LANGUAGE.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH CHAN TANH.

One of  the five precepts  that  Buddhists  True  to  practice  is  away from  expectations Language (musavada veramani). More positively  ,  Buddhists  have to  say true words  (saccavādā)  know how  to  believe (saddahana)  and say how to do it (yathāvādī tathākārī).
Speech  truthful  is one  gathering karma  that the  practice  not only bring  benefits  for themselves but also contribute to building  a  society  ethics . Wanting to be  orderly ,  social  need requires certain  conditions  in which there is  trust  each other because  people  are  honest .
The following passage  describes  a true person  :
"Here a  good men  to abandon  the  false , alienating  prospects language , say  true  , even in meetings  indecent , the crowd, in the house with  her children  familiar , in the office or when making personnel evidence in court .... Thus, he will not because the  individuals  themselves, not for anyone else, nor as a  beneficial  material  that  deliberately  say untrue ". (Sāleyyaka Sutta MI, 228).
Actually,  right speech  is not only  limited  in  words  true  , but also  need to :
- Avoid using words  float vu  to split, or cause discord among people with other people,  the left  must  seek to  bring harmony  and  understanding  between  people .
- Avoid using rude  words  to  humiliate others, on the contrary ,   to speak  elegant , gentle,  polite ,  polite  to  comfort , encourage or  convince  others.
- Avoid the  story  Crap  unhelpful , to  say the correct  time,  reasonable  and helpful.
There are also  cases when  we  say  honestly  and  politely  but still touch the  pride  of others to make them resent.
However,  sometimes it is  necessary to  tell  the truth  even if it is  offensive  but useful. As the  doctor  wants to treat a patient's wound sometimes it ca n't  help but  cause a little  pain , because  if you don't  touch the wound, how  to treat  it.
So in the  Abhayarājakumāra  there is the following classification of   truth, good and fine speech :
1)  WORKING FOR  FOOT, AMERICAN, FRIENDLY.
That is  true , affectionate and beneficial for the listener. The American word is used in the sense of  pleasing  people, making people  happy  when listening. As is  the case with  the Buddha's  sermon , he presents  truth  (truth) to  transform enlightenment  to  beings  (good) and when he hears the  hearing,  all are  happy  (a)  accept .
2)  SPEAKING  FOOT, FRIENDLY, NOT AMERICAN .
That is true words  , beneficial to listeners but not make them  happy . That is  the case of  "the middle of the  wrong-heartedness of the  good-mindedness".  Speech  is not fine here has  two meanings : one is  saying  rude , although the two are not  rude  but makes the listener uncomfortable. There are as  saying  gruffly  makes listeners  angry , but when words  polite  but still hit the  self-love  of others.
3)  PLEASE SPEAK  FOOT, US, NOT FRIENDLY .
That is  true words  ,  pleasing  people but  in vain . As if telling a true story and making the listener  happy  but not beneficial  at all, sometimes it only  takes time  or even harm.
4)  WORKING FOR  FOOT, NOT FRIENDLY, NOT AMERICAN .
That is  true words   but  useless  and make the listener  annoyed . Many people who hear the story of the  town everywhere tell them to their friends and  relatives  . Or some people often bring private stories   to others to brag about their success  or distract their failures. These things are  true , but not useful for listeners, and only  bother  them.
5)  ORAL  NOT FOOT, BUT FRIENDLY AND AMERICA .
That is, the words are not true  ,  but they are  beneficial  and they are a happy listener  As is  the case  for saving someone (good) who must  lie  (without legs) and thanks to skillful speaking, the listener  is happy  (fine).
6)  SPEAKING  WITHOUT FOOT, NOT FUTURE BUT US .
Ie  verbal  false ,  useless  , but the listener prefers. Many say  bragging , bragging useless, yet because  glibly dexterity, smooth  , so everyone likes to hear.
7)  SPEAKING  WITHOUT FOOT, NOT AMAZING .
That is  a  lie, unpleasant, but beneficial to the listener. For example, a mother who wants to let her child study well (scolded )  scolds him  (not fine) and threatens the child if he  does not  memorize the lesson, he will be kicked out of the house (without legs).
8)  ORAL  NOT TRUTH, NOT BETTER, NOT AMERICA .
It is   lie ,  useless  and  frustrating . As is  the case  of slander, humiliation, or say  weaving  to divide others. It was words  of  deceit , wickedness, and clownish.
In the above eight ways, the first and the second way are  encouraged by  Buddha  as well as by the  sages . The Abhayaràjakumàra Sutra teaches further:  "He should say the trendy words that he knows are true  truthful , helpful, acceptable  and make others  happy  (the first type). He can also Saying trendy words that people know are true  truthful , useful,  acceptable  but not making others  happy  (the second type) .The person should not say  lies , and  need to  find truth , tell  the truth because that action  enhances his  personal happiness   as well as social harmony and  progress  . "  In another passage the  Buddha  describes the  words  of the wise level   with five  conditions :
1)  Speaking  at the right time  (Kalavadi):
As  we  have seen above, sometimes a true word that  is  not  spoken  in time  becomes  useless  or annoys others  .Good  people  must be  delicate  to  apply their  words in the  right place  at the right time .
2) Integrate with  truth  (Bhūtavadī):
Career  intelligentsia  official  said a word  to  rely on  facts , not  sophistry , not deception. However,  the truth is  not enough,  the  following conditions must  be  met :
3) Bring  benefits  (Atthavādī):
The words  must have  its purpose  and  meaning  , even if the  words are  true  but there is no  purpose  to  benefit anyone, then it is   bullshit ,  useless .
4)  Adapting  to  morality  (Dhammavādi):
Dhamma here means  morality . Words  of  morality  means  reasonable , and the situation with  the Dhamma .
5)  Ethical  union (Vinayavādi):
Value  of  words  also  dependent  personality  ethics  of it. If a  word  has all four  elements  on but not with  the law  or morality  morality  is still dangerous. In the analysis of these eight  words  ,  we  use words of good meaning. But sometimes there are  benefits that are  not necessarily good, such as when saying profiteering, interests are  often used with unwholesome meanings  So good  words  must be both helpful and  honest , that is to say morality  is new.
According to  the scriptures,  there are 10  benefits  and  ethics that  should be  discussed  :
1) It should be said about the virtues of compassion compassion  because  compassion  compassionate help  us  with  soulaltruism , not  greed ,  selfishness ,  avarice  and jealousy.   
2) Should talk about virtues basics  to help us spend a lot of  desire to move too , and live happily in any  circumstances yet.  
3) Talk about pure morality   to help  calm the mind  , be  pure  and  free .
4) Should talk about independent virtues   to help  us  not  tend to  faction, not  rely on  and develop  self-  confidence.
5) should talk about faith  effort  to help us  abandon  calculated  laziness ,  indecision  and inconsistency.
6) Talk about  virtue  because  virtue  is capable of  eliminating  bad habits that we have learned  from countless  lives  to now .
7) Talk about  meditation  because  meditation  is capable of  eliminating  desire , resentment and developing  mental strength .
8) Should say about  wisdom  to help us  practice  virtue  wisely , develop  the intellect  most  thorough understanding of the truth .
9) should talk about  liberation  as  freedom of mind  that  the purpose  of the  Buddhists  on the way  frees  the mind from ignorance  and afflictions .
10) Should talk about  liberating knowledge  , that is to say the  realization of  liberation  of  the Buddha  and the  saints .That  fact  helps  us  firmly believe in the path of  practice  because we know that  we  are walking on  the path  that our predecessors  once experienced and realized . If  the  mindfulness of righteous  thoughts is  correct, we  can experience liberating knowledge   as well.
In short ,  words  can  affect extremely  important  matter not  only for the  life of happiness  of each  individual  , but also can be  determined  by both the safety of  society The words  of such a prestigious figure are   even more  prudent  .That's why the  Buddha  put  the right speech  into the  Eightfold Path ,  the path  to  liberation of enlightenment END=NAM MO SAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.GOLDEN AMITABHA MONASTERY=AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.9/6/2019.
