Compared to the multitude of beings living on earth , humanity is only a very small part, so being born as a human is not easy. But maintaining a whole life is more difficult because of being old, sick, dying, anxious , depressed , suffering, disappointed ... Many new born people are dead, more unhappy , very who must drag a tragic life because of disability or poverty . However, among the rest, not everyone deserves to be a real person . They live cruelly, cruel , perverted , selfish and ignorant are no different from beasts . It is the Confucius who must complain: " Vi nhan nan". Thus was born as humans we need to live a life how to live with meaning , of ethics , from broccoli to the perfection . But in the world, there are hundreds and thousands of philosophies and religions to improve people, but only a few teachings possibly worth calling the right path ; while the majority are superstitious or leads people going into lust dark. A proven concrete is today something philosophy is bringing youth into the path perverted , depraved, while many religions have made some quite crowded in the generation of former slaves sacrifice, fear demons God for not promoting the power of an authentic person . Finally, it is difficult to meet the Buddha or the sages born, because Buddha was a great teacher, a great revolutionary break shackles slave of the spirit outside and of the hearts of greed, hatred , delusion intrinsic to raise people up row holiness . His teachings have a clear purpose of enlightenment .All of his extraordinary efforts since abandoning the king's life became an ascetic hermit until at winning satanic that the level Omniscient only for one purpose only , namely open market for beings path of liberation from ignorance craving and giving them a happy life bliss .
So we try to understand the content of the Buddha 's liberating doctrine , to confirm what is the true path to lead sentient beings out of the river enchanted by suffering.
When asked "Which way to Nirvana" , the Buddha replied : "That is gender, concentration, wisdom".
The precepts are not the commandments set by a priest to force believers to obey him. In Buddhism , gender in a negative sense is to eliminate previous unwholesome habits and prevent evil from causing it later; In a positivesense, to develop good things that are already available and create more good things that are not yet available. Gender is like a bridle, whereby a horse trainer teaches a wild horse to become mature . Also, gender is a prerequisite for keeping mind Vivid, so in the sutra says: "The power of life".
When the precepts are properly exercised , the mind is relatively less disturbed and if kept on a meditation object , the mind will be calm , free from desire , to become pure . Staying in concentration meditation will be pure, lucid , solid and strong. These are the essential conditions for intellectual development as in the teaching of "Enlightenment and wisdom" . When the mind has been calm , clear and clear awareness through meditation , vipassana insight (vipassana) will promote by which we can intuitively be the truth or true nature of beings . This is the ultimateknowledge that leads to complete liberation .
Man is a collection of five aggregates : form, feeling, perception, volition , and consciousness. All five elements are in a state of change , insecurity and no reality . But because of ignorance obscures , we do not see phenomenal world right with true minister of it.
The Buddha taught: "Whether there are Buddhas appearing in the world or not, this obvious truth ( impermanence , suffering , selflessness ) still governs all things . That is the truth that Tathagata has realized and sensed. realization and publication , teaching, says the theory , demonstration, implementation and analysis market makes others perceive to be " ( Anguttara Nikaya - Increase Expenses ).
The Buddha appeared in the world to reveal to the beings the way of liberation from the cycle of samsara (samsāra). He taught a doctrine only is suffering and free from suffering.
In The Word of the Buddha, Venerable Nyanatiloka explained the word misery as follows:
"The word suffering not only to describe a painful body or feeling discomfort of spirit but also includes everything that can create suffering or suffered misery. Truth of Suffering teaches that because material impermanence that all forms of pleasure, whether to heaven or paradise were being transformed and destroyed, and all forms of existence so make sure to bring the germ discontent , suffering pain".
Because suffering to people new efforts to seek pleasure without knowing that you will be pleasure scam betrayed then as seeking pleasures people increasingly frustrated ; and so they immerse themselves in a deep depression . So according to the Buddha , the desire for pleasure ( craving ) is the cause of all suffering.
In the Samyutta sutra teaches that:
"No one can measure what was at the beginning of the round of rebirth , and from where beings begin life. There are certain things that they had been misfortune of life and death because of ignorance and craving".
One day in the land of Kitogama , Buddha taught Venerable Ānanda and increasing them , saying, "Since no awareness are four truths that the people and the Tathagata was wandering in the samsara since immeasurable life so far . This tributary Pi parade , four truth what is it? that is the suffering, cause of suffering, ending the suffering and the path taken to terminate the suffering. But now, the people and the Tathagata has realization , enlighten those truths , and so we have ended the cycle of reincarnation "(Mahā Parinibbāna).
Also in business on, Buddha insisted that anyone who practiced according to the truth that He has practiced and realized it definitely will get rid of birth and death and suffering.
"Tathagata has taken himself as a refuge for himself. Behold , monks , be diligent , mindful and clean . Please rule your mind with wisdom . Those who live diligently in this dharma will escape samsara and end suffering ".
Those are the last teachings before the Buddha 's death , reminding us of the ultimate goal of Buddhism as liberation .
The Buddha set the example of a patient patient and diligent teacher . His teachings like lighthouses guiding us , who are being swept away by stormy between pools of reincarnation , on the shore of liberation in a safe .
Living beings exist in the world with a miserable disease . The path of liberation that the Buddha has realized and taught include the Four Noble Truths :
- Noble Truths : beings on earth living in misery
- Noble Truth : Suffering was caused by ignorance craving
- Kill the Empire : Ignorance craving can be eradicated by the middle way .
- True Path : The path that includes: Satipatthana , quad primary needs , iddhipada , the five senses , the five forces , interior enlightenment and the Eightfold Path .
Satipatthana help practitioners develop mindfulness and sense provinces , two elements necessary to clearly see the truth or the real nature of impermanence , suffering , selflessness of beings .
Amendment should be four things diligently so that the practitioner can eradicate the evil methods and develop friendly France .
Iddhipada four factors promoting the capability spirit , especially psychic transformation , helping the practitioner progress hurry more quickly on their way voluntarily and goods of all beings .
The five senses are the five basic conditions for attaining enlightenment , understanding the truth .
By developing the five senses that the practitioner may be contingent force that is the power of faith , diligence , mindfulness , concentration and wisdom .
Interior enlightenment is the seven elements help practitioners enlightened Bodhi rooftop location: Mindfulness, scout law , diligence , joy, equanimity , and discharge.
All the above measures are summarized once again in the Eightfold Path , the path the only help being liberated from birth and death and rebirth .
Dhammapāda Sutra teaches:

Stand on ways the heart and mind, freeing include moral consciousness of liberation that is the mind freed from the unwholesome mental states , and mental improvement of liberation that is wisdom throughout inform truth without hindrance any one of is yet.
For us the path to liberation is too difficult and requires a lot of effort . But if we are often persistent , diligent and always mindful , then even in the present moment, we can freely feel at peace among the brain.
