 [XXIII - DISCUSSION OF COMPLIMENTAL MEMBERSHIP *] «Abhisamayakatha  » .23.
*  Abhisamaya . As one of the basic concepts of meditation method of Buddhism, abhisamaya is the practice of realizing the truth in Buddhism, it is always coordinated with the whole process of enlightenment. In Pali organs  ,  paññā  is the main element of enlightenment and  abhisamaya  is the basic way to realize that enlightenment.Enlightenment is not only an idea but can also be realized by contemplating and fully understanding the phenomena. For those who strive to be enlightened, the most important thing is  that truth can manifest itself by directly observing the true phenomena as they are . Abhisamaya like that. When teaching, the Buddha used very ordinary simple words like 'see' ( passati ), this event explained what just said.'Someone who  sees  dhamma, he  sees  Me':  yo dhammaṁ passati so maṁ passati  (S iii 120) ... someone who  sees  that arises due to dependence, he  sees dhamma (M i 190f) ... Talking about  Panna  is a practice practice, the Buddha refers to three types of practice: listening ( sutamayā ), thinking ( cintāmayā ) and meditating (bhāvanāmayā ). After discussing the general meaning of  abhisamayaWe talk about the special application of it is the method of meditation when the disciples of the Buddha apply it to the path of liberation. At this point, we can say that from the beginning, the Buddhist meditation method is the four Noble Truths, and the full understanding of these four Noble Truths ( saccābhisamaya ) has been considered a way of seeing real ( dhammanupassana ,  dhammabhisamaya ) through activities based on wisdom ( Panna ). Therefore, the study of  abhisamaya  is necessary because: (1) understand that  abhisamaya  is of equal value to enlightenment, nibbana (nirvana) and vimokkha (liberation), from which it is an enlightened type. ; (2) fully understand  abhisamayaHow did the role play in the stages of practice and meditation of disciples; (3) clarifies the relationship between  abhisamaya  and  Panna  from the similarities between  Mahayana  and  Theravada tradition ... Read Kyosho Hayashima,  Abhisamaya  in  Encyclop æ dia of Buddhism , Vol. I, [Government of Ceylon, 1961] page 105-114.
In this volume, the monk  Ñāṇamoli  translated the word  abhisamaya  as a convergence. It must be included in the statement of the author of Gavampati with the great idea that he could attest to a Noble Truth, and he also witnessed the three Great Truths (S v 437). hi  teaching passages S v 437 this He  Kaccana Thera  (probably the 2nd century BC) said that 'there is realization all four Truth Cao Both occur  simultaneously, in a moment, in a heart , not before . Read  Kaccāna Thera ,  Peṭakopadesa page 134  ( Piṭaka-Disclosure   e. 539, p 180). In the  Visuddhimagga  tr 690 ( The Path of Purification, ch. XXII dd. 92), Mr.  Buddhaghosa  (5th century western calendar) writes: 'at the time of fully understanding the High Truths, each of the four paths performs at the same time four tasks: full understanding, renunciation, realization. and develop.'
Summarizing the above ideas, in this volume, I translate  Abhisamaya  = convergence is simultaneous realization .

1. [215] There is simultaneous realization. [first]
How does the monk realize at the same time?
Enlightenment at the same time with the mind. [2]
If he realizes at the same time with the mind, so does the mindless person realize at the same time?
The person without mind does not realize at the same time; enlightened monks at the same time with mind.
If he realizes at the same time by mind, so does the mindless person realize at the same time?
The non-minded person does not realize at the same time; enlightened monks at the same time by mind and mind.
If the Bhikkhu is enlightened at the same time with the mind and the mind, then, does he realize at the same time with the mind of the sensuous world and the mind?
He does not realize at the same time with the mind of sex and the mind.
So, does he realize at the same time with the mind of the realms of gender and matter?
He does not realize at the same time with the mind of the realms of gender identity and position.
So, does he realize at the same time with the mind of formlessness and mind?
He does not realize at the same time with the mind of formlessness and mind.
So, does he realize at the same time as the mind which is the result of karma 2 *  and equals mind?
2 * mind is the result of kamma: referred to as vipākacitta.
He does not realize at the same time with mind and vipākacitta.
So, is he enlightened at the same time with the mind as the master of karma and the mind?
He is not enlightened at the same time by the mind is the master of karma and the mind.
So, is he enlightened at the same time by the mind that interacts with truth and mind?
He does not realize and at the same time, the mind interacts with truth and mind.
So, does he realize at the same time with the mind of the past and the mind?
He does not realize at the same time with the mind of the past and the mind.
So, does he realize at the same time with his future mind and mind?
He does not realize at the same time with the future mind and by mind.
So, does he realize at the same time with the mundane mind which is beginning and equal?
He does not realize and at the same time the mundane mind is arising and by mind. He  realized at the same time by the mind which arises at the moment when the path of the path is so supreme and equal to the mind .
How does he realize at the same time with the mind which starts at the moment when the path of the path is so supernatural and by the mind?
At the close moment of the path, the mind with the [nature] of its arising with the superiority is the cause and the condition for the mind, [216] and the mind associated with [the mind] takes the cessation of cessation its area; and also, the mind with its superiority is clear, the cause and the condition for the mind; and also, the mind associated with that [mind] takes the cessation of its realm. He realized at the same time by the mind which is starting at the moment when the path of the path is so great and equal to that position.
2. So, at the same time, is it only that much?
Is not. At the close moment, the supramundane path has simultaneous realization of seeing, which is right understanding; there is the realization of the mind at the same time, which is the righteous mind;there is simultaneous realization of the preservation of speech, which is the right speech; there is simultaneous realization of the source of arising, which is righteous action; there is simultaneous realization of keeping clean, which is righteous; there is simultaneous realization of effort, which is the main diligence; there is simultaneous realization of setting, which is mindfulness; there is realization at the same time of no distraction, which is right concentration. There is simultaneous realization of setting (foundation), which is the element of enlightenment of mindfulness ... [and so on with the elements that make up the next enlightenment] ... there is simultaneous realization of thinking, which constitutes the enlightenment of calm. There is simultaneous realization of unshakability because of not believing, which is credit ... [and so on with the next forces] ... there is simultaneous realization of unshakability because of ignorance, which is wisdom. There is simultaneous realization of the decision, which is the capacity to influence the credit ... [and so on with the power to influence the next] ... There is simultaneous realization of seeing, which is energy the force of intellectual influence. There is simultaneous realization of influential powers in the sense of victory; there is simultaneous realization of forces in an unshakable sense; there is simultaneous realization of the elements that make enlightenment in the sense of escape; there is simultaneous realization of pathways in the sense of cause; there is simultaneous realization of the foundations of contemplation in the established sense (foundation); there is simultaneous realization of righteous effort in the sense of effort; there is simultaneous realization of the foundation of divine powers in the sense of accomplishment; there is simultaneous realization of truths in the true sense as (reality). There is simultaneous realization of silence in the sense of non-distraction; having realization at the same time of the shop realizes the sense of visualization; there is simultaneous realization of stillness and contemplation according to the effect (flavor) only; having simultaneous realization of double waves in the sense of not exceeding.Purification of gender in the sense of overpowering is simultaneous realization; purification of mind in the sense of non-disturbance is simultaneous realization; purification of opinion in the sense of concurrent realization; liberation in the sense of freedom is simultaneous realization; wisdom in the sense of understanding is simultaneous enlightenment; defending in the sense of giving up is simultaneous realization; the mind knows about annihilation in the sense of cutting off and realizing at the same time. In the sense of origin, the will to do is enlightenment at the same time; in the sense of source arises, consider is simultaneous realization; in the sense of gathering, contact is simultaneous realization; in the first sense, [217] is meant to be simultaneous enlightenment; in the sense of victory, contemplation is simultaneous realization; in the highest sense, wisdom is simultaneous enlightenment;in the core sense, defending is a simultaneous realization; in the end, nibbana emerges from immortality as simultaneous realization. [3]
3. So, simultaneous enlightenment is only that much?
Is not. At the same moment, the path of enlightenment: there is simultaneous realization of seeing, which is right understanding; ... [and so on as in e. 2] ... the mind knows how to destroy death in the sense of cutting off enlightenment at the same time. In the sense of origin, the will to do is enlightenment simultaneously ... [and so on. 2] ... in the end sense, nibbana emerges from immortality as simultaneous realization.
4. So, at the same time, is it only that much?
Is not. At the close moment, you enter the stream: there is simultaneous realization of seeing, which is right understanding; ... [and so on as in e. 2] ... the mind knows about not being arisen in the sense of calmness is simultaneous realization. In the sense of origin, the will to do is enlightenment simultaneously ... [and so on. 2] ... in the end sense, nibbana emerges from immortality as simultaneous realization.
5. So, at the same time, only that much?
Is not. At the close of the path to return once: there is simultaneous realization of seeing, which is right understanding; ... [repeating e. 3] ...
6. So, at the same time, only that much?
Is not. At the same moment, the fruit comes back once: there is simultaneous realization of seeing, which is right understanding; ... [repeating e. 4] ...
7. So, simultaneous enlightenment is only that much?
Is not. At the close moment, the path does not return: there is simultaneous realization of seeing, which is right understanding; ... [repeating e. 3] ...
8. So, at the same time, only that much?
Is not. At the same moment, the fruit does not come back: there is simultaneous realization of seeing, which is right understanding; ... [repeating e. 4] ...
9. So, at the same time, is it only that much?
Is not. At the close of the path of arahant: there is simultaneous realization of seeing, which is right understanding; ... [repeating e. 3] ...
10. So, at the same time, only that much?
Is not. At the close of the arahant's result: there is simultaneous realization of seeing, which is right understanding; ... [repeating e. 4] ...
11. [When this holy step] renounces gonorrhea,  [4]  [does] he give up the past gonorrhea, renounce future gonorrhea, give up the existing gonorrhea?
[Let's assume] he gave up his past gonorrhea.
If he abandons the past gonorrhea, he destroys what has already been destroyed, ending what has already been terminated, dissolving what has already vanished. What belongs to the past, does not exist, but does he give up?
Thus, he does not give up past gonorrhea. [Let's assume] he abandoned future gonorrhea.
If he abandons future gonorrhea, he renounces the unborn, renounces that which has not yet arisen, renounces that which has not yet arisen, renounces that which has not yet manifested. What belongs to the future, does not exist, but does he give up?
Thus, he does not give up future gonorrhea. [Assume that] he gave up the current gonorrhea.
If he gives up gonorrhea is starting, even if he is sexually suggestive, he gives up; even if he is angry, he gives up anger; even if he was confused, he gave up ignorance; despite being bound, he gave up the conceit (proud); even if he misunderstood, he gave up the [wrong] viewpoint; even if it is distracted, he renounces the oscillation; though he does not insist, he renounces his doubts; despite his long-standing habit, he gave up the tendency to sleep underground; the dark light states occur in waves, and the practice of the path has gonorrhea. [218]
Thus, he does not give up past gonorrhea, does not renounce future gonorrhea, does not give up the current gonorrhea.
If he does not give up past gonorrhea, does not give up gonorrhea in the future, does not give up gonorrhea that is present, there is no path development, there is no evidence of the path, there is no evidence of enlightenment. the phenomenon of phenomena?
Not that. There is still the development of the path, there is evidence of the path, the realization of the phenomena at the same time.
How?
12. Suppose there is an unborn fruit tree, and a person who cuts off its roots will not be born and will not be born, they will never arise and will not arise, they will remain forever being arises and will not arise, they remain forever and will not manifest. Also, being arises is the cause, arising is a condition for the arising of gonorrhea. See clearly the danger in arising, so the mind goes on (rushing in), it does not arise. With the mind going in (rushing in) does not arise, gonorrhea should have arisen with the arising of the condition still not being born and will not be born ... forever without expression and will not manifest. So with the cessation of the cause, there is the cessation of suffering ... Continued recurrence is the cause ... The condition for birth and death is the cause ... Accumulation is the cause ...Accumulation is a condition for gonorrhea. Seeing the danger in accumulation, the mind goes in (rushing in) not accumulating. With the mind going in (rushing in) not accumulating, gonorrhea should have been generated and the condition still remains unborn and will not be born ... still without expression and will not manifest. So with the cessation of cause, there is the cessation of suffering. So there is the development of the path, there is the result of the path, the realization of the phenomena at the same time.
