21) What is the method of meditation?
* How to sit and meditate on the breath of meditation (the day of insight):
This method uses the breath to center the mind, helping us to eliminate disturbances, relax our mind and body and determine the mind. The method of meditation practice is as follows:
1) Meditation posture: Sitting on the ground is more convenient, because it makes it easier to concentrate. Old people can sit in a chair.
When sitting on the ground, you should sit on the banquet or pillow. Sitting in the old legs is the left leg to the right thigh and the right leg to the left thigh, so that the knees are against the ground, the back is easier to straighten; half-sitting is just one left leg on the right thigh or right foot on the left thigh, so that the knees are against the ground; If these two ways cannot sit, sit normally, how comfortable it is.
So the first is the way to sit, the second is to straighten the back, the third is straight to the neck, the fourth eye looks down at the bridge of the nose, loosening, the fifth is to bend the tongue to the upper teeth, the sixth back of the pants does not bother the belly of I, the seventh right hand, put my left hand, and my whole body relaxed.
  1. Meditation:
Breathe in deeply through your nose, bring air down to the knuckle (abdomen), exhale slowly through your mouth. (3 times)
Next to the natural breath in and out through the nostril, there is no need to try to breathe in and out. Just watch the breath in and out. The breath came in, then the breath went in and out silently, the breath in, then breathed in and out and counted to ten, then began counting from one to ten.
We can sit for 15 minutes or 30 minutes at will.
  1. Discharge meditation:
  • Breathe in deeply through your nose, bring air down to the knuckle (abdomen), exhale slowly through your mouth. (3 times)
  • Rub both hands for warmth, massage eyes, nose, face, forehead, head, ear, ear, neck.
  • Rotate two circular shoulders from outside to inside, combine the breath, do 5 times and turn around.
  • The left hand squeezes the right arm from inside out and switches sides.
  • Massage your back and kidneys, punch your kidneys (squeeze your hands together, then put them back and punch your kidneys. The kidneys are opposite to the back bun).
  • Pull your legs apart and squeeze from inside to outside, so as to keep your tendons, and stand up.

22) Do you have a ceremony to pray for a super?
The teacher often makes a feast for everyone. Because, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas vow all beings. Therefore, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas all manifest realms to transform beings. The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are all residing in samādhi, so you all have continents. Buddhas and Bodhisattvas all see what we do, hear what we say, know what we think, etc. He knows the past and the future of beings. Therefore, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are truly powerful people.
Normally, after the funeral, the teacher celebrates a praying ceremony every week (after 7 days) and up to 49 days. If the family has time, then the family can do the praying ceremony every day for 49 days, 100 days and at the same time make a super bridge for the death anniversary every year. 23)  Meaning of divergence

May bring my merit to be, dedicate to the Dharma world of beings in ten directions are into Buddhism. If we practice or do merit, we must pray, thinking about dedicating to beings, to open our compassionate mind. 24) What is impermanence?          Supremacy is the transformation of phenomena and dharmas (things) according to the law of decay; birth-destroying universe. For example:

  • This earth is always spinning and moving. However, it also follows the rules of formation, and sustains it for a while, and then it will change to ruin. At some point, it dissipated and returned.
  • The weather always changes from spring to summer, autumn, winter; then spring again. Should the sun, rain, wind, hot, cold change abnormally.
  • The circumstances of human life also change.
  • The human body is born into a human being, then for a while, old and broken, then death is nothing. So, this body also changes according to the law of impermanence.
  • The human mind also changes. The time of greed, the time of anger, the time of delusion, the time of joy, the sadness, the jealousy, the time of love, the time of hate, the time of remembering, etc.
Thereby, we see the dharma, the phenomena are constantly changing. So called the law of impermanence. 25) What is divine power?          Divine powers are the source of energy or the power of the mind. It is due to meditation practice. 26) What does karma mean ?:          Karma is translated from the word Karma (Sancrit Indian). Karma is the only activity of body, speech and mind. What we do, what we say and what we think is called karma. For example, we do evil, called evil karma; we do good, called good karma. So, kusala kamma and evil are dependent on the activities of body, speech and mind. 27) What is the law of cause and effect?

In society, we can see a huge difference between the rich and the poor; people with longevity and premature deaths; beautiful people and bad people; healthy people and people with disabilities; Smart people and ignorant people; . all are due to the law of cause and effect. Who created the law of cause and effect. Nobody created it. This is the general principle of human life.
  • If we create evil karma, evil karma is human. This evil will lead to evil.
  • If we create good karma, kusala kamma is human. This good will lead to goodness.
For example:
  • The thief steals his rotten seed. Police arrested them in prison. The theft is an evil karma; sitting in prison is evil.
  • Student studying medicine after 6 years. He became a doctor. Study 6 years of medicine as a human; A doctor is a fruit.
  • Buddha cultivates gender, practices, cultivates wisdom into Buddha (Enlightenment). Cultivation, concentration, cultivation of wisdom is human; The Buddha is the result.
  • If anyone says, "I am a saint." Saints are fruits. So, we have to find out what person cultivates to become a Saint. If this Saint does not have a cause. So, this Holy fruit is not true.
Therefore, the Buddha taught that anyone who creates good karma will not avoid the law of cause and effect. Therefore, the Buddha taught us to understand the law of cause and effect so that we can sow good causes. If we have already planted good people, then goodness will come to us. 28) What is reincarnation?          People after death will change their form to another life in the three realms. It is sex education, gender identity and gender identity. Why? Because, beings create good and evil karma.Karma is karma; This good and evil will lead to evil. Because of the cause and effect, there should be future and future lives. Therefore, beings must be reincarnated for eternal life through four ways of birth: that is the birth of the child, the birth and the birth and the birth of the birth. I - Sex education:

Sex means desire. Sex education is a world where men and women meet the desire.consists of six types is Heaven (heavenly sex), people, A Tu La, Hell, Preta, Animal birth.
  1. Heaven sexual education:  He has made blessing and giving charity, after
When death is born up to heaven and enjoy sex blessed.
The heavenly sex world has 6 realms such as: Heavenly Heaven, Heavenly Blade, Heavenly Sky, Heavenly Place, Heavenly Lost and Heavenly Destiny.
  1. People:  people who know how to keep the 5 precepts, when they are born again, become moral people.
The human realm in 4 continents is: Dong Thang Shenzhou; Nam Thien Bo Chau; Tay Nguu Xuzhou and North Cu Luzhou.
  1.  Tu La:  You have made good, but angry, hot and like
fighting, dying to be A Tu La. A La La has Thien A Tu La and Nhan A Tu La
  1. Hell:  The anger anger creates evil karma, death of hell, punishment.
  2. Peta:  The greedy, self-indulgent, selfish, demoralizing demon hungry (hungry ghosts).
  3. Animal birth:  The foolish people do not keep the world to create evil karma, damaging animals.

II - Identity:
Sac is the body, body. Identity is the heavenly realm, but there are no men and women.Because, these people have left the craving for sexuality and lust for men. They just worry happily in meditation.
The precepts include four stages of meditation of the ordinary, moving away from the boredom of the gross joy to the subtle pure joy such as: meditation, second meditation, tam meditation, and meditation.
  1. Sister meditation (Ly born with joy):
Practitioners start with a boring mind, far from the sexual and lustful homosexuality of the realm. After asking to meditate away from the precarious umbrella of sex, practitioners are happy (birth and happiness). That is the first meditation result (meditation).
* Sister meditation consists of 3 heavenly realms: heaven Pham Pham, heaven Pham Phu, heaven Dai Pham
  1. Second meditation (Determination of happiness):
The joys mentioned above make the mind waver, it must be eliminated; so the meditator must enter. When samadhi has been fruitful, the pleasurable joys of the meditation stop and the subtle joy in reshaping arises; so it is called to be happy.
* Second Meditation consists of 3 heavenly realms: Heavenly Light, Heavenless Light, Heavenly Sound.
  1. Tam Meditation (Ly joyful touch) : The joy of the second meditation though subtle, but
Still making the mind vibrate. Therefore, one needs to eliminate the joy in the second meditation. When this joy is removed, another mysterious joy arises. So it is called the marvelous Ly touch.
Tam Thien consists of 3 heavenly realms: Heavenly Pure Land, Heavenly Pure Land, Heavenly Pure Land.
In the sutras are often written: the realms of meditation are more fun (magic touch).Because of the lower realms, there is only raw joy, but in the above realms, it is only pure land, no more joy.
  1. Tu Thien (Dismantling pure thoughts):  In the Three Realms of meditation, though it has run out of raw joy
of meditation and second meditation; but there is still a mysterious joy. But whenever there is joy, the mind is not completely pure. Practitioners also have to go up one step, go into the fourth meditation to discharge the joyful mind, so that the mind is completely pure, so it should be called pure mindfulness.
The Fourth Meditation consists of 9 heavenly realms such as: Heavenless Van, Heavenly Blessed, Heavenly Fruit, Unbelievable Heaven, Heavenly God, Heavenly Heat, Heavenly Goodness, Heavenly God, Heavenly Heavenly Life.
III - The invisible world (The four are not determined):
The person in this realm has no body, only consciousness. After having gone through the Fourth Meditation and attained perfection, the practitioner continues to meditate and will undergo the following four stages of non-determinism. The reason is called four, because when you enter these four, the meditator will no longer see a scene or hope.
  1. No Infinite Land:  Meditation when you have attained the Four Meditation, the mind has
To be completely pure, but still see the gender identity, the body, and the scene and being bound by the image, the mind is boring. In order to leave the form of body and scene, the meditator enters the first intention of the Four Noble Truths, being able to enter with the boundless void, ie without the separation and the boundary of the scene.
  1. The Unbounded Form: The  meditator when he was first assigned to the Four
No, leave the form of body and sight, see the infinite of nothingness, but still keep the narrow ego, still see the border of consciousness. So a meditator must enter the second concentration of the four meditations, to remove the boundary of consciousness; When it is achieved, it is possible to enter into the Boundless Realm.
  1. Unresponsive: The  meditator even though he no longer sees the border, separates
of consciousness, but still see that there is a self, a mind, a strong energy, but even if there is a sense of energy, even if you see yourself and a person, you still see that you possess. So, a meditator has to go beyond one level, away from the agitation, the energy, or enter the Unconditioned Land (the realm does not possess).
  1. Phi Tuong Phi Phi Tuong Xu:
The meditator when he entered samadhi, no longer sees the ego, the mind, but still thinks. But I thought it was still hopeful. So, a meditator has to move to another level, into an impossible realm. But this is not thought, does not mean inanimate, unconscious like rock. Unimaginable, but unimaginable of rock, utopian but still lucid as a mirror, not a board or stone face. That is the meaning of the African Pure Land of Phi Phi Tuong.29) What is lay Buddhist?          Household Buddhists are married people, have taken refuge in the Three Jewels and received five forbidden precepts. +  Refuge Three Jewels : What does Tam Bao Refuge mean? The Quy is back; he is relying; Three Jewels are the three treasures: the Buddha says, Dharma and Sangha.

  • Buddha Bao : Bao is precious things like gold, silver, glass, crystal, far away, etc. Buddha is more precious than precious things in this life. Because Buddha is an enlightened being, understanding the truth of this life. That truth is the truth. He is the wise, compassionate and compassionate sentient being through His life and history.
  • Dharma Security : Dharma is the teaching, the methods of suffering, transforming the delusion into enlightenment, transforming the divine person into a saint, bringing beings to life and death. Therefore, the Buddha's dharma is called "the worldly dharma". Worldly dharma is just knowledge that helps people have a career to earn money to support this body. Examples are dentists, doctors, engineers
  • Sangha : An increase is a group of four or more people who live in harmony and practice sincerely according to the Buddha's teachings.
  • So refuge in the Three Jewels is the mind returning to relying on Buddha, Dharma and Sangha until becoming Buddha.

No killing is not killing, telling people to kill and seeing people killing animals and animals, but being happy. Because human beings and animals have life, emotions, feelings of suffering and joy, etc. Only animal beings cannot speak, cannot go to school, and are not as rational as humans. In general, people and animals have the mind in other words the soul. Crime of killing beings will be imprisoned, fallen into hell and hated.
