded. Thinking so, he would say he didn't receive anything.
He went to the place where he met the monk, and said, "Hey, Cù-talko, do you know, all the dharma, I don't take any dharma." Unexpectedly, the Buddha asked: So is it necessary for the Dharma to last? He thought: It is too contradictory to say that life is just too long. He answered no life. Buddha said: He does not live, he is like so many other people, but he has nothing special that he proud, come here to argue argument?
Thus, if we still have something, and still accept something is bound, deluded because of the language. Therefore, when we cultivate, we will see clearly that all feelings are non-self.
Buddha teaches: All life is selfless, We often get caught in the feeling, even if that feeling gives us happiness and suffering or extreme suffering. The refreshing feeling we call the feeling of contemplation, the unpleasant feeling we call suffering and the feeling of not being cheerful or uneasy we call discharge.
Our life is filled with all the sensations we receive, apart from three things: happy life, miserable life, unpleasant life and unhappy. Because we cling and receive pleasure, we immerse ourselves in that feeling of longing and persistence, whereas when we receive suffering we stick it in our hearts without self-discharge.
We often do good and good deeds or feel more refreshed than people who do bad deeds. People who do evil that feel satisfying are emotionless emotions, this type of person always harms humanity.
A person who verbally abuses us, has a feeling of anger and discomfort, this feeling arises because the attachment of this body is true so we are angry that we try to deceive the person. We often differentiate between good and evil without paying attention to the discharge, so we will be happy to feel comfortable and will hate it when we feel uncomfortable.
A monk is respected and revered by many people, so that person feels happy because many people are complaining, but this happy feeling is a pride of pride. Together with suffering and suffering with an object, they can bring different feelings of pleasure or discomfort.
We are mindful of awareness so that we will not be absorbed and become attached to it and create suffering, the Buddha teaches the Dharma of sensing the sensation in feeling so that we can clearly feel the feelings of sadness, joy, love, hatred ... is due to our attachment only. END=NAM MO SAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).WORLD VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST ORDER=GOLDEN AMITABHA MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.18/8/2019.
