Therefore, the harmony in the same place is not enough, that the Buddha should be in harmony in communication and deal with. That means we have to say gentle, gentle, not quarreling, causing each other. If there is a question, it is necessary to discuss the right and wrong, absolutely must use gentle words that interchange with each other.

3-Italian co-approval (peace with joy): the mind is happy to enjoy each other, sympathetic to the thoughts of others, not jealousy, arrogance, criticism and criticism.

Ideology is the most important, it is the motive force that speaks and functions well or badly. If the public opinion, the head, the conviction is also due to consciousness.

In the family, the couple do not share the same viewpoint, do not know each other's feelings are easy to generate violence and eventually lead to divorce. In a society or a country, if not unifying a point of view will lead to division and create a strong antagonism that seeks to destroy one another.

The Buddha understood so well, so he taught us to live together to have a happy, harmonious and compassionate mind for dissimilar thoughts.

Therefore, first of all there must be harmony of mind then can work together in harmony. By following this principle, everyone in a team must have unanimous consent to work together to achieve good results.

To be harmonious mind, we must cultivate virtue compassion. Hypocrisy means being happy, ignoring the mistakes of others who have accidentally or deliberately made themselves unhappy.

In short, when we are together and working together, we have to live happily together so that we and others can be happy and happy right here and now.

4. Harmonization (harmonious cultivation): Together we live in an environment and community, we must respect and practice the teachings have been taught and comply with the general rules.

6-Benefit sharing (sharing peace): Together living together under an environment, we must divide each other in terms of material, wealth, hierarchical furniture, not abuse of power. to make their own.

 

While living together, if someone brings food, clothing, blankets, medicine, etc., they must be divided equally, not because of love, but few people, but to be fair in big and small order.

In society there are inequalities leading to resistance, division of class, also because of the harmony of the military. This is a very important condition to ensure the harmony of a collective, because when it comes to this principle everyone is no longer distinguishing between personal and collective interests. all material values ​​are of the same, all must be equally divided equally.
