Tathagata does not argue with life with only the argument with Tathagata.
The story is recorded in a discourse of the Aramaic discourse, about the controversy of the world to the Buddha as follows: One time the Buddha and the monks begged through the fields in the village of Ekanala , was blocked by a farmer named Bharadvala. He is a rich man, farm buffalo, paddy field full of rice.
In the plowing season, he was urging people to plow. He approached the Buddha and said: We are farmers, we have to plow deeply, plant fertilizer, fertilize, harvest to get rice to eat. You do not do anything, do not produce anything but you eat. You have no use for this life, you do not plow, do not plant, do not fertilize, not reaping ...
For Bharadvala to utter his words in anger, then the Buddha replies calmly, "Bharadvda! Yes, we also have plow, hoe, plant, remove fertilizer, fertilize and harvest.
Bharadvala irritated: Where are your plows, hoes, cows, seeds? What do you care for, what you fertilize, what you harvest?
Buddha said: peasants! Faith is the seed, the ascetic is raining, the wisdom is plowing, shame is the axis, diligently diligent to go to liberation. Landlord! Without faith, compassion and wisdom, life will be dry and painful. We are also planting and harvesting as landlords. On the field of cultivating blessed fields, it is necessary to have faith, to have wisdom, to have ascetic anguish, to diligently diligently acquire blessings. Just as trees lack water, the leaves are dry, humanity without understanding and love, humanity is dying in anger, disagreement. Life does not mean anything at all. Tathagata is sowing the seeds of faith, love and understanding to all, so that they can receive the balance between material and spirit to create happiness and happiness.
After this sermon, the farmer was very fond of the Buddha and offered rice bowl to the Buddha, but the Buddha refused to receive. Because the sermon is not for the rice paddies, when people do not have faith in the Dharma, the donation does not benefit much.
The mind of the peasants can also be the mind of many people. When people do not have faith in the Dharma, these ideas are commonplace.
Because of craving, looking for material benefits so beings do not see the importance of the sublimation of consciousness and peace of self. They cling to the five aggregates subject to nourishment, supply, until the five aggregates of the coast to dissolve sorrow, sadness, suffering, brainpower will come to them.
The Buddha is the realization, the legal proof of the impermanence is translated; The realization of the five aggregates is such, the initiation, the extermination, the harm and the separation, but because of the ignorance, they do not know how to argue with the Buddha, but the Buddha taught that is not. the fault of the Blessed One. And they made such mistakes, they argued so the Buddha did not do anything.
Practicing to get rid of greed is a very difficult matter. Most sentient beings are lustful, craving for love so they are bound in that without escaping the land. The Great School of the Buddha emphasized: " Ananda, because not enlightened, do not understand this dhamma-consciousness that present beings are disturbed like a cocoon, confused as a Just like the grass and the Babaji reeds, there is no way out of suffering, birth and death . "
The Buddha found this five aggregates are suffering so we should not be attached to it, should not cultivate it too exaggerated to know the degree. The Buddha taught: " Bhikshuni monks in the diet, the right to eat deli not to fun, passion, jewelry for the body only to not harm the body, to preserve the virtue, eat to eliminate the sensation old life, not new feelings arise, so that living without mistakes and live peacefully. " (Central business). The attitude of the monk to eat very well is to eat well to avoid harming the body and to practice virtue, not because of eating, but the greed, obstacles to practice.
Understanding that we have to set ourselves a practice of patience. There is patience for us to be able to tolerate these obstacles, naught. Tathagata does not argue with life, but smartly overcome, to pass through, called one of the " Thien " one of the Tathagata of the Chief Justice.
The practice of patience is to eliminate the outburst of the heart, vigilance prevention of sorrow and loneliness of the heart to practice elaborate practice. On the other hand to calm the mind calm, and also to practice words, bi, joy, discharge, prepare the mind into the wisdom, the practice of patience as required by the very high. Such patience is the manifestation of the inner strength of the cultivator according to the teachings of the Buddha. Usually we live in a natural reaction (animal reaction) who scolds us for reproach, who beat us up, so our lives always live in the tricycles of struggle, the bastard. suffering.
A wise person will choose to be more restrained, more self-reliant and calm. Some people think that patience is a coward attitude, but according to the psychological rules, the opposite cowardly, lack of new spirit is not animated. Patience expresses the strength of the will, the inner strength of the mind, and the virtue of a monk. The textbook teaches: "The practice of the new ring is called the supreme being of strength."
Debating over losing is only in the mind of conceit and delusion, not in the mind full of compassion and wisdom. As a life-long life, he was so tolerant that the sentient beings could hardly cope. In the Amitabha, Shakyamuni Buddha was praised by the ten Buddhas: "The power of even the most precious things" is to do things difficult to do, rare in this evil five worlds.
As a Buddha we must learn patience, understanding and love as He is, to spread love, to lessen the suffering pain for everyone .END=NAM MO SAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH CHAN TANH.THE MIND OF ENLIGHTENMENT.VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=GOLDEN LOTUS MONASTERY=AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.4/7/2018.
