How to reach the realm of Nirvana (Nibbana)?
By practicing the Noble Eightfold Path consists of Right Understanding, Right Thought, Right Speech, Righteousness, Right Career, Righteous Mind, Right Mindfulness, and Right Concentration.
This unique path makes Gender, Concentration and Hue.
The Buddha briefed his Middle Path in the following verse:
"Don't do evil things,
Good work
Keep your mind clean
Oh, the words of the Buddhas teach.
Gender is the first step to Nirvana.
Without killing and hurting any living being, we should have compassion for all, right away for the smallest creatures crawling under our feet. Without stealing, practitioners should be righteous and honest in everything they do. Keeping no evil deeds, which makes people lose their dignity, practitioners should be clean. Do not lie, practitioners should be honest.Preventing harmful drinking, distracting the mind, practicing meditation and concentration.
The basic principles of moral practice above are essential for the person walking on the path to Nirvana. Violating these means creating obstacles on the path that will hinder the practice of practitioners. The maintenance of the precepts is to create a solid and convenient progress on the path of practice.
Practitioners, when preserving their words and actions, can go further in trying to control their own bases.
As practitioners progress slowly and steadily in restraining the words, actions and continents, the karma of this diligent practitioner motivates the person to renounce the worldly points and accept the religious life. Then he will think like this:
“Life at home is the crest of dispute,
Full of hard work and needs.
But the life of a monk,
It's liberation and it's as high as the vast sky. ”
We should not think that we must direct our lives to become a monk (Bhikkhu), or to live in seclusion to attain Nirvana.Bhikkhu's life certainly helps a lot in spiritual progress, but the layman can still become an Arhat (55). After reaching the third level, the lay practitioner will live alone.
By standing firmly on the foundation of the precepts, the practitioner begins to practice the higher level called Dinh to control and repair his mind, the second stage of the Path of the Path.
It is to keep the mind at one point. That is the direction for the mind to focus on one subject, not thinking about anything else.
There are many different meditation subjects, depending on the individual's mind. Consistency (counting the breath) is the easiest method to help the mind. Compassion is very beneficial because it creates the mind of the practitioner with peace and happiness.
The immeasurable quartet - The word, Bi, Hy and Rin is a very practical method.
After carefully observing the subject of meditation, one should choose a place that best fits his mind. When the place has been satisfactorily chosen, the practitioner strives to patiently concentrate his thoughts until he is completely enamored and interested in it, meaning that the mind of the practitioner no longer holds any any other idea. At that time the meditator's mind may be temporarily disturbed by the troubles (five things) such as greed, anger (anger), enlightenment (laziness, sleepiness), repentance (disturbing the mind ) and doubt (dharma). But in the end, when the practitioner reaches the mind of samadhi, he will feel the boundless joy of meditation in meditation, enjoying the tranquility and tranquility of the mind which abides.
Practitioners when reaching the mind completely abiding, he can attain the five divine powers: Thien Nhan Thong, Thien Nhi Thong, Tuc Mang Thong, Tha Tam Thong, and Than Tuc Thong. And do not think that giving up those divine powers is essential for the achievement of the Eucharist.
Although the mind of the practitioner was pure at the time, it was still hidden in the inclination to be interested in pleasure, because of meditation, temporary desires were subdued. However, at some unexpected moment, they can begin to return to the mind of the practitioner.
Both Gender and Concentration are useful in the extermination of predestined obstacles on the Path of the Path, but only the Wisdom Insight helps the practitioner to see things as true and ultimately reach the ultimate goal by completing all eradicating all craving thanks to Dinh. This is the third and final level of the path to Nirvana.
With the mind abiding at one point, now like a cleaned mirror, one can observe the world to realize the truth of all things.Regardless of where to look, the practitioner sees the three characteristics of the Dharma (56). Practitioners realize that life is always changing and all things are impermanent. Whether in heaven or in the world, one cannot find true happiness, because every form of pleasure is the beginning of suffering. Therefore, what is impermanent is suffering and where the transformation and suffering prevail, there can be no permanent eternal soul.
In these three dharmas, the practitioner chooses which one is most appropriate and dedicated to developing the Wisdom in that particular direction until a glorious day, the day when the practitioner attains Nirvana and for the first time in the world. My life has killed three disturbances: Bodhisattva, Nghi and About Prohibition.
When he reached this level, he attained the result of Tu Da Hoan (57) - a newcomer who entered the stream leading to Nirvana. If you have not finished destroying all troubles, you will have to reborn a maximum of seven times.
As a result of new glimpses of Nirvana, practitioners try hard to make rapid progress and cultivate the Wisdom more profoundly in order to attain the results of Tu Da Ham (58) by reducing two more troubles. Another Fetters is ThamDuc and Chua Nhuue. Practitioners are called to attain the results of Da Ham because he was only reborn as a human again, in case the practitioner has not attained Arhat.
By the time he reached the third Holy class or A Na Ham (59), the new practitioner completely eradicated the above-mentioned two Minds. From there, practitioners do not have to be reborn in the human realm or the heavenly sexes anymore because He no longer desires sexual pleasures. After the kill, practitioners will be reborn in the Pure Land of Heaven (Suddhavasa), a scene of Brahma (Brahma) appropriate until he attained Arhat.
The divine being is encouraged by the extraordinary result of the efforts, the determination to make the final step and destroy the rest of the Minds, such as the Paralysis of the Precepts, the Unsurpassed Gender, the Mystery, the Ants and Ignorance to become a complete Saint-attainment of Arhat.
The Arhat realized that what had to be done was done, the burden of affliction gave up, all forms of craving were completely exterminated and the Nirvana result fulfilled the accomplishment. Now He reaches the climax, higher than the restlessness, renouncing all the greed and defilements of the world in order to experience the supreme happiness of Nirvana (Nibbana) and like the Arahantas of the past. The past has shown the source of joy through the following lines:
"Good will and wisdom arise due to the cultivation mind,
The highest nobility is built on good precepts,
This helps people become pure, not rich or rich. ”
And the scientist TH Huxley (60) expressed: - "Buddhism is a system that does not accept God in the western sense, it denies that there is a soul in man, and considers faith in immutability as is wrong. Buddhism denies the effect of prayer and sacrifices and advises people not to rely on anything other than their own effort to liberate. Buddhism, in its original purity, does not mention the vow of submission; and never ask for help from the hands of worldly people; but it has expanded rapidly and miraculously throughout the world and is still a dominant religion for most humanity. ” END=NAM MO SAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=GOLDEN AMITABHA MONASTERY=AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.13/2/2019.
