Practice patience
to tame anger

Patience is the 10 practices of parson for the Bodhisattvas who wish to become the Buddha, Full Buddha, or Buddha. These are:
        1 - Giving
        2 -
        3 - Exporting
        4 - Intellectual
        5 - Effort
        6 - MEMBERS
        7 - Truth
        8 - Determination
        9 - Compassion
        10 - Center of discharge
Patience is the acceptance of harsh, painful situations, unintended objects that do not remain angry, hated and still maintain a calm and peaceful mind. Most of us outside are patient, but the resentment is still inside. If there is still anger in the mind, it is not called MEMORANDUM, MEMBER.
A Tibetan monk, after being incarcerated for ten years, tortured in prison; When released, a journalist asked him: "In those years, what made you the most scared? He replied, "I am most afraid to lose compassion for those who abuse me. »
This is a great Bodhisattva, offerings.
There are three types of patience:
1 / COMPLETE: is the severity of extreme adversity: sun, rain, hot and cold, muzzles, snakes. Or be cruelly beaten, abused, scolded, cursed badly but still tolerate, no angry attitude, hate, keep the heart naturally, not fluctuate.
2 / OUTPATIENT: the body was tolerated patient mouth, but also did not utter the words of evil return, spicy.
3 / IMAGINE: neither in the heart nor resentment, or revenge.
In these 3 types of rings, the most important ring is the measure of the patience of the Bodhisattva.

 IMPROVEMENT WITH WHO?
        - With harsh external environment, with the foreigners do not dislike it, with his brute husband, with his jealous wife, with his son quizzical, with difficult boss, with colleagues pinched ...
        - With internal tormented, miserable: as political prisoners are being tormented by the body and spirit of the dictatorship of dictators.
        - With yourself can not stand anymore, no longer keep the calm, the anger or compassion.
        - With time, oh time! is the eternal enemy of man
«Why are you constantly pushing the gall?
For the rosy lips, cheeks are fading, The
sea is full, the moon is full, the moon remains forever
Mountain river also changes shape »(Tho Quang Tuan)
WHAT TO DO TO DO?
To keep good and good for oneself and others
. To be happy, to be happy, to be happy, to be happy, to be happy, to be happy
        and not to hate.
To forgive yourself and those who harm you, life is not a battlefield, but a realm of peace and happiness.
        - In order to change people's hearts, to change a harsh regime, Nelson Mandela, after so many years of resentment in prison, dissolved the "racist" regime. Aung San Suu Kyi, after 20 years of patience, has changed Burma's military dictatorship
        - and finally, to implement the Bodhisattva vows.
MISCELLANEOUS NOTHING?

        According to the Abhidhamma (PG psychology), patience is a good mind. The mind is the mental basis of the mind, so it is the same nature as the metaphor, but patient with the metaphor of object;
The object of TÂM TỪ is the person or object deserving of love and to a high level, the metaphor can cover all beings, regardless of, not limited to even the enemy. myself. For example, ordinary parents treat their children with love, with kindness, but when their children turn upside down, the mind is transformed into a patient heart for forgiveness and love. The same husband and wife, when he or she has a triad, then patient heart must be applied to the storm.
        - The object of MOMENTUM is the scene of disobedience, such as extreme weather, or rude people, evil, or a good object to others, but for me it is an object make anger arise. As the Buddha was an object of discontent with Brahmins or Muslims.
HOW TO GET A REFUND?

        Patience has many beautiful blessings.
        - The heart of self, not angry angry.
        - Do not cause omission left to create karma
        - Be loved, respect of gods and humanity.
Nelson Mandela and Aung San Suu Kyi are all Nobel Peace Prize winners, Malala Muslim girl who was shot dead by skulls and shoulders by the Taliban, continues to fight for women's right to education in Muslim countries. She won the Sakharov Prize for Human Rights, and the Nobel Peace Prize in 2014.
        - In the death of mindfulness, lucid, fearless coma.
        - After death is re-born scene:
-In the human realm, there will be enough third person (no greed, no yard, no delusion), smooth skin, beautiful body, meaning if the practice can be enlightened, meditation The Mallika sutta Anguttara Nikaya
in the heavenly realms, depending on the ability of past good karmic force, will be born into one of the heavens, Sakyamuni, Samyutta Nikaya
HOW TO KNOW MORE THAN FIRST

Step: Awareness of being in the yard (identifying anger)
Anger is a general term to indicate an unpleasant sensation, a rejection, a feeling of anger, hatred. In addition, emotions such as fear, sadness, anxiety, and disgust are also included here. These are great obstacles in meditation that prevent spiritual progress. Whenever it is in the mind, our mind will not be calm.
Anger can appear at various levels ranging from mild to severe: irritability -> irritability -> irritability -> irritability, irritability, fury -> anger dark, indignant -> anger, ie madness -> bloodshed -> hatred ...

Anger is expressed in four forms:
* Contrary, mania (mécontentement, contrariété)
Genie jealousy
(jalousie)
stingy, avarice * regret, regret,

The mind is very easy to receive, no need to meditate. It is a state of resentment, discomfort, dissatisfaction with a person's gestures, words or attitudes, or a certain circumstance. There is a feeling that something is wrong in the body. . When the yard emerges, people feel hot surface, fast heart beat, limbs trembling, chest tension, irregular heartbeat, severe headache, dark eyes, facial scars, eyebrows chewing teeth, shrinking hands. Some people get blood due to blood on the head, blood pressure soared, so the new expression "bloodshed" (like Chau Du character in the Three Kingdoms of China). This is not to mention cases of cerebral artery breakdown or myocardial infarction. There is no emotion that causes much physical harm and wastes mental energy with anger.

Step two: control the yard
The Four Senses Meditation, also known as Vipassana meditation, is the most effective method of curettage. We use the insider on the four residents as follows:
        - First use conception to identify the feeling of discomfort when the yard: hot surface, fast heartbeat, heavy chest, heavy breath, feeling any Stay calm in the mind ...
        - Use mind to observe body movements: hands, legs, voices, voices.
Use the mind to observe directly the mind of how it arises, how great it is and how it disappears.
        - Use the recitation of the Fa to identify the reaction of the opposite, see if they were burned by my yard?
To catch the pitch right from the start appears, do not let it spread out loud. Heat is like fire. One must note the anger that came in through the door of the six doors. Let the mind watch at that door. Separating observation from anger, seeing anger is a phenomenon and not self-assimilation. Anger is anger, we are just observers see the yard in the status quo, what caused change in us and how to disappear. At the end of the yard, the mind is gentle.
Only when they can do so will the new court. To apply the method on a continuous, regular throughout life.

Step three: to find out why the yard?

* All anger originates from a deep thought, the self is infringed, the self is annihilated, lost, all revolve around three wrong views: self-love, conceit, love affair (love like what of me).
I think that he has done (doing or will do) for his miserable loss; or have done, (doing, will do) for the loved ones suffering misery, or make oneself hate the benefits.
* I can not because of a desirable desire.
* There are people in the habit of, or temperament hatred: habits of infection from childhood to the influence of the family: a violent father, a mother or grumble often leave marks in the children. Congenital can occur in the womb or from a past life or a yard (if in the mother's womb we often hear his father's scream, or mother's mourning)
* Someone's yard because of a personal bridge perfectionniste, susceptible, impulsive paranoid, paranoiac, who often misrepresent the facts, always thinking that others are defaming, harming themselves.
* People may be jealous, jealous, dull, or repentant, anxious fear.
* People can pitch because they encounter objects that do not match their interests and views. The Buddha as an object makes the Brahman or Muslim anger.
* People pitch because of lack of learning, understanding of causation, karmic results, on non-self, impermanent ....
* People pitch for lack of deep thinking, lack of generosity, do not put yourself in the the scene of another.
* One may be faced with an injustice that others have suffered, or a principle, a shared value that is not respected.
Lastly, people can be irritated by insomnia due to illness, such as hyperthyroidemia, hepatitis.
To identify the main cause, it is still inside us. All outside are just secondary factors, catalytic conditions, support. Of all the reasons above: the tragedy of anger is the most difficult to treat. You must have the capacity to practice life without knowing whether to cure it! Tu is the transition is so.
Only when they can do so will the new court. The method should be continuous, steady throughout life.

        Step Four: seek long-term treatment

Having found the cause of anger, it is necessary to seek self-treatment or psychologues for neuro-psychiatric help. But it is mainly self, no one understands himself more than himself, others only help from the outside.
For meditators, when the mind has just arisen, he or she has recognized, or immediately known, and therefore it is extinguished immediately, by applying observation on the four mindfulness as above (Body, Mind, Fa) The mind is an akusala citta, it produces negative karma and causes suffering to itself. If it is dispersed in the mind, it can cause harm to those around you. burn family happiness momentarily; to cut off the humiliation, to abandon the fraternal brothers; friends become hostile; farther it may cause bloody conflict and persistent war ...
In psychotherapy, only thérapie cognito-comportementale is the most effective:
        - It helps the person to identify his or her thinking, thoughts, mistakes. his thoughts.
        - It teaches people to change their way of thinking, change the interpretation of events, know where the right is wrong. Does the Buddha teach us that thinking is the idea of transcendent thoughts of self, of distant thought, of separation from hatred and violence. Venerable W. Rahula also wrote: "Thoughtful thoughts, selfishness, hatred, or violence are the result of the lack of wisdom in all areas of personal, social, and fundamental life. (see W. Rahula's escape route).
        - It teaches the patient the negative attitude of hatred, and what is the positive positive attitude. Must be active (agir) in the clear mind not reactionary (réagir) in blindness and anger. Did the Buddha teach us: "
        If anyone takes retribution
oan oan oan warned the natural sap.
From the mind of the mundane,
Retribution of resentment, and where no hatred »(Dharma Prayer)

Fifth step:

See the story of the Vedehika woman (Kakacupama sutta, Majjahima Nikaya): In the city of Savathi, a woman named Vedehika is well known. Rumor is that she is a quiet, humble, calm. She has a girl named Kali diligently diligent, responsible for everything in the house; She often stays up late at night, cleaning the house neatly; can not blame.
One day the maid thought that maybe she had a heart that did not arise because we were doing everything in the house. She bore the intention to challenge her mistress. The next morning Kali woke up late. The housewife called up the girl and said,
"Kali, why are you up late today, are you sick?
        - I have no illness.
"If you have no illness, why are you waking up late?" That girl was spoiled.Three look angry, face aggressive
Girlfriend wants to try again to understand the heart of the host. The next day, she woke up later than before. The master called the girl up in an angry voice:
        - Kali, why did you wake up late?
        - There is no mistress!
So the hostess was angry, cursed the girl's curse and took the hit tree on his head, causing him to break his head, bleeding profusely.
Then the girl escaped to the side of the house and denounced:
        - Dear cousin, take a look at the barbaric behavior of her employer Vedehika whom she considered to be gentle, modest, calm here.
Later on the reputation of the hostess Vedehika spread everywhere.

The above story gives us the following remarks:
a / The mind is not arisen, not because of patience, but because the object is not met wrong.
b / The vaccination is not sufficient to form a MEMBER, must have a COMBINATION. If the woman Vedehika has compassion for the Kali girlfriend, she does not curse the Kali head.
c / The lack of compassion and patience of the mistress caused her to lose her mind and become a wicked, unassuming, uncaring person.
HOW DO YOU TALK FROM BI?
Every time we live in a happy situation, think of those who are more miserable than we are.
Every time we do good deeds of good or illogical, we turn to the non-human beings and spread the word to all living beings.
        After each liturgical
session , we should read the Metta Sutta. 4. After each meditation session, we should spread the word to all sentient beings.
Practice meditation and meditation from the mind. Meditation is one of the four meditation techniques that support Vipassana meditation (The other three are the concept of the Buddha, the concept of Oromia and the concept of death.)

Step Six: Accept and Forgive

- Acceptance is the consent to be hidden under the law of cause and effect. Today we are faced with the harsh, painful scenes of humiliation because before or in a previous life we have caused similar scenes for others. The Buddha was also slandered for pregnant Cinca, but Devadatta rolled the stone to bleed. The law of karma does not deny anyone.
        - When being cursed, there must be a reason to curse. If that is the case, then we must thank him for giving us a proper lesson and accepting his mistakes. If that's the case, then we should look at the personality, actions, words of the person who has scolded him. Sometimes there is no need to resist because we can not blame a snake for venom.
Accepting the situation is the acceptance of the convergence of the rigors of the situation or the cruelty of the human being without our will or that of anyone else; This is the arrangement of conditions for these agents to enforce HUMAN RIGHTS or the laws of RELIGIOUS, RELIGIOUS, RELIGIOUS and other natural laws. Just as Mr. Cunda gave the Buddha bowl of mushroom porridge finally poisoned him and killed him. The Buddha had to ask Ananda for his forgiveness, so that he would not repent and the people did not accuse him: "Hey Cunda, you have so many good blessings. He would enjoy much benefit because the Buddha had his last real life with the dishes he offered. This good kamma results in good rebirth, longevity, good fortune, fame, enjoy the blessings in the sky and in the king, noble noble. »
        - When we accept that we have gone all the way to forgiveness: forgiveness is no yard, no longer hold in the heart of hate hate, hatred; No longer wanting to retaliate, revenge, wanting to eradicate hatred, reconciliation with those who have previously caused suffering and still want to help him escape the present difficult misery. Can the Jewish people forgive the German people and the two Vietnamese Communists have forgiven each other?

Step Seven: Mental Retardation
In the usual sense, discharge is letting go, not holding, not attaching. In Buddhism, there are two main meanings:
a / A state of unhappiness, unhappiness, unhappiness, unhappiness (a sense of neutrality).
b / An attitude, an act of impartiality, neither attachment nor hatred. Look at the subject through its causes and consequences. (This is a mental factor of volitional)
Discharge is not an attitude of indifference, coldness, detachment «living dead now, as long as we are unscathed»
Drain is not neutral (not burn accepting), is a non-karmic personality of a certain kind of mind, such as the Awareness of the Arahants or the types of consciousness.
There are five ways to cultivate the mind of emptiness:
        - Bodhisattva Way with the third step is the mind of discharge is the 10th happiness of a Bodhisattva
        - The fourth element of Consciousness discharge is the fourth immeasurable mind in the word, Bi , Hyun, Equanimity
        - Meditation only when the fourth meditation, the mind will be pure by the discharge.
        - When meditation Tue Quan, when attained to the 11th, the state of equanimity is always present in the mind.
        - First class as we are to let go, do not hold, not attached, not attached. If meditation practice, the balance between the five elements: faith, memory, mindfulness, concentration, knowledge. END=NAM MO SAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH CHAN TANH.THE MIND OF ENLIGHTENMENT.VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=GOLDEN LOTUS MONASTERY=AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.16/6/2018.
