Craving has many types, both tangible and invisible, but the heaviest and most noticeable are four things: taking colors, taking shape, soft touch, taking part in the palace. These four things sometimes start, sometimes start separately. There are two ways to treat it.

Avoiding these two ways of breathing too quickly or too slowly, the body and mind will be calm and able to count the breath in and out. There are four ways to count:

- Breathe in and out, count 1; Breathe in and out, count 2 ... until 10, don't add no more.

In other words, the four realms of the Realms and the four bases of the two realms above are all graceful scenes, and the eight scenes become graceful, each of which has four acts, so 8 x 4 = 32 ministers. When contemplating, reducing all of one condition, reducing all four acts, narrowing down until only one contemplation of the "miserable" act of the last Noble Truth in the realms (ie there is also a condition of suffering). Because this is only literary and intellectual, there is no wisdom. Including four good karmic, smart, ring, First, the so-called decisive part. Liberation is Nirvana, the instant part. Compassionate Five-minded mind often agree with Nirvana, liberation, as a cause for liberation, so called consolation liberation section. Deciding to be decisive, is a simple part, a part. On the way to practice there are three parts of the religion, religious, uneducated. Decisive means a religion, but a religion is one of three parts. Four friendly, the best, the best, the first is the favored support for the part of the director (decision), so it is called the decisive part.
In short, the three pros have freed the part, the four prosecuted parts are all means of salary to reach the holy fruit, so call the seven means, or the seven sages, seven virtues.
