Live fully in the present moment.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH CHAN TANH.
The Buddha once taught: "The past has not survived, the future has not yet come. Only the present moment is worth investing and truly living. ”

People who still cling to things and phenomena are still suffering. Clinging is the cause of suffering and insecurity.
The Buddha's teaching has been around for thousands of years, yet I am the majority of them still living in oblivion, in regret about past things and in worries and fears about what has not yet come. . So how do I not lose joy and happiness in the present moment? How to "Live every single moment"?
Today, many people often seek happiness outside. They think that just having a nice house, a luxury car, a prosperous life is happiness. Many people even consider it the target of life. But then at some point when they got a nice house, a car came and they wanted bigger things. Or it is possible to work hard for most of their lives but they do not achieve what they want, then they fall into a state of frustration, skepticism about their capacity, feel inferior ... Just like that they circled in a vicious circle, living in the present but always thinking about the future. Does it mean that when they achieve all they feel happy? The answer must have been proven by reality. We should not mistakenly think that things outside are happy.
People who still cling to things and phenomena are still suffering. Clinging is the cause of suffering and insecurity. When human desires become grasping, these desires become the potential source of suffering. At first we may not have realized it but gradually it will be the cause for subsequent suffering and greater later. So what do we do to liberate, to escape suffering?

The Buddha did not teach people to avoid suffering, He taught us to return to care, to live in harmony with the suffering to look deeply and transform.
The Buddha did not teach people to avoid suffering, He taught us to return to care, to live in harmony with the suffering to look deeply and transform. Since then helps us to open the reality, let go of the attachment and false perceptions about us and the world to achieve freedom.
Happiness and joy come from the practice of letting go. There are many things in life that make it hard to let go and those that bind and make us lose freedom. Stopping and resting is a simple, practical and necessary practice for us especially in the life of the time now. If you say you have not been able to rest, it is probably because you do not know how to stop. It is important to practice stopping, letting go of all the worries, busyness and struggles of life. Because we are so worried and busy, our mind is busy with the past, dreaming of the future and therefore we lose the ability to relax and be happy in the present moment. Practice letting go of all struggles, all fears about the future, regret about the past to have a true presence for life in the moment of the present.

Happiness and joy come from the practice of letting go. The Buddha taught all the conditions of happiness to be found right now and here.
Buddha has given us very specific methods of practice to transform suffering, fear, lust, hatred and despair. Don't look for methods that are too big or fear you don't have time to meditate. Practice the basics from the smallest jobs like walking meditation, breathing meditation, smiling, eating ...
Every time I go to eat, step by step step by step, mindfulness towards the dining hall, after eating, we will eat in mindfulness. Need to be clear that this is a piece of beans, this is a carrot, not a sadness about a past past or reflection on upcoming projects.
By mindfulness we are aware of what we are taking, when we put it into our mouths, what consciousness are we putting into our mouths and what do we chew? What we chew is a piece of beans, a piece of carrot, not a mouth to be angry, anxious or frightened.
If we eat rice in a state of dreaming, anxiety, sadness, the things we eat not only feel delicious, but those foods will be very indigestible. On the contrary, practice chewing slowly, be aware of each of your actions, then you will feel what you are chewing as a gift of nature. Similar to such practices with other things like walking, breathing, working, you will definitely feel happiness in every moment you experience.
Happiness and joy come from the practice of letting go. The Buddha taught all the conditions of happiness to be found right now and here. If we are able to stop, establish a strong body and mind in the present moment we will realize that all the conditions of happiness are present, right now and here.
