What is the dharma?

Everything that is not real, but we accept is true, so the Buddha said "no" to break the mind that accept it.

Q: Bat Nha Heart Center say anything is not. So what does that mean?

A:
Many people now understand the word "no". The word "no" in Buddhism is different from the word "no" in life. The word "no" in real life means no. For example, holding a mi-cro in his hand. If you drop the mi-cro down then it's not. The word "no" in Buddhism does not have the same meaning, but is said in the place where things are, which have no true nature, only because of many things that combine to form.

Also, if you find one of the miracles really can not see, because it is made up of many components assembled together and temporarily designated as a mi-cro. Or as a lotus flower full of stems, wings, stigmas, seeds ... but no one is the only one to make lotus flower, which must be made by many combinations. Not only these, but also other factors such as land, water, sunlight ... can survive and develop.

Thus, the word "no" in Buddhism means no real, no one is the core. Because there is no core, so when it ends, it decays, where it returns to it, can not exist in a certain form or state forever.

Even where our bodies do not have the only organ to make it. Eyes are my ears, my ears, my nose or my legs? The heart, kidney, lungs, spleen ... are not the body, but when combined together form the body. Buddhism says that this body is not a pure mass, nor is it a complete one, but a combination of things in a orderly fashion.

It must constantly borrow from other things such as breathing, rice, water, temperature ... to survive. If any part of the problem is gone, immediately seek medical attention or even severe damage can no longer work. Just because we do not see it, we mistakenly think that we are a pure solid forever, so we have the wrong idea that nobody lives and if anyone touches them. then resist. That is ignorance, not the truth!

From the mind and body to the surroundings is not fixed, not uniform and not true nature. Simply stated "not real", is not nothing.

In the heart of the Prajnaparamas there is the saying: "No eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, mind. There is no color, bar, incense, taste, contact, dharma. "If we understand in the world that there is no all around, how can this life still exist? In the past, there is a note when reading this paragraph, the birth of doubt for not understanding why he has eyes, ears, nose, tongue clear, that the Prajna says there is no! He gave the question with Master. He knew that a wise man would achieve great accomplishment later, so he only showed him to go south to study with the monks.

Having studied for a long time, he understood the magical meaning and later became the founder of Zen Buddhism in China.

Everything that is not real, but we accept is true, so the Buddha said "no" to break the mind that accept it.

In the depths of our minds, we always think of this body as our own, and our homes, our money, our cars, our names ... are ours, so when they are changed we suffer extremely. It is the mind that grasps the truth, so that there are suffering afflictions and create countless karma. When entering the pagoda, we see that all is "no", but when we go out to do business, we see that all things are "yes", so we continue suffering forever. While the root of the practice is to see clearly all the dharmas are not real.

The mind of the Prajna Sutra also has the phrase: "Visualization of the five aggregates of not necessarily the degree of suffering yoke," which clearly shows that this mind and body is not true, will pass all the suffering. Enlightenment "no" the victory, but enlightenment "there" immediately defeated. If skillfully bring wisdom Bat Nha of Buddhism to apply in daily life, surely everyone's life will be at peace. That is the true meaning of the Heart Sutra. END=NAM MO SAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH CHAN TANH.THE MIND OF ENLIGHTENMENT.VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=GOLDEN LOTUS MONASTERY=AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.18/7/2018.
