Power and effort,

Mind power and strength,

(VIII) (8) Fetuses

- Ananda, when the Vajjas do not promulgate rules not issued, not abolish the rules that have been issued, live in accordance with the tradition of the Vajji people as it was in ancient times, this time Ananda Vajjí will be strong, not reduced. Hey Ananda, do you hear the Vajji people worship, respect, pay homage to the elderly Vajjì, and listen to the teachings of these people? 
- Lord, I have heard the Vajjì worship, respect, bowing, offering the elderly Vajjì, and listen to the teachings of these people.
- Ananda, when the Vajji people worship, respect, bowing, offering the elderly Vajjì, and listen to the teachings of these people, the Vajjì people will be strong, not deteriorated. Hey Ananda, do you hear that the Vajjas do not abduct and force the women and girls to live with you Vajj? 
- Lord, I have heard the Vajjì no kidnapping and forced women and girls Vajjì must live with her. 
- Ananda, when the abduction and coercion of women and girls Vajjì must live with her, this time Ananda, Vajjì people will grow, not decline. Hey Ananda, you have heard the Vajjì worship, respect, bowing, offering the temple of Vajjì in the province and outside the province, not abandon the sacrifices that have been made before, have done in accordance with the law are not?
