I- THE WORLD:
He was born in the family Doan on November 2, 1921 (Tan-Dau), in Ninh Binh, Northern part, Vietnam . He is the youngest son of four brothers in the family. He entered the religion at 11 years old. The-monk was Venerable Thich-Thanh-Kinh, aka Linh-Quang, belonging to Tổ Phượng-Ban (Yên-Liêu, Yên-Khánh, Ninh-Bình). After five months of studying , he ordained Sa Di at the place of Dong-Dac (Kim-Son), ordained Bhikkhu (1941) at Bat-Long pagoda (Ninh-Binh), and took the precepts of Bo-slap at Venerable-Venerable Thich-Thanh-Thieu, ie Hoa-Thuong Phap-Thich-Duc-Nhuan. He attended school at Dong-Dac pagoda, Phuc-Chinh pagoda, Phu-Lang pagoda, Quan-Su pagoda (Hanoi).
II OF DIRECTORS :
In the North: He undertakes the Duy-Na, Tri-Guest functions in the Buddha-school. He often attended ceremonies, gave lectures at invited places . He often dwells in the places of Dong-Dac and Phuong-Ban; Abbot of Phuc-Dien Pagoda (Kim-Son); to build Quang-Nghiem (Ha-Tu) and Hoang-Hoa pagodas in Hong-Gai, Bai Chay, Ha-Lam and Ha-Tu areas of Quang-Yen province, North-part and Vietnam. And, He has assumed the following positions:
1951 - Member Founder General Buddhist Vietnam in Hue, held-for Commissioner Rite Board Tri The General Buddhist Vietnam .
1952: Participating in the founding of the Vietnam National Sangha Church, by the Venerable Master-Tibet, the Venerable Master, Hòa-Thượng Trí-Hải. He worked as the Vice-Rector-Vice and Hòa-Thuọng Tố-Liên as General Secretary.
1955: In the South: He created the Giac-Minh pagoda, established the North VietnameseSangha Church in the South and undertook the position of the Institute - the Owner of Giac-Minh Temple and the President of the Church. After that, he created Tu-Quang pagoda, founded Association of Quan-Yin Universal-Projection and the Buddhist Association-Church of the Society. He established many more pagodas in many places throughout the South (from Da Nang to the south). These pagodas, the first name is "Từ", such as Tu-An (Nha-Trang), Tu-Hung (Ban-mes-thuot), Tu-Thang (Vung-Tau), Tu-Khanh (Tu district, Saigon), Tu-Tan (Tan-Binh District), Tu-Tho (Phu-Tho), Tu-Dinh (Tan-Dinh), Tu-Minh (Phan-Dinh-Phung), Tu-Long (Thu-Duc, now changed to Thien-Minh Pagoda), Tu-Quang Pagoda (Vung Tau), Quan-Am Pagoda (Phu-Nhuan) and in 1964 the throne of Vietnam-Nam Quoc-Tu, Tran-Quoc-Toan Street, Saigon.

1966: Founder and Vice Chairman of the World Sangha Buddhist Church in Sri Lanka
1969: He organized the General-Assembly Church Sangha World Term 2 and the Buddhist-Catholic World CSS Xa-Hoi at Saigon, he was elected Chairman of the Buddhist Liturgy The SocialWorld About .
1970: President of the Buddhist Union World (Seoul, South Korea).
In 1975, he went on a religious trip to France, created Tu-Quang pagoda in Nice, France, established the Dharma-World Buddhist Association-Society in France, and the Spirit-Leader of the Buddhist Association. Dharma Teaching of Hong-Hien Pagoda (Fréjus - France)

1978: Guide to the Spirit of Lien-Hoa Temple (Brossard) and A-Di-Da Temple (Toronto).
1979: Presiding over the Grand-Association established the Vietnam-South Overseas SanghaChurch at Giac-Hoang Pagoda (Washington DC, USA) and took responsibility for the Upper-Prime Church . Leaders of the spiritual community Community Church - Giac-Hoang Pagoda, Buddha-Quang Pagoda (Houston, Texas). And, from this year onwards, he often went to preach, give ordination and encouragement for the construction of Buddha-roads such as Giac-Quang Pagoda (Oklahoma), etc.
1981: Spiritual leader and President of the Council of the Church - Giac-Hoang Pagoda (Hoa-Thinh-Do) and Lien-Hoa Pagoda (Canada). This year visit Australia.
1984: Established Vietnam Buddhist Church in the World and assumed the position of Thuong-Thu. He established Members for Churches in many countries, such as Buddha-Quang Pagoda, Buddha-Da Temple in Australia; Giac-Hoang pagoda, Buddha-Quang, Phap-Quang, Nam-Quang, Quan-Am, Phap-Hoa ... in the US; Hong-Hien, Tu-Quang, and Quan-Am temples ... in France and Lien-Hoa, Tu-An, Di-Da, To-Dinh Tu Quang , Chan-Quang ... temples in Canada.
1989: First most of member Council Presbyterian Church Sangha World .
2008: Creation of the Vien-Quang Monastery in South Carolina, USA ...
2000: He proved masters Khanh Thanh Bao Tuong Duc Quan at Center Buddhist - Temple Vietnam , Houston, Texas, United States. and for 14 years he was also popular throne Prove Guru for Festival of Guanyin - On Pilgrimage and Prayer .
2012: On the occasion of the 10th Congress of the Vietnam Buddhist Church in the World , he demonstrated the supreme ceremony of the inauguration of Vien Quang Monastery .
2013 He organized for the first time the Great Compassion Dharma Assembly at Vien QuangMonastery .
In 2014 he organized the Congress Annual 30th and the celebration of the 30th anniversary of establishment of Buddhist Church of Vietnam World .
2015 August, after organizing for the first time the Nunnery for the monks and nuns at Vien Quang Monastery in South Carolina, USA, he became seriously ill and returned to the Citadel , Canada nourished. Due to advanced age and poor health, his equanimity gather god died at 10gio 20 am August 22, 2015 at abbot Patriarchal Tu Quang , Canada, at the age of 95 years, lowered the Greek 74.
