UNDER  THE BODHI TREE.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH CHAN TANH.

After  Prince  Siddhartha (Siddhartha) leaving  the palace , he was  determined to discover  the meaning  of  human life . Prince Tu  studied with the best teachers  of the  time, and he lived a difficult life of an  ascetic monk  . However , the  Crown Prince  did not  feel  closer to  Truth . When he almost died of starvation, it was a turning point that changed  his life  . Not long after that, he attained  enlightenment under the Bodhi  tree .   

 LIVING DEATH AS A  MASTER

When  Prince  Siddhartha was 29 years old, he began the life of a  homeless monk  . From Kapilavatthu province ( Ca Ty La Ve , the capital of Sakya country of  the  Sakyamuni family ), he walked south, to Rajagaha city ( Wang Xa ), the capital of the country. Magadha ( Ma Kiet Da ). The king of this country is called Bimbisara ( Qin Ba Sa La ).

The next morning when  Prince  Siddhartha went, he  went into  the city, and he get  food  by the way he hugged  the bowl  go  begging  from house to house. 

ATTITUDE  TO FIND THE LEARNING TEACHERS 

Prince  Siddhartha went  looking for  the  spiritual teacher , along the  Ganges River . Alara Kalama and Uddaka Ramaputta considered the best teacher of  meditation  at the time, because  that Crown  Prince Siddhartha went to school with these two masters.

First,  Prince  Siddhartha studied with Uddaka Ramaputta teacher, then the teacher Alara Kalama with. Not long after, he learned everything that the teacher teaching,  however , he has not learned how to  terminate  the  suffering . He told himself, "I have to find the  truth myself  ".

SIX YEARS

Along with five friends,  Prince  Siddhartha went to a forest near Uruvela village. Here, they live with some men who spend their  whole lives  on  religion , and they torture themselves with  poverty , and   extreme deprivation .

They believe that if they  force  their bodies in a  state of  tremendous difficulties in  physics , they would  knowing  the  truth . Some sleep on beds made of nails. Some sleep with a head upside  down . They all ate very little, so they only had  skin and bones .  

 Siddhartha  Prince found  a quiet place along the banks of a nearby river. There, he  practiced  the  toughest challenges   . Crown Prince  sleeps on the bed made of sharp thorns. He only eats a grain of wheat, and a sesame seed every day.

At other times, the  Crown Prince  didn't eat anything. His body  was  worn  out,  until  he had only a thin layer of bone-covered skin. The bird nests in his messy hair, and dust covers his dried body.  Siddhartha  Prince sat completely  still , he did not even brush off the insects on his body. 

MUSIC  FROM THE TEA TREE 

One evening, a group of young girls on their way home, they passed where  Prince Siddhartha was  sitting in meditation . They are  performing  with an instrument, they are the grand piano  , and they sing. The Crown Prince  thought, "When these strings are loose, the sound is not good. When these strings are too  stressful , the strings will break. When the strings are not too loose, they are not too tight. , guitar sound will be  great . I'm pulling the rope in my-people too  stressful . I can not  find  the Path  of Truth , when we live a  life  of luxuryor I live in a  body that is  too  weak . "

Thus,  the Prince  has  decided  to abandon  the  tortured  body of his. He learned that execution is not  the  right way . 

Shortly thereafter, while bathing in the river,  then  the body  of  Prince  Siddhartha was too  weak , so he  fainted and  fell down . Sujata, a young girl in the village who lives near the river, sees him, and she offers him a bowl of rice and milk. After the  meal , he  felt  healthy  immediately , then he  continued to  meditate . 

When the five  Prince  's  companions  saw him eating, they  felt disgusted with him, and they assumed he had given up. So they left. 

SUN  OF  ENLIGHTENMENT  SHINE

Prince  Siddhartha recalled when he was young, he was  meditating  under the rose-apple tree (whip or rose-apple plum tree ?,). "I will  meditate  like before. Perhaps this is the way to have  enlightenment ." From there, he began to eat every day.

At this time,   Siddhartha Prince still  understands  the meaning  of  human life , then he begins his  journey to Buddhagaya. Near  a small shade of forest, he sat down under a large Bodhi  tree  . The Prince  quietly  swore , "Even if my flesh and blood have dried up, and only  the  bones are left, I will not leave this place until I  find a  way to  end  all. the  suffering . " He sat there for forty-nine days. He  determined to  find out the source of all the  suffering  in  body  and  spirit , of  human life . Mara, a ferocious ghost,  tried to  scare him   away  from seeking theTruth . For example  , he  hopes to  seduce   Siddhartha Prince with the  illusions of his beautiful daughters   , so that  Prince Tu  has   selfish ideas . However ,  the Buddha  's  benevolence  has  protected Mr., out of such attacks. "

In  time  this,  Prince  Siddhartha could see all things as they really are-the-world-like. Now,  finally,  he has found the  answer  to  suffering : "The cause of  suffering  is  greed ,  selfishness , and ignorance. If  everyone  goes beyond  emotions   This negative , they will  be happy . "

During the night of the full moon in May,  Prince  Siddhartha went deep into  meditation . When the star-apricot  appears  in the sky in the east, he  becomes the  Buddha , an  enlightened being . That year, he was thirty-five years old.
